Holder Says Barr is “Paying a Price” for Leading a Probe into Possible Misconduct by the Intelligence Community

Former Attorney General Eric Holder told Fox News on Tuesday that current Attorney General Bill Barr “is paying a price” and sacrificing his credibility by spearheading U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing probe into possible misconduct by the intelligence community at the outset of the Russia investigation.

Holder also remarked separately that it was a “reality” that Republicans will “cheat” in the 2020 elections by trying to “move polling places” and “a whole variety of things” — prompting Republicans to dismiss his “outlandish and baseless accusations.”

Holder’s comments came a day after The New York Times reported that President Trump had privately pressed Australia’s leader to help Barr in that probe. However, a letter obtained by Fox News showed that Australia had proactively reached out to Trump in May to offer assistance after Trump publicly told reporters he would direct Barr to contact a variety of countries as part of the probe.

“The whole thing that the attorney general is involved in is highly unusual,” Holder said. “Ordering an investigation of our intelligence and law enforcement agencies when there was already an investigation underway by the inspector general.”

Holder continued: “And then to see how the president is now involved to help the attorney general in that effort gives me pause. I think the attorney general needs to be a little more sensitive to the appearance that that gives. You have to not only be substantively neutral — you have to appear to be neutral when you are the attorney general of the United States. And I fear that he has crossed a political line.”

A DOJ official stressed to Fox News on Monday that this has been a routine procedure in diplomacy and that Barr would not usually reach out to his direct counterpart in another country unilaterally. Instead, there would be an introduction of sort, made at the head-of-state level.

“Mr. Durham is gathering information from numerous sources, including a number of foreign countries. At Attorney General Barr’s request, the President has contacted other countries to ask them to introduce the Attorney General and Mr. Durham to appropriate officials,” DOJ spokeswoman Kerri Kupec said in a statement.

And a senior Australian diplomat told Fox News: “After the president said what he said — we initiated the contact. There was no pressure — we acted in order to help.”

A Trump administration source echoed those comments. “The countries have been helpful,” the source said. “There was no pressing required.”

Holder acknowledged that it’s not unprecedented for presidents to introduce their attorneys general to other countries’ law enforcement agencies.

“I wouldn’t say it was standard but I wouldn’t say it was unprecedented,” Holder said. “But involving the president in a Justice Department investigation is something that would be reserved for the most important investigations that the Justice Department would do — usually those that would have a direct impact on the national security. More often than not, the contact with other governments goes from attorney general to the attorney general’s counterpart in the other country. You don’t involve heads of state in these matters unless the consequences are really significant.”

Pressed on whether Durham’s investigation — which began back in May into alleged misconduct and improper surveillance of the Trump campaign in 2016, as well as whether Democrats were the ones who’d improperly colluded with foreign actors — rose to that level of significance, Holder said the probe was simply unnecessary.

“Again, the question I have for this new investigation is what does it do that the inspector general wasn’t already doing?” Holder asked. “It seems to be this is duplicative in a lot of ways. And I think kind of unnecessary. But, the attorney general has made that determination and I think is paying a price for it — both in terms of questioning whether he’s acting as the president’s lawyer as opposed to the attorney general, and then it has a negative impact on the Justice Department as well.”

Holder added: “I think when people of this country look at the Justice Department and think it is in some ways politicized, that has a negative long-term impact on the department. FBI agents have to testify in trials all around this country, and to the extent a person looks at an FBI agent and thinks that person serves in a politicized agency, that could make a person — a juror for instance — think the FBI agent is not telling the truth, in a way we traditionally have.”

Holder was also pressed on why former Vice President Joe Biden’s actions in Ukraine didn’t come under scrutiny during the Obama administration. Biden has acknowledged on camera that in spring 2016, when he was vice president and spearheading the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy, he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire top prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

…”The question is: Is there a predicate?” Holder asked. “That’s how you do investigations. Is there a basis to think there was something that went wrong — some basis for us to order the investigative resources of the United States to be involved. … On the basis of what I know, it seems there is not that predicate.”

Asked if an ongoing impeachment inquiry against Trump would help or hurt Democrats, Holder demurred.

“I’m not sure that anyone can really gauge that,” Holder said. ” I’m not sure if this is going to help Democrats or hurt Democrats. But I think it’s the right thing to do.”

In a separate interview on Monday, though, Holder suggested Democrats might have a tough election year — for a head-turning reason.

“It’s going to be hard because the reality is that Republicans are going to cheat. They’re going to try to keep people away from the polls, they’re going to move polling places, they’re going to do a whole variety of things,” Holder told “The Breakfast Club” radio show.

Holder went on to argue that Republicans were able to suppress voting because of the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down part of the Voting Rights Act in 2013.

“Sad, but not surprising, to see that disgraced former Attorney General Eric Holder has taken a break from threatening to ‘kick’ Republicans to leveling outlandish and baseless accusations against Republicans,” Republican National Committee spokesman Steve Guest told Fox News.

Let’s face it, boys and girls.

Of course, Former Attorney General Eric Holder is going to be all for trying to impeach President Trump.

It takes the heat off of his Former Boss Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton, and everyone else from the preceding Administration involved in what will probably be revealed as the biggest political Scandal in American History, “Spygate” and the resulting “Silent Coup”.

Holder is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. According to JudicialWatch.org, he

…was a senior partner in a prestigious Washington D.C. law firm (Covington & Burling) that represented more than a dozen Yemeni terrorists held at the U.S. military prison in Guantanamo Bay Cuba. While Holder was a senior partner the firm employed a number of radical attorneys to provide the Islamic extremists with thousands of hours of free legal representation, according to a news report.

Another highlight in Holder’s resume is that he orchestrated Bill Clinton’s shameful last-minute pardons, including that of a fugitive financier and a pair of jailed domestic terrorists. In fact, shortly after the pardon scandal, Holder predicted that his public career was over. Under his leadership the DOJ has been embroiled in a number of high-profile scandals, including a gun-running operation (Fast and Furious) in which weapons were sold to Mexican drug cartels. One was later used to murder a federal agent. Judicial Watch has sued the DOJ to obtain records involving the operation.

And, let us not forget how he and his boss purposefully worked to divide the nation and protect the guilty during the Ferguson Riot and the riots thereafter, while supporting the professional race-baiters.

Of course, Holder staffed his Department of (In)Justice with lawyers from his old law firm.

What we are witnessing play out before us is a political party attempting to undo the results of a previous Presidential Election by threatening impeachment because all of their other Machiavellian Plans have failed and the extent and treasonous intent of these plans is about to be public by the current Attorney General.

The crimes of Joe and Hunter Biden are as underwhelming as Madonna’s vocal range in comparison to all of the unethical activities which occurred during the Obama Administration, such as Hillary Clinton’s Pay-for Play scheme involving using her and her husband, Bubba’s “Foundation” to secure “funds” from foreign leaders in exchange for attention from the sitting Secretary of State, who just happened to be Mrs. Clinton herself.

Of course, there’s E-mailgate, Benghazigate, and other little “bumps” in the smooth sailing of the Obama Administration.

But, we mustn’t talk about all of that, boys and girls, that would ruin the Democrat’s narrative which is being perpetuated by the MSM. According to them, Trump MUST BE IMPEACHED…even though he has done nothing impeachable.

After all, a man of such impeccable ethics as the Former Defense Attorney for Radical Islamic Terrorists and Former Attorney General of Barack Hussein Obama, Eric Holder, says so.

In his first major rally since Special Counsel Robert Mueller cleared him of any collusion with Russia, President Trump took the stage before a boisterous full house at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Thursday night — and proceeded to tear into Democrats and the FBI as unintelligent “frauds” who tried desperately to undermine the results of the 2016 election.

“The Democrats have to now decide whether they will continue defrauding the public with ridiculous bullsh–,” Trump said to thunderous applause, “– partisan investigations, or whether they will apologize to the American people.”

Trump continued to unload on his opponents: “I have a better education than them, I’m smarter than them, I went to the best schools; they didn’t. Much more beautiful house, much more beautiful apartment. Much more beautiful everything. And I’m president and they’re not.”

Addressing counterprotesters outside the arena and progressives in general, Trump asked: “What do you think of their signs, ‘Resist?’ What the hell? Let’s get something done.”

Later, Trump vowed to “close the damn border” unless Mexico halts two new caravans he said have been approaching the United States rapidly. Trump also hit at fraudulent asylum applicants, saying liberal lawyers often have coached them in a “big fat con job” to claim they’ve feared for their lives when they make it to the border.

The economy, Trump said to sustained cheers, “is roaring, the ISIS caliphate is defeated 100 percent, and after three years of lies and smears and slander, the Russia hoax is finally dead. The collusion delusion is over. … The single greatest political hoax in the history of our country. And guess what? We won.”

“I love campaigning against the Green New Deal,” Trump remarked at one point. “One car per family — you’re going to love that in Michigan.”

Trump predicted that the former DOJ and FBI officials who pushed the collusion theory and authorized secret surveillance warrants against members of his campaign — whom he incidentally called “major losers” — would soon have “big problems.”

Trump also characterized the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee as “little pencil-neck Adam Schiff, who has the smallest, thinnest neck I’ve ever seen,” and someone who is “not a long-ball hitter.”

Schiff, D-Calif., who fiercely pushed collusion claims, has vowed to continue investigating Trump despite Mueller’s findings — even as Republicans have called for his resignation.

Trump’s rally prompted thousands of supporters to line the streets hours beforehand in a festive atmosphere that included vendors selling “Make America Great Again” hats and holding supportive signs.

If there was ever a statement which clarifies the difference between the nightmare that was the Obama Administration and the promising future that embodies the embracing of American Exceptionalism that is the cornerstone of the Trump Presidency, the above statement by Former AG Eric Holder is it.

I am not afraid to unequivocally state that the 8 long years of the Obama Administration represented the very opposite of what the American Dream and our Traditional Faith and Values system are all about.

While Obama and his cronies preached to us that we should be grateful for the “benevolence” of an all-powerful nanny state government, President Trump believes that the strength of American lies in average working class Americans who love God, the families, and their country.

Obama, Holder, and the rest of the “America Last” crowd still do not believe in American Exceptionalism.

They are trapped in a state of perpetual victimhood by their own hatred of a nation which has given them everything necessary to succeed.

The difference between the swirling voyage down the porcelain receptacle that our country was experiencing during the Obama Administration and the promising resurgence that we are experiencing now is the difference between “CAN” and “WILL”.

We WILL make American great again.

The political victory of “outsider” Donald J. Trump over the favored professional politician Hillary Clinton completely blew the Democrats’ minds.

It turbocharged their rapid movement as a political party to the Far Left of the Political Spectrum.

Now, every American is watching as these nimrods embrace the failed political philosophy of Karl Marx in calling for American to become a “Democratic Socialist” country.

In their grief the Democrats have had a split with reality causing them to feel fee to say in public things that they used to only say to their peers in private.

Thus, Holder’s statement that the Greatest Country on God’s Green Earth was never great.

Men and women have given their very lives to make this Sovereign Nation the envy of the world.

My father jumped out of a perfectly good boat along with thousands of other brave Americans in an exhibition of unselfish bravery known forever as “D-Day”.

Former Attorney General Holder, if you truly believe what you said yesterday on MSNBC, then I suggest that you move a country where those in power feel the same way you do.

Gentle readers, I just about spewed Diet Coke all over my screen when Former AG Eric Holder advised current AG Jeff Sessions to tell President Trump “No”.

Holder never told Obama no. I guarantee that his response was always,

Yes, sir. Yes. sir, Three bags full.

So, why is Holder speaking out about things happening in the Trump Administration all of a sudden.

Why is he so concerned?

Well…

The Justice Department said Wednesday it will turn over documents withheld by former Attorney General Eric Holder related to the Operation Fast and Furious scandal during the Obama administration.

The Justice Department entered into a conditional settlement agreement with the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. The settlement agreement was filed in federal court in Washington D.C., and ends six years of litigation arising out of the previous administration’s refusal to produce records requested by the committee.

“The Department of Justice under my watch is committed to transparency and the rule of law,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement Wednesday. “This settlement agreement is an important step to make sure that the public finally receives all the facts related to Operation Fast and Furious.”

For those of you who don’t remember or those of you like Holder, who would like to forget, Fast and Furious was a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) operation in which the Obama Administration criminals to buy guns in Phoenix-area shops as a part of a strategy to track them as they were transported into Mexico.

However, the ATF lost track of more than 1,400 of the 2,000 guns which they allowed smugglers to buy. Additionally…and tragically, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was shot and killed as a result of the botched operation.

Holder’s attempt to play the part of a righteous man and moral arbiter is enough to produce giggles or downright guffaws.

Holder came to the Obama Administration from a law firm which represented Islamic Terrorists and which was investigated for Foreclosure Fraud, by the name of Covington & Burling.

While Attorney General, he became Igor to Obama’s Dr. Frankenstein, serving as henchman to Obama as they carried out Obama’s mission of dividing the once-United States of America through the Rhetoric of intentional Racial Division and of Class Warfare.

Remember the late thug Michael Brown and the Ferguson Riots?

Obama sent Holder to that small Missouri Town, where he proceeded to fan the flames, in order that Obama’s quest for power through Racial Division would continue.

As Attorney General, Holder was just another Deep State Henchman, whose loyalty was not to America or “Justice For All”, but to the Liberal’s distorted, Marxist view of it known as “Social Justice”.

Holder has reappeared on the scene to cause further disruption to the Trump Presidency and to give the New Bolsheviks who are still engaging in their National Temper Tantrum over losing the 2016 Presidential Election another washed up Democrat to idolize.

Oh, and if you haven’t figured it out by now…Holder is also feverishly attempting to deflect from the release of these Fast and Furious Documents in order to save his own sorry…err…umm…self.

2 Cops Shot in Ferguson. Why #BlueLivesMatter.

Well, it finally happened. Two Missouri Police Officers are lying in a hospital, fighting for their lives, shot by the rifle of an unknown gunman, spurred on by the racial animus being ginned up by President Barack Hussein Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, and the rest of America’s Professional Race-Baiters.

CNN.com reports that

With tensions running high after the shooting of two officers in Ferguson, Missouri, state and county police are once again taking over protest security in the St. Louis suburb.

St. Louis County Police and the Missouri State Highway Patrol will “assume command of the security detail regarding protests” at 6 p.m. (7 p.m. ET), St. Louis County Police said in a statement.

Ferguson Police will remain responsible for routine policing services in the city, the statement said.

The takeover comes less than a day after two police officers standing guard outside Ferguson police headquarters were shot in what St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar called an “ambush,” spurring a manhunt for those responsible for targeting the line of officers.

“We could have buried two police officers,” Belmar told reporters. “… I feel very confident that whoever did this … came there for whatever nefarious reason that it was.”

This isn’t the first time that county police and state troopers have stepped in to handle protest security.

When clashes between police and protesters boiled over last year, Missouri’s governor declared a state of emergency and tapped the State Highway Patrol to take over. After that emergency declaration expired in December, Ferguson Police resumed command of protest security. Officers from other agencies have continued to provide backup at larger protests.

Protest organizers are meeting to determine whether they’ll demonstrate again Thursday night.

“The most important thing is the safety of the protesters, so we’re meeting to organize what tonight would look like, if we’re coming out, because we know that tensions are high within the Police Department after the incident that occurred last night, so we just want to make sure that people are safe,” said Kayla Reed of the Organization for Black Struggle.

If protesters return, they’ll see a different security situation on the streets, said Jeff Roorda of the St. Louis Police Officers Association.

“It’s a very tense situation, as you can well imagine,” he told CNN’s “The Situation Room.” “In my communications as a union official with police commanders, I’ve been assured that tactics will be different tonight. I assume that means not only more officers, but a wider perimeter, with coverage, perhaps, of these blind spots from which the shots were fired last night.”

The shots rang out shortly after midnight, at the end of a protest against the Ferguson Police Department. That department has been under fire since one of its officers, Darren Wilson, shot and killed black teen Michael Brown in August, and more recently since a scathing U.S. Department of Justice report came out documenting a pattern of racial discrimination.Police Chief Thomas Jackson resigned from his post Wednesday.

While the demonstrators’ focus was Ferguson, neither of the wounded officers works in that St. Louis suburb’s police department.

One is from Webster Groves, a city about 13 miles south of Ferguson. The officer — a 32-year-old with seven years’ experience — was shot at the high point of his cheek, just under his right eye, Belmar said. The bullet that hit him was still lodged behind his ear as of late Thursday morning.

The other wounded officer was hit in the shoulder and the bullet came out the middle of his back, Belmar said. He is a 41-year-old from St. Louis County Police who has been in law enforcement for the past 14 years.

Both men were treated and released from St. Louis’ Barnes Jewish Hospital, according to a Thursday morning post on the St. Louis County Police’s Facebook page.

The officers were standing next to each other when they were struck, Belmar said.

Back in the 1970s, one of my favorite television shows was “Baretta”, starring Robert Blake. Beretta was a no-nonsense New York City Plain Clothes Cop, who wore a jaunty hat, blue jeans, and a short sleeve sweatshirt, and had a cockatoo named Fred.

The title song, “Keep Your Eye on the Sparrow”, was performed by Sammy Davis, Jr.

The catchphrase to the song, which became popular nationwide, was, “If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.”

It meant that if you cannot take responsibility for your actions, then perhaps you should not do something illegal in the first place.

Perhaps someone should have instructed those two young men, who were killed in those unfortunate incidents in Ferguson, Missouri and New York City, as to the difference between right and wrong, and the importance of taking responsibility for one’s actions.

I find it very ironic, that the same protesters who are screaming and shouting at the top of their lungs that there is a different standard for black Americans and white Americans, in terms of dealing with our legal system, are the same ones who are expecting to be treated differently, and to have some sort of special privilege, that excuses them from unlawful behavior and the consequences of their own actions .

When you break our laws, you just cannot expect to get away scot-free. You should expect that there will be consequences for your actions. That is, unless you have broken into this country.

But, I digress…

It is also ironic that the same radical Americans, who years ago, wanted to take down the Establishment, now, actually are the Establishment.

In their quest to create a Socialist Utopia, where everyone is the same, and there are no overachievers or underachievers , the Obama Administration and their sycophants have actually set the stage for the chaos and animus regarding race relations that is gripping our country.

By promising Americans that they will take care of everything from cradle to grave, Obama and his Administration, like other Liberal administrations before them, have “freed” parents from their duties, creating a generational cycle of neediness, lawlessness, and disrespect for authority.

Without respect for our legal system, and for those in authority, whose job it is to enforce our system of laws, a civilized society can quickly evolve into a scene from The Lord of the Flies, where the most barbaric will have the most power and privilege. In other words, they will rule by intimidation.

There were protesters actually cheering and making fun of the two police officers as they were laying there, bleeding out, after being shot.

The Bible tells us that we reap what we sow.

Obama has sown Class Warfare and Racial Division… and now, America is reaping the results.

Lynch Begins Testimony…Says Illegals Have The “Right To Work Here”

Loretta LynchWell, Eric Holder’s replacement began her testimony yesterday before the Senate Judiciary Committee. And, all I’ve got to say, is that it looks like we are in for another Eric Holder…in a skirt.

Challenged by Republicans, Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch on Wednesday defended President Barack Obama’s decision to shelter millions of immigrants from deportation though they live in the country illegally.

She said that under the administration’s policy, the Department of Homeland Security is focusing its efforts on the removal of “the most dangerous of the undocumented immigrants among us.”

“It seems to be a reasonable way to marshal limited resources to deal with the problem” of illegal immigration, she said.

Lynch made her remarks in the opening moments of a hearing into her appointment as the nation’s first black female attorney general. It is the first confirmation proceeding since Republicans took control of the Senate this month.

Settling into the witness chair for what promised to be a long day of questioning, Lynch promised a fresh relationship with law enforcement and with Congress.

“I pledge to all of you and to the American people that I will fulfill my responsibilities with integrity and independence,” she said in remarks prepared for the panel led by Republicans who say Attorney General Eric Holder has been too willing to follow President Barack Obama’s political agenda.

Sen. Charles Grassley, the Iowa Republican and committee chairman, said as much in the opening moments of the hearing. He said the department is “deeply politicized. But that’s what happens when the attorney general of the United States views himself, in his own words, as the president’s ‘wingman.'”

Grassley did not press further after Lynch offered her defense of Obama’s immigration policies, even though he said they amount to rewriting the law rather than enforcing it.

In testimony delivered before she was questioned, Lynch said that if confirmed she would focus on combatting terrorism and cybercrime and would protect the vulnerable from criminal predators.

And she was at pains to promise what Republican critics demanded in advance.

“I look forward to fostering a new and improved relationship with this committee, the United States Senate and the entire United States Congress, a relationship based on mutual respect and constitutional balance,” she said.

President Barack Obama’s nominee to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General of the United States, Loretta Lynch, said on Wednesday during a Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing that she thinks illegal aliens have the same right to work in America as American citizens do.

“Senator, I believe the right and the obligation to work is one that is shared by everyone in this country, regardless of how they came here,” Lynch said when asked by Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) who has a greater right to work: Illegal aliens, or lawful immigrants and American citizens?

“Certainly, if someone is here—regardless of status—I would prefer that they be participating in the workplace than not participating in the workplace,” Lynch said.

She also said she doesn’t believe that Obama’s executive action on immigration is an “amnesty.”

What part of the word “illegal”, don’t you understand?

Last year, punditpress.com reported the following about Ms. Lynch:

In a speech given at Long Beach earlier this year, President Obama’s new nominee for Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, specifically called out voter ID laws as racist and schools as disproportionately using zero tolerance policies against minorities. The video was uncovered by Pundit Press.

The remarks came at the end of a long speech, explaining the examples that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela set for people.

Ms. Lynch then began talking about the inequities that she sees in the United States.

“There’s still more work to do,” Ms. Lynch explained. “People tell us the Dream is not realized because dreams never are. Mandela and King knew we had to continue working, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you, that under this President and under this Attorney General, that the Department of Justice is committed to following through with those dreams.”

She continued, “50 years after the march on Washington, 50 years after the civil rights movement, we stand in this country at a time when we see people trying to take back so much of what Dr. King fought for. We stand in this country. People try and take over the State House and reverse the goals that have been made in voting in this country.

“But I’m proud to tell you that the Department of Justice has looked at these laws and looked at what’s happening in the Deep South, and in my home state of North Carolina has brought lawsuits against those voting rights changes that seek to limit out ability to stand up and exercise our rights as citizens. And those lawsuits will continue.”

Ms. Lynch was no doubt talking about the Justice Department’s lawsuit against North Carolina to stop their voter ID laws. Eric Holder even used the same kind of language as Lynch: “Allowing limits on voting rights that disproportionately exclude minority voters would be inconsistent with our ideals as a nation,” he explained.

It is plain to see that Ms. Lynch is arguing that people in the “Deep South” have passed these laws so that minority voters would be disenfranchised.

“Disenfranchised”? How in the name of Dow Jones and all his little averages is having to prove that you’re not a dead guy at the Voting Booth, by presenting the same ID that you have to show in order to purchase a pack of cigarettes, being “disenfranchised”?

Gimme a break.

Additionally, it has been revealed about the prospective attorney general, that she is a Pro-Gun Control and that she was the sorority sister of Present Attorney General Eric Holder’s wife.

In other words, Obama’s Socialist Circus continues its sideshow, unabated.

For all of her protestations about being her own person, Prospective Attorney General Lynch will be simply another drone bee in the Liberal Hive Hind, which is the Obama Administration.

If she is confirmed, which, given the spineless nature of the Establishment Republicans, she probably will be, be prepared for two more years of the biased injustices brought about by Eric Holder, at the quest of President Barack Hussein Obama.

And, the payback, which Valerie Jarrett spoke about in 2012, continues.

World Leaders March in Paris Against Islamic Terrorism. Obama AWOL. Holder a No-Show.

The New York Daily News reports that

More than 40 European leaders and almost every French official turned out for the massive unity rally in Paris Sunday — but there was no sign of the U.S.

Neither President Obama or Vice President Biden made the trip to Paris, although dozens of other world leaders and officials put ceremony aside and jostled for space amid the crowds in a stirring show of support against terrorism.

The U.S. did send Attorney General Eric Holder to attend a pre-march terrorism summit convened by French President Francois Hollande.

Secretary of State John Kerry was in India during Sunday’s march and rally.

Holder, 63, joined with Hollande in condemning the recent Paris attacks in the strongest possible terms and said the U.S. will hold another terrorism summit in D.C. in February.

But his support apparently stopped there — because he wasn’t seen at the emotional “Je Suis Charlie” rally afterward that attracted 1.3 million. Across France, nearly 4 million people turned out in similar demonstrations.

As chanting spectators filled the Place de la Republique, the only U.S. dignitary present was the U.S. Ambassador to France Jane Hartley.

“Attorney General Holder — a Cabinet level official — is representing the United States at the security meetings in Paris today. He is joined by the DHS Deputy Secretary (Alejandro) Mayorkas. The United States is represented at the march by Ambassador Hartley,” a senior Obama administration official said.

But an administration official said Obama had made his support known in other ways.

“As far as public signs of French solidarity from the U.S. — don’t forget several public statements from the President, his call to Hollande and a condolence stop to the French embassy,” the official said.

It’s not clear why America’s President didn’t attend. Obama’s public schedule was empty Sunday, as was that of Vice President Joe Biden, one of the president’s most frequent surrogates.

Secretary of State John Kerry — a natural stand-in given his love of all things French and fluency in the language — was in India on Sunday, meeting with the Prime Minister to set the stage for President Obama’s visit there in a few weeks.

Sunday’s unity rally was the largest ever held in Paris, officials said.

Similar events were held across Europe, a call for peace after three days of terror in France that killed 17 innocent victims.

Why did Obama blow off this very important event? Isn’t he supposed to be the “Leader of the Free World?

I  have noticed, that as we get older, we tend to handle everything that occurs in our lives, through “learned behavior”, as a result of our past last experiences.

President Obama is no exception to that rule.

From 1985 – 1988, Obama was a Community Organizer in Chicago.  What does a Community Organizer do?  I’m glad you asked.

Per Byron York in an article found at nationalreview.com:

Community organizing is most identified with the left-wing Chicago activist Saul Alinsky (1909-72), who pretty much defined the profession. In his classic book, Rules for Radicals, Alinsky wrote that a successful organizer should be “an abrasive agent to rub raw the resentments of the people of the community; to fan latent hostilities of many of the people to the point of overt expressions.” Once such hostilities were “whipped up to a fighting pitch,” Alinsky continued, the organizer steered his group toward confrontation, in the form of picketing, demonstrating, and general hell-raising.

Obama was hired by Jerry Kellman, a New Yorker who had gotten into organizing in the 1960s.  Kellman was trying to help laid-off factory workers on the far South Side of Chicago, in a nearly 100% black community.   He led a group, the Calumet Community Religious Conference, that had been created by several local Catholic churches in the industrial community.   Kellman was advised to hire a black organizer for a new spinoff from CCRC.  They called it the Developing Communities Project, designed to focus solely on the Chicago part of the area.

One of Obama’s projects while he was there, was to try to build an alliance of white and black churches and enlist them in the cause of social justice.  Obama had a problem, though.   He didn’t go to church himself.   And that, brothers and sisters, is how Obama, drawn to the preaching of Rev. Jeremiah Wright (and a political opportunity), joined Trinity United Church of Christ on 95th Street.

If you ask Obama’s fellow Community Organizers what his most significant accomplishments were, they’ll say two things: the expansion of a city summer-job program for South Side teenagers and the removal of asbestos from one of the area’s oldest housing projects.   Those  were his biggest victories.

As Obama’s star rose in the Political Sky and in the dark and murky Backrooms of Chicago Politics, he used his learned behavior of Community Organizing to form his signature pattern of Political Leadership.

At every rung of the political career ladder upon which he climbed, one of his first acts was to “seek a consensus” and, as we say in the Business World, a “shared vision”.

Running for office as an Illinois Senator and, later, an US Senator, Obama relied on his community of supporters, which he had formed a consensus and had convinced that they shared a vision of their downtrodden present and a future rife with “Hope and Change”. It was this learned behavior of Community Organizing, which included a Call to Action, composed of  “taking down The Man” and “sharing the wealth” through “Hope and Change” (along with the backing of wealthy Far Left Liberals, such as George Soros and unidentified campaign funds from the Middle East), which propelled the “clean and articulate”(Joe Biden’s words, not mine) Barack Hussein Obama to be the Democrat Nominee for the Presidency of the United States of America, eventually winning the Election, and becoming the “Leader of the Free World.

The fact is, Obama believes that everything can be handled through “Community Organizing”.

If you remember, Obama was the first American Presidential Candidate to campaign for our Presidency, outside of our nation. All of the Main Stream Media fawned over his European campaigning as a brilliant move, while Americans were bumfuzzled at the media spectacle, trying to figure out why he would give campaign speeches to people who could not even vote for him.

Then, after he became President, one  of the first things Obama did was to go on a World Apology Tour,culminating with an “Address to the Muslim World at the University of Cairo, in which he lauded the contributions of Muslims to world civilization and to the history of the united States of America, even though the population of Muslims in America, was only around 1% at the time.

Yeah…our Revolutionary War Hero and First President of the United States of America, Mohammed Washington…that’s the ticket!

Since then, Obama has continued to “reach out” to the Muslim World in an attempt to “community Organize” them, even to the detriment of the country and its citizenry, which he is supposed to be protecting.

Ambassador Christopher Stevens remains unavailable for comment.

In his zeal to appease his American voting base, and hose whom he has worked so hard to “organize”, Obama pulled our troops out of the unstable, Radical Muslim nation of Iraq, in a “premature evacuation”.

Proudly announcing that “al Qaeda was on the run”, Scooter (my pet name for Obama) turned his attention to giving campaign speeches and rallying his Liberal Base, even though he was a President presiding over a tanking economy, with 92 million Americans already gone from our workforce.

Then, it happened.

ISIS/ISIL, a Radical Muslim Terrorist Organization, with over 32 thousand adherents, invaded Iraq, killing innocent Muslims and Christians, and threatening to flood Baghdad, by blowing up an essential dam on the Euphrates River.

Obama sprang into “Community Organizing” mode once again. He sent “military advisors” to Iraq, and sent Secretary of State John “I served in Vietnam” Kerry on a European and Middle Tour to trying to get a consensus to support our actions, and to try to form a coalition to assist in the “prosecution of ISIS/ISIL, in order for Obama to keep his promise to his Far Left Supporters that there would be “no boot son the ground” in Iraq.

Think of it as General Custer sending the Scouts first into Little Big Horn, while he sat on his horse, watching from a hill.

Yeah. The Europeans wanted no part of it, either.

However, some of the Middle Eastern Nations decided that they would join in, for their own self-protecting, mercenary reasons (Remember the Hessians in the Revolutionary War?).

President Barack Hussein Obama’s International “Street Cred” has been tarnished beyond repair after the abysmal consequences, as regards the stability of the Middle East,of  his failed Foreign Policy of “Smart Power!”

The terrifying results of Obama’s attempt at “Community Organizing” the Muslim World, including the lost of life of both innocent civilians and of America’s Brightest and Best, which has dwarfed the war casualties which occurred under his predecessor, President George W. Bush, now have begun to arrived at our own shores, with Korans and prayer rugs being found at our open Southern Border and honor killings and attacks by Radical Muslims, labelled as “work place violence” by the Obama Administration.

And now, with Europe posed on the brink of a new “Arab Spring”, Obama has gone AWOL.

It is time for Obama to stop being the world’s  “Community Organizer” and to perform his duties as the President of the United States, and to actually fight our enemies, instead of embracing them.

Ferguson Fallout: Iraq Veteran Beaten in “Hate Crime”. Elections Have Consequences.

obamamyworkOn February 7, 2007, Roger Simon published excerpts from an interview he had conducted with Barack Hussein Obama, potential Democrat Candidate for the Presidency of the United States, on politico.com. Here is a pertinent part of that interview:

Q: Jesse Jackson made very explicit in his campaigns for president that a vote for him was a sign of racial healing in America. I don’t think I’ve ever heard you make it that explicit. Do you believe that the election of you, a black man, to the presidency in 2008 would show something good about America? Or healing?

Obama: The fact that I am in a position to run a credible race is a sign of enormous progress. The fact that people have taken this campaign seriously and we’ve got a chance to win is a testimony not only how far America has traveled but also the legacy of Jackson’s race and (Shirley) Chisholm’s race and Carol Moseley-Braun’s and (Al) Sharpton’s races. Each time the effort is made, certain barriers are broken. And I am a beneficiary.

Q: People say you are unthreatening. I have never heard a white candidate described as unthreatening as a compliment. What is that all about? Do you have to be unthreatening to get elected?

Obama: Well, look, our racial politics are complicated in this country. There are lots of wounds that are still healing. I think that it’s not something that I have to end up thinking about a lot explicitly. But because of my background and circumstances I have the potential at least of bringing people together who might feel suspicious towards each other. I am not sure that is just racial, by the way. It’s been noted that I come from the progressive wing of the Democratic Party, but throughout my career, I have always had extraordinarily good relations with very conservative colleagues. And that’s not because I agree with any of them or fudge on my positions, but people feel I listen to them and give them the benefit of the doubt. I assume the best of people. And that, I think, is an attitude that is maybe rare in politics these days. (He smiles.)

Q: Bill Bradley in his presidential campaign would always quote Toni Morrison as saying she looks forward to a world “where race exists but it doesn’t matter.” Is that the kind of world you want to see?

Obama: I would phrase it perhaps a little differently. I would love to see an America where race is understood in the same way that the ethnic diversity of the white population is understood. People take pride in being Irish-American and Italian-American. They have a particular culture that infuses the (whole) culture and makes it richer and more interesting. But it’s not something that determines people’s life chances and there is no sense of superiority or inferiority. I think if we can expand that attitude to embrace African-Americans and Latino-Americans and Asian-Americans, then we will be in a position where all our kids can feel comfortable with the worlds they are coming out of, knowing they are part of something larger.

Yeah. About that whole “racial healing” thingy.

WMC-TV, the NBC affiliate in Memphis reports the following. ..

West Point, Miss. – (WMC) – A 32-year-old Marine and Iraq war veteran attacked and beaten in what might be a hate crime.

Investigators say several men jumped Ralph Weems in a parking lot in West Point, Mississippi.

One man is in custody, but West Point Police Chief Tim Brinkley says there were more attackers. His department is developing a list and trying to bring them in for questioning.

The Associated Press reports that Weems’ friend and fellow veteran David Knighten says the beating was racially charged.

Knighten says someone outside a Waffle House told him politely that it was not a safe place for whites to be at the moment, because people inside were upset over the killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.

Knighten says Weems was inside arguing with some people. They both left and went to another restaurant.

A group of men followed them there. He says the men attacked both of them, shouting racial slurs during the attack.

Chief Brinkley says a hate crime carries an enhanced penalty, but adds, “It’s up to the Grand Jury to make this determination. All we do is process the evidence and turn the case over to the District Attorney, who in turn presents it to a Grand Jury. It’s within their discretion to add the hate crime enhancement.”

The case is still under investigation. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and state District Attorney’s Office both known about the ongoing investigation.

As I have written in previous posts, I was born, raised in, and lived for 39 years in Memphis, TN.  I now reside right across the state line (literally) in Southaven, MS, after former Mayor W.W. Herenton told middle class folks like myself that we were no longer welcome there.

I left out the aspect of race from the preceding paragraph as to not beat a dead horse, but racial division in this country is being used as a political tool in an attempt to “divide and conquer” (divide et impera) through a deliberate campaign strategy by Obama and his minions, reinforced by Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice.

In fact, today’s Liberals use Racism as both a sword and a shield.

As Americans witnessed last week in the town of Ferguson, Missouri, Liberals will shamelessly use any situation involving a perceived “Racial Act”, fact or fiction, to strengthen their ties with the Black Voting Bloc.

Additionally, if you attack Obama’s performance as President, or any other Liberal Black Leader’s performance, Liberals will deflect their incompetency, but claiming that you’re a RAAACIIIST! 

 President Ronald Reagan once said,

There are no constraints on the human mind, no walls around the human spirit, no barriers to our progress except those we ourselves erect.

Compare it to these words:

It’s not to make excuses for that fact — although black folks do interpret the reasons for that in a historical context. President Obama, for his own political reasons, reinforces, at every opportunity, the self-fulfilling prophecy that the Black Community is still shackled and limited in their freedom.

Which is an ironic statement, considering, as a Black man, that he presently holds the position of President of the most powerful country on the face of the Earth.

Back in High School, during the 1974-1975 school year, I was a Sophomore Commissioner on the Student Council with a fellow named James. James was one of those students who were bused to our school. He went on to play football and run track. More importantly, James went on to have a 4.5 GPA,  make a 32 on his ACT, and receive a full scholarship to Harvard, and later, went on to Johns Hopkins Medical School. James worked hard and he achieved.

Millions of other Black Americans have, as well.

The current race-baiting and racially-based pandering by the President and his Administration dishonors those who have achieved and has constrained those who might otherwise achieve.

AG Holder Goes to Ferguson to Get…err…Seek An Indictment…As the Real Truth Starts to Come Out

Ferguson MO8202014The “war-torn” city of Ferguson, Missouri has a new carpetbagger in town.

Attorney General Eric Holder sought Wednesday to reassure the people of Ferguson about the investigation into Michael Brown’s death and said he understands why many black Americans do not trust police, recalling how he was repeatedly stopped by officers who seemed to target him because of his race.

Holder made the remarks during a visit to the St. Louis suburb that has endured more than a week of unrest fueled by the fatal shooting of the black 18-year-old by a white officer. The Obama administration intended the trip to underscore its commitment to civil rights in general and the Ferguson case in particular.

The attorney general remembered how he was stopped twice on the New Jersey Turnpike and accused of speeding. Police searched his car, going through the trunk and looking under the seats.

“I remember how humiliating that was and how angry I was and the impact it had on me,” Holder said during a private meeting with about 50 community leaders at the Florissant campus of St. Louis Community College.

Holder also met with federal officials investigating Michael Brown’s Aug. 9 death and with Brown’s parents.

While living in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, Holder was once running to catch a movie with his cousin when a squad car rolled up and flashed its lights at the pair. The officer yelled, “Where are you going? Hold it!” Holder recalled.

His cousin “started mouthing off,” and Holder urged him to be quiet.

“We negotiate the whole thing, and we walk to our movie. At the time that he stopped me, I was a federal prosecutor. I wasn’t a kid,” he said.

Holder also met briefly with Missouri State Highway Patrol Capt. Ron Johnson, who has been in charge of security in the community for nearly a week since relieving Ferguson police. The National Guard has also been called in to help keep the peace.

Asked whether he had confidence in the local investigation of the police officer, Johnson said Holder’s presence “is a guarantee on that.”

In nearby Clayton, a grand jury began hearing evidence to determine whether the officer, Darren Wilson, should be charged in Brown’s death.

A spokesman for St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch said there was no timeline for the process, but it could take weeks.

At the college, Holder told his audience that the most experienced agents and prosecutors would be assigned to the Ferguson investigation.

AG Holder sounds like a man on a purposeful mission, doesn’t he?

About the subject of the Attorney General’s “fact-finding” mission…it appears that Officer Vinson got the s!@t beat out of him.

Foxnews.com reports that

Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Mo., police officer whose fatal shooting of Michael Brown touched off more than a week of demonstrations, suffered severe facial injuries, including an orbital (eye socket) fracture, and was nearly beaten unconscious by Brown moments before firing his gun, a source close to the department’s top brass told FoxNews.com.

“The Assistant (Police) Chief took him to the hospital, his face all swollen on one side,” said the insider. “He was beaten very severely.” 
According to the well-placed source, Wilson was coming off another case in the neighborhood on Aug. 9 when he ordered Michael Brown and his friend Dorain Johnson to stop walking in the middle of the road because they were obstructing traffic. However, the confrontation quickly escalated into physical violence, the source said.

“They ignored him and the officer started to get out of the car to tell them to move,” the source said. “They shoved him right back in, that’s when Michael Brown leans in and starts beating Officer Wilson in the head and the face.”

The source claims that there is “solid proof” that there was a struggle between Brown and Wilson for the policeman’s firearm, resulting in the gun going off – although it still remains unclear at this stage who pulled the trigger. Brown started to walk away according to the account, prompting Wilson to draw his gun and order him to freeze. Brown, the source said, raised his hands in the air, and turned around saying, “What, you’re going to shoot me?”

At that point, the source told FoxNews.com, the 6-foot-4, 292-pound Brown charged Wilson, prompting the officer to fire at least six shots at him, including the fatal bullet that penetrated the top of Brown’s skull, according to an independent autopsy conducted at the request of Brown’s family.

Wilson suffered a fractured eye socket in the fracas, and was left dazed by the initial confrontation, the source said. He is now “traumatized, scared for his life and his family, injured and terrified” that a grand jury, which began hearing evidence on Wednesday, will “make some kind of example out of him,” the source said.

The source also said the dashboard and body cameras, which might have recorded crucial evidence, had been ordered by Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson, but had only recently arrived and had not yet been deployed.

A spokesman for the St. Louis County Police Department, citing the ongoing investigation, declined late Wednesday to say whether Wilson required medical treatment following the altercation.

I have watching in fascination…and disgust…as the situation in Ferguson, Missouri has devolved into some sort of bizarre rush to judgement, for the purpose of some kind of strange racial reparation.

As the evidence against Michael Brown makes its way into the harsh light of day, the professional race-baiters, who have besieged the tiny town of Ferguson, and their supporting Liberal Pundits and sycophants on the World Wide Web, have continued their chorus of “innocence due to perpetual victimhood”, in the case of Michael Brown, proving that denial is not just a river in Egypt.

You see, boys and girls, at this point in the Liberal fairy tale narrative of “Mike the Gentle Giant”, with all of the blood-thirsty Liberal Trolls, who have descended upon the town of Ferguson, publicly writhing in anticipation of a presumed guilty verdict in the trial of Officer Darren Vinson, anything less than a guilty verdict will not satisfy their blood lust.

That is why President Barack Hussein Obama sent Attorney General Eric Holder down to Ferguson. Holder is there to make sure that Officer Vinson in indicted in the “wrongful death” of “Gentle Giant” Michael Brown.

Even if the shooting of the 6’4″, 290 lb. thieving, store owner-bullying, dope-smoking, 18 year-old thug was justified.

Decades ago, when the Ku Klux Klan rode through the nation, innocent black men were hung from the nearest tree, simply because of the color of their skin.

Today,  in 2014, it appears that those roles have been reversed.

And, it has been sanctioned by Presidential Decree.

Two wrongs do not make a right…”civil” or otherwise.

Holder Announces “Equal Rights” for Gay Convict “Couples” After His Boss Invokes God at the National Prayer Breakfast.

Attorney General Eric Holder announced Saturday that the Justice Department will now follow a landmark Supreme Court ruling on same-sex spouses, which means they will no longer be compelled to testify against each other in civil and criminal cases.

The policy changes mean same-sex spouses also should be eligible to file jointly for bankruptcy and have the same rights and privileges in federal prison as inmates in heterosexual marriages.

Prosecutors have used various legal challenges against the spousal privilege. But Holder made clear the federal government will no longer make such challenges, even in states where same-sex marriages are not recognized.

The changes will officially be made through a policy memorandum to be issued Monday.

“This means that, in every courthouse, in every proceeding, and in every place where a member of the Department of Justice stands on behalf of the United States — they will strive to ensure that same-sex marriages receive the same privileges, protections and rights as opposite-sex marriages under federal law,” Holder said at the Human Rights Campaign’s Greater New York Gala.

Among the agencies under the Justice Department that will be impacted by the changes are the FBI, the Bureau of Prisons and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Holder also said same-sex couples will now qualify for several Justice Department benefits programs, including the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and benefits to surviving spouses of public safety officers who suffer catastrophic or fatal injuries in the line of duty.

“This landmark announcement will change the lives of countless committed gay and lesbian couples for the better,” said campaign President Chad Griffin.

Holder compared this generation’s efforts to achieve same-sex marriage rights to those in the 1960s for achieving civil rights and said the stakes “could not be higher.”

“The Justice Department’s role in confronting discrimination must be as aggressive today as it was in Robert Kennedy’s time,” Holder said of the attorney general who played a leadership role in advancing civil rights.

The changes are the most recent application of a Supreme Court ruling that struck down a provision in the Defense of Marriage Act defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman. The decision applies to legally married same-sex couples seeking federal benefits.

Additionally, AG Holder said,

Just as our forebears came together to overcome tremendous adversity — and to forge the more just and more equal societies in which we now live — so, too, must the current generation rise to the causes that have become the struggles of our day; the defining civil rights challenges of our time. I believe one of these struggles is the fight for equality for our lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender — or LGBT — citizens.

Equating the desire to “normalize” a deviant sexual preference to the Civil Rights Struggle, during which black and white Americans lost their lives, had hoses turned on them, and dogs turned loose on them, dishonors the memory of Dr, Martin Luther King and all of the Civil Rights Pioneers, who labored so hard for equality during that time.

On February 6th, President Barack Hussein Obama spoke the following words to the National Prayer Breakfast:

So each time we gather, it’s a chance to set aside the rush of our daily lives; to pause with humility before an Almighty God; to seek His grace; and, mindful of our own imperfections, to remember the admonition from the Book of Romans, which is especially fitting for those of us in Washington: “Do not claim to be wiser than you are.”

So here we put aside labels of party and ideology, and recall what we are first: all children of a loving God; brothers and sisters called to make His work our own. But in this work, as Lincoln said, our concern should not be whether God is on our side, but whether we are on God’s side.

And here we give thanks for His guidance in our own individual faith journeys. In my life, He directed my path to Chicago and my work with churches who were intent on breaking the cycle of poverty in hard-hit communities there. And I’m grateful not only because I was broke and the church fed me, but because it led to everything else. It led me to embrace Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. It led me to Michelle — the love of my life — and it blessed us with two extraordinary daughters. It led me to public service. And the longer I serve, especially in moments of trial or doubt, the more thankful I am of God’s guiding hand.

Now, here, as Americans, we affirm the freedoms endowed by our Creator, among them freedom of religion. And, yes, this freedom safeguards religion, allowing us to flourish as one of the most religious countries on Earth, but it works the other way, too — because religion strengthens America.

Indeed, Mr. President. Only America was founded as a Christian Nation, by Godly men. As John Adams, one of those Founding Fathers and our Second President, said,

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

I have noticed that “Liberals’, as a by-product of their own hubris and, like all mankind, their sinful nature, tend to change the meaning of, or ignore the scripture to fit within the moral parameters of the immoral, Godless Culture which they themselves are so proud to have created. 

It is all a part of the Obama Administration’s overall strategy. Back on January 27th, I wrote

Obama and his one-minded collective are desperately trying to desensitize Americans regarding the Hot Button Issue of “gay marriage”. Even though, those who practice the sexually deviant behavior of homosexuality only compose around 3% of our population, those advocating defiling of the sacrament of marriage would like us to all believe that they number many,many more. And, those who rig polls for a living would like us to believe that the majority of Americans believe it is okay for homosexuals to imitate the union of a heterosexual couple.

If that were the case, 31 states would not still ban “Gay Marriage”. And, “Activist Judges” would not have had to overturn the will of the people in Utah and California.

In their desperation, Liberals have even tried to rewrite God’s Word regarding Homosexuality, labeling anyone who does not agree with them, into a “Hater”.

Remember the hoopla before Christmas concerning Duck Commander Phil Robertson’s paraphrasing of the 1st Corinthians passage concerning Homosexuality?

After combative CNN commentator Ben Ferguson called out Piers Morgan attacked the topic on one of his shows. His guests were Conservative Talk show Host Ben Ferguson, Liberal Bloviator Dr. Mark Lamont HJill, and Biblical Scholar Dr. Michael Brown.

To say that things did not go well for England’s worst export, is an understatement.

Here’s a slightly redacted transcript:

Morgan: Let me ask you this, sir. As a Christian man, can you point to a single public utterance by Jesus Christ—the Christ in Christianity—about gay people or about a gay lifestyle? Can you name one single thing, derogatory or otherwise?

Ferguson: Go to Sodom and Gomorra for goodness sakes!

Brown: I’ll name three for your Piers. Number one, in Matthew 5, Jesus said he didn’t come to abolish the Torah but to fulfill. He takes the sexual morals of the Torah to a higher level. Number two, in Matthew 15, he says all sexual acts committed outside of marriage defile a human being. And in Matthew 19 he says marriage as God intended it is the union of one man and one woman for life.

Look, Jesus did not address wife-beating or heroin-shooting, but we don’t use that argument for silence. But in point of fact, he as a first century Jew, of course he reinforced these things. And Piers, I’d encourage you to restudy what scripture says. We should love our neighbors as our self, but that doesn’t mean we approve everything of our neighbor.

At this point, Hill interjected, arguing that there are “several problems with that interpretation.”

Hill: One, the New Testament absolutely does offer the words and the voice of Jesus, and he very explicitly does not talk about being gay. And even the scripture you cited about marriage is very different than talking about being gay…

Brown reminded Hill of Christ’s assertion that “marriage is one man and one woman,” but Hill moved on to attempt to address Brown’s statement about Christ’s reinforcement of Old Testament law.

Hill: If you’re saying he’s confirming the Old Testament, well, the Old Testament is far from clear around gay marriage or around gay acts.

Brown: Are you sure about that?

Hill: …The book of Leviticus, according to most biblical scholars, is not about being gay. If you’re talking about the story of Sodom and Gomorrah for example. It’s really about being inhospitable to neighbors, it’s about prostitution, it’s about many other things…

Brown: Hebrew scholarship is my background, I have a PhD in Semitic languages… Leviticus 18 is quite explicit: For a man to lie with a man is contrary to what God intended. The rectum is part of the disposal system. It’s not meant for sexuality. God designed a man to be with a woman. That’s pretty obvious, not hateful to say it. That’s obvious. And, really, the Hebrew scriptures are clear on this, sir.

I wish nobody unhappiness. And, I will continue to hate the sin and love the sinner.

However, history has shown us what happens to a nation or an empire, when it devolves into licentiousness. 

And, even now, my fellow Americans, the Barbarians are at the gate.

DOJ to America’s Schools: “Spare the Rod”…or, You’re Racists!

children41313On Wednesday, Attorney General Eric Holder announced that the Department of Justice, on behalf of the Obama Administration was issuing a national set of disciplinary guidelines for America’s Public Schools to follow.

According to Breitbart.com:

The Obama administration is urging schools to abandon overly zealous discipline policies that civil rights advocates have long said lead to a school-to-prison pipeline that discriminates against minority students.

The wide-ranging series of guidelines issued Wednesday in essence tells schools that they must adhere to the principle of fairness and equity in student discipline or face strong action if they don’t. The American Civil Liberties Union called the recommendations “ground-breaking.”

“A routine school disciplinary infraction should land a student in the principal’s office, not in a police precinct,” Attorney General Eric Holder said.

Holder said the problem often stems from well intentioned “zero-tolerance” policies that too often inject the criminal justice system into the resolution of problems. Zero tolerance policies, a tool that became popular in the 1990s, often spell out uniform and swift punishment for offenses such as truancy, smoking or carrying a weapon. Violators can lose classroom time or become saddled with a criminal record.

Police have become a more common presence in American schools since the shootings at Columbine High School in 1999.

In American schools, black students without disabilities were more than three times as likely as whites to be expelled or suspended, according to government civil rights data collection from 2011-2012. Although black students made up 15 percent of students in the data collection, they made up more than a third of students suspended once, 44 percent of those suspended more than once and more than a third of students expelled.

More than half of students involved in school-related arrests or referred to law enforcement were Hispanic or black, according to the data.

The recommendations encourage schools to ensure that all school personnel are trained in classroom management, conflict resolution and approaches to de-escalate classroom disruptions.

I obtained a copy of the Guidelines, which I found rather easily online. According to the DOJ and the Dept. of Ed.,

The Departments recognize that disparities in student discipline rates in a school or district may be caused by a range of factors. However, research suggests that the substantial racial disparities of the kind reflected in the CRDC data are not explained by more frequent or more serious misbehavior by students of color. Although statistical and quantitative data would not end an inquiry under Title IV or Title VI, significant and unexplained racial disparities in student discipline give rise to concerns that schools may be engaging in racial discrimination that violates the Federal civil rights laws. For instance, statistical evidence may indicate that groups of students have been subjected to different treatment or that a school policy or practice may have an adverse discriminatory impact. Indeed, t e De me s’ investigations, which consider quantitative data as part of a wide array of evidence, have revealed racial discrimination in the administration of student discipline. For example, in our investigations we have found cases where African-American students were disciplined more harshly and more frequently because of their race than similarly situated white students. In short, racial discrimination in school discipline is a real problem.

The CRDC data also show that an increasing number of students are losing important instructional time due to exclusionary discipline. The increasing use of disciplinary sanctions such as in-school and out-of-school suspensions, expulsions, or referrals to law enforcement authorities creates the potential for significant, negative educational and long-term outcomes, and can contribute to what is called the “school to prison” pipeline.” Studies have suggested a correlation between exclusionary discipline policies and practices and an array of serious educational, economic, and social problems, including school avoidance and diminished educational engagement; decreased academic achievement; increased behavior problems; increased likelihood of dropping out; substance abuse; and involvement with juvenile justice systems.

As a result, this guidance is critically needed to ensure that all students have an equal opportunity to learn and grow in school.

In other words, School Administrators and teachers who actually expect “children of color” to behave themselves in class are nothing but a bunch of RAAACIIISTS.

The problem is , nowadays the children are already out-of-control by the time they get to Pre-school.

For example: 

A Nebraska toddler who repeated a slew of profanities in an online video has been taken into child protective custody, Omaha police said Wednesday.

While authorities found nothing criminal in the video, officials from the Omaha police’s Child Victim Unit and the Nebraska Child Protective Services took the infant and three other children into custody on Wednesday, the police department said on its Facebook page.

The joint investigation found safety concerns, the statement said.

…In the video, the diapered child is bombarded with obscenities and racial slurs by the adults around him.

The African-American toddler knocks down a chair and gives nearly as good as he gets, responding to some of the comments with an upraised middle finger and telling one of the adults at one point, “Shut up, bitch.” The adults laugh and prompt him to repeat other crudities.

Within the last couple of years, I have had the occasion to work inside of a Middle School. I watched School Administrators and Teachers, black and white, deal with kids rolling their eyes and mouthing off at them.

In the state where I live, corporal punishment is still allowed, although parents can opt out, in favor of a home suspension.

I watched appropriate discipline being administered fairly.

In fact, I marveled at the patient of educators dealing with those “problem children”. Back in my day, their “discipline problem” would have been taken care of at home.

The problem educators are facing, quite frankly, can be traced back to the fact that 72% of black babies are being born out-of-wedlock, and grow up without a stable male authority figure in their life.

The life lessons that are essential to the development of a child and that encourage their ability to learn, are not being taught at home. And, due to the “popular culture”, neither is respect for authority, especially women in authority.

The Department of Justice and the Department of Education are targeting the wrong adults in these children’s lives.

They need to address those responsible for the behavior: the parents and the children.

They are the arsonists responsible for this fire. America’s School Administrators and Teachers, black and white, are Firefighters trying to keep the blaze under control…and, they’re running out of water.
