Trump Challenges Biden to Debate “ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE”

“Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, posted on Truth Social Friday that he is ready to debate President Joe Biden “ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE.”

Earlier on Friday, Biden told radio host Howard Stern that he is “happy” to debate Trump as the candidates enter the final six months of the 2024 presidential elections.

“Somewhere. I don’t know when, but I am happy to debate him,” Biden said in the one-on-one interview with Stern.

In response, Trump posted, “Crooked Joe Biden just announced that he’s willing to debate! Everyone knows he doesn’t really mean it, but in case he does, I say ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE, an old expression used by Fighters.”

Earlier this month, Trump’s top two campaign advisers sent a letter to an independent commission that normally sanctions such events, calling for an accelerated debates timetable, holding more than the usual three and starting them earlier in the campaign cycle, Reuters reported.

“I suggest Monday Evening, Tuesday Evening, or Wednesday Evening at my Rally in Michigan, a State that he is in the process of destroying with his E.V. Mandate. In the alternative, he’s in New York City today, although probably doesn’t know it, and so am I, stuck in the one of the many Court cases that he instigated as ELECTION INTERFERENCE AGAINST A POLITICAL OPPONENT – A CONTINUING WITCH HUNT!”

The first debate is scheduled for Sept. 16, followed by one on Oct. 1 and the final debate on Oct. 9. The debates are to be held at Texas State University in San Marcos, Virginia State University in Petersburg, and the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

“It’s the only way he thinks he can win,” Trump’s post continued. “In fact, let’s do the Debate at the Courthouse tonight – on National Television, I’ll wait around!”

Upon leaving the courthouse Friday, Trump said he’d “been waiting at the courthouse” and Biden “did not show up.”

Can you imagine what would happen if his handlers were to let Biden get in a debate with former President Trump?

You see, at 77 years old, Donald J Trump is one of the most energetic men that you will ever find.

He only sleeps for 4 hours a night and runs like the Energizer Bunny all day long.

Not only that, he is still the sharpest man in any room he comes into.

You will hear the Democrats say that he did not earn his money. That’s a bunch of garbage.

In order to learn how to communicate and understand people, his dad had him work on his construction sites during summers away from school.

Donald Trump amassed a fortune through hard work and business savvy.

He left his children to watch over his businesses because he wanted to serve the American people and the country he loves.

He is still a sharp man who has no problem communicating his thoughts and speaks to the press spontaneously.

And then, there’s the installed President Joe Biden.

At 81 years old, Joe Biden literally has two brain cells left and they are fighting to the death.

He rarely gives press conferences as president, and when he does, they are scripted. He calls on who he is told to because his handlers have been given questions from them ahead of time.

Biden can not read from a teleprompter, often saying things that are instructions that are not supposed to be said out loud.

He is physically not up to the job.

His walk is so unsteady that a crowd of his assistants walk with him from the White House to Marine One, so the fact that he walks like an old man can be covered up.

His handlers call a “lid” on most days in order to avoid Biden having to speak to the Press and the public.

He lies like a rug, making up stories that never happened like the one in which his uncle was eaten by cannibals.

He keeps on telling the story of his son being lost in combat when, in reality, he died of brain cancer.

And, of course, there’s the peculiarity of the documentation of him showering with his daughter and marrying his babysitter.

Not to mention the fact that he swam naked in front of a female Secret Service agent.

But, hey. All that is okay when a Democrat does it.

Not to mention the fact that he, Hunter, and his brother James sold out America to our enemies for a ton of money.

So, I would love to see a Trump versus Biden Debate.

However, it will never happen because the Democrats can not afford to show to America and the rest of the world that the president whom they installed is nothing but a Dementia-riddled feeble old man who doesn’t have a clue as to where he is, why he is there, or what he is supposed to be doing.

I saw on Laura Ingraham’s show last night that there are Democrats starting to turn toward Trump because they are just as fed up about the state of the economy and the direction America is heading in as the rest of us are.

They realize that America needs a president who is capable of doing the job, who will turn things around, and make America great again.

And, it “ain’t” Biden.

Dem in Charge of J6 Committee Wants to Pull Trump’s Secret Service If Convicted

“Should Donald Trump be found guilty in any of his four criminal cases, Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-S.C., would like to see the former president no longer eligible for Secret Service protection.

House Homeland Security Committee Democrats on Friday posted to X the comments of Thompson: “Unfortunately, current law doesn’t anticipate how Secret Service protection would impact the felony prison sentence of a protectee — even a former President. It is regrettable that it has come to this, but this previously unthought-of scenario could become our reality.”

Jury selection concluded on Friday in the Trump business records case, which is the first of his indictments to go to trial. Twelve jurors and six alternates are set to hear opening arguments on Monday for the first criminal trial of a former U.S. president.

The farcically named bill, called the Denying Infinite Security and Government Resources Allocated toward Convicted and Extremely Dishonorable Former Protectees Act (DISGRACED), aims to “deny infinite security and government resources” to those convicted of a federal or state offense.

Ever since former President Donald J Trump descended that escalator to announce that he was running for President in the 2016 Presidential Election, Democrats have been slowly losing their mind over the fact that this business entrepreneur, who used to invite them to extravagant parties, decided that he actually wanted to help Americans and help America become great again.

You see, this man that they enjoyed hobnobbing with, when it was socially acceptable to do so, became their hated enemy because he dared to be a patriot and to respect all the things that America has stood for and prospered under for such a length of time.

Former President Barack Hussein Obama said it several years back. The purpose of the Democratic Party became to “radically change” America by whatever means necessary.

Trump not only stood against it he made sure that the world knew that he stood against radically changing America.

The fact that he was successful as president before the Chinese unleashed COVID-19 on us, irritated the Democrats even more to the point to where, when he decided to run again in 2020, they changed the rules to allow unvetted mail ballots to be counted.

This swayed the election toward Joe Biden, who campaigned from his basement because they were afraid to let him out in public.

Once Biden got in office and was doing the bidding of the Far Left Democrats while ruining America, it shocked the Democrats once again when Donald Trump said he would run again for president in 2024.

Trump not only shocked the Democrats but it scared the crap out of them.

Biden is probably one of the most disliked presidents in our history.

This past week, when he tried to duplicate Trump’s visit to the bodega by going into a gas station, no one approached him.

In fact, they stood back from him.

Biden is about as popular as the chicken pox.

And, if he goes ahead with his plan to sanction Israel, his 40% popularity rate, which he has been wearing around his neck like an albatross, will drop even further.

The Democrats know that Biden is unpopular.

That is why, with the help of the White House itself, the Soros-funded prosecutors have come up with these politically motivated charges against Trump in Democrat venues.

Their desperation reeks like dawn in a Fraternity House after a Frat Party.

Trump Derangement Syndrome, which has been growing in the Democratic Party for the past several years, has reached untenable heights.

This stupid bill to pull Trump’s Secret Service Detail would put the presumptive Republican Candidate and his entire family at risk from crazy people wanting to kill him and is an unthinkable breach of what our country stands for.

This nation is teetering on the edge of anarchy and chaos.

As the Domino’s pizza guy who delivered to my house last night said, we could be looking at another civil war.

If the Democrats do something stupid like that to the man who was in the process of turning this country around in his first tenure as president, they would not be doing their case for running the country any favors.

In fact, they would make a lot of Americans very angry.

That’s not a threat. That’s a fact.

Apple/Tree: Ilhan Omar’s Daughter Arrested During Pro-Palestinian Protests at Columbia University

“The daughter of U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., was arrested Thursday in connection with protests at Columbia University, law enforcement sources told Fox News.

Isra Hirsi was in the custody of the New York Police Department and put into flex cuffs or zip ties and will face trespassing charges, according to sources. Along with more than 100 people, she was given a summons for trespassing, the NYPD said.

Earlier in the day, Hirsi said she was suspended from Barnard College, located near Columbia, for “standing in solidarity with Palestinians facing a genocide.”

“Those of us in Gaza Solidarity Encampment will not be intimidated,” she wrote on X. “We will stand resolute until our demands are met. our [sic] demands include divestment from companies complicit in genocide, transparency of @Columbia’s investments and FULL amnesty for all students facing repression.”

Dozens of anti-Israel activists began protesting at Columbia University on Wednesday morning, creating an encampment on the main lawn in protest of Israel’s war against Hamas. The apple does not fall far from the tree.

Rep, Ilhan Omar is a notorious anti-semite who has claimed that when Israel defends itself that they are the terrorists instead of the Radical Islamic barbarians who attacked them.

She also married her brother so he could get into the country, but that’s another story.

It is no wonder that her daughter has turned out the way she is.

Ever since my collegiate days, from 1976-1980, when I was a Radio News Director, I have watched with stunned incredulity, as the Far Left Democratic Political Ideology and its adherents, have vocally castigated the country of Israel for defending themselves against the violent factions of nomadic tribes , who wish for nothing else than their annihilation of both the country of Israel and their citizenry.

The irony of their naiveté, is the fact that, in the 1960’s, American Liberals were among some of Israel’s strongest supporters. However, as of this writing, they are blatantly backing the Palestinians and the Terrorist Organization known as Hamas.

Opposing God’s Chosen People and supporting the historically nomadic people that call themselves “Palestinians” fits with Modern Liberals’ Political Ideology, which views modern political struggles as “Class Warfare”, being waged between race and ethnic groups.

Far Left Democrats believe that the predominantly white West is somehow subjugating the non-white rest of the world.

This viewpoint is an extension of the class-based, rich versus poor, categories, which they intentionally classify people in, following the example of their fallen messiah, Former President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm).

What we are seeing now, as regards the growing anti-Semitism in the Democratic Party, which began under Former President Barack Hussein Obama, is a result of an amalgamation of the political philosophies of the special interest groups who have replaced average Americans as the Democrats’ Voting Base.

Anti-Semitism is the norm in Marxism in all of its forms, fascism, and, of course, Islam.

All of these political philosophies are the anti-thesis of who the Far Left Democrats claim to be.

In recent decades, as they moved further and further toward the Left of the political spectrum, Democrats kept insisting that they were the party of the middle class and the poor.

In reality, behind the scenes, they were radically changing and becoming the party of special interest groups and those who wish to tear our country apart the seams and change it into a socialist nation.

That is why the Democrats on Capitol Hill and the Biden Administration are not saying a mumbling word when these useful idiots come out chanting “Death to Israel” and “Death to America” and burning the American flag. The more anarchy and chaos there is, the easier it is for them to attempt to complete their radical change of our Constitutional Republic into a totalitarian cradle-to-grave centralized government.

When you see radicals Ilhan Omar, her daughter, and the rest of the squad, remember these words:

Dems’ Political Lawfare Backfiring With Americans

Today is an off-day for the dog and pony show going on right now in Manhattan as George Soros-funded District Attorney Alvin Bragg seeks to make points with the Democratic Party by keeping their political opponent off the campaign trail and eventually putting presumptive Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump in jail over a non-existent case so that dementia-riddled old fool President Joe Biden can be installed as a Puppet President again this November.

They seated seven jurors yesterday. All of whom are Democrats. I guess it goes well with the Democrat Judge and his Democrat Pperative daughter.

And of course, the Democrat District Attorney, who, as I alluded to before, received money totaling $1,000,000 from a Political Action Committee funded by George Soros by the name of “Color of Change”.

Per their website…

“Color of Change leads campaigns that build real power for Black communities. We challenge injustice, hold corporate and political leaders accountable, commission game-changing research on systems of inequality, and advance solutions for racial justice that can transform our world.”

Oh, by the way…

“Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg collected a cool $850,000 in donations after indicting former President Donald Trump last March — with powerful Democrats and left-leaning labor unions cheering on the prosecution with their wallets, records show.”

Nope. Nothing political about this trial of a former United States President who, by all accounts, appears well on the way to be the next United States President.

No. Nothing political at all.

This political dog and pony show is as reality-based as a professional wrestling match.

Come to think of it, this trial has a predetermined outcome as well.

However, in my humble opinion I believe that the Democrats have overestimated their own intelligence again.

A poll came out yesterday that shows that just 35% of Americans believe that Trump did anything illegal in this case.

Polls aside, the fact of the matter is that Trump is raising money off of all these cases of Political Lawfare that are being thrown against him.

Not only are Trump’s coffers growing, but so is his popularity. Folks of all races and creeds are going to be voting for Trump this November, just like those folks who were at the Chick-Fil-A in Atlanta.

The strategy of weaponizing our Department of Justice and turning it into a political weapon by which to take out Donald J Trump is not sitting well at all with the American people.

They view it as being grossly unfair and something that totalitarian governments, or to put it in a simpler form, Communists would do.

That is the reason that Trump’s donations are picking up and his popularity is growing.

The Democrats have allowed their runaway Trump Derangement Syndrome to be a monster that is slowly but surely devouring them.

Even the most undereducated hard-working man and woman can understand that their life was better under Donald J Trump than it is under Biden and his failed economic system.

All of that, along with illegal immigration and American Taxpayers’ money going to countries other than ours, is going to be the reason that the 2024 Presidential Election is not going to turn out the way that the Democrats want it to.

Trump Get a Fair Trial in Manhattan? Fuhgeddaboudit!

Jury selection started yesterday in the trial against Donald J Trump being brought by Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg in an attempt to take the presumptive Republican candidate out of the 2024 Presidential Election.

“New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan has yet to say that former President Donald Trump can attend his son Barron Trump’s high school graduation, refusing to rule on the former president’s request to not attend the trial that specific day for that event.

…While jury selection has begun in the criminal trial, Trump’s attorneys are looking ahead and have requested that Trump be able to skip the trial on May 17 so he can attend his son Barron’s high school graduation, which is taking place in his home state of Florida. According to Business Insider, Merchan has acknowledged the request but has refused to make a ruling.

“It really depends on if we are on time and where we are in the trial,” Merchan said, according to the outlet.

In other words, Trump may have to miss his youngest son’s high school graduation for what many have described as yet another witch hunt.” (Courtesy Breitbart.com)

Going after a presidential candidate that you want to take out from the race is one thing. Ruining a young man’s proudest moment and memory by not allowing his father to come to his high school graduation is criminal in itself.

I thought the Democrats were supposed to be the ones who were so sympathetic to the needs of others?

This proves they don’t give a rat’s rear about a high school kid not having his father at his graduation. Make no mistake about it. This trial should never be occurring.

If Trump had not decided to run again, this would not be happening. Alvin Bragg is a weasel of the highest order, and just like Ney York Attorney General Leticia James, he is trying to make his political bones off getting rid of trump.

Just as the Roman Emperors entertained the citizenry with “bread and circuses”, so the Manhattan District Attorney is appeasing the Trump Derangement Syndrome-addled leaders and members of the Far Left Democratic Party by attempting something that his predecessor, Cyrus Vance, refused to take on.

Bragg and his fellow Democrat politicians believe that by indicting Trump, they will disgrace him in the eyes of average American Voters.

It is no coincidence that Manhattan was chosen for this farce. Manhattan is 85% Democrat.

And, Judge Juan Merchan is a Democrat and his daughter, as I have written before, owns a campaign company that caters exclusively to Democrats in Congress and as high up politically as Biden and Harris.

Even if  Trump were found guilty, the case would be thrown out on appeal.

Bragg does not have the authority to bring federal charge, which is what he is actually seeking but has not named what the felony is.

The Democrats are digging a political hole with the American people with a shovel in each hand, and they don’t even seem to realize it.

Trump on Iran’s Attack on Israel: “This Would Not Happen” If He Were President… He’s Right!

“Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump reminded Pennsylvania voters – as missiles and 100s of drones were launched by Iran and their terrorist proxies – Israel would not have been attacked by Hamas nor Iran if he had remained in the White House after the 2020 presidential election.

“Before going any further, I want to say God bless the people of Israel,” Trump told his Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, campaign rally, which aired only in part on Newsmax and the online Newsmax2 streaming platform in part because of ongoing live coverage of Iran’s missile strikes targeting Israel. “They’re under attack right now. That’s because we show great weakness.

Why are we on the cusp of World War III?

It is because our enemies do not respect Biden the way that they did President Trump.

How could they?

They have watched the videos of his campaign and his appearances then and now, as President.

They see how frail and impaired he is.

Their intelligence agencies have, no doubt, uncovered information about this whole charade, known as the Biden Presidency, which his Handlers and the Democrat Elite keep desperately trying to keep hidden from the American people.

The war in Ukraine is an example of the effects of Biden’s weakness. The whole scenario is the result of the weakness of an “installed” American President.

Russia’s Vladimir Putin recognized that Joe Biden was going to be a pushover as President from the moment that the Democrats decided to make him their Presidential Candidate. He and his advisers recognized that Biden was nothing but a demented old fool with no backbone at all and none of the grit and determination that President Trump possessed.

That assessment was proven to be spot on, as Biden and his administration staged the worst military withdrawal from a country ever witnessed in American history, leading to the death of American Servicemen and women and the stranding of Americans and our allies in an Islamic Terrorist Country.

As regards the Ukraine/Russia Conflict, Biden is doing nothing but continue to issue empty threats and “sanctions” at Putin, who is probably laughing his butt off…because he knows that Biden is throwing money at the problem, instead of giving Ukraine the weapons they need to win.

And now, with Biden vacillating back and forth between listening to the Far Left Democrats who want him to support Hamas and make Israel enter a ceasefire and those who insist he must continue to support Israel and allow them to wipe Hamas off the face of the Earth, the Mad Mullahs of Iran have attempted to wipe Israel off the map.

If average people around the world have learned anything from Biden’s Presidency, it is the fact that Biden’s weakness invites conflict and oppression.

President Ronald Reagan famously said,

“When you can’t make them see the light, make them feel the heat.”

There is no way that Joe Biden will ever gain the respect of our Sovereign Nation’s enemies.

America First: Trump Over 2 Times More Popular With Republicans Than McConnell

“Former President Donald Trump’s popularity among Republicans is 43 points greater than Sen. Mitch McConnell’s (R-KY) popularity, a recent Morning Consult poll found.

Republicans’ preference for Trump over McConnell underscores the success of Trump’s America First movement, which McConnell largely opposes:

Trump’s favorability: 76 percent
McConnell’s favorability: 33 percent
Trump’s unfavorability: 17 percent
McConnell’s unfavorability: 44 percent

The poll sampled 753 Republican voters from March 30-31 as has a four-point margin of error.

This week, McConnell said he intends to remain in the U.S. Senate to oppose his party’s position not to fund the Ukraine-Russia war.

“I’m not leaving the Senate,” McConnell said. “I’m particularly involved in actually fighting back against the isolationist movement in my own party. …And the symbol of that lately is, ‘Are we gonna help Ukraine or not?’”

The gaping chasm between the popularity of the former President and the popularity of the former Senate Majority Leader comes as no surprise.

The Republican Establishment have grown arrogant and aloof, distancing themselves from the people who gave them their cushy jobs on Capitol Hill.

History shows the former President Trump came along and galvanized the average Americans in “Flyover Country” into a Conservative Juggernaut and a political force to be reckoned with.

And, he is poised to do it again.

McConnell has a problem: The fact is that the Republicans do not have any chance of success in the 2024 Presidential Election without the Charismatic Former President.

He knows that.

His obvious age-related illnesses have given him the perfect excuse to step down from his leadership role, in which his hatred for Trump would be very obvious to all Americans, and still remain a force behind the scenes in the Senate.

Here’s a well-known “secret”: The same average Americans who comprise the Republican Voting Base do not trust the Capitol Hill Establishment Republicans any further than they can throw them.

Americans have watched the Republicans sell them out to the Democrats for years until Trump came along.

Trump connected with average Americans in a way no other Republican has since Ronaldus Magnus (Ronald Reagan).

He lifted the Republican Party up from the mire of the D.C. Swamp and showed them how to actually stand up to the Democrat Elite.

The only problem with the alliance between Trump and the Republican Establishment is the greed and the habit of pushing for political expediency, which the Republicans on Capitol Hill have embraced for years.

It’s going to be up to Trump to keep them “honest”.

And, a MAGA Republican victory in November will certainly help get things moving in the right direction.

Extreme TDS: Sharpton Calls Trump a “Conman”…Irony is Embarrassed

“MSNBC host Al Sharpton said Friday on “Deadline” that former President Donald Trump was a “low down” conman playing “boogeyman politics.”

Sharpton said, “He was the same guy that stood on television as president of the United States and said it will be over in two weeks. Don’t worry about it. And then finally he told us to take bleach. So now we’re going – I think that the collective amnesia, that a lot of Americans are having, is the challenge that the Democrats have to put out there, say this is the guy that you voted out. Remember, now, he ran for re-election. You didn’t want him back again. Don’t let him con you now with this boogeyman politics. The boogeyman is coming, the boogeyman is coming. He was the boogeyman.”

MSNBC Host Al Sharpton has made a living for years out of fear-mongering, race-baiting, and “style and swagger.”

Remember Tawana Brawley?

Museumofhoaxes.com tells the story:

On November 28, 1987, a 15-year-old black girl named Tawana Brawley was found lying inside a trash bag outside an apartment building located in Wappingers Falls, New York. She was covered in feces and racial insults had been scrawled on her body. When questioned by police she claimed that a group of white men, including police officers, had raped and beaten her. The black community rallied around her, and a prominent black leader, the Reverend Al Sharpton, appointed himself her spokesman. Support for Brawley reached its peak on June 15, 1988 when her advisers held a meeting at the Bethany Baptist Church in Brooklyn that was broadcast to an audience of ten million viewers.

However, the material evidence did not back up Brawley’s claims. Her body displayed no signs of rape or assault. She was not frostbitten, even though she had supposedly been kept naked in the freezing woods for days. The feces on her body turned out to be from a neighbor’s dog, and even more damningly, a local resident of the apartment community where she was found claimed to have seen her climb into the trashbag alone and lie down of her own accord.

In October 1988 a grand jury issued a report following a seven-month investigation. It concluded that Brawley’s claims were a hoax. Many speculated that Brawley had made up a wild story in order to avoid punishment at the hand of her stepfather for having run away from home for three days. But Brawley herself insisted that she was telling the truth, a stance which she has maintained to this day. More than anything else, the episode and its bitter aftermath displayed the deep racial divisions that still haunted American society.

In 2012, the Reverend Al Sharpton, MSNBC Host, got out in front of the cameras once again.

The Orlando Sentinel reported that

If George Zimmerman is not arrested in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin soon, theRev. Al Sharpton will call for an escalation in peaceful civil disobedience and economic sanctions.

Sharpton would not say the efforts would be taken against the city of Sanford specifically, but he has been critical of the police department’s handling of the case.

“Hands up! Don’t shoot!”

Now, I’m not arguing that Trump says a lot of outrageous things.

He definitely does, and he does it to get the attention of Americans.

HIs flamboyant nature is what made him popular for years and years with the New York Democrat Elite and those who want to be around money like Reverend Al Sharpton and his partner-in-crime Rev. Jesse Jackson.

That’s what makes this so funny.

The Democrats are so desperate to get Trump out of the Presidential Race that they’re going to say and do anything they can on up until the election and then for the four years that he will be in office.

Like any psychosis, Trump’s Derangement Syndrome gets worse and worse as time goes by.

The sufferer gets to the point where it consumes his or her entire life like Captain Ahab going after Moby Dick or Khan going after Captain James T. Kirk.

This psychosis is so bad that it has literally consumed and taken over an entire political party. A political party that still proclaims themselves to be the smartest person in any room and which they entered.

Now, they stumble around like the zombie hordes in The Walking Dead. Their one goal in life is to ruin former President Donald J Trump and his family and to silence his supporters.

They cannot tell you what great accomplishments that Joe Biden has had during his nightmarish tenure as President of the United States of America but they can sure tell you how awful a person Trump is and why the unconstitutional Political Lawfare that they are using against him is justified.

Much to their chagrin, what they are finding out is that Trump derangement syndrome has blinded them to the reality around them. Average Americans are dealing with high gas prices and grocery bills that are 40% higher than when Trump was in office.

Americans’ savings accounts are being depleted, and their credit cards are maxed out. American homeowners are having to refinance their homes at a higher rate just to pay bills.

The Democrats have painted themselves into a corner with the American people and all their arrogance, and their flat-out lies are not resonating with Americans.

Why?

Because Americans (for the most part) live in Realityville.

Two-Tier Justice: Jack Smith Admonishes Judge in Trump Documents Case… Who is this Guy?

“Special Counsel Jack Smith attacked Judge Aileen Cannon in a filing submitted late Tuesday in the Justice Department’s case against former President Donald Trump alleging that he mishandled classified material after leaving office.

Smith’s team accused Cannon of a “fundamentally flawed” understanding of the case, after she requested draft language from both sides on potential jury instructions that they argue embrace Trump’s claims that he had broad authority to take classified government documents. Smith’s team also threatened to seek an appeal court review.

Cannon asked each side for instructions for two scenarios: One in which they would tell jurors to assess whether the records fell into the categories of “personal” or “presidential,” and another that assumes Trump had complete authority to take records he wanted from the White House.

“Both scenarios rest on an unstated and fundamentally flawed legal premise — namely, that the Presidential Records Act and in particular its distinction between ‘personal’ and ‘Presidential’ records, determines whether a former President is ‘authorized,’ under the Espionage Act, to possess highly classified documents and store them in an unsecure facility,” Smith’s team wrote in the filing.

Trump’s defense team argues that the former president had broad authority to characterize any record from his time as president as personal and that the case should be dismissed. Smith’s team called that argument “pure fiction.””

Of course they did.

“Since the passing of the Presidential Records Act, presidents and vice presidents are required by law to hand over all presidential records to the National Archives. On its website, NARA dubs itself as “the nation’s record keeper,” that its collection of records “help us claim our rights and entitlements, hold our elected officials accountable for their actions, and document our history as a nation.”

Well, it appears the National Archives has fallen quite short of its mission following the revelation that Biden had classified documents from his tenure as vice president and as senator in various locations in his Wilmington, Delaware home including his garage and his Penn Biden Center think tank.

The records, which reportedly include at least 25-30 documents marked classified, were found in five separate disclosures since Nov. 2, the week prior to the November midterms, and were in Biden’s possession anywhere between a minimum of six years when he left the vice presidency and at least 14 years when he first left the Senate. 

Yet, the National Archives formally requested Trump’s large trove of records in May 2021, less than four months after he left office, which had spurred into a years-long dispute between him and the federal agency that ultimately led to the FBI raiding his Mar-a-Lago home in August 2022. 

Trump and his defenders have said that unlike Biden when he left the Obama administration, Trump had the authority to declassify his documents as an outgoing president.”

Why isn’t Biden on trial?

Because the Democrat Elite has weaponized our legal system, that’s why.

…The former acting Director of National Security during the Trump administration, Richard Grenell, contends Smith’s charging of Thaçi was politically driven.

Smith is a Harvard Law graduate who embarked on a career in the American legal world with a job as a prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in 1994.

…Smith made the jump from the state to the federal level in 1999, taking a job at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn.

…Smith also worked several stints as a prosecutor in Europe, first as the investigation coordinator in the International Criminal Court prosecutor’s office from 2008-2010 and then as the special prosecutor in the KSC, prosecuting war crimes — where former President Thaçi comes into the frame.

[When Jack Smith announced the indictments against President trump, Grinnell noted that “His Kosovo case is falling apart and his own witnesses there are now claiming he and his team at The Hague faked CIA officials to intimidate them.”]

…Federal Election Commission records show that Smith’s wife, Katy Chevigny, in September 2020 made two $1,000 donations to Biden’s efforts to beat former President Donald Trump, with one donation going to the Biden for President campaign committee, and the other made to the Biden Victory Fund super PAC. Moreover, in 2008, she apparently made a $150 donation to Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s (D-MN) campaign, Open Secrets shows. As I have been writing recently, the majority of Americans are not buying this Political Lawfare against former President Trump.

They are already upset about the prices of the food that they need to eat in order to stay alive  and the gas that they need to buy in order to get to work.

The American people, judging by all the polls, are more than ready for Donald J Trump to become President again on November 5th of this year.

The miserable failure of Bidenomics, out-of-control violent crime, and the invasion of illegals into our country via a southern border left wide open by a president and his political party who are desperate to replace the American voters who are turning against them, have Americans very upset and not in the mood to hear any more lies from the Biden Administration.

If they go ahead with this documents case, all it will do is throw a spotlight on the Democrats’ two-tier legal system.

When Special Counsel Jack Smith announced the indictments against former President Donald J Trump, he said, “We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone.”

Unless you are a member of the New Aristocracy, the Democrat Elite.
