Saturday Morning Thoughts: Biden’s DOJ Wants Judge to Make Trump Shut Up…and Us, Too

“The Justice Department on Friday urged a federal judge overseeing former President Trump’s election fraud case to issue a protective order against the former president after he made social media posts the department argues are threatening.

Prosecutors asked U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan to issue a protective order in the case a day after Trump pleaded not guilty to charges of attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in his favor and block the peaceful transition of power. The protective order would limit the information Trump and his legal team would be allowed to share publicly about the case.

The Legal Warfare that the Democrats are waging in order to keep former President Donald J Trump from running for the office of President again is more than just a war between political parties.

It is a purposeful war against the United States Constitution and the individual freedoms that it provides for each and every American citizen.

Trump has always said, “They’re (the Democrat Elite) coming after YOU. I am standing in the way.”

It is quite obvious to every single American living here in the Heartland that the Democrat Elite wants to stay in power in perpetuity.

From Obama spying on Candidate Trump to the Russian Collusion Lie to the riots by their New Bolsheviks, their strategy has been to suppress individual freedom and the Constitutional Right of every AMERICAN CITIZEN to vote for the Presidential Candidate of their choice.

Their attempts to impeach President Trump, even after he left office, were dismal failures.

Their Stage 4 Trump Derangement Syndrome and unbridled lust for political power has turned the Democrat Elite into a cabal of “Dr. Strangeloves”and the Deep State professional bureaucrats, Main Stream Media, and New Bolsheviks/Wokesheviks are “Major T. J. Kongs” riding the Atom Bomb down to destruction.

The Democrat politicians, lawyers, and bureaucrats waging this legal warfare have forsworn the oaths they have taken to protect and defend the Constitution.

Indeed, they have become “useful idiots” using legal warfare to create a new Soviet Union.

Saturday Morning Thoughts: It’s Time to Rage Against the Dying of the Light of Liberty

Americans watched some very interesting political events transpire over the past week as a “sweetheart” deal involving a sitting President’s son went up in flames becuse one brave Federal Judge asked the obvious question about a hidden codicle in a plea bargain:

“Why are you allowing this man unlimited immunity while he is still under investigation?”

Then, after that brave judge saw to it that Hunter Biden would have to face charges just as any other American citizen would have had to under the same circumstances, the Democrat Elite, in retaliation for this, added more charges to the top candidate for the 2024 Presidential Election representing the opposition party.

If you don’t believe that the charges leveled against Donald J Trump are all a political ploy to keep him from becoming the next President of the United States, you don’t have the brains God gave a gnat.

Everything that the Democrats are doing now is a political necessity brought about by the fact that every single political strategy ( except cheating in the 2020 Presidential Election) that they have attempted against former President Donald Trump has backfired on them.

Even Joe Biden finally admitting that he has a granddaughter in Arkansas in a Friday Night Dump is nothing but a political expediency designed to keep his denial of her from being brought up during the campaign.

I’m not saying that the Republicans are not using all of this information that has come out against the Biden Crime Family to their political advantage… they are, and they should.

For decades, beginning with the Clinton “Co-Presidency,” there seems to have been two distinct justice systems in the United States of America.

One system for the Democrat Elite and the other system for Republican politicians and average citizens.

Donald Trump is exactly right when he says that if he was as unpopular as the Democrats claim that he is, they wouldn’t be going after him the way they are.

The Republicans do have some decent Presidential Candidates.

However, none of them have a snowball’s chance in hell of winning except for Donald J Trump.

That is why the Democrat Elite brought in unscrupulous “Hitman” Prosecutor Jack Smith.

Theit attempts to impeach Trump failed and so they had to “ratchet up” their efforts to eliminate him from getting a second term as President, not caring that it would be the worst case of election interference and voter suppression this country has ever seen.

So now, my fellow Americans, it is up to each and everyone of us.

We can sit here like a bunch of japanese eating noodles watching former American professionals play baseball in the Land of the Rising Sun or we can pay attention to what is going on and let out elected officials on Capitol Hill know what we think about this attempt to turn our Constitutional Republic into a totalitarian out-of-control central government-run oligarchy.

It is time for the Republicans in Congress to grow a spine, and for average Americans to pay attention.

Together, we must rage against the dying of the Light of Liberty.

Musk Begins to Reveal Twitter 2020 Presidential Election Interference

“Elon Musk rolled out his internal probe into how Twitter handled the Hunter Biden laptop story on Friday, showing extreme lengths the company went through to protect President Joe Biden.

In a thread from journalist Matt Taibbi, endorsed by Musk, leaked documents suggest the company disproportionately favored Democrats on content moderation before the billionaire took control.

The Rolling Stone contributing editor laid out a series of redacted files alleged to originate from Twitter employees’ communications, appearing to show collusion between Twitter’s top brass and the Biden campaign, as well as the Democratic National Committee.

In one of the documents dated Oct. 24, 2020, an employee is seen linking to a set of tweets from accounts flagged by a group referred to as “the Biden team.” Three hours later, another employee replies that he “handled these,” implying what appears to be removal.

Another screenshot shows a dialogue between workers at the company where two tweets are flagged, one by prominent conservative actor James Woods, as “an additional report from DNC.”

But the greatest attention was focused on accusations surrounding Twitter’s suppression of evidence obtained from Hunter Biden’s laptop, initially published by the New York Post.

“Twitter took extraordinary steps to suppress the story, removing links and posting warnings that it may be ‘unsafe.’ They even blocked its transmission via direct message, a tool hitherto reserved for extreme cases, e.g. child pornography,” Taibbi wrote.

Taibbi then described how the story was removed on the basis of violating Twitter’s “hacked materials policy” and was made “at the highest levels of the company but without the knowledge of CEO Jack Dorsey.”

Sources told Taibbi they had issues with the official basis, though. According to several anonymous employees, flagging a post for hacked materials normally “required an official/law enforcement finding of a hack.” However, that never appeared.”(Courtesy Newsmax.com)

Section 230 of the Security Communications Act states that

“No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider” (47 U.S.C. § 230)

What this means is that any online service which publishes third party content is protected against a range of laws that might otherwise be used to hold them legally responsible for what others say and do.

The problem is, as Elon Musk is revealing, these entities can also be used as a way to limit free speech, if that speech damages the political party which the ownership supports.

There was shadow banning of Conservatives happening on Twitter for quite some time.

For example, actor James Woods, a noted Conservative possessing a razor-sharp wit, was banned for several months from Twitter.

In fact, he and Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany had their Tweets about the New York Post Article.

Other Conservatives had thousands of followers mysteriously vanish with no logical explanation.

And, as we all saw, Twitter was definitely Pro-Hillary during the 2016 Campaign.

What gets me, is while all this was going on, “Bots” and wild-eyed vulgar Liberals were allowed to spam then-President Trump’s Twitter feed, making it almost impossible for average Americans to comment on it.

Why, it is almost like those “useful idiots ” were getting paid to damage the President. (/sarc)

The 2020 Presidential Election was rigged by the Democrat Elite.

So, what is the new upcoming Republican Majority in the House of Representatives going to do about it?
