Trump Asks Flynn to be National Security Adviser. “Moderate” Muslim Group “CAIR” Objects. I’m Shocked. Shocked, I Tell You.

1613564_1280x720In 1786 Thomas Jefferson, then US ambassador to France, and John Adams, then US Ambassador to Britain, met in London with Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja, the Dey’s ambassador to Britain, in an attempt to negotiate a peace treaty based on Congress’ vote of funding. To the US Congress these two future Presidents later reported the reasons for the Muslims’ hostility towards America, a nation with which they had no previous contacts.

“…that it was founded on the Laws of their Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as Prisoners, and that every Musselman (Muslim) who should be slain in Battle was sure to go to Paradise.”

CNSNews.com reported earlier this week that

President-elect Donald Trump has offered the key post of national security adviser former Defense Intelligence Agency chief Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (ret.), the Associated Press reported Thursday, citing an unnamed senior Trump official.

Flynn, who served as head of the DIA from 2012 to 2014, has been advising the Trump campaign on national security issues.

He is also an outspoken critic of radical Islam and shari’a (Islamic law), and has attracted the ire of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Earlier Thursday, CAIR issued a statement urging Trump not to appoint him “because of his history of anti-Muslim comments and associations.”

It quoted him as comparing Islam to “a cancer” during an event in Texas earlier this year hosted by ACT for America, an organization which CAIR described as an “anti-Islam hate group.”

“A person who believes the faith of one fourth of the world’s population is a ‘cancer’ should not be advising the president on anything, let alone on our nation’s security,” said CAIR national Executive Director Nihad Awad.

“We urge President-elect Trump not to appoint General Flynn to any administration post, and if he already has made that decision, to find another candidate who does not hold such bigoted views.”

Flynn this year published a book entitled The Field of Fight: How We Can Win the Global War Against Radical Islam and Its Allies.

He was promoting the book at the event in Texas last August referred to by CAIR’s Awad.

“Islam is a political ideology,” Flynn told the audience in Dallas, in the context of talking about the spate of Islamic terror attacks over the summer that included those in Orlando, Fla., in the French city of Nice, in Baghdad, in Bangladesh, at the Istanbul airport in Turkey, on a train in Germany, and elsewhere.

“It is a political ideology,” he continued. “It definitely hides behind this – this notion of it being a religion.”

“I have a very, very tough time,” Flynn went on, “because I don’t see a lot of people screaming ‘Jesus Christ’ with hatchets or machetes or rifles, shooting up clubs or hatcheting, you know, literally axing families on a train.”

“So we have a problem,” he said. “It’s like cancer – I’ve gone through cancer in my own life – so it’s like cancer. And it’s like a malignant cancer though in this case, that has metastasized. Like I just said, the number of attacks in 22 countries in just the last 45 days …”

Answering questions after his remarks Flynn, in response to a theological query, replied, “If there’s a god that believes in chaining a human being inside a cage, pouring gasoline over their head and then lighting them on fire or – that’s one way – or taking children and dropping them into acid baths, or taking women and girls, young girls, and raping them constantly for just the sheer sick pleasure, because they can – then to me that’s not a god. That’s the devil.”

CAIR, which calls itself “the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization,” has a record of labeling its critics “Islamophobes.”

In his book, Flynn is critical of attempts to introduce aspects ofshari’a into America.

“It is no accident that Radical Islamists in America are pushing very hard and very systematically to gain legal standing for Sharia, and to forbid any and all criticism of Islam; these are all steps towards creating an Islamic state right here at home,” he writes.

“We have to thwart these efforts and encourage criticism of those who support them. There are many American Muslims who have spoken out against the advance of Radical Islam in the United States, and they are predictably singled out by the Islamic radicals in our country and, to a degree, shunned by politically motivated people in our own government.”

“If we cannot criticize the radical Muslims in our own country, we cannot fight them either in America or overseas,” Flynn writes. “Unless we can wage an effective ideological campaign in the United States, we will not be able to defeat the jihadis on foreign battlefields, because we will not understand the true nature of our enemy.”

Here’s some background information about CAIR, per discoverthenetworks.org:

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) describes itself as a “non-profit, grassroots membership organization … established to promote a positive image of Islam and Muslims in America,” to protect Muslims from hate crimes and discrimination, and to present “an Islamic perspective on issues of importance to the American public.” According to the Council’s Director of Communications, Ibrahim Hooper, “We are similar to a Muslim NAACP.” As of June 2007, CAIR claimed 32 branch affiliates in the United States and one in Canada.

CAIR was co-founded in 1994 by Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmad, both of whom had close ties to the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), which was established by senior Hamas operative Mousa Abu Marzook and functioned as Hamas’ public relations and recruitment arm in the United States. Awad and Ahmad previously had served, respectively, as IAP’s Public Relations Director and President. Thus it can be said that CAIR was an outgrowth of IAP.

…From its inception, CAIR has sought to portray itself as a moderate, mainstream organization, and as early as 1996 its officials became frequent guests at State Department and White House events. In the aftermath of 9/11, when the Bush administration tried to reassure American Muslims that Islam was not the target of the war on terrorism, CAIR officials were prominent among the invitees. CAIR was the main Islamic group to gain U.S. media access in the post-9/11 period, providing the “Muslim view” of the terrorist attacks and of America’s response to them. As self-acclaimed Muslim spokesmen, CAIR officials typically refused to “simplify the situation” by blaming Osama bin Laden for the attacks on America. Moreover, while they eventually were induced by journalists to condemn Palestinian suicide terror in a pro forma manner, they hedged their disavowals by describing it as an understandable response to Israeli brutality.

These are Moderate Muslims?

First off…while I have met some very nice American Muslims, I have also been inside a mosque where I was looked at as if they wanted to take a scimitar to my neck.

If Moderate Muslims are not behind their radical brethren’s eternal jihad against us infidels, they need to get their mugs in front of the cable news networks’ TV cameras and say so…because all I see representing them when I turn on the news, are the abrasive members of CAIR, blaming America for all the world’s troubles.

Which is ironic, because the President of the United States of America is demonstrably Islam’s biggest supporter in this country, as so aptly proven by his refusal to participate in the March Against Radical Islam, led by 50 World Leaders, held in Paris, France after the horrible Islamic Terrorist Attack there.

Are “The Smartest People in the Room” so contrary, as to not realize that Radical Islam punishes every single social issue that American Liberals so “righteously” defend in this nation?

The maddening thing is that every time you challenge Liberals on this fact, they try to equate Radical Islam with American Christianity.

Frankly, the ignorance of these young Liberals blows my mind.

When Christians become “radicalized”, we want to share the testimony of what God has done for us through His love, with everyone we meet. We get involved in our local church and we become better fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, and American Citizens.

When Muslims become “radicalized”, they want to “kill the Infidels” in the name of “Allah the Merciful”.

In the case of the Chechen Muslim brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon, their immersion into Radical Islam led them to “kill the infidels” that horrendous day.

In the case of the barbarians of ISIS, it has turned them into doppelgangers of the Nazi Butchers of Dachau.

Islam and Christianity present two very different Deities, who may share some similarities, but who have different identities and ultimately different standards. To pretend they are the same is not only to be clueless of the faith of 70-75% of the citizens of this nation, but, to be ignorant of an integral part of our American Heritage, the legacy of Christian Faith, which our Founding Fathers bequeathed us.

As a Lifeway Survey taken in 2014  showed, older Americans, such as myself, actually see radical Islam and Sharia law for what it is.

Why is that?

I believe that it is because of the old adage,

With age comes wisdom.

Older Americans can remember when the Shah of Iran was deposed and the Radical Mullahs took over the nation, holding Americans hostage, under the ineffectual American President Jimmy Carter, for 144 days.

The only reason that those hostages were not killed and were let go, was the inauguration of President Ronald Wilson Reagan.

The only thing that these barbarians fear is strength, as the leader of Jordan has recently demonstrated.

Older Americans were raised differently than this current generation, for the most part. We were raised to understand Christianity’s place, as the stitching, in the fabric of our nation.

As I have written before, American Christianity is a legacy which our fathers and their fathers, bequeathed to us, along with the courage to stand up for our beliefs.

Our Founding Documents and our System of Law are based on our Judeo-Christian Beliefs.

This latest generation, seems to be more interested in giving Dress-wearing Johnny his perceived “Constitutional Right” to “drop trou” in the company of our wives, daughters, and daughters-in-law in public and school restrooms and locker rooms, or crying and crawling up into a ball in their “safe spaces” or violently protesting in public, when they don’t get their way like a bunch of 3-years olds in Walmart who are told that they can not have a toy they want, than they are about what is actually happening in our nation as related to our Sovereignty and our very lives.

This generation’s predilection for situational ethics, relative morality, and all-encompassing political correctness, is reminiscent of the cattle who are led up the ramp to the slaughter house.

They go through their lives, content in their ignorance, until the blade falls.

Unfortunately, this is the generation that we are leaving our country to.

It is time for them to wake up, grow up, and stand up…before it’s too late.

I. for one, am very glad that we now have a President-elect who is not afraid to say the words “Radical Islam” in front of the world or to hire men who will stand up for our Sovereign Nation in the face of it.

It will be nice to have an AMERICAN PRESIDENT again.

MEMO To: Geraldo From: A “Cranky Old White Guy”

INTRODUCTION: Yesterday morning, as I was in my man cave posting my blog on some of Facebook’s Political Pages, I had the television on Fox and Friends in the background, where I heard their guest, Geraldo Rivera, make these remarks, following the announcement of President-elect Donald J. Trump’s picks for Attorney General, National Security Advisor, and CIA Director.

I hope Trump’s cabinet is full of diversity and not just cranky old white guys.

That being said…

Mr. Rivera:

Considering that a couple of cranky old white guys named Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes hired you, I do believe that you just bit the hand which feeds you.

However, it is to be expected as Liberals, especially the Liberals in the Media, like yourself, continue your meltdown over the election of Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of United States of America.

You are just out of sorts, because the evening of November 8th made you realize that your Liberal Political Ideology is not embraced here in “Flyover Country”, America’s Heartland.

According to a Gallup Poll, published on January 16th of this year, Conservatives are still the leading Political Ideology in America at 37%, followed closely by “self-described” Moderates at 35%. Liberals remain the Minority Political Ideology in America, comprising only 24% of our population.

That is why I call the actions of insufferable idiots like the ones on full display “protesting” in the streets and on college campuses , “The Tyranny of the Minority”.

Geraldo…may I call you “Geraldo”?… for 8 looong years a bunch of paid and unpaid “useful idiots”, proclaiming thenselves to be “Political Pundits”, have been telling all of us normal Americans, living out here in the Heartland, how stupid and intolerant we are, for actually holding to Traditional American Values.

Personally, I have heard this garbage before.

Back in 2011, I got into a discussion on Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government website with some Cheetos-munching, Mom’s basement-dwelling Lib with no home training, who proceeded to tell me that he would be proud to defecate on the American Flag.

If I could have reached through my computer monitor and throttled that useless, ungrateful spoiled brat, I would have.

That “dude” was yet another example of the useful idiots of this present generation, such as Miley Cyrus, that seem to be garnering a lot of national attention for their outrageous, disrespectful…and, yes, intolerant, behavior.

Just as we have been bearing witness for the last 8 years, through the glorification of thugs and the vilifying of our local police departments by the Obama Administration and the local “communities” which they lay their lives on the line for, every day they put on their uniforms, the effects of LBJ’s “Great Society” on American Culture and the Black Family Unit, we are witnessing, through the egocentric behavior of this present generation, what happens when children are left to “their own devices”, instead of being raised “in the way in which they should go”.

Your Liberal Political Ideology does not set people free, it places them in chains of despair, while they wait on the “charity” of a banny-State Government.

Liberals,  such as yourself and, your imperious President, did not care about the “Will of the People”, but, rather, you were intent on implementing and enforcing your Far Left Political Ideology, resulting in a “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we are seeing play out, as those upset about Trump’s victory attempt to hold on to their “FREE STUFF” bestowed upon them by the “benevolent masters” of the Democrat Party.

The use of Karl Marx/Saul Alinsky-inspired “Class War Politics”, including “Racial Rhetoric”, and Barack Hussein Obama’s own petulant, belligerent personality of a 12-year-old, continues to inspire these “protestors”, leading to a divided nation, the likes of which has not been seen since “The War of Northern Aggression”.

When our Founding Fathers sat down to provide form and substance to the laws and procedures for governing this new country, which they had fought and won a bloody war over, by pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor, they were very aware of the price of tyranny.

They determined that this new nation would be a Constitutional Republic, having had their fill of monarchies.

And, that Sacred Document, our United States Constitution, gives each of us the right, including Trump, to speak our minds and be heard.

It gives those protestors that right, too…but, not at the expense of others, by strong-arming their way into Political Rallies, or by blocking access to them, for the expressed purpose of denying someone their First Amendment Rights.

Or, by trying to overturn the results of a fair and legal Presidential Election, through the use of violence and intimidation.

That is called “INTOLERANCE”.

Why is it that those among us, Liberals such as yourself, who claim to be the most tolerant, are actually the least tolerant of all?

Are These Colleges or Daycares? From the Greatest Generation to the “Snowflake” Generation

recycle-signs-600-la

As you all probably know by now, the election of Donald J. Trump to the Office of  President of the United States has sent all of the “Special Snowflakes”, who are the 20-something year-olds attending college, running for their “safe spaces”.

Foxnews.com reports that

Teddy bears, Play-Doh and coloring books are staples of nursery schools, but now they are showing up on college campuses to help distraught students cope with the election of a president they don’t like.

Around the nation, students are turning to the tools of toddlers as a bizarre form of therapy in the wake of Donald Trump’s election last week. Colleges and universities are encouraging students to cry, cuddle with puppies and sip hot chocolate to soothe their fragile psyches, an approach some critics say would be funny if it weren’t so alarming.

“This is an extreme reaction from millennials who are being forced to come to terms with the fact that we have a president that they don’t like –this is what losing feels like,” Kristin Tate, the 24-year-old author of “Government Gone Wild,” told FoxNews.com. “We are grooming our students to be sensitive crybabies when we need to be showing students how to deal with world situations and how to be adults –there are no ‘safe spaces’ in the real world.”

Among the top-notch schools sending devastated students back to their early childhood:

  • Cornell University recently hosted a “cry-in,” complete with hot chocolate and tissues for disappointed Hillary Clinton supporters.
  • University of Pennsylvania brought in a puppy and a kitten for therapeutic cuddling.
  • Tufts University held arts and crafts sessions for students.
  • University of Michigan Law School scheduled an event for this Friday called “Post-Election Self-Care With Food and Play” with “stress-busting self-care activities” including coloring, blowing bubbles, sculpting with Play-Doh and “positive card making.”

University of Michigan spokesperson Kim Broekhuizen told FoxNews.com the law school was providing these programs based on requests from the students on campus. But on Thursday, following media scrutiny, the event was scrubbed from the school’s website and replaced with a more age-appropriate discussion of the “limitations of executive power.”

In an email, Broekhuizen declined to say why the original event was scrapped, and said the Ann Arbor school often faciilitates similar stress-battling activities.

“These kinds of events are scheduled throughout the year including during high-stress times such as finals, mid-terms and presidential elections,” Broekhuizen wrote. “The event was scheduled before the outcome of the presidential election was known.”

At University of Michigan-Flint, students are able to visit “safe spaces” and receive counseling for their post-election needs, a program that Business Professor Mark Perry called “disturbing.”

“Institutions of higher learning have gone from being places that might be described as ‘intellectual boot-camps,’ where [students] are challenged with a diversity of new ideas, to being places that might now be, more accurately, described as ‘kindergartens’ for adults where they are no longer challenged, but instead treated as fragile, intellectual children and coddled with a ‘safe place’ response to anything challenging or unsettling,” Perry, who also is a scholar at The American Enterprise Institute, told FoxNews.com.

Boston University skipped the hot chocolate and therapy animals, but scheduled a set of post-election discussions aimed at helping students process a democratic election that didn’t go their way.

“Because the results of this election differed so dramatically from pre-election polls and the expectations gleaned from national media coverage, many people had difficulty comprehending how it came about,” Boston University spokesman Colin Riley told FoxNews.com. “These programs are helping students and others to sort through the results –it is more than how to deal with one’s feelings.”

Discussion and debate is certainly more in keeping with academic tradition than coloring books. But one BU student told FoxNews.com that a Nov. 9 email from the University, titled “Tips for engaging in self-care,” sent the wrong message.

“It is crazy that the school is handling the outcome of an election more than a serious terror attack,” the student told FoxNews.com. “We didn’t get a ‘self-care’ guide during any of them –not even after Paris last November while I was studying abroad.”

Cornell Psychology Professor Katherine Kinzler said not all students at the Ithaca, N.Y., Ivy League school are handling the prospect of President Trump like babies.

“My students tell me they are having conversations about their role as young adults in driving civic engagement, and the implications of the election for their nation and for their futures,”  Kinzler wrote in an email to FoxNews.com. “Students thinking through the issues and coming together can help us create productive solutions for the many critical problems of our times.”

It appears that these millennials believe that they have cornered the market on sensitivity. They have invested their very souls in it, allowing their quest for sensitivity to run and ruin their lives, leaving the males among them resembling a mirror image of the goofy looking guy in red pajamas who was sipping his latte in that advertisement that was encouraging all of us to buy Obamacare.

Sensitivity did not start with this generation.

Please allow me to tell you the story of another sensitive 20-something year-old, who was a member of the Greatest Generation.

D-Day, also called the Battle of Normandy, was fought on June 6, 1944, between the Allied nations and German forces occupying Western Europe. To this day, 72 years later, it  still remains the largest seaborne invasion in history. Almost three million troops crossed the English Channel from England to Normandy to be used as human cannon fodder in an invasion of occupied France.

Among the young men who stepped off those boats, in a hail of gunfire, was a fellow named Edward, whom everyone called Ned, from the small town of Helena, Arkansas.  Already in his young life, Ned had been forced to drop out of school in the sixth grade, in order to work at the local movie theatre to help support his mother, brother, and sister, faced with the ravages of the Great Depression.

He was a sensive soul. A gentle man who loved to laugh and sing, having recorded several 78 rpm records in the do-it-yourself booths of the day. And now, he found himself, a Master Sergeant in an Army Engineering Unit, stepping off a boat into the unknown, watching his comrades being mercilessly gunned down around him.

Ned, along with the rest of his unit who survived the initial assault, would go on to assist in the cleaning out of the Concentration Camps, bearing witness to man’s inhumanity to man.

The horrors he saw had a profound effect on Ned.  One which he would keep to himself for the remainder of his life.  While his children knew that he served with an Engineering Unit in World War II, they did not know the full extent of his service, until they found his medal, honoring his participation in the Invasion of Normandy, going through his belongings, after he passed away on December 29, 1997.

Unlike my father and the other brave men and women who served during World War II overseas and on the homefront, these college kids who are protesting the election of Trump as our next president are succeeding and doing nothing worthwhile. The only thing they are succeeding at is making themselves the laughing stock of the nation.

These young people will be graduating eventually and moving into the business world.

What are they going to do when they get a job and they fail at an assignment the boss gives them and they get chewed out for it? Curl up in a corner and color and play with Play-Doh?

Puhleeze.

Suck it up, buttercups.

Trump won.

Until He Comes,

Megyn Kelly’s Freefall Continues as She Continues to Attack Trump

14731251_10205385959927806_8491863673114560831_n

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.- Abraham Lincoln

The New York Times reports that

The Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly has spent the better part of the last year living in the main gladiator pit of 2016, becoming as much a target for Donald J. Trump as any of his opponents and emerging as a pivotal figure in the forced resignation of the Fox News Channel chairman Roger Ailes, whom she accused of sexual harassment.

On Tuesday, she was in her office at the Fox News headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, taking stock, preparing for the next phase — a Trump presidency — and warning fellow journalists to look at her experience during the campaign as a potential cautionary tale.

“The relentless campaign that Trump unleashed on me and Fox News to try to get coverage the way he liked it was unprecedented and potentially very dangerous,” she said, casual but animated behind her translucent desk. If he were to repeat the same behavior from the White House, she said, “it would be quite chilling for many reporters.”

Until this week, Ms. Kelly had generally avoided interviews about her experience with Mr. Trump. New details she shares in her book, “Settle for More,” about what she describes as Mr. Trump’s attempts to harass and intimidate her, have raised questions from some critics about why she didn’t step forward sooner.

But Ms. Kelly said the general contours of Mr. Trump’s campaign against her — which she says included pressure on her bosses to rein her in and led to death threats from Trump supporters that forced her to take on a security contingent — were well known and she did not want to make herself an even bigger part of the story before the election by sharing the inside details.

“Trump wanted to make me a story line in the race,” she said. “I was trying for nine months to get myself off of the playing field and onto the sidelines, where a reporter belongs.”

She has emerged from it all as the most sought-after star in television news, entertaining annual salary offers that surpass $20 million as she contemplates whether to stay at Fox News or leap to a competitor when her contract expires in the summer. Her new book, and the publicity surrounding it, re-litigates her fight with Mr. Trump just as he begins to plan his inauguration.

Mr. Trump’s spokeswoman, Hope Hicks, declined to comment on Ms. Kelly or her book.

But speaking broadly about Mr. Trump’s expectations for his relationship with the press as president, Ms. Hicks said that he would abide by “standard press protocols that are in place now, the traditions,” and that he saw his presidency as “a fresh start” for his relationship with the news media.

During the interview, Ms. Kelly said she feared the election sent a troubling message to women.

“There were a few themes that came out of 2016, and one of them is, as women, we have a long way to go, a long way to go,” she told me. Emphasizing that she takes “no position on the election,” she said the campaign showed “there is a tolerance for some considerable level of sexism and in some corners — let me underscore I’m not referring to Trump specifically, just what we saw this year — even misogyny.”

That morning her network colleague and rival Bill O’Reilly appeared to criticize her for sharing new details regarding her allegations that Mr. Ailes harassed her. Ms. Kelly wrote in the book that Mr. Ailes offered her “professional advancement in exchange for sexual favors,” and once implicitly threatened her job after she rejected a kiss.

The book was “making my network look bad,” Mr. O’Reilly said on “CBS This Morning.” Later, on his own show, Mr. O’Reilly suggested Ms. Kelly should have shown “allegiance” to Fox by taking her allegations to “human resources,” apparently meaning she should not have gone public.

Ms. Kelly declined to respond to the comments from Mr. O’Reilly, who facedsexual harassment allegations in 2004, which he settled. But later, on her show, she said she had support from her bosses to air her allegations against Mr. Ailes, adding that “sunlight is the best disinfectant.”

During our interview, she said of Mr. O’Reilly, “I never see him; we’re fine.”

Ms. Kelly wrote in her book that she had complained about Mr. Ailes’s harassment to an unnamed supervisor, who told her, she said, to avoid Mr. Ailes. After the Fox host Gretchen Carlson filed a harassment suit against Mr. Ailes this year, multiple other women stepped forward to lodge their own complaints against him, all of which Mr. Ailes has denied through lawyers.

In a statement on Tuesday, Mr. Ailes said, “I categorically deny the allegations Megyn Kelly makes about me,” noting he “worked tirelessly to promote and advance her career.”

“Think of what would happen here at Fox if we had had a female C.E.O. and it was a C.O.O. who was harassing me when I got harassed by Roger Ailes,” Ms. Kelly said. “I think things would have wound up very differently, and perhaps 12 years of women wouldn’t have had to go through those experiences.”

Uh huh.

Ms. Kelly has had her knickers in a twist since Donald J. Trump first announced that he was running for President of the United States of America.

Trump’s victory last Tuesday night has apparently exacerbated the situation.

During the Presidential Campaign, Newt Gingrich cut straight to the heart of the situation, regarding her attitude toward Trump as Breitbart.com reported at the time…

NEWT GINGRICH: Let me point out something to you: The three major networks spent 23 minutes attacking Donald Trump that night, and 57 seconds on Hillary Clinton’s secret speeches. You don’t think that is a scale of bias worthy of Pravda?

(CROSSTALK)

MEGYN KELLY: If Trump is a sexual predator, that is–

GINGRICH: He’s not a sexual predator. You can’t say that. You could not defend that statement.

KELLY: I have not taken a position on it.

GINGRICH: I’m sick and tired of people like you using inflammatory language that is not true.

KELLY: Excuse me, Mr. Speaker, you have no idea whether it is true or not. What we know–

GINGRICH: Neither do you.

KELLY: I’m not taking a position on it.

GINGRICH: Yes you are. When you used the words, you took a position. It is very unfair of you to do that, Megyn.

KELLY: Incorrect.

GINGRICH: That is exactly the bias people are upset by.

KELLY: I think that your defensiveness on this speaks volumes, sir.

GINGRICH: Let me suggest to you —

KELLY: No let me make my point. What I said if if Trump is a sexual predator, than it is a big story. And what we saw on that tape was Trump himself saying he liked to grab women by the genitals, and kiss them against their will. Then we saw 10 women come forward after he denied it at a debate … He denies it all, which is his right. We don’t know what the truth is. My point to you is, as a media story, we don’t get to say the 10 women are liars. We have to cover that story.

GINGRICH: Sure, so it took 23 minutes for the networks to cover that story. And Hillary Clinton had a secret speech in Brazil to a bank that pays her $225,000 saying that her dream is an open border where 600 million people could come to America, that is not worth covering?

Do you want me to go back to the tapes of your show recently? You are fascinated with sex and you don’t care about public policy.

KELLY: Me, really?

GINGRICH: That’s what I get out of watching you tonight.

KELLY: You know what, Mr. Speaker? I’m not fascinated by sex, but I am fascinated by the protection of women and understanding what we’re getting in the Oval Office.

GINGRICH: And therefore, we’re going to send Bill Clinton back to the East Wing, because you are worried about a sexual predator. Do you want to comment on whether the Clinton ticket has a relationship to a sexual predator?

KELLY: We on ‘The Kelly File’ have covered that story as well, sir.

GINGRICH: I want to hear you say the word. Say “Bill Clinton is a sexual predator.” I dare you. Say “Bill Clinton, sexual predator.”

(CROSSTALK)

KELLY: Mr. Speaker, we have covered that. We on “The Kelly File” have covered the Bill Clinton story as well. We’ve hosted Kathleen Willey. But he is not on the ticket.
Kelly ended the segment by telling Gingrich he needed to take his “anger issues” and “spend some time working on them.”

Pot meet kettle.

Megyn Kelly is a perfect example of the old proverb which admonishes us not to shoot ourselves in our own foot.

After becoming Fox News’ “Next Big Thing” and rising to the top of the Cable TV Ratings ,after being given Sean Hannity’s 8 p.m. Central time slot, Ms. Kelly started to read her own press clippings and grew to believe that she was the most important story out there and NOT the news which she was supposed to be reporting.

During the Presidential Campaign, her vitriol aimed at the Republican Candidate turned off those who had helped her to rise to prominence. Quite frankly, if they had wanted to listen to incessant attacks against Mr. Trump, they could have turned over to the Main Stream Media.

Since the Political Ascension of Donald J. Trump, she has chosen to eschew the “Fair and Balanced” Reporting that vaulted Fox to the top of the Cable News Ratings, instead, during the Presidential Campaign, opting to join the baying “newshounds” of the Main Stream Media in their quest to bring down the Republican Candidate by any means necessary.

Unfortunately for Ms. Kelly, her strategy has backfired on her miserably, costing her rating points and allowing Sean Hannity to take over the lead among Fox News’ Evening Programs. and making her look like a fool when Trump won the Presidency.

And now, her book has been panned so badly, that Amazon.com is have a hard time keeping up with their dutiful erasure of all of the one-star ratings that Ms. Kelly is receiving.

Just like the Internet Trolls, who invade Facebook Political Pages and Political Websites, in order to disrupt conversation and call attention to themselves, the MSM, including Ms. Kelly as well, through the creation of their own facts, have permanently damaged their own credibility, quite probably beyond all repair.

So, perhaps it is time for Ms. Kelly to move on from Fox News and join the rest of her Main Stream Media Colleagues.

She should go ahead and sign with CNN, like Former Fox and Friends Weekend Anchor Alisyn Camerota  did. Then, like Ms. Camerota , she will be free to be the Liberal “Broadcast Journalist” that she longs to be, unfettered by any pressure to be “fair and balanced”.

Because, to put it quite simply, once you torque off the American Public, you never get them back.

Sanctuary City Mayors Worried That Trump Will End Federal Aid, Deport Future Democrat Voters

sanctuary-600-li

In the middle of Modern American Liberals’ Nationwide Freak-out and simultaneous Temper Tantrum, has generated another Talking Point for them to demonstrate their epic CONCERN over the reality of a Trump Presidency…the fate of “Sanctuary Cities”.

CNN.com reports that

Some coastal cities and liberal strongholds that have declared themselves safe places for undocumented immigrants — “sanctuary cities” — have been bracing for the fallout from the new Trump administration.

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, President Barack Obama’s former chief of staff, said Monday at a news conference that city officials have been fielding calls from residents worried that it may change its status because of the threat from Trump.

“Since the presidential election, there has been a sense of uncertainty among many immigrant communities in Chicago and across the nation,” Emanuel said. “I want to assure all of our families that Chicago is and will remain a sanctuary city.”

The sanctuary city designation broadly means that local police will not coordinate with federal law enforcement in efforts to deport undocumented immigrants.

Trump promised on the campaign trail that he would block federal funding for sanctuary cities.

“Block funding for sanctuary cities. We block the funding. No more funds,” Trump said in August, in his much-touted immigration speech. “We will end the sanctuary cities that have resulted in so many needless deaths. Cities that refuse to cooperate with federal authorities will not receive taxpayer dollars, and we will work with Congress to pass legislation to protect those jurisdictions that do assist federal authorities.”

He has not said since then if he would follow through on the promise, and whether it would need congressional approval or could be done through executive order.

The Trump transition team did not immediately respond to CNN requests for comment Monday.

But there are signs indicating he is likely to stick to a hard-line immigration stance.
Trump tapped Steve Bannon, a Breitbart news publisher who has embraced the white nationalist and alt-right movements, to be his chief strategist, placing him on an equal footing with incoming chief of staff Reince Priebus. Immigration and sanctuary cities in particular have been a hot-button issue for conservatives, stoked in part by coverage from the Bannon-led Breitbart.com.

That has left city officials across the country planning for the worst if they lose all their federal aid.

Officials in San Francisco said they receive up to $1 billion in federal aid.

“It’s certainly something the mayor’s office, the city’s lobbyist and our office has started looking at,” City Controller Ben Rosenfield, told The San Francisco Chronicle last week.

And Crain’s New York Business determined that Trump’s home city, New York, could take a $6 billion hit if he follows through with the plans.

“These are our fellow New Yorkers, we’re going to respect them, protect them, they’re part of our communities,” New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, a supporter of Hillary Clinton, told the paper.

So, San Francisco is more worried about losing Federal Money that the danger posed from harboring fugitives…because that it exactly what Illegal aliens are: Fugitives, who have broken our laws by entering our Sovereign Nation illegally.

While Liberals attempt to portray illegals as all being angelic in nature, that narrative has been debunked tragically over and over again.

San Francisco should be more worried about the safety and welfare of their citizens than they are about receiving Federal Aid for harboring Illegal Aliens.

From The New York Times, July 7, 2015…

The case of a Mexican laborer with a lengthy criminal record who was charged on Tuesday in the fatal shooting of an American woman on a pier in San Francisco has exposed a gulf of mistrust and failed communication between the federal authorities and the police in California over immigration enforcement.

The man, most recently known as Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, 56, pleaded not guilty in Superior Court in San Francisco in the murder of Kathryn Steinle, 32, who was strolling last Wednesday with her father and a friend on Pier 14 near the Ferry Building when she was struck in what the police described as a random shooting. Mr. Lopez-Sanchez, whose criminal record includes seven felony convictions, had been deported from the United States five times, raising questions about why he was in the United States.

Questions were also raised late Tuesday about the gun used in the killing. A law enforcement official confirmed local media reports that the serial number showed the gun belonged to a federal agent. The official declined to be identified because he was not authorized to speak publicly.

Believe or not, a legendary Democrat Leader agreed with Trump on what should be done with those who have broken our laws by entering our Sovereign Nation illegally.

The last bipartisan U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform happened during President ill “Bubba” Clinton’s tenure. Bubba appointed former congresswoman and Democratic icon Barbara Jordan as its chair. Jordan came from humble beginnings to become a lawyer and the first Southern black woman elected to the House of Representatives. A DEMOCRAT, she was a leader in the civil rights movement, a professor of ethics, a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and a world-class orator (two of her speeches are considered among the greatest of the 20th century). Her appointment gave the commission instant credibility. According to Jordan, she believed her responsibility as the head of the commission was to restore credibility to the U.S. immigration system. On the issue of illegal immigration, Jordan was very clear and succinct:

Unlawful immigration is unacceptable. Those who should not be here will be required to leave.

So, why are these Democratic Mayors refusing to abide by our nation’s laws by vowing to continue to HABOR FUGITIVES?

Liberals, on both sides of the Political Aisle, have continuously masked their true intentions for the political usefulness, in their incessant push to grant blanket amnesty to Illegal Aliens, by swathing it in the noble rhetoric of “Civil Rights” and “Social Justice”.

What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, they are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens.

And, yet, even as I write this, they are in our hospitals, taking advantage of our charity and the finest health care system in the world, and driving our streets, with either forged drivers licenses or those obtained from states who have acquiesced and given them to these “undocumented workers”.

This is in no way a human rights issue.

Freedom is God-given, and with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way.

My concerns about rewarding these lawbreakers with a “Path to Citizenship” or Blanket Amnesty can be divided into three bullet points. (Hey, I used to be a VP of Marketing. What do you expect?)

1. Patriotism – Will these new “citizens” be willing to fly our flag above theirs? Will they be willing, if called upon, to serve in our Armed Forces, at home or abroad? Will they love this country, more than the one they left?

2. Loyalty – When these “new Americans” achieve the right to vote, are they all going to vote Democrat, so that they can receive more FREE STUFF? Is the Republican Party shooting themselves in both feet by pushing an outcome which will simply add new Democratic Voters? As I asked in the first point, will they honestly embrace our sovereign nation as their new home? Or, will they remain loyal to Mexico?

3.  Immigration – Are we rewarding illegal behavior, while at the same time, insulting all of the brave souls who have come here legally, seeking a better life for themselves and their families?

Here is my reply submitted on May 19. 2010,  to “Benito”, who submitted a rather lengthy comment on this blog  filled with this same camouflage of noble intentions:

Benito, I approved your comment to ask you a few questions. First, you write very well. Next, a few questions. What part of the word “illegal” do you not understand? What makes the current influx of illegal immigrants exempt from the rules and regulations that every other generation of immigrants to this country had to abide by in order to become legal citizens of the greatest nation in the world? By being here illegally, you are not entitled to the same rights as natural-born or naturalized American citizens. You are no better than someone who breaks into someone’s home, does their dishes, cuts their yard, cleans their house, and then helps themselves to their food and drives their car without asking. This is in no way a human rights issue. Freedom is God-given. And with freedom comes responsibility. With citizenship comes responsibility, like paying taxes and making your own way. Illegal immigration reminds me of the amorous boyfriend who wants everything a young woman will give him, but will leave her at the first mention of marriage. I wish you no ill, amigo, but understand this: This is not a civil rights issue. Illegals do not have the same rights as American Citizens. With our rights, come the responsibilities of being an American citizen. The Mexican flag, by protocol, will always be flown in a subordinate position to the American Flag in this country. And, the American Dialect of the English language is the language spoken in this country.

I understand that people want a better life for themselves and their children.  We are all immigrants in this land, except for American Indians, and they got here by crossing the Bering Straight.  But there is a huge difference between immigrating here legally and sneaking in illegally, between assimilating into an existing culture, and insisting on replacing a country’s existing culture with that of the country you left.

I’m all for assisting anyone in becoming a legal citizen of the United States, if that is their wish.  But, it must be done the right way, and they must accept responsibility for their illegal entry, show a willingness to learn our language, and embrace our American way of life, including respecting the American Flag.

So, let’s take this one step at a time, beginning immediately after President Trump’s Inauguration.

  1. Enforce our nation’s Immigration Laws.
  2. Build the Wall.
  3. Secure our borders.

America became a great nation because it is a melting pot of American-born and legally-immigrated citizens with a shared allegiance, not a multi-cultural United Nations with everyone loyal to their home country.

Too many brave Americans have died to keep our flag flying over our Sovereign Nation for that flag to be flown below any other country’s.

America First.

Trump on “60 Minutes”: On Abortion: “It Will Go Back to the States” (Transcript Included)

drain-600-ciThe following transcript is taken directly for Lesley Stahl’s “60 Minutes” Interview with President-elect Donald J. Trump, which aired on Sunday night.

Lesley Stahl: Well, congratulations, Mr. Trump.

Donald Trump: Thank you.

Lesley Stahl: You’re president-elect.

Donald Trump: Thank you.

Lesley Stahl: How surprised were you?

Donald Trump: Well, I really felt we were doing well. I was on a string of about 21 straight days of speeches, sometimes many a day and the last two days I really– I really had a pretty wild time. I did six speeches and then I did seven and–

Lesley Stahl: But everyone thought you were going to lose.

Donald Trump: I know, I did my final speech in Michigan at 1:00 in the morning and we had 31,000 people, many people outside of the arena. And I felt– when I left, I said, “How are we gonna lose?” We set it up a day before. And we had all of these people. And it was literally at 1:00 in the morning and I said, “This doesn’t look like second place.” So we were really happy, I mean, it was– these are great people.

Lesley Stahl: On election night, I heard you went completely silent. Was it a sort of realization of the enormity of this thing for you?

Donald Trump: I think so, it’s enormous. I’ve done a lotta big things, I’ve never done anything like this. It is so big, it is so– it’s so enormous, it’s so amazing.

Lesley Stahl: It kind of just took your breath away? Couldn’t talk?

Donald Trump: A li– a little bit, a little bit. And I think– I realized that this is a whole different life for me now.

Lesley Stahl: Hillary called you. Tell us about that phone call.

Donald Trump: So Hillary called and it was a lovely call and it was a tough call for her, I mean, I can imagine. Tougher for her than it would have been for me. And for me, it would have been very, very difficult. She couldn’t have been nicer. She just said, “Congratulations, Donald, well done.” And I said, “I want to thank you very much, you were a great competitor.” She is very strong and very smart.

Lesley Stahl: What about Bill Clinton? Did you talk to him?

Donald Trump: He did, he called the next day.

Lesley Stahl: Really? What did he say?

Donald Trump: He actually called last night.

Lesley Stahl: What did he say?

Donald Trump: And he– he couldn’t have been more gracious. He said it was an amazing run. One of the most amazing he’s ever seen.

Lesley Stahl: He said that.

Donald Trump: He was very, very– really, very nice.

Lesley Stahl: It was a pretty nasty campaign. Do you regret any of the things you said about her?

Donald Trump: Well, it was a double-side nasty.

Donald Trump: I mean they were tough and I was tough and– do I regret? I mean, I’m sitting here with you now and we’re gonna do a great job for the country. We’re going to make America great again, I mean, that’s what– it– it began with that and that’s where we are right now. There are so many–

Lesley Stahl: So no– no regrets about–

Donald Trump: I can’t regret. No– I wish it were softer, I wish it were nicer, I wish maybe even it was more on policy, or whatever you want to say. But– but I will say that– it really– it really is something that I’m very proud of I mean it was a tremendous campaign.

Lesley Stahl: Can we talk about yesterday with President Obama?

Donald Trump: Sure.

Lesley Stahl: 90 minutes. You were scheduled for what? 15?

Donald Trump: 15 max.

[Barack Obama: We talked about foreign policy, we talked about domestic policy.]

Donald Trump: This was just going to be a quick little chat and it lasted close to an hour and a half. And it could have gone on for four hours. I mean it was– just– in fact, it was almost hard breaking it up because we had so many things to say. And he told me– the good things and the bad things, there are things that are tough right now–

Lesley Stahl: Like what?

Donald Trump: Well…

Lesley Stahl: Give us some meat.

Donald Trump:  Well, look I don’t want to divulge, but we talked about the Middle East, that’s tough. It’s a tough situation. I wanted to get his full view and I got his, you know I got a good part of his view.

Lesley Stahl: Uh-huh.

Donald Trump: And I like having that because I’m going to be inheriting that in a short period of time. I found him to be terrific. I found him to be– very smart and very nice. Great sense of humor, as much as you can have a sense of humor talking about tough subjects, but we were talking about some pretty tough subjects.

Donald Trump:–and we were talking about some victories, also, some things that– that he feels very good about. But–

Lesley Stahl: Like–

Donald Trump: Well, what I really wanted to focus on was– the Middle East, North Korea, Obamacare is tough. You know, healthcare is a tough situation.

“I think the press tries to make you into something a little bit different. In my case, a little bit of a wild man. I’m not. I’m actually not. I’m a very sober person.” President-elect Donald TrumpLesley Stahl: Oh, I bet he asked you not to undo it.

Donald Trump: Well, he didn’t ask me, no, he told me– you know, the merits and the difficulties. And we understand that.

Lesley Stahl: You looked pretty sober sitting there in the Oval Office, did something wash over you or–

Donald Trump: No, I think I’m a sober person. I think the press tries to make you into something a little bit different. In my case, a little bit of a wild man. I’m not. I’m actually not. I’m a very sober person. But it was respect for the office, it was respect for the president. Again, I never met him before, but we had– we had a very good chemistry going. And– and I really found—it might not be that I agree with him, but I really found the conversation unbelievably interesting.

[Barack Obama: I want to emphasize to you, Mr. President-elect, that we now are gonna want to do everything we can to help you succeed, because if you succeed then the country succeeds.]

Lesley Stahl: Was it at all awkward, at all, given what you’ve said about each other? You said he was not born in this country, he said things about you, he said you’re– unqualified–

Donald Trump: You know what, it was a very– it was a very interesting thing because– I mean, few people have asked me from my family, what was that first period of time like?

Lesley Stahl: Yeah.

Donald Trump: We never discussed what was said about each other. I said terrible things about him, he said terrible things about me. We never ever discussed what we said about each other—

Lesley Stahl: There was no awkwardness?

Donald Trump: I’ll be honest, from my standpoint zero, zero. And that’s strange. I’m actually surprised to tell you that. It’s– you know, a little bit strange.

Lesley Stahl: Do you think that– that your election is a repudiation of his presidency?

Donald Trump: No, I think it’s a moment in time where politicians for a long period of time have let people down. They’ve let ‘em down on the job front. They’ve even let ‘em down in terms of the war front. You know, we’ve been fighting this war for 15 years–

Lesley Stahl: This was the message of your campaign.

Donald Trump: We’ve spent $6 trillion in the Middle East, $6 trillion, we could have rebuilt our country twice. And you look at our roads and our bridges and our tunnels and all of the– and our airports are, like, obsolete. And I think it was just a repudiation of what’s been taking place over a longer period of time than that.

Lesley Stahl: You know, you surprised everyone by winning the primaries, beating 17 other Republicans or 16, whatever– people are really surprised that you won this election. Are people going to be surprised about how you conduct yourself as president?

Donald Trump: You know, I’ll conduct myself– in a very good manner, but depends on what the situation is, sometimes you have to be rougher. When I look at– when I look at the world and you look at how various places are taking advantage of our country, and I say it, and I say it very proudly, it’s going to be America first. It’s not going to be what we’re doing—we, we’ve lost– we’re losing this country. We’re losing this country. That’s why I won the election. And by the way, won it easily, I mean I won easily. That was big, big.

Lesley Stahl: Are you going to sometimes have that same rhetoric that you had on the stump? Or are you going to reign it in?

Donald Trump: Well, sometimes you need a certain rhetoric to get people motivated. I don’t want to be just a little nice monotone character and in many cases I will be.

Lesley Stahl: Can you be?

Donald Trump: Sure I can. I can be easily, that’s easier. Honestly to do that, it’s easier.

Lesley Stahl: So let’s go through very quickly some of the promises you made and tell us if you’re going to do what you said or you’re going to change it in any way. Are you really going to build a wall?

 Donald Trump: Yes.

Lesley Stahl: They’re talking about a fence in the Republican Congress, would you accept a fence?

Donald Trump: For certain areas I would, but certain areas, a wall is more appropriate. I’m very good at this, it’s called construction.

Lesley Stahl: So part wall, part fence?

Donald Trump: Yeah, it could be – it could be some fencing.

Lesley Stahl: What about the pledge to deport millions and millions of undocumented immigrants?

Donald Trump:  What we are going to do is get the people that are criminal and have criminal records, gang members, drug dealers, we have a lot of these people, probably two million, it could be even three million, we are getting them out of our country or we are going to incarcerate. But we’re getting them out of our country, they’re here illegally. After the border is secured and after everything gets normalized, we’re going to make a determination on the people that you’re talking about who are terrific people, they’re terrific people but we are gonna make a determination at that– But before we make that determination– Lesley, it’s very important, we want to secure our border.

[Paul Ryan: We had a fantastic, productive meeting.]

Lesley Stahl: So you were with Paul Ryan, you met with the Republican leadership, what was the– one thing that you all agreed you want to get done right away?

Donald Trump: Well, I would say there was more than one thing, there were three things, it was healthcare, there was immigration and there was a major tax bill lowering taxes in this country. We’re going to substantially simplify and lower the taxes–

Lesley Stahl: And you’ve got both Houses?

Donald Trump: And I have both Houses and we have the presidency, so we can do things–

Lesley Stahl: You can do things lickety-split.

Donald Trump: It’s been a long time since it’s happened.

Donald Trump: And they gave me a lot of credit. Don’t forget, I was abused four or five weeks ago, they said I was going to– instead of having all three, we would lose all three. So that was good. But those are the three things that we really discussed.

Lesley Stahl: You said that lobbyists owned politicians because they give them money.

Donald Trump: Yeah.

Lesley Stahl: You admitted you used to do it yourself. You have a transition team—

Donald Trump: And when you say lobbyists, lobbyists and special interests.

Lesley Stahl: And you want to get rid of all of that?

Donald Trump: I don’t like it, no.

Lesley Stahl: You don’t like it, but your own transition team, it’s filled with lobbyists.

Donald Trump: That’s the only people you have down there.

Lesley Stahl: You have lobbyists from Verizon, you have lobbyists from the oil gas industry, you have food lobby.

Donald Trump: Sure. Everybody’s a lobbyist down there–

 Lesley Stahl: Well, wait

Donald Trump: That’s what they are. They’re lobbyists or special interests—

Lesley Stahl: On your own transition team.

Donald Trump:–we are trying to clean up Washington. Look–

Lesley Stahl: How can you claim–

Donald Trump: Everything, everything down there– there are no people– there are all people that work — that’s the problem with the system, the system. Right now, we’re going to clean it up. We’re having restrictions on foreign money coming in, we’re going to put on term limits, which a lot of people aren’t happy about, but we’re putting on term limits. We’re doing a lot of things to clean up the system. But everybody that works for government, they then leave government and they become a lobbyist, essentially. I mean, the whole place is one big lobbyist.

Lesley Stahl: But you’re, but you’re basically saying you have to rely on them, even though you want to get rid of them?

Donald Trump: I’m saying that they know the system right now, but we’re going to phase that out. You have to phase it out.

Lesley Stahl: Let’s talk about your cabinet.

 Donald Trump: OK.

Lesley Stahl: Have you made any decisions?

 Donald Trump: Yes.

Lesley Stahl: Tell us.

Donald Trump: Well, I can’t tell you that, but I have made–

Lesley Stahl: Oh, come on—

Donald Trump: You know the amazing thing to show you the incredible nature of our country. First of all, every major leader and probably less than major le- has called me, I’ve spoken to many of them and I’ll call the rest of them, but and I said, “Boy, this really shows you how powerful our country is.” France and U.K. and I mean everybody, all over Asia—and very, just to congratulate. But it really shows the power of our country.

Lesley Stahl: One of the things you’re going to obviously get an opportunity to do, is name someone to the Supreme Court. And I assume you’ll do that quickly?

Donald Trump: Yes. Very important.

Lesley Stahl: During the campaign, you said that you would appoint justices who were against abortion rights. Will you appoint– are you looking to appoint a justice who wants to overturn Roe v. Wade?

Donald Trump: So look, here’s what’s going to happen– I’m going to– I’m pro-life. The judges will be pro-life. They’ll be very—

Lesley Stahl: But what about overturning this law–

Donald Trump: Well, there are a couple of things. They’ll be pro-life, they’ll be– in terms of the whole gun situation, we know the Second Amendment and everybody’s talking about the Second Amendment and they’re trying to dice it up and change it, they’re going to be very pro-Second Amendment. But having to do with abortion if it ever were overturned, it would go back to the states. So it would go back to the states and–

Lesley Stahl: Yeah, but then some women won’t be able to get an abortion?

Donald Trump: No, it’ll go back to the states.

Lesley Stahl: By state—no some —

 Donald Trump: Yeah.

Donald Trump: Yeah, well, they’ll perhaps have to go, they’ll have to go to another state.

 Lesley Stahl: And that’s OK?

Donald Trump: Well, we’ll see what happens. It’s got a long way to go, just so you understand. That has a long, long way to go.

Lesley Stahl: Are you in any way intimidated, scared about this enormous burden, the gravity of what you’re taking on?

 Donald Trump: No.

 Lesley Stahl: Not at all?

Donald Trump: I respect it. But I’m not scared by it.

Lesley Stahl: Now you’re not scared, but there are people, Americans, who are scared and some of them are demonstrating right now, demonstrating against you, against your rhetoric–

Donald Trump: That’s only because they don’t know me. I really believe that’s only because–

Lesley Stahl: Well, they listened to you in the campaign and that’s–

Donald Trump: I just don’t think they know me.

Lesley Stahl: Well, what do you think they’re demonstrating against?

Donald Trump: Well, I think in some cases, you have professional protesters. And we had it– if you look at WikiLeaks, we had–

Lesley Stahl: You think those people down there are—

 Donald Trump: Well Lesley—

 Lesley Stahl: are professional?

Donald Trump: Oh, I think some of them will be professional, yeah–

Lesley Stahl: OK, but what about – they’re in every city.

Lesley Stahl: When they demonstrate against you and there are signs out there, I mean, don’t you say to yourself, I guess you don’t, you know, do I have to worry about this? Do I have to go out and assuage them? Do I have to tell them not to be afraid? They’re afraid.

Donald Trump: I would tell them don’t be afraid, absolutely.

“Don’t be afraid. We are going to bring our country back. But certainly, don’t be afraid.” President-elect Donald J. Trump Lesley Stahl: But that’s not what you’re saying, I said it-

Donald Trump: Oh, I think, no, no, I think– I am saying it, I’ve been saying it.

 Lesley Stahl: OK.

Donald Trump: Don’t be afraid. We are going to bring our country back. But certainly, don’t be afraid. You know, we just had an election and sort of like you have to be given a little time. I mean, people are protesting. If Hillary had won and if my people went out and protested, everybody would say, “Oh, that’s a terrible thing.” And it would have been a much different attitude. There is a different attitude. You know, there is a double standard here.

It has been five full days since the election and anti-Trump demonstrations, driven in part by Hillary Clinton’s edge in the popular vote, have been significant.

When we interviewed him on Friday afternoon Mr. Trump said he had not heard about some of the acts of violence that are popping up in his name… or against his supporters.

Nor he said had he heard about reports of racial slurs and personal threats against African Americans, Latinos and gays by some of his supporters.

Donald Trump: I am very surprised to hear that– I hate to hear that, I mean I hate to hear that–

Lesley Stahl: But you do hear it?

Donald Trump: I don’t hear it—I saw, I saw one or two instances…

Lesley Stahl: On social media?

Donald Trump: But I think it’s a very small amount. Again, I think it’s–

Lesley Stahl: Do you want to say anything to those people?

Donald Trump: I would say don’t do it, that’s terrible, ‘cause I’m gonna bring this country together.

Lesley Stahl: They’re harassing Latinos, Muslims–

Donald Trump: I am so saddened to hear that. And I say, “Stop it.” If it– if it helps. I will say this, and I will say right to the cameras: Stop it.

…Lesley Stahl: I want to ask you about the tweet that you put out, I think it was last night or the night before, about these demonstrators.

Donald Trump: Yeah.

Lesley Stahl: You said that they were professionals—and you said it was unfair.

Donald Trump: I said some of them. Some of them are —

Lesley Stahl: But are you going to be tweeting and whatever you’re upset about just put out there when you’re president?

Donald Trump: So it’s a modern form of communication, between Face– you know, Facebook and Twitter and I guess Instagram, I have 28 million people. 28 million people–

Lesley Stahl: So you are going to keep it up?

Donald Trump: It’s a great form of communication. Now, do I say I’ll give it up entirely and throw out, that’s a tremendous form– I pick up– I’m picking up now, I think I picked up yesterday 100,000 people. I’m not saying I love it, but it does get the word out. When you give me a bad story or when you give me an inaccurate story or when somebody other than you and another network, or whatever, ‘cause of course, CBS would never do a thing like that right? I have a method of fighting back. That’s very tough–

Lesley Stahl: But you’re going to do that as president?

Donald Trump: I’m going to do very restrained, if I use it at all, I’m going to do very restrained. I find it tremendous. It’s a modern form of communication. There should be nothing you should be ashamed of. It’s– it’s where it’s at. I– I do believe this, I really believe that, um– the fact that I have such power in terms of numbers with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, et cetera, I think it helped me win all of these races where they’re spending much more money than I spent. You know, I spent my money. A lot of my money. And I won. I think that social media has more power than the money they spent, and I think maybe to a certain extent, I proved that.

Lesley Stahl: Are you going to ask for a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton over her emails? And are you, as you had said to her face, going to try and put her in jail?

Donald Trump: Well, I’ll tell you what I’m going to do, I’m going to think about it. Um, I feel that I want to focus on jobs, I want to focus on healthcare, I want to focus on the border and immigration and doing a really great immigration bill. We want to have a great immigration bill. And I want to focus on all of these other things that we’ve been talking about.

Lesley Stahl: You– you know, you–

Donald Trump: And get the country straightened away.

Lesley Stahl: You called her “crooked Hillary,” said you wanted to get in jail, your people in your audiences kept saying, “Lock em’ up.”

Donald Trump: Yeah. She did–

Lesley Stahl: Do you—

Donald Trump: She did some bad things, I mean she did some bad things–

Lesley Stahl: I know, but a special prosecutor? You think you might…

Donald Trump: I don’t want to hurt them. I don’t want to hurt them. They’re, they’re good people. I don’t want to hurt them. And I will give you a very, very good and definitive answer the next time we do 60 Minutes together.

I was at work last night, so I missed watching the interview.

Which was probably a good thing, for, as we Evangelicals say, I probably would have “lost my witness” over the “Gotcha Journalism” being attempted by Leslie Stahl.

There is a difference between asking tough questions, like the late Mike Wallace used to, and being a biased Advocate, as Ms. Stahl and the rest of her “fellow broadcast journalists” (as I used the term loosely) clearly are.

Try as she might to lead the President-elect into saying something controversial or stupid, she couldn’t do it.

Trump has negotiated multi-million dollar business deals.

He just pulled off the biggest political upset (according to CBS and the rest of the Liberal Main Stream Media) in our nation’s history.

Regardless of what our Liberal Brethren and Sisters keep on telling themselves and anyone else who will listen, Donald J. Trump is not stupid…far from it.

He proved that in Sunday Night’s Interview.

He said nothing wrong, or controversial.

However, I firmly expect to see CBS Morning News make a big hairy deal out of his idea to make “Abortion on Demand” a decision to be dealt with at the state level.

The Talking Heads will repeat their worn-out mantra that it would be “taking away a woman’s control over her own body” and her “right to choose”.

Bull.

What about the body of the little human being inside her and his/her “right to choose to live”?

But, I digress…

So far, I am thoroughly enjoying watching the manner in which the new President-elect conducts himself in front of the cameras and while fielding questions from the Main Stream Media, who like their Far Left Democrat Masters, want Trump’s head on a platter.

Trump appears determined to accomplish the things that he said he would do if elected.

It is great to have an AMERICAN PRESIDENT again.

Until He Comes,

The New Fascism Continues: The Tale of George Soros and the Manufactured Marches

thmmox840c

As I was checking my Facebook at work last night, I found out that the Anti-Trump Protests which have been springing up in major American cities since Wednesday Night, had finally come to my hometown of Memphis, Tennessee.

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) – A large crowd of people gathered in Memphis to protest the election victory of President-elect Donald Trump.

Over 100 people walked in a circle at Overton Square before beginning their march toward Cooper-Young.

The protest was short, but their message was loud.

The group shouted things such as “Black Lives Matter” and several anti-Trump messages.. They held signs saying “Love Trumps Hate” and LGBT flags.

They also chanted “Hey, hey, ho, ho, Donald Trump has got to go.”

They carried their message from Overton Square down South Cooper Street. It ended in the heart of Cooper Young.

“I understand that he got elected,” Dai Williams, protester said. “I understand that he’s going to be the president, but I want him to understand that the people are not going to just watch him take away human rights and not do anything about it.”

But, for some, the issue was that Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton received the popular vote.

“Hillary Clinton did win the popular vote and I think that that shows you that America as a country stands for policies and a president who stands for everyone,” Ellen Hulman, protester, said.

However, unlike many other protests that have erupted in violence across the nation, Friday night’s Midtown protest remained peaceful.

Some question the impact these protests will have on an already decided president-elect. Those that were a part of Friday night’s protest said it is important their voices are heard.

“We are going to be out here from day one, before he even gets inaugurated, to let him know that this is not okay and we are not going to sit and stand for it,” Williams said.

“That’s what’s unique about America is that we have a voice and that we’re able to speak it,” Hulman said.

Protestors said Friday is just the first of many protest people can expect in Memphis. There is another one scheduled at noon Saturday outside the National Civil Rights Museum.

When I saw the footage, I immediately asked myself,

Self, this is too well-orchestrated to be spontaneous. Who’s paying these idiots?

One name…one very evil name…came to my mind.

And, Lord…I hate it when I’m right.

According to The Free Thought Project,

Washington, D.C. – Billionaire globalist financier George Soros’ MoveOn.org has been revealed to be a driving force behind the organizing of nationwide protests against the election of Donald Trump — exposing the protests to largely be an organized, top-down operation — and not an organic movement of concerned Americans taking to the streets as reported by the mainstream media.

Wednesday saw protests in the streets of at least 10 major U.S. cities. Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, D.C., Portland, Ore., St. Paul, Minn., Seattle, and several other cities saw protests, according to USA Today.

In light of the protests and rioting that have transpired since the election of Trump, a closer analysis of the dynamic at play is warranted to gauge whether it’s an organic grassroots movement, or something much more organized, sophisticated and potentially dangerous.

Soros’ affiliated organization MoveOn.org released the following press release yesterday afternoon:

“Americans to Come Together in Hundreds Peaceful Gatherings of Solidarity, Resistance, and Resolve Following Election Results

Hundreds of Americans, dozens of organizations to gather peacefully outside the White House and in cities and towns nationwide to take a continued stand against misogyny, racism, Islamophobia, and xenophobia.

Tonight, thousands of Americans will come together at hundreds of peaceful gatherings in cities and towns across the nation, including outside the White House, following the results of Tuesday’s presidential election.

The gatherings – organized by MoveOn.org and allies – will affirm a continued rejection of Donald Trump’s bigotry, xenophobia, Islamophobia, and misogyny and demonstrate our resolve to fight together for the America we still believe is possible.”

Within two hours of the call-to-action, MoveOn members had created more than 200 gatherings nationwide, with the number continuing to grow on Wednesday afternoon.

Now come reports from various protest locations that reveal a substantially coordinated effort, and not the organic grassroots showing by concerned Americans, as the mainstream media is reporting. Photos from Austin, Texas reveal a line of busses the “protestors” arrived in, making their appearance seem substantially less than organic – with a direct implication of being strategically orchestrated

For those of you who are unfamiliar with them, MoveOn.org was formed in 1998 as a supposedly “bipartisan e-mail group” in order to send a petition to Congress to “move on” past the planned  impeachment of President Clinton. It rose to national prominence for its strong disapproval of the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

A Liberal Political Group based in the United States, MoveOn.org has played the role of a National Community Organizer and Democratic Propaganda Machine, whose “foot soldiers”, paid and unpaid, are estimated to number over 2,000,000. The group’s publicly stated mission was to promote “grassroots advocacy” through various political activities including running a PAC, voter registration drives, and political advertising (especially in swing states).

It’s covert mission is more nefarious.

MoveOn.org supported the Democratic nominees for the 2004 U.S. presidential election, and played a part in the failed attempt to stop George W. Bush’s re-election effort, raising millions of dollars for Democratic candidates. It is one of several 527 committees who supported John Kerry, the Democratic nominee in the 2004 U.S. presidential election; others include America Coming Together and the Media Fund.

Like numerous other Far Left Political Organizations, a major funder of MoveOn is Former Nazi Collaborator and Hedge Fund Billionaire, George Soros.

George Soros and a partner ponied up $5 million to MoveOn.org, bringing to $15.5 million the total of his personal contributions in the failed attempt to oust President George W. Bush.

Now, in 2016, after funding the election of the worst United States President in History, Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm), the “Evil Puppetmaster” is financing the racist movement known as Black Lives Matter, which during his Presidential Campaign, joined with MoveOn.org, in an effort to violate the First Amendment Rights of Donald J. Trump and to prevent him from becoming President of the United States of America.

Soros and his minions failed.

Now, they are attempting to exact their revenge through this series of orchestrated marches featuring paid participants.

It should be noted that, according to various sources, during the Nazi Occupation of Hungary in the 1940s, Soros reported his own countrymen to the Nazis (National Socialist Party of Germany), facilitating their removal via “the long train ride from which very few ever returned”.

Soros began his modern “philanthropic activity” in 1979, establishing the Open Society Foundations in 1984. These “foundations” (i.e., political organizations), fund a range of global initiatives “to advance justice, education, public health, business development and independent media.”

It is through this “philanthropic activity” that Soros has funded the ongoing “civil unrest”, the seeds of which were planted in Ferguson, Missouri.

An article published by the Washington Times, on January 14, 2015, titled “George Soros funds Ferguson protests, hopes to spur civil action”, reporter Kelly Riddell went into detail about Soros’ “Community Organizing”…

… Mr. Soros gave at least $33 million in one year to support already-established groups that emboldened the grass-roots, on-the-ground activists in Ferguson, according to the most recent tax filings of his nonprofit Open Society Foundations.

The financial tether from Mr. Soros to the activist groups gave rise to a combustible protest movement that transformed a one-day criminal event in Missouri into a 24-hour-a-day national cause celebre.

“Our DNA includes a belief that having people participate in government is indispensable to living in a more just, inclusive, democratic society,” said Kenneth Zimmerman, director of Mr. Soros‘ Open Society Foundations’ U.S. programs, in an interview with The Washington Times. “Helping groups combine policy, research [and] data collection with community organizing feels very much the way our society becomes more accountable.”

…Colorlines is an online news site that focuses on race issues and is published by Race Forward, a group that received $200,000 from Mr. Soros’s foundation in 2011. Colorlines has published tirelessly on the activities in Ferguson and heavily promoted the #BlackLivesMatter hashtag and activities.

…Mr. Soros gave $5.4 million to Ferguson and Staten Island grass-roots efforts last year to help “further police reform, accountability and public transparency,” the Open Society Foundations said in a blog post in December. About half of those funds were earmarked to Ferguson, with the money primarily going to OBS and MORE, the foundation said.

So, why is the “Evil Puppetmaster” pouring so much into this Manufactured “Shout  Trump Down” Movement?

Soros is merely protecting his investment.

Per the Chicago Tribune,

Over the past few years, Soros’ charities have given between $1.5 million and $6 million to the Clinton Foundation. Soros’s biggest contribution this year is a total of $7 million to Priorities USA, the main super-PAC supporting Clinton. Another $1 million went to American Bridge, an opposition-research group. And last week [actually months ago], he announced he was putting $5 million into a new super-PAC known as Immigrant Voters Win. The group is part of a coordinated $15 million voter-turnout effort, first reported in the New York Times, that is targeting Latinos and immigrants in Colorado, Nevada and Florida.

As I have previously written, I firmly believe that America is now fighting a new war against fascism.

It’s not a war that is being fought fought with guns and bullets, But instead with state referendums, Congressional votes, Executive Orders, judicial activism, and FAR Left-sponsored and organized Political Activists.

And, it’s not our Brightest and Best who are dying on this field of battle, but rather, it is our Constitutional Freedoms which are dying an ignoble death, pierced by the arrows of socialism and political correctness.

Whether Soros and his paid-off “Special Snowflakes” like him or not, does not matter. Donald J. Trump was legally elected as the next President of the United States of America.

For these Soros-funded, fascist “New Bolsheviks”, to attempt to circumvent the will of the American People though these Orchestrated protests is an exercise in intimidation that has not been seen since the days of the Russian Revolution and Germany’s National Sociality Party.

Of course, don’t not attempt to tell a Modern American Liberal that.

After all, it’s not Fascism when they do it.

Until He Comes,

Why is It That When Obama Was Elected President It Was a “Mandate”and Now Trump “Must Compromise”?

Rush Limbaugh is worried…

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m getting nervous.  I am already getting nervous.  I know it’s early.  I’m not getting nervous because of anything I’ve heard President-Elect Trump say.  I’m getting nervous because of things I’m hearing other people say, things totally unnecessary.  And I want to take some time today to try to explain why I’m nervous and destroy some myths that seem to always pop up after elections about unity and crossing the aisle and working together and almost apologizing for winning.

I’m sick of it.  I’m fed up with it.  I have watched it happen for now 29 years, and I’m not gonna sit here and stand or sit mute while it happens again.  We have been governed against our will for the last eight years.  The Democrat Party — and nobody saw this, folks — because everybody was so focused on two people, Hillary and Donald Trump. Nobody, I mean nobody until after it was over, had any idea what had really happened.

We should have known it because we’ve been chronicling it.  I’m talking about the demise of the Democrat Party.  The Democrat Party since 2010, the midterm elections in 2010, they lost 900 seats in that election in the House, in the Senate, go to governorships, mayors, town council, if you go all over the country, they got a shellacking.  We now know that if Donald Trump had run for president in 2012 using the exact data he got versus what Obama got in 2012, Donald Trump would have beaten Obama in 2012, if you take the data from this election and measure it against what Obama had.

Hillary Clinton got six million fewer votes than Barack Obama in 2012.  In 2014, the next set of midterms, the Democrats lost another 700 seats.  The Democrat Party has been decimated.  They have no bench.  They don’t have anybody bringing up the rear in case Hillary lost.  They have literally been shellacked.  We have been governed by a minority against our will, and the illusion has been that they are the majority and gaining the majority and growing the majority.

The illusion has been that we are the ones dwindling away to nothing, and it’s been the exact opposite.  The pollsters didn’t miss anything.  They didn’t get anything wrong.  They just didn’t tell us the truth about what they were seeing in these polls.  You go back and look at it now.  The data there was.  They, exactly as I asked on the day of the election, if we’re not gonna believe them all of these months when they report the news, why believe the polls that they produce?

They didn’t miss anything.  What they’re doing by saying, “Man, how did we miss it? Oh, my God, we’ve gotta go back and examine it.”  They didn’t miss it.  They didn’t tell the truth.  They weren’t honest about what they were finding.  They weren’t honest about trying to find what was actually going on.  The idea they don’t know who Trump voters are — BS.  They know exactly who the Trump voter is.  They ignored them.  They impugned them.  They knew exactly where the Trump supporter was coming from and they chose to ignore it.  They chose to report that it didn’t exist.  They chose to report that it wasn’t relevant.

So now we have all these riots going on, exactly as I predicted. And, folks, aside from these little snowflakes that are melting on campus today, the kids, all of these riots that you’re seeing in New York and Philadelphia and Chicago and Los Angeles are bought and paid for.  They are not real in terms of springing up genuinely and organically.

They’re bought and paid for, and we know this from the WikiLeaks email dumps from John Podesta, and we know it from Project Veritas videos.

We know that all of the protests at Trump rallies were bought and paid for primarily by George Soros, by the Democrat Party.  We are still being treated by the media to a picture of America that isn’t true.  They want you to believe that a majority of Americans is fit to fit to be tied and angry over the election of Donald Trump and as one of which we can never unify unless Trump caves on everything in order to get peace.  That’s what they’re trying to make everybody think, and that’s what’s making me nervous, when I hear so many on our side talk about now the need to cross the aisle and the need to unify.

The time to unify is after we have forced them into surrender just like we did the Japanese in World War II.  But the days of unifying with the losers because they’re mad and we don’t want the media saying mean things about us, they lost.  And, folks, they have been losing since 2010.  Obama would not have won his two elections were it not for his race.

Rush is absolutely right.

Is it just me, or have y’all noticed the renewed cry for “Compromise” in the Halls of Power in Washington, DC?

This renewed cry of “Can’t we all just get along” is coming as the present President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) is about to be replaced by the new Republican President-elect, Donald J.Trump. In other words,  the Democrats  are about to be pushed out of the Halls of Power by the Republicans.

Hence, the “Call for Compromise”.

I find it quite funny and revealing that the Democrats are calling for “compromise”.

Heck, they always do that when they realize that the things they want to do, are the exact opposite of the will of the majority of the American People….and those same citizens, who can fire their sorry rear-ends every 2 years, have risen up on their hind legs, like a lion about to drop a zebra on the Serengeti.

Look at the facts: As I just mentioned, you have a president whose Signature Legislation, quite frankly, Marxist in nature, is about to be trashed. It has proven to be a failure and it is opposed by 93% of the American People

The Democrats are calling for Compromise in an act of desperation, feverishly attempting to hold on to whatever power and, **cough** credibility they have left.

Now, as any average American with common sense, out here in the Heartland will tell you, when your opponent in a fight is about to land face-first on the ground after a knockout punch, you don’t hold him up and hit yourself in the face at the same time.

However, that is exactly what the Democrats are attempting to persuade the Vichy Republicans in Congress to do.

Lacking any sense of self-preservation, these spineless Professional Politicians, while giving lip service to those who elected them in the Mid-Term Massacre of 2014, are no doubt still reaching across the aisle to their political opponents, offering them support and succor as one would a family member in their time of need.

Remember when Mitch McConnell called The Tea Party Movement, who gave the Republicans the House of Representatives in 2010, “a bunch of bullies?”

Well, it was the same Americans who elected that “bunch of bullies” who just gave Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan a mandate to work under.

A “mandate” is the authority to carry out a policy or course of action, regarded as given by the electorate to a candidate or party that is victorious in an election.

The name of that mandate is President-elect Donald J. Trump.

To quote the late , great Slim Pickens in “Blazing Saddles”,

What in the Wide, Wide World of Sports is a’goin’ on here?

I hope  that the professional politicians on the Republican side are not listening  to their Democratic colleagues’ cry for compromise.

What is the matter with you guys? As we say down here in Dixie,

Are y’all just ate up with “The Stupid”?

I can hear the high-pitched whines of the young and dumb and the old and didactic Liberals out there, right now,

But, your President, Reagan, compromised, all the time!!! 1!1! Eleventy!!!

Why, yes, he did. But, 99.99% of the time,,,he got what HE wanted, in the first place…and usually, what the American People wanted. He did his job as the President.

Please compare and contrast to the no-compromise Petulant President who meanders his way into the Oval Office, Monday through Friday, around 10:00 a.m., and puts his feet on the Resolute desk.

If you believe that President Reagan would have allowed Iran to have nuclear capability during his lifetime, you probably still live in your Mom’s basement.

In the Real World, from whence  the new president comes, you negotiate from a position of strength, in order to achieve the goals you have set. You are prepared to give the perception of compromise, all the while, moving your opponent in the direction you want them to go, all the while keeping something in your hip pocket, to be used to your advantage.

Unfortunately, both the Democrats and the Vichy Republicans have construed the definition of “Compromise” to mean a surrender of Conservative ideals and Poltical Ideology, and an acceptance all Liberal Political Stances.

If this blatant, oblivious, self-serving stupidity of the part of both Political Parties continues, the new Republican Congress are about to butt heads with new Republican President-elect.

Fortunately for Americans, Donald J. Trump did not get to where he is in life by making major compromises and his beliefs or in his business dealings.

The American people knew that. That is why he has become the 45th president of the United States of America.

So, all you Democrats professional politicians out there and activist can cry for compromise all you want. However, this ol’ Southern boy believes that it’s falling on deaf ears.

It was the political compromise of things that should not have been compromised on that got his country in the dubious shape that it is in.

Donald Trump has been given a mandate to do whatever is necessary put America back on the road to prosperity and to bring it back to its rightful place among the countries of the world.

So, there will be no “compromise” on the things that matter to the Americans who elected this new President.

You Liberals are more than welcome to come work with the Trump Administration to help Make America Great Again.

Otherwise, just sit down, shut up, and enjoy the ride.

Until He Comes ,

Election 2016: Of Poor Losers and “Special Snowflakes”

hillary-defeats-600-la

The aftermath of the election of Donald J. Trump as America’s 45th President continues.

Foxnews.com reports that

Thousands of people coast-to-coast took to the streets Wednesday night to protest Donald Trump’s election, disrupting traffic, chanting anti-Trump slogans and some ending up in handcuffs.

From New England to heartland cities like Kansas City and along the West Coast, demonstrators bore flags and effigies of the president-elect, disrupting traffic and declaring that they refused to accept Trump’s victory.

Some California cities saw heated tensions over Trump’s election. Thousands of protesters burned a giant papier mache Trump head in Los Angeles and started fires in Oakland intersections.

Los Angeles demonstrators also beat a Trump piñata and sprayed the Los Angeles Times building and news vans with anti-Trump profanity. One protester outside LA City Hall read a sign that simply said “this is very bad.”

Late in the evening several hundred people blocked one of the city’s busiest freeways, U.S. 101 between downtown and Hollywood.

Los Angeles police told CBS Los Angeles that at least 13 people were arrested in the protests.

In Oakland, several thousand people gathered in Frank Ogawa Palaza, police said, clogging intersections and freeway on-ramps. According to KTVU, police used tear gas to disperse protesters after an unlawful assembly was declared.

Oakland police said one protesters was cited and a small number of protesters were arrested on suspicion of disobedience.

A similar protest in Manhattan drew about 1,000 people. Outside Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in midtown, police installed barricades to keep the demonstrators at bay.

According to NBC New York, at least 60 people were arrested in the Manhattan protests.

“America is not voting for Donald Trump’s policies, which don’t exist,” one protester told the station. “They voted for sexism, racism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism.”

Other protesters echoed “Not my president” chants, which had been heard in several cities across the U.S.

In Chicago, several thousand people marched through the Loop. They gathered outside Trump Tower, chanting “Not my president!” One resident Michael Burke said he believes the president-elect stands to divide the nation and stir up a deep-seated hatred. He added there was a constitutional duty not to accept that outcome.

Hundreds of protesters gathered near Philadelphia’s City Hall despite chilly, wet weather. Participants — who included both supporters of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who lost to Clinton in the primary — expressed anger at both Republicans and Democrats over the election’s outcome.

In Boston, thousands of anti-Trump protesters streamed through downtown, chanting “Trump’s a racist” and carrying signs that said “Impeach Trump” and “Abolish Electoral College.” Clinton appears to be on pace to win the popular vote, despite losing the electoral count that decides the presidential race.

In the Midwest, protesters gathered in Minneapolis, Omaha, Nebraska and Kansas City Missouri. The Des Moines Register also reported that Iowa’s capital city saw some people protest as well, though it was kept to small numbers.

Marchers protesting Trump’s election chanted and carried signs in front of the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Media outlets broadcast video Wednesday night showing a peaceful crowd in front of the new downtown hotel. Many chanted “No racist USA, no Trump, no KKK.”

Another group stood outside the White House. They held candles, listened to speeches and sang songs.

Dallas activists gathered by the dozens outside the city’s sports arena, the American Airlines Center.

In Oregon, dozens of people blocked traffic in downtown Portland, burned American flags and forced a delay for trains on two light-rail lines. Earlier, the protest in downtown drew several Trump supporters, who taunted the demonstrators with signs. A lone Trump supporter was chased across Pioneer Courthouse Square and hit in the back with a skateboard before others intervened.

Many held anti-Trump and Black Lives Matter signs and chanted slogans, including “Misogyny has to go,” and “The people united, will never be defeated.”

Five people were shot and injured in an area near the protest, but police said the shootings and the demonstration were unrelated.

Back in New York, several groups of protesters caused massive gridlock as police mobilized to contain them under a light rain.

They held signs that read “Trump Makes America Hate” and chanted “hey, hey, ho, ho Donald Trump has got to go.” and “Impeach Trump.”

Gosh, this reminds me of all of the violent protests that average Americans held after Obama was elected President.

Well…it would…except, THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

What we witnessed last night and all during the day yesterday on political websites and Facebook Political Pages was a psychotic disconnect by “The Smartest People in the Room”.

Yesterday’s psychotic break was the beginning of a National Temper Tantrum that will no doubt last past President Trump’s Inauguration, caused by the recognition that average Americans stood up on our hind legs on Tuesday Night, declaring as a nation that we will no longer be subservient to the Tyranny of the Minority.

From the “Special Snowflakes” whom you saw protesting in America’s Streets last night, to those who make their living formulating public policy which violates Americans’ Constitutional Rights, Liberals received a rude awakening on Tuesday Night.

You see, boys and girls, in their hubris, Liberals , for the past several decades, have thought that they are the Majority Political Ideology in this country, even though every poll ever taken, including Gallup, shows that they are, in fact, a minority, constituting somewhere around 24% of America’s total population.

With the election of Citizen Statesman Donald J. Trump, their dream of domination of the thought processes of average Americans has ended in a spectacular fashion.

As we say in Dixie, “It’s all over but the shouting” …and crying. evidently.

I almost feel sorry for Modern American Liberals.

Almost.

They have had their way in running Americans’ lives for 8 years now. From banning the term “Islamic Terrorists” to allowing hairy legged perverts to use the  Women’s Restroom in public buildings, Liberals were under the delusion that they were “all that and a bag of chips”, riding their unicorns on puffy white clouds of self-adulation.

And, then came that meanie, Donald J. Trump.

How dare he speak about how wonderful America is?

How dare he speak about how present public policies are ripping the Greatest Country on the Face of the Earth apart at the seams of the wonderful flag that Betsy Ross so lovingly sewed together all those centuries ago?

How dare he talk about the great opportunities that America has to offer?

How dare he actually say, at the end of his Victory Speech Tuesday night,

I love this country!!! ?

Listen up, pajamaboys.

The reason that Trump was elected was not because those of us in Flyover Country are ignorant rednecks, as you “tolerant” ones are telling everyone who will pay attention to your mass tantrum.

The reason that this Billionaire Businessman and Entrepreneur turned Citizen Statesman is now President-Elect is because there are more of US than there are of YOU.

…And, America is still a Constitutional Republic.

Average Americans saw to that on Tuesday night.

So, while the Modern American Liberal Dream of turning the Shining City Upon the Hill into a Third World Socialist Barrio ended on Tuesday night, the Dream of our Founding Fathers is about to make a comeback.

Say it with me, boys and girls…

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.

And, to the REPUBLIC for which it stands

One nation, UNDER GOD, indivisible

With Liberty and Justice FOR ALL.

Until He Comes,

KJ

It’s Morning in America…AGAIN!!! Hey, Political Elite…Can You Hear us NOW?

th (80).jpgTraditionally, working-class Americans, Southerners, Catholics, and urban dwellers had strong ties to the Democratic Party. The Republicans relied heavily on support from the rural Midwest, Protestant leaders, and wealthier voters. Ronald Reagan built a new coalition for the Republican Party in his quest for the Presidency in 1980.

Working Americans were shocked to see unemployment rates nearing double digits. Inflation was pushing the middle class into tax brackets previously reserved for the affluent classes. Reagan promised to reduce their level of misery with sound fiscal policy. Southerners disgruntled by affirmative action and busing found friendly ears in the Reagan campaign. The endorsement of Reagan by the Protestant establishment did not deter devout Catholics from voting Republican, since Reagan promised to oppose abortion rights and promote family values.

Crime-plagued city denizens looked to Reagan for comfort as he portrayed himself as the law and order candidate. Americans across demographic lines were warmed by his promises for a stronger America domestically and overseas. Very quickly, these “Reagan Democrats” crumbled the old alignment. Jimmy Carter, his opponent in the 1980 election, never stood a chance. ( “Morning in America”, The Reagan Years, ushistory.com)

The word “populism” first reappeared in the American Lexicon, when Sarah Palin almost dragged John McCain’s RINO Rear across the Finish Line, in the Presidential Election of 2008.

The Grassroots Movement, which began back then, through the hard work of average Middle Class Americans, like you and me, has led us to a seminal moment in American Politics.

The term  “Citizen Statesman”, such as our Founding Fathers envisioned, became personified in the Republican Candidate for the Presidency of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump.

Ronald Reagan figured out in 1980, that, in order to win the presidency, you had to bypass the Republican Establishment and go directly to the American People and a Presidential Candidate has to build a coalition, in order to win the Presidency.

That is exactly what Donald J. Trump did.

Reuters reports that

Fed up with Washington and feeling left behind, supporters of Republican Donald Trump upended the U.S. presidential race, electing a political newcomer they say offers the country a shot at dramatic change.

Once dismissed by Trump’s Democratic rival Hillary Clinton as “deplorables,” supporters interviewed on Tuesday shrugged off his late-night tweeted insults, allegations against him of sexual misconduct and dire warnings from many in the Republican establishment that the businessman-turned-reality-television-star would throw U.S. economic and foreign policy into disarray.

The economy, terrorism and healthcare ranked as the top three concerns facing Americans casting ballots in Tuesday’s election, according to an early reading from the Reuters/Ipsos Election Day poll of about 35,000 people.

“The freedom-loving Americans pushed back against the elites and the globalists. They might win in the long run, but we’re not dead yet,” said Andrew Dye, 48, of Dexter, Michigan.

“I think this big country is getting a little too far left a little too quickly and some people finally woke up and said enough,” said Dye, a partner in a small management consulting firm.

Cuban-American Sarah Gird, 67, described herself as an independent who had felt let down after twice voting for Democratic President Barack Obama.

“I’m not conservative at all,” she said. But Obama “didn’t produce anything.” In contrast, she said she trusted Trump would fix the economy.

“I think he’s sincere, he’s truthful, he means what he says,” said Gird, adding she thought Trump would address poverty and jobs in African-American neighborhoods.

For many, the vote was a rejection of Clinton, whose use of a private email server during her time in government came to symbolize what is wrong with Washington.

“All the corruption. I’m tired of business as usual, being sold out all these years,” said Kevin Barrett, 57, in Nashville.

Tom Kipp, 53, an architect also of Nashville, said he voted for Trump because “we need somebody in there not beholden to anyone.”

“Our checks and balances system is beyond being compromised. I don’t say he’s my prime candidate, but he’s my best option,” Kipp said.

Others found Trump’s promise to build a wall on the southern border with Mexico appealing.

“Last-minute decision: I changed my mind to Trump,” said Lisa Ciafone, 48, of Madeira Beach, Florida, citing her concerns about illegal immigration and the rising costs of health insurance. “It made me lean towards Trump.”

Vicki DeLira, 54, a dental hygienist from Schererville, Indiana, grew up a Democrat but voted for Trump because it was time for change even if it means “a little bit of chaos.”

“It will be a little different atmosphere for a non-politician to be in the White House,” DeLira said. “But I think there’s enough politicians around him to help round them out.”

Todd Recknagel, managing partner of private equity firm Three20 Capital Group, said the caricature of Trump as a “monster” was overdone.

“He is an effective business man at the end of the day. So things are never quite as good as they appear and things are never quite as bad as they appear in life and I think he can make a decent president,” said Recknagel, 52, from Panama City Beach, Florida.

As Trump became the projected winner in state after state, fans from Arkansas, Texas and Virginia sitting on velvet sofas in the lobby of his new Washington luxury hotel just down the street from the White House celebrated as waiters popped champagne.

Preston Parry, 20, had bet all along that Trump would defy the pollsters who predicted a Clinton victory.

“These were shadow voters, people who had never, ever voted before that the polls didn’t pick up. Unlikely voters. Like him or hate him – look, he did something right.”

The Clintons, their Campaign Staff, Democrat Elites, and their minions in the Main Stream Media will spend months attempting to understand how a “Basketful of Deplorables cost Hillary Rodham Clinton “her turn”.

I predicted a long time ago that the hubris of America’s Political Elite would be their downfall.

They divorced themselves from average Americans and our daily struggles a long time ago.

They could not make it through the difficulties that we faced, just to survive.

Hey, “”Former Ruling Elite”…

Try barely making enough money to keep the wolves from your door.

Try being an Average American Mom worried to send your daughter into a Target Restroom for fear that there is a molester behind the door, allowed there by Barack Hussein Obama in the name of “Political Correctness”.

Try being told that you’re not raising your child or grandchild appropriately and that the Federal Government , including a Low Class First Lady knows how to feed, clothe, and RAISE them better than you do.

Try being a Veteran receiving lackadaisical care at a VA Hospital.

Try surviving as one of almost 95,000,000 Americans, in many case through no fault of your own, except your age, forced out of our nation’s workforce.

Imagine being vilified as a “Bitter Clinger” for holding as sacred the American Faith and Traditions passed down in your family from one generation to the next.

Seriously, “Smartest People in the Room”, you want to know why the overwhelming Majority of average Americans think that you , like the Democratic Presidential Candidate, Hillary Clinton, whom you champion, STINK ON ICE?

It is because you have forsworn your role as public servants and objective journalists and have transformed that role, through your own hubris, into that of being one of a Crusading Liberal Activist.

And, as activists, you are a part of the 24% of , who identify themselves as “Liberals”, referred to as the “Hive-mind”, because most of the time, they present themselves in public and on the internet, including Facebook Political Pages, as being in lockstep with one another, regurgitating “the Party Line”, about each and every Hot Button Political Issue, resembling the brainwashed Proletariat of the old Soviet Union.

You traded integrity for a Throne in the Halls of your very own Mount Olympus, known as Capitol Hill and for a seat in the back of Hillary’s Campaign Plane.

As  was affirmed to me daily, during my surfing of the web during the Presidential Campaign, including Facebook Political Pages and websites, Modern American Liberals constantly live in a state of denial.

You guys and gals respond ed as if we told you that you shot Ol’ Yeller, when we informed you that Liberalism is still the minority political belief in America, even (and especially) after the 7 1/2 year reign of King Barack The First.

By the way, this salient fact explains why CNN and MSNBC constantly trail Fox News in the television ratings polls.

But, I digress…

It also explains your failed strategy which included the massive propping up through the use of blatant propaganda of the Presidential Campaign of Hillary Clinton.

Just like the cockamamie idea to allow biological men in women’s public restrooms, the idea of allowing a morally and ethically challenged congenital liar with obvious serious health issues, who is as far removed philosophically from the overwhelming majority of Americans, that she might as well be the President of China, XI Jinping’s Handmaiden, set average Americas out here in America’s Heartland up on our hind legs and made us want to hurl.

Which, by the way, was quite evident when you compare actual images of the size of Donald J. Trump’s overflowing Campaign , numbering in the thousands, compared to the under-attended ones of Hillary Clinton, which are lucky to draw one hundred.

In order to ensure that no leader of this new nation would go mad with power, and become a tyrannical despot, our Founders set up a System of Checks and Balances, overseen by Three Branches of Government: the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judicial, with each branch having a distinct and LIMITED  role.

This morning, in which we as a nation, find ourselves was a Citizen Statesman, not a Professional Politician, as our President-Elect, is one which our Founding Fathers sought valiantly to ensure.

Thanks to an Imperious Presidency, we are presently suffering under a “Tyranny of the Minority”.

This minority is not based on color, rather, it is one based on political ideology and self-interest.

As the past several years have shown, this minority, buoyed by money from this “sponsors”, including the Halls of Power in Washington, DC, will shut down anyone who threatens “what they’ve got” by ANY MEANS NECESSARY, including political devices and beliefs, which we, as a country, have gone to war against in the past.

Representatives of the Main Stream Media, the “visceral hatred” that you see being addressed by average Americans toward you, which manifested itself in a victory by Donald J. Trump last night, is YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT.

Just like the bully who was twice my size in Seventh Grade, who used to torment me on a daily basis, until I finally had enough and smacked him right between the eyes with my size 2s drumsticks, the thick ones used for playing “the Toms”, the “whuppin'”that you received from average Working Class Americans at the polls yesterday, is something that you have had coming for a long time now.

Suck it up, Pajamaboys.

THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN!!!

IT’S MORNING IN AMERICA…AGAIN!!!

Until He Comes,

KJ
