Trump Cancels Obama’s Cuba Deal. Pro-Communism/Fascism Liberals Upset.

“She is Cuba. If you want to love her, you have to be with her, but you can’t be with her in her current state. It’s the point of view of all exiles – you have to leave the thing you cherish most.” – Andy Garcia

Foxnews.com reported yesterday that

President Trump, speaking at a Miami theater associated with Cuban exiles, announced Friday he is nixing his predecessor’s “one-sided deal” with the Communist nation – moving to restrict individual travel to the island, crack down on the flow of U.S. cash to the Cuban military and demand key reforms in Havana.

While stopping short of a full reversal, Trump said he would challenge Cuba to come back to the table with a new agreement.

“Effective immediately, I am canceling the last administration’s completely one-sided deal with Cuba,” Trump told a cheering crowd.

Trump cast his announcement Friday as the fulfillment of a campaign pledge to turn back former President Barack Obama’s diplomatic outreach to the country.

“I keep my promises,” Trump said. “And now that I am your president, America will expose the crimes of the Castro regime.”

A cornerstone of the new policy is to ensure Americans traveling to Cuba only support private businesses and services, banning financial transactions with the dozens of enterprises run by the military-linked corporation GAESA.

The Trump administration also says it will strictly enforce the 12 authorized categories allowing American citizens to travel to Cuba – banning one particular type of travel, known as individual “people-to-people” trips, seen as ripe for abuse by would-be tourists.

Most U.S. travelers to Cuba will again be required to visit the island as part of organized tour groups run by American companies. Obama eliminated the tour requirement, allowing tens of thousands of Americans to book solo trips and spend their money with individual bed-and-breakfast owners, restaurants and taxi drivers. The rules also require a daylong schedule of activities designed to expose the travelers to ordinary Cubans.

Trump focused his speech Friday on the crimes and misdeeds of the Castro government, saying his administration would not “hide from it.” He accused the regime of harboring “cop killers, hijackers and terrorists” while casting the policy changes as meant to encourage a free Cuba.

“With God’s help, a free Cuba is what we will soon achieve,” Trump said.

Critics of the United States’ decades-long freeze – and embargo – with Cuba say it failed to spur such changes, and had welcomed Obama’s outreach as a fresh approach. But many Cuban-American lawmakers recoiled.

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., a Cuban-American lawmaker who helped craft the new policy, spoke before the president in Miami on Friday and took a shot at Trump’s predecessor for his visit to Cuba last March.

“A year and a half ago … an American president landed in Havana to outstretch his hand to a regime. Today, a new president lands in Miami to reach out his hand to the people of Cuba,” Rubio said.

U.S. airlines and cruise ships will still be allowed to continue service to the island.

The U.S. Embassy in Havana, which reopened in August 2015, will remain as a full-fledged diplomatic outpost. Trump also isn’t overturning Obama’s decision to end the “wet foot, dry foot” policy that allowed most Cuban migrants who made it onto U.S. soil to stay and eventually become legal permanent residents.

Trump affirmed in his speech that the U.S. embassy would remain open, in hopes the two countries can forge a “better path.” But he said his administration would enforce the ban on tourism and the embargo, and would not lift sanctions until the regime releases all political prisoners and schedules free and internationally supervised elections.

Trump also demanded the return of Joanne Chesimard, a New York City native wanted in the 1973 killing of a New Jersey state trooper.

The U.S. severed diplomatic relations with Cuba in 1961 after Fidel Castro’s revolution. It spent subsequent decades trying to either overthrow the Cuban government or isolate the island, including toughening an economic embargo first imposed by President Dwight D. Eisenhower. The embargo remains in place and unchanged by Trump’s policy. Only the U.S. Congress can lift the embargo, and lawmakers, especially those of Cuban heritage like Rubio, have shown no interest in doing so.

Reaction to the changes split largely along partisan lines. House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce, R-Calif., said in a statement the Trump administration “is right to sideline the Cuban military and make human rights and internet access top priorities moving forward.”

Former Obama adviser Ben Rhodes tweeted that Cubans “will be hurt by a mean spirited policy” meant to keep a “political promise to a few people at their expense.”

Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., top Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee, said the actions “threaten to slam that door shut and revert to a failed policy of isolation that has done nothing to improve the lives of the Cuban people and has harmed the American economy.”

Do you remember how Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) eulogized Cuba’s Communist Dictator, Fidel Castro?

At this time of Fidel Castro’s passing, we extend a hand of friendship to the Cuban people. We know that this moment fills Cubans – in Cuba and in the United States – with powerful emotions, recalling the countless ways in which Fidel Castro altered the course of individual lives, families, and of the Cuban nation. History will record and judge the enormous impact of this singular figure on the people and world around him. For nearly six decades, the relationship between the United States and Cuba was marked by discord and profound political disagreements. During my presidency, we have worked hard to put the past behind us, pursuing a future in which the relationship between our two countries is defined not by our differences but by the many things that we share as neighbors and friends – bonds of family, culture, commerce, and common humanity. This engagement includes the contributions of Cuban Americans, who have done so much for our country and who care deeply about their loved ones in Cuba.

Today, we offer condolences to Fidel Castro’s family, and our thoughts and prayers are with the Cuban people.

I am certain that the “most refined” among us, “the smartest people in the room” as they refer to themselves, the Modern American Liberals, including the Former Chief Marxist/Alinsky-ite himself, Barack Hussein Obama, are aghast at President Trump’s blunt and factual remarks concerning his cancelling of Obama’s deal with Cuba’s Communist Regime.

Why do Modern American Liberals admire those leaders and societies, like Fidel Castro and Communist Cuba, who would take away their individual freedom, at best, and gut them like a Thanksgiving Turkey, at worst?

How could they be so naïve as to view an oppressor and the poverty-stricken Communist country that he destroyed as being a “Great Leader” who built a “Socialist Utopia”, which they have dreamt of and which Obama tried his best to turn America into, you ask?

Didn’t you know? Being a Marxist is cool.

Just ask the Liberal American Millennials walking around with their Che Guevara t-shirts on.

They remember Che differently than the Cuban Exiles whom the President spoke to in Miami yesterday, that came here seeking freedom from tyranny do.

If these members of the “Young and Dumb” had actually read a book, they would burn those stupid t-shirts.

Cuban children are taught in state-run schools that Che was a doctor, even though he had no medical degree.

They are taught that he was a kind soul who cared for the poor and the oppressed, and a brave guerrilla leader who helped to liberate the downtrodden Cuban People from the oppressive tyrant Batista.

And, Jack the Ripper was a surgeon who made House Calls.

Humberto Fontova’s “Exposing the Real Che Guevara” paints a vivid picture of the real Che Guevara:

In his biography of Che, Fontova quotes a Cuban exile who is identified by the pseudonym of “Charlie Bravo”

I’d loved to have seen those Sorbonne and Berkeley and Berlin student protesters with their ‘groovy’ Che posters try their ‘anti-authority’ grandstanding in Cuba at the time. I’d love to have seen Che and his goons get their hands on them. They’d have gotten a quick lesson about the ‘fascism’ they were constantly complaining about—and firsthand. They would have quickly found themselves sweating and gasping from forced labor in Castro’s and Che’s concentration camps, or jabbed in the butt by ‘groovy’ bayonets when they dared slow down and perhaps getting their teeth shattered by a ‘groovy’ machine-gun butt if they adopted the same attitude in front of Che’s militia as they adopted in front of those campus cops.

In the instruction to that book, Fontova writes that,

If Cuban Americans strike you as too passionate, over the top, even a little crazy, there is a reason. Practically every day, we turn on our televisions or go out to the street only to see the image of the very man who trained the secret police to murder our relatives—thousands of men, women, and boys. This man committed many of these murders with his own hands. And yet we see him celebrated everywhere as the quintessence of humanity, progress, and compassion.

So, last year, while President Obama and his family were jetting to Cuba, on Air Force One, on the American Taxpayer’s dime, celebrating the “Progressive Freedom” that only Marxism can bring (that’s sarcasm, boys and girls), America’s Che Worshippers were back home, wearing their Che T-shirts, brandishing posters proclaiming American Businessman, Entrepreneur, and then-Leading Republican Primary Candidate Donald J. Trump a “fascist”, and a modern “Hitler”, while blocking roads, jumping on people’s cars, and marching lockstep on the streets of New York City, in scenes reminiscent of the Cuban Revolution.

And, the astroturf  “Resistance” Movement continues today.

United States President Ronald Reagan once said,

How do you tell a communist? Well, it’s someone who reads Marx and Lenin. And how do you tell an anti-Communist? It’s someone who understands Marx and Lenin.

What we are witnessing among the Far Left Power Brokers, and their “Young and Dumb Foot Soldiers”, is a purposeful obtuseness, as to our Constitutional Rights to arm ourselves and vote for whom we please and the harsh reality of Marxism or “spreading the wealth”.

History repeats itself.

Irony is embarrassed.

24 Hours After the Scalise Shooting, Dems Stop Being Conciliatory and Start Blaming Republicans Again…For Everything.

Radical-Liberal-600-LI

“The one thing that we know, among many, about the modern-day Democrat Party and the American media is that they have no idea what people who live in the middle of the country think. And they don’t care.” – Rush Limbaugh, 6/15/17

The last 48 hours, since the horrible mass shooting by a deranged, psychopathic Bernie Sanders Supporter, who shot Republican Congressman Steve Scalise and 3 others have proven Conservative Radio Talk show Host Rush Limbaugh to be exactly right…again.

The reactions of the Democratic Party, their Propaganda Arm known as the Main Stream Media, and their self-styled Political Pundits, both paid and unpaid, on political websites and the Social Media have ranged from the semi-conciliatory to the deflective to the downright sadistic, leaving us average Americans living in America’s Heartland to once again wonder,

What is wrong with you people?

The Democrats have abandoned us Working Class Americans here in the Heartland to become the party of the “Upper Crust” and Special Interest Groups, who look down their noses at Americans who live here in “Flyover Country”.

The Democrats assumed, after reading their own press clippings, that all Americans wanted the Progressive/Marxist Political Ideology and style of governance which Barack Hussein Obama practiced during his time as President.

Well, we all know what assuming does, don’t we, boys and girls?

The American People overthrew the “Tyranny of the Minority”, which we have suffered under for the last 8 years on November 8th.

According to a Gallup Poll, published on January 11th of this year, Conservatives are still the leading Political Ideology in America at 37%, followed closely by “self-described” Moderates at 35%. Liberals remain the Minority Political Ideology in America, comprising only 24% of our population.

That is why I call the actions of these insufferable idiots who are still whining and crying about the fair outcome of a Presidential Election, “The Tyranny of the Minority”.

So, anyway, here we are…with a bunch of paid and unpaid “useful idiots” telling all of us normal Americans, living out here in the Heartland, how stupid and intolerant we are, for actually voting for the Traditional American Values espoused by President-elect Donald J. Trump….and how, somehow, someway, average American Gun Owners and President Donald J. Trump are responsible for the actions of a deranged Bernie Sanders Supporter.

Put down the bong, y’all.

Those of you who consider yourselves “the smartest people in the room” are the same ones who thought that Hillary was a shoo-in to be the 45th President of the United States of America.

I find it absolutely hilarious that the margin of victory for Hillary Clinton in the Popular Vote came from California.

Down here in Dixie we call that state the World’s Biggest Bowl of Granola. “What ain’t fruits and nuts, is flakes.”

I should know. I have an ex-wife who lives there.

But, I digress…

My late parents became Republican in 1980, when they joined me in voting for Republican Presidential Candidate, Ronald Wilson Reagan.

They would both literally lose their minds if they saw what has happened to their former political party of choice.

Judging from their choice of a Political Activist as their Party Chairman, these same Rocket scientists who believed that the “Queen of Mean”, Hillary Clinton, was going to be a popular Presidential Candidate with average Americans living in the Heartland, now believe that they can win the Presidency in future elections by moving even farther to the left.

They just don’t get it.

Even Crazy Uncle Joe Biden gets it. In an interview conducted shortly after the election,

He said his party failed to connect with working-class, largely white voters, and warned that “a bit of elitism” has “crept in” to party thinking.

He recalled watching a Trump rally in Pennsylvania near where he grew up.  “They’re all the people I grew up with,” he said. “They’re their kids. And they’re not racist. They’re not sexist. But we didn’t talk to them.”

Remember how refreshing Donald J. Trump’s speech was when he accepted the nomination as the Presidential Candidate of the Republican Party?

What a contrast to what we had heard for 7 and one-half long years from the present occupier of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C.

No racially-divisive rhetoric, no allusions to the Marxism Axioms revolving around Class Warfare, no self-deification, such as

This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal.

By the way, how did all of  that “Hope and Change” work out for ya?

But, I digress again…

Instead, we heard from a man who genuinely LOVED America and her people, instead of viewing us all as racist, misogynist, xenophobes.

And, therein lies the secret of Donald J. Trump’s victory over the Democrats on November 8th.

It was a direct “repudiation” of Obama and his Presidency.

What Trump did, with his refusal earlier in the campaign to “act more presidential”, was to implement a strategy.

He actually held Campaign Events in America’s Heartland and spoke to average Americans, not bussed-in crowds courtesy of Special Interest Groups funded by George Soros.

Bypassing the borders to communication, historically determined by both political parties and the Main Stream Media, is a concept which I first witnessed being employed by a Presidential Candidate in the 1980 Presidential Election, named Ronald Wilson Reagan.

While I am not comparing the two, I am noting that this strategy proved effective, in the case of both Presidential Candidates.

As the polls showed, Trump struck a resonant chord in the hearts of Average Americans, living here in the part of America, which the Modern Democratic Party refer to as “Flyover Country”, but which we refer to as “America’s Heartland”, or, quite simply, “HOME”.

Why did Donald J. Trump become so popular with average Americans?

The reason is very simple: WE WERE ANGRY.

Our palpable anger was one which has been building since January of 2009, when a Lightweight, who has as much in common with average Americans as a Martian would, was inaugurated as President of the United States of America.

That anger, a result of his anti-American actions and resulting policies, which have affected Americans’ daily lives, has been exacerbated by the Republican Elite, who, in their desire to “reach across the aisle” and “go along to get along”, have distanced themselves from those who elected them to Congress in the first place.

Meanwhile, average Americans, like you and me, remained mired up to our necks in an abysmal swamp of bills and taxes, living paycheck-to-paycheck, afraid to make a move, for fearing of drowning in an ocean of debt.

Seemingly forgotten, in all of the forgotten promises, made by Barack Hussein Obama and the Democratic Party, are the over-94 million Americans, who are no longer, largely through no fault of their own, participating in our Workforce.

Anger has played an important part in the forging of this great country.

It was anger that formed our country….an anger over being held captive to “Taxation Without Representation”…an anger which, as a prime example of history repeating itself, Americans expressed on November 8, 2016.

It is this anger, which propelled Donald J. Trump to the Presidency…and those who prefer the Washingtonian Status Quo, on both sides of the Political Aisle,  continue to deny it.

However, never once, in all of our anger, did a Trump Supporter shoot any Democratic Leader, Candidate, or Congressman.

The Democratic Party and their Presidential Candidate lost the Presidency because the American people were tired of Political Correctness and anti-American political expediencies being forced down our throats by both political parties and trumpeted by their lackeys in the Main Stream Media, while being blamed for all of the “Social Injustice” in this country.

Plus, we did not want to live 4 more of years under ANOTHER Marxist/Alinsk-ite, in the person of Hillary Clinton.

The Democratic Party is once again setting themselves up for failure if by rebuilding themselves, once again, in to a political party positioned on the Far Left of the Political Spectrum, while ignoring the feelings and opinions of average Americans living in the middle of the country.

They are not going to gain any ground politically by telling us average Americans that our Traditional Faith and Values are somehow “xenophobic”, “racist” and “anachronistic” and blaming these values and our Pro-American Lifestyle for the actions of the psychopathic Liberal who shot four innocent people on a Washington Baseball Diamond on Wednesday morning.

Judging from the reality of Donald  J. Trump’s victory on November 8th, average Middle Class Americans have had our fill of being marginalized.

The Democrats who sit imperiously in their Halls of Power on the East and “Left” Coasts, passing judgment upon us members of the “Proletariat”, had better start smelling what they are shoveling.

…or it will be at least 7 more years before a Democrat sits in the Oval Office again.

Sessions Defends His Honor…”YUGELY”

The elites have become international, and they’ve ceased to have a primary loyalty to the nation-state. – Jeff Sessions

Foxnews.com reports that

Attorney General Jeff Sessions, in dramatic Senate testimony, on Tuesday decried suggestions he colluded with Russian officials during the 2016 campaign as an “appalling and detestable lie” — while staunchly defending his role in the firing of former FBI Director James Comey.

“I have never met with or had any conversations with any Russians or any foreign officials concerning any type of interference with any campaign or election,” Sessions told the Senate Intelligence Committee. “I have no knowledge of any such conversations by anyone connected to the Trump campaign.”

The attorney general addressed the same Senate panel that heard last week from Comey, becoming the highest-ranking official to testify in the Russia investigation.

Democrats used the forum to pepper Sessions with tough questions, at times accusing him of “stonewalling” and impeding the congressional probe.

The normally reserved Sessions showed his feisty side in response, pushing back on what he called the “secret innuendo” being leaked about his contact with Russians and challenging portions of Comey’s testimony.

In a fiery opening statement, Sessions specifically contradicted Comey’s claims that he remained silent when the former FBI director expressed his concerns over a meeting with President Trump.

“I responded to his comment by agreeing that the FBI and Department of Justice needed to be careful to follow Department policies regarding appropriate contacts with the White House,” Sessions said, adding he was confident that Comey understood the rules on communicating with the White House about ongoing investigations.

Sessions had earlier recused himself from all matters relating to the Russia investigation after it was reported he had failed to disclose two meetings with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Oregon Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden asked Sessions about conflicting accounts rising from Comey’s testimony and claims that there was something “problematic” about Sessions’ role before his recusal.

Asked what issues might be problematic, Sessions raised his voice: “Why don’t you tell me? There are none, Senator Wyden, there are none … This is a secret innuendo being leaked out there about me, and I don’t appreciate it.”

Democrats appeared to be looking for evidence that Sessions’ contact with Russian officials was more significant than previously thought. Sessions has said neither of the two disclosed encounters had anything to with the Trump campaign in 2016 and that the meetings took place in his role as a lawmaker.

Sessions flatly denied a third meeting with the Russian liaison at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington during a campaign event in April.

“I did not have any private meetings nor do I recall any conversations with any Russian officials at the Mayflower Hotel,” he said. “I did not attend any meetings at that event. Prior to the speech, I attended a reception with my staff that included at least two dozen people and President Trump. Though I do recall several conversations I had during that pre-speech reception, I do not have any recollection of meeting or talking to the Russian ambassador or any other Russian officials.”

Tuesday was Sessions’ first time in the witness seat since his confirmation hearing in February.

Sessions’ testimony came on the heels of Comey’s explosive testimony last week on Russia’s medding in U.S. elections and allegations that Trump tried to kill a related investigation.

During Comey’s hearing, he hinted at Sessions’ role in the controversy.

“We were also aware of facts that I cannot discuss in an open setting that would make his continued engagement in a Russia investigation problematic,” Comey said.

The Justice Department and Sessions himself have pushed back on such suggestions. Sessions also has faced questions from Democrats about why he was involved in recommending Comey’s firing even after he recused himself from the Russia investigation. However, Sessions said Tuesday he had a duty to oversee the Justice Department and FBI, and a “fresh start” was needed at the FBI.

He also said he has the right to defend himself.

“I recused myself from any investigation into the campaign for president. I did not recuse myself from defending my honor against scurrilous and false allegations,” he said.

Unlike Comey, who bluntly said he tried to avoid one-on-one encounters with Trump and began documenting their interactions, Sessions is a staunch supporter of the president.

Sessions was one of the first members of Congress to endorse Trump and was then-candidate Trump’s adviser on almost every major decision and policy proposal pushed on the campaign trail.

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio asked Sessions whether Trump had recorded conversations he had in the White House with Comey – something Trump hinted he had done then walked back.

Comey said last week that he hopes there are tapes and encouraged the White House to release them.

“I do not [know],” Sessions said when asked whether he knows whether the president records his conversations.

Comey had also said that Sessions had lingered in the Oval Office following a group meeting, just before the private encounter during which Comey has said Trump asked him to pull back on his investigation of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. As Trump tried to shoo everyone out to talk alone with Comey, Sessions lingered, in Comey’s account. Comey suggested this indicated the attorney general’s awareness that it was improper for Trump and Comey to meet alone together, given the specter of the Department of Justice’s investigation into Russia’s election meddling and possible ties with the Trump campaign.

But Sessions disputed that was why he lingered, suggesting there was really nothing to it.

“I do recall being one of the last ones to leave, I don’t know how that occurred,” Sessions said. “I eventually left.”

Boys and Girls, if you were watching AG Sessions testify yesterday, you were watching an honorable man of conviction.

The Liberal Democrats just cannot come to grips that their “perfect” candidate was, in fact, a lousy pick and a hateful, inept, downright mean individual whom they never should have nominated as their Presidential Choice. And so, the Democrats have taken a crooked little fantasy, conceived by two crooked little politicians named Hillary Clinton and John Podesta on the night that the latter was beaten by Donald J. Trump for the Presidency of the United States of America.

Six months later, having come up empty in their Quixotic Quests to find proof to back up their blatant lie that President Trump “colluded” with the Russians, they decided to attempt to break Attorney General Jeff Sessions in a Senate Hearing.

The best laid plans of mice and men oft’ times go awry. – Robert Burns

I suppose that the Democrat Senators believed that their “superior intellects” would tear ol’ Jeff Apart.

Instead it was they who got torn…a new one.

Unlike the sniveling 6’7′ Former FBI Director and Political Weasel who testified recently, AG Sessions stood his ground and showed the Democrat Senators what a man of honor does when his integrity is called into question:

HE FIGHTS!

AG Sessions literally left those seeking to get down and wallow in the mud that is the made-up story of Russian Collusion high and dry.

Which led amateur Political Pundits on Facebook Political Pages yesterday to start claiming that the Attorney General of the United States of America suffers from the early stages of dementia…a charge which the sniveling little cowards living in their Moms’ Basements would not dare repeat to his face.

The Democrat Party and all of their minions in the MSM and their cadre of trolls, paid and unpaid, lurking under the bridges of Facebook Political Pages are now being driven beyond desperation in their Quixotic Quest to somehow rid themselves of an American President who is in the process of doing exactly what he promised to do if elected President.

He is systematically not only destroying Obama’s Legacy, he is also getting bills passed right and left which deal with Obama’s stagnant economy and his horrible (and quite possibly, intentional) mismanagement of the Veterans Administration.

While the Democrats, their Propaganda Arm, the MSM, and their Social Media/Justice “Warriors” are so focused on trying to somehow remove the 45th President from office, Trump is steadily doing what we elected his for.

And as far as Sessions’ day in the spotlight is concerned…

Well done, Mr. Attorney General.

As we say in Dixie,

You told them the way the cow ate the cabbage…and came out smelling like a rose.

While the Democrats stunk up the place.

Special Counsel Mueller Hires Dem Donors. Is This an Investigative Staff or a “Firing Squad”?

untitled (148)

“This seems more like an effort to prosecute Donald Trump.”
“What the hell are we investigating?” “Why are we going through with this charade?” –  U.S. Representative Sean Duffy (R-Wis.)

Laura Ingraham’s website, lifezette.com reports that

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich sparked a mini-meltdown in the media Monday with a tweet challenging the fairness of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Gingrich, who also appeared on “The Laura Ingraham Show,” pointed to the early hires special counsel Robert Mueller has made.

“Republicans are delusional if they think the special counsel is going to be fair,” he tweeted. “Look who he is hiring.check fec [sic] reports. Time to rethink.”

He’s not wrong about the donations. Four top lawyers hired by Mueller have contributed tens of thousands of dollars over the years to the Democratic Party and Democratic candidates, including former President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump’s 2016 opponent, Hillary Clinton.

One of the hires, Jeannie Rhee, also worked as a lawyer for the Clinton Foundation and helped persuade a federal judge to block a conservative activist’s attempts to force Bill and Hillary Clinton to answer questions under oath about operations of the family-run charity.

Campaign-finance reports show that Rhee gave Clinton the maximum contributions of $2,700 in 2015 and again last year to support her presidential campaign. She also donated $2,300 to Obama in 2008 and $2,500 in 2011. While still at the Justice Department, she gave $250 to the Democratic National Committee Services Corp.

Rhee also has contributed to a trio of Democratic senators: Mark Udall of New Mexico, Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, and Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island.

James Quarles, who worked on the Watergate investigation as a young prosecutor, has an even longer history of supporting Democratic politicians. He gave $1,300 to Obama in 2007 and $2,300 in 2008. He also gave $2,700 to Clinton last year.

He has supported a number of other Democratic candidates, including Van Hollen, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), former Rep. John Spratt (D-S.C.), former Vice President Al Gore, 2004 presidential candidate John Kerry, former Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.), and Colorado congressional candidate Gail Schwartz.

In addition, Quarles gave money to former Sen. John Walsh (D-Mont.) and three current Democratic senators — Ron Wyden of Oregon, Ed Markey of Massachusetts, and Robert Menendez of New Jersey. He chipped in $300 to the DNC Services Corp. $300 in 2012.

Quarles did donate to a couple of GOP politicians — $250 to then-Sen. George Allen (R-Va.) in 2006 and $2,500 to Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) in 2015.

Andrew Weissmann, a former Justice Department lawyer who now is at Jenner & Block, contributed $2,300 to Obama in 2008 and $2,000 to the DNC Services Corp. in 2006. Weissmann served as chief of the Justice Department’s criminal fraud section and worked on the Enron fraud case.

A fourth lawyer on Mueller’s staff, Michael Dreeben, donated $1,000 to Clinton 2006 and $250 to Obama in both 2007 and 2008. He was deputy solicitor general and has appeared many times before the Supreme Court.

Media pundits generally dismissed concerns over the Democratic Party ties of the staff Mueller is building. Several Trump critics noted that Gingrich previously had tweeted that Mueller was a “superb choice to be special counsel” and that his reputation was “impeccable for honesty and integrity.”

Journalist Paul Vale, who has written for the Huffington Post and The Times of London, tweeted, “Boiled cabbage Gingrich lays out the White House plan to discredit career lawman Mueller — all in the service of his babbling paymaster.”

CNN anchor John King on Monday asked the network’s chief congressional correspondent, Manu Raju, if it should be a concern.

“No, because Bob Mueller is the one who’s in charge of this investigation and will ultimately decide how to proceed, and there is some oversight over him by [Deputy Attorney General] Rod Rosenstein, even though there is a special counsel,” he said.

When a representative of The Huffington Post or CNN defends someone’s integrity, the little hairs on the back of your neck should stand straight up.

The thing is Muller was appointed FBI Director by George W. Bush whom he served under for 10 years.

When Barack Hussein Obama became President, Mueller served under him for 2 more years.

His past, plus his present staff activity has lead me and others to throw up a red flag about this guy, fearing that he may be another Establishment Political Weasel like James Comey, who followed Mueller as Director of the FBI.

Why would a Special Counsel hire so many financial supporters of the Democratic Party to assist in investigating a matter which the Democratic Party has erroneously linked to a President?

Is Professional Bureaucrat Mueller putting together an Investigative Staff or a Firing Squad?

Trump rode the crest of an ever-growing anger over the inaction of Professional Politicians, whom, after being voted into National Office by their constituents back home, literally bit the hand that fed them, tossing Ma and Pa Kettle aside for Big Money Donors and the Political Prestige of “reaching across the aisle”, i.e.. “selling out”.

Conversely, Trump has always been a “people person”.

That is the reason that, when he was still a contributor to Fox news, he would speak to everyone in the building, from the maintenance crew, on up the ladder.

As Sam Walton, the Founder of Walmart, knew, you don’t inspire people by acting imperious and above it all.

“Mr. Sam”, until his health would no longer allow him to do so, would travel to Walmart Stores in his old pickup truck, with a tie and a baseball cap on, visiting the employees, in order to find out how his stores were doing.

He knew that the only was to be successful and to stay in touch with the public, was to be out among them, and speak to them honestly and directly, as one would speak to a friend.

The Political Establishment, of both parties, lost that concept, a long time ago.

Bypassing the borders to communication, historically determined by both political parties and the Main Stream Media, is a concept which I first witnessed being employed by a Presidential Candidate in the 1980 Presidential Election, named Ronald Wilson Reagan.

While I am not comparing the two, I am noting that this strategy has proved and is proving effective.

Trump is still striking a resonant chord in the hearts of Average Americans, living here in the part of America, which the snobbish Political Elites refer to as “Flyover Country”, but which we refer to as “America’s Heartland”, or, quite simply, “HOME”, despite what the purveyors of Fake News at Liberal Propaganda Factories like The Huffington Post and CNN might wish for you to believe.

It appears to this average American that Mueller, being well-connected in the Washington Establishment may be cut from the same cloth as Comey.

President Trump needs to go ahead and fire Mueller and appoint a new Special Prosecutor.

One Former FBI Director/Washington Establishment Political Weasel on his staff caused enough trouble already.

Comparing Generations: The Greatest Generation Vs. Generation Snowflake (A KJ Rant)

american-manhood

There has been a question gnawing at me for quite a while now. Ever since all of the Astroturf National Protests featuring the BLM, illegal aliens, and millennials in desperate need of a “safe space” started greeting average Americans like you and me when we turned on the television to watch the news.

If America was led by the likes of Modern American Liberals during the frightening days when Hitler rose to power after the Beer Hall Putsch and that faithful day of December 7, 1941, “a day which will live in infamy”, while at the same time the young Americans of that era were the millennials of today, would America have stood up the Axis of Evil?

Would the millennials that we are watching throwing hissy fits and railing against the President and traditional American Faith and Values on the Evening News and the Social Media have the guts to do what the Greatest Generation did?

Would Modern American Liberals be willing to make the sacrifices that my Daddy and Mother and the rest of their generation did?

I seriously doubt it.

There wouldn’t be long lines at the Armed Forces Recruitment Office trying to sign up to serve their country.

Heck, these days it is hard to get them to move out of their parents’ house, much less be willing to fight and die for their country.

There are those millennials out there who would rather defecate on our flag than to die for it.

And, while they talk a good game about being “Stronger Together”, when the rubber meets the road, it’s every man (or woman) for themselves.

Instead of the Greatest Generation, we are presently having to deal with the selfish “Generation Snowflake”.

It’s like watching an angry child in their Mom’s shopping cart at Walmart.

I want…I want…I…I…I…me…me…me…

No wonder they viewed Obama as their “messiah”.

As long as he had himself, he was never alone.

The last 48 hours have really driven this home to me.

Even with Former FBI Director Comey telling the world that President Donald J. Trump was not under investigation and did not collude with the Russians to defeat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Presidential Election, Generation Snowflake like the child at Walmart who is told that they are not getting a toy that  they see, firmly believes that if they keep crying, whining, and making stories up about how bad and evil that Trump is, somehow, Hillary Clinton, the deserving heir to their messiah, will magically become the President of the United States of America.

And, just like you have to tell a petulant child over and over again why they cannot have a toy, average Americans here in the Heartland are having to explain ad infinitum to  Generation Snowflake that WE are responsible for Donald J. Trump being the President of the United States of America.

There was no collusion.

There was no obstruction.

There was no Russian inference.

There WAS a visceral anger over the poor stewardship and performance of the Previous President and a deep and abiding concern for our children’s and grandchildren’s future.

And a lousy, unlikable Democratic Presidential Candidate who was and is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg.

It is time for these precious snowflakes to understand that there are no safe spaces and you do not always get your way in this life.

It is time for the National Temper Tantrum to end.

And for those throwing it to place country over self.

Comey, Comey, Comey Chameleon: Comey’s Testimony Reveals Obstruction of Justice…But, It Wasn’t Under Trump

Nauseous-Comey-600a-LA (2)

In yesterday’s post, I wrote,

Today, the Constitution will stop the Lynch Mob.

Instead of Roy Rogers, Gene Autry and Randolph Scott stopping an innocent man from a Lynch Mob, today’s heroes will be Jefferson, Franklin, and Madison.

I love it when I’m right.

Here’s a very good summary of Former Director Jim Comey’s testimony, courtesy of Laura Ingraham’s Lifezette.com

Former FBI Director James Comey said Thursday that he doubted President Donald Trump’s honesty and suggested that he made inappropriate requests of him regarding fired National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

At the same time, Comey reiterated before the Senate Intelligence Committee his written testimony, released Wednesday, that he had volunteered to Trump he was not a subject of the FBI’s investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election campaign. He also testified that Trump never asked him to stop the counterintelligence investigation.

Comey’s testimony Thursday was his first public appearance since his May 9 firing and one of the most widely anticipated hearings in recent memory. Long lines formed as people sought one of the limited number of seats in the hearing room.

Here are the main takeaways:

Trump was frustrated that Comey would not confirm in public what he was saying privately.

Comey acknowledged that he told Trump on three separate occasions — including unprompted the first time — that he was not under investigation. He testified that he briefed congressional leaders on Americans who were the subjects of the counterintelligence investigation.

“And we specifically said the president is not one of those Americans,” he said.

Comey confirmed this still was the case at the time of his dismissal.

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) alluded to the frustration that Trump must have felt.

“Do you think it’s unreasonable for them to want the FBI director to publicly announce that so that this cloud over his administration could be publicly removed?” he asked.

Responded Comey: “I think that’s a reasonable point of view. The concern, obviously, would be is if that boomerang comes back, it’s going to be a very big deal, because there will be a duty to correct.”

Sen Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) questioned why that fact remained a secret for so long.

“You know this investigation is full of leaks left and right. I mean we’ve learned more from the newspapers sometimes than we do from our open hearings, for sure,” Rubio said. “You ever wonder why of all things in this investigation, the only thing that’s never been leaked is the fact that the president is not personally under investigation despite the fact that both Democrats and Republicans and leadership of Congress knew that and have known that for weeks?”

Comey responded that information given to the eight congressional leaders authorized for top-secret briefings generally is tightly held.

Comey tried to manipulate the Justice Department to appoint a special counsel.

For the first time, Comey explained how the contents of the memos he wrote documenting his interactions with Trump ended up on the front page of The New York Times.

Comey testified that he gave his memos to a friend who teaches at Columbia University’s law school and asked him to get them out in the public. And Comey made clear his motivation was not just to promote his side of the story.

“I thought that might prompt the appointment of a special counsel,” he said.

In fact, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein did appoint a special counsel. Former FBI Director Robert Mueller now has control of the Russia investigation.

Two senators, Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) and James Lankford (R-Okla.), both asked Comey to ask his friend to turn over the notes to the committee. Comey said he would.

Comey had great concerns about Trump’s conduct but kept those concerns to himself and a small circle of people at the FBI.

Comey said that he interpreted Trump’s request that Comey could see his “way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go” as more than a request.

“I took it as a direction … I didn’t obey that, but that’s how I took it,” he said.

Comey acknowledged, though, that it was not an explicit order.

“Not in his words, no,” he said.

Asked again by Sen. James Risch (R-Idaho), Comey said, “Again, those words are not an order.”

Comey also said he does not know of anyone being charged with obstruction of justice for expressing a desire for an outcome.

Comey said he does not know why he did not respond to Trump’s request in a stronger way by insisting that the conversation was inappropriate.

“Maybe if I were stronger, I would have,” he said. “I was so stunned by the conversation that I just took it in.”

Comey didn’t accept the initial explanation of his firing.

Comey testified that he recognized that the president has the authority to fire the FBI director for any reason or no reason at all.

“But then the explanations, the shifting explanations, confused me and increasingly concerned me,” he said. “They confused me because the president and I had multiple conversations about my job and he had repeatedly told me I was doing a great job and had hoped I would stay.”

Comey said he also was upset that the administration “then chose to defame me and more importantly the FBI.”

About the White House description of the FBI being in disarray, he said, “Those were lies, plain and simple.”

Comey said it was for Mueller, not him, to conclude whether Trump’s request regarding Flynn amounts to obstruction.

Comey was troubled by the conduct of then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch during the investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information.

Comey said that Lynch directed him to call the Clinton probe a “matter” and not an investigation. He said he was troubled when the Clinton campaign for president started using that same language.

“It gave the impression that the attorney general was looking to align the way we talked about our work with the way a political campaign was describing the same activity, which was inaccurate,” he said. “We had a criminal investigation open … That gave me a queasy feeling.”

That, Comey said, is one of the reasons he decided to call a news conference in July announcing that he was recommending no charges in the case. That news conference broke with Justice Department protocol.

First things first.

About that queasy feeling when AG Lynch told you to call the Clinton E-mail/Clinton Foundation Investigation a “matter”, Former Director Comey: Why didn’t you tell somebody that you have reservations about it?

Why didn’t you accuse her and her boss, President Obama, of Obstruction of Justice?

Rush Limbaugh revealed the answer to my question on his program yesterday:

Comey’s out there giving red meat to all sides. In the process, though, this guy’s doing some amazing things. He’s admitting that he’s a coward. He admitted that he let Loretta Lynch shape the language used in describing the Hillary investigation. He has admitted that she pressured him to do that and that he fell for her pressure. He has admitted to orchestrating a memo leak! You know, the famous memos that Comey was said to have? When we first heard about Comey’s memos, we were told that Comey had, as a general practice throughout all of his years as a lawyer — after big meetings — that he would memorialize what had happened, who had said what, as an exercise in remembering what was said or in preserving the record should there be disputes.

We were told that he’d been doing this for quite a while, which led me to ask publicly here, “Man, I’d like to see some of the memos he wrote after conversations with Obama.” Well, then we learned that he never had but two conversations with Obama and really only one. The second one was when Obama called to say good-bye after he was leaving office, and the other time was talking about — I forget — whatever it was. But I’m sitting here thinking, is this…?

We’re supposed to believe with Obama over there in the White House and Eric Holder here as attorney general, then Loretta Lynch, that Comey (chuckling) never, never was aware what Obama wanted? It’s kind of like Lois Lerner. Everybody was saying they hoped they’d find the smoking gun memo that directed her to discriminate against Tea Party groups at the IRS. You’re never gonna find that because one’s not needed. Obama hires like-minded people who know what to do without having to be told.

I think Comey is shaping up to be one of these people.

Yep. Of course he is.

Obama hired him.

Comey is a Professional Bureaucrat. He is a Political Weasel.

He remained loyal to King Barack The First after President Trump decided to keep him on as FBI Director.

That is why he took notes in meetings with Trump and did not document his meetings with anyone in the Previous Administration, including Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama.

So, where do we stand, one day removed from Comey’s testimony, boys and girls?

What have we learned?

Just as anyone with any common sense whatsoever has been saying from the get-go…

There is no “there”, there.

No Trump/Russia Collusion

No Obstruction of Just by President Trump

The Democrats, from the moment that Hillary and Podesta came up with the Trump/Russian Collusion Strategy on the night of November 8, 2016, actually expectedaverage Americans to believe that the 63 million of us who voted for Donald J., Trump were somehow made to do so by the Russians.

They refused to smell what they were shoveling.

Trump carried 31 out of 50 states. Those weren’t Russians out there voting in America’s Heartland.

Average Americans, disgusted with the bias of the Main Stream Media, used the Social Media to spread the truth about the Democrats and their Presidential Candidate. I didn’t see any Russians showing their cat videos or influencing Americans as to how to vote on Facebook.

It wasn’t a Russian who called us all “Deplorables”. It was the “The Queen of Mean”, Hillary Clinton herself.

Average Americans, from the Rust Belt to the Bible Belt, were familiar with Mrs. Clinton. They knew who she was and what she was. They knew that she would walk 20 miles across the scorching desert sand to tell a lie rather than step across one of Obama’s infamous Red Lines and tell the truth. Hillary has no one to blame but herself for losing the Presidency to Donald J. Trump.

All of the paid and unpaid Internet Trolls, all of the Pajamaboys living in Mom’s Basements, that you can see in Walmarts across the country in their Avengers pajama bottoms, watching as their 80 year-old Mom buys them a video game for their PlayStation 4, need to move on and somehow get a life.

Yesterday, it was confirmed that the Russians did not cost Hillary the election.

I did…along with 63 million other average Americans exercising our Constitutional Right to determine the future of our Sovereign Nation.

And, I am proud to have been able to stand with them to do the right thing in order to

MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

Comey, Trump, and the Liberal Lynch Mob (A KJ Analysis)

toon170608

Alan M. Dershowitz is an American lawyer, jurist, and author. He is a prominent scholar on United States constitutional law and criminal law, and a leading defender of civil liberties. He spent most of his career at Harvard Law School where he holds the title of Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, Emeritus.

Yesterday, he posted on op ed on Foxnews.com, which I would like to share with you…

Former FBI Director James Comey’s written statement, which was released in advance of his Thursday testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee, does not provide evidence that President Trump committed obstruction of justice or any other crime. Indeed it strongly suggests that even under the broadest reasonable definition of obstruction, no such crime was committed.

The crucial conversation occurred in the Oval Office on February 14 between the president and the then director. According to Comey’s contemporaneous memo, the president expressed his opinion that General Flynn “is a good guy.” Comey replied: “He is a good guy.”

The president said the following: “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this thing go.”

Comey understood that to be a reference only to the Flynn investigation and not “the broader investigation into Russia or possible links to the campaign”

Comey had already told the president that “we were not investigating him personally.”

Comey understood “the president to be requesting that we drop any investigation of Flynn in connection with false statements about his conversations with the Russian ambassador in December.”

Comey did not say he would “let this go,” and indeed he did not grant the president’s request to do so. Nor did Comey report this conversation to the attorney general or any other prosecutor.  He was troubled by what he regarded as a breach of recent traditions of FBI independence from the White House, though he recognized that “throughout history, some presidents have decided that because ‘problems’ come from the Department of Justice, they should try to hold the Department close.”

That is an understatement.

Throughout American history — from Adams to Jefferson to Lincoln to Roosevelt to Kennedy to Obama — presidents have directed (not merely requested) the Justice Department to investigate, prosecute (or not prosecute) specific individuals or categories of individuals.

It is only recently that the tradition of an independent Justice Department and FBI has emerged. But traditions, even salutary ones, cannot form the basis of a criminal charge.

It would be far better if our constitution provided for prosecutors who were not part of the executive branch which is under the direction of the president.

In Great Britain, Israel and other democracies that respect the rule of law, the Director of Public Prosecution or the attorney general are law enforcement officials who, by law, are independent of the Prime Minister.

But our constitution makes the attorney general both the chief prosecutor and the chief political adviser to the present on matters of justice and law enforcement.

The president can, as a matter of constitutional law, direct the attorney general, and his subordinate, the Director of the FBI, tell them what to do, whom to prosecute and whom not to prosecute.  Indeed, the president has the constitutional authority to stop the investigation of any person by simply pardoning that person.

Assume, for argument’s sake, that the president had said the following to Comey: quot; You are no longer authorized to investigate Flynn because I have decided to pardon him.” Would that exercise of the president’s constitutional power to pardon constitute a criminal obstruction of justice? Of course not. presidents do that all the time.

The first President Bush pardoned Casper Weinberger, his Secretary of Defense, in the middle of an investigation that could have incriminated Bush. That was not an obstruction and neither would a pardon of Flynn have been a crime. A president cannot be charged with a crime for properly exercising his constitutional authority

For the same reason President Trump cannot be charged with obstruction for firing Comey, which he had the constitutional authority to do.

The Comey statement suggests that one reason the president fired him was because of his refusal or failure to publicly announce that the FBI was not investigating Trump personally. Trump “repeatedly” told Comey to “get that fact out,” and he did not.

If that is true, it is certainly not an obstruction of justice.

Nor is it an obstruction of justice to ask for loyalty from the director of the FBI, who responded “you will get that (‘honest loyalty’) from me.”

Comey understood that he and the president may have understood that vague phrase — “honest loyalty” — “differently.”  But no reasonable interpretation of those ambiguous words would give rise to a crime.

Many Trump opponents were hoping that the Comey statement would provide smoking guns.

It has not.

Instead it has weakened an already weak case for obstruction of justice.

The statement may provide political ammunition to Trump opponents, but unless they are willing to stretch Comey’s words and take Trump’s out of context and unless they are prepared to abandon important constitutional principles and civil liberties that protect us all, they should not be searching for ways to expand already elastic criminal statutes and shrink enduring constitutional safeguard in a dangerous and futile effort to criminalize political disagreements.

As I sit down to write this post, my bride is in the living room watching “The Virginian” on INSP. For those of you millennials who do not know who or what “The Virginian” is, it is a Western which ran on NBC from 1962-1971 centering around a Civil War Veteran who works as the Foreman on the Shiloh Ranch in Wyoming. The Virginian’s given name was never revealed during the entire run of the show.

So, what does this have to do with Professor Dershowitz’s op ed?

I’m glad you asked.

This whole attack by the never-ending temper tantrum-throwing Modern American Liberals, including their bought-off politicians and paid and unpaid Internet Trolls, reminds of a Lynch Mob in an old Western.

Just like a Lynch Mob, the Liberals Gang Mentality, fueled by their pre-conditioned Hive Mind, will not allow them to accept the fact that Hillary Clinton was beaten fair and square on November 8th, 2016.

Trump just HAS to have cheated…SOMEHOW.

So, the night of the election, Hillary and her henchman, Podesta came up with this cockamamie Russian Collusion Fairy Tale, which the Libs have been harping on and lusting after like a teenage boy with a vintage Playboy Magazine under his mattress.

The frenzy which they have built themselves into as a group resembles the same mentality of an old West Lynch Mob.

They want a hanging, and by gum, there WILL be a “hanging”, even though, as Professor Dershowitz wrote, there is no proof whatsoever that the President did anything wrong.

Being the minority Political Ideology in America has never stopped Modern American Liberals from trying to enforce their will upon the American people.

On November 8th, the Electoral College, put in place by our Founding Fathers, stopped them.

Today, the Constitution will stop the Lynch Mob.

Instead of Roy Rogers, Gene Autry and Randolph Scott stopping an innocent man from a Lynch Mob, today’s heroes will be Jefferson, Franklin, and Madison.

So, saddle up, Pards. Today should be some kind of fandango.

Until He Comes,

Trump’s Tweets Tease Taciturn Television Talkers. Tantalize, Titillate, and Thrill Taxpayers.

trump-avoids-media-twitter-cartoon

I’m the Ernest Hemingway of 140 characters. – Donald Trump

CNSNews.com reports that

As the furor over President Trump’s Monday tweets continued into Tuesday, the president tweeted a message to the mainstream media (MSM) on Tuesday morning:

“The FAKE MSM is working so hard trying to get me not to use Social Media. They hate that I can get the honest and unfiltered message out.”

On Monday, President Trump tweeted that he is calling his travel ban “what it is, a TRAVEL BAN,” even though his aides have insisted it is not a travel ban.

Trump also criticized his own Justice Department for not sticking with the original travel ban, producing instead a “watered down, politically correct version,” which is now heading to the Supreme Court.

He criticized the “courts” as “slow and political,” and he said his DOJ “should ask for an expedited hearing.”

On Tuesday, some of the cable news discussion centered on whether the president had undercut his legal argument for the travel ban by tweeting about it.

Trump also tweeted Tuesday morning: “Sorry folks, but if I would have relied on the Fake News of CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, washpost or nytimes, I would have had ZERO chance winning WH.”

In two other tweets on Tuesday, President Trump wrote: “Big meeting today with Republican leadership concerning Tax Cuts and Healthcare. We are all pushing hard – must get it right!”

That tweet followed the beginning of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” a show that Trump apparently watches. On today’s show, political analyst Mark Halperin said Trump’s tweeting is hurting his agenda and his relationship with Republicans on Capitol Hill “who throw up their hands in frustration, saying this is not how we wanted the week to go.”

Trump’s other Tuesday morning tweet referenced news reports about Qatar: “During my recent trip to the Middle East I stated that there can no longer be funding of Radical Ideology. Leaders pointed to Qatar – look!”

As CNSNews.com reported, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates all severed diplomatic ties with Qatar in a concerted move on Monday, accusing of it supporting Shi’ite and Sunni extremists causing chaos and sectarianism across the region.

Saudi Arabia accused Qatar of supporting ISIS and al-Qaeda terrorists and the Muslim Brotherhood, backing Shi’ite Houthi militia in Yemen, and financing anti-government terrorism in Bahrain.

Trump’s tweet about Qatar indicates that his visit to Saudi Arabia hastened the move by the Gulf States.

On March 12, 1933 United States President Franklin Delano Roosevelt used the prevalent media of his time, which was in every home in America, the radio, to deliver the first of his “Fireside Chats”.

Per history.com

…During the 1930s, approximately 90 percent of American households owned a radio. Capitalizing on this, FDR used the medium for his fireside chats 31 times between March 1933 and June 1944, discussing a range of topics from New Deal economic policies to aid for Europe in the fight against fascism to reporting on the military and domestic fronts during World War II. While listeners could not actually see him and he was not actually next to a fireplace–photos show FDR at his desk surrounded by microphones and wires–the phrase fireside chat was coined by a journalist and evoked a comforting image during a time of great national anxiety. As one listener recalled, it was like the president with his voice, came into your house, calling us friends.

During the 1980’s, America was lead by “The Great Communicator”, President Ronald Wilson Reagan.

Reagan used the rapidly expanding, thanks to the Cable Industry Boom, media of television, like no President before him.

According to Fox News

…Reagan forged a more direct personal relationship with the electorate than any modern president. He told jokes, shared stories, spun tales – and in the process made big, bold truths seem comfortable and comforting.

While visionaries usually stand alone on their soapboxes, thundering with aloof passion, Reagan talked like everyone’s best buddy – the national guy-next-door. He bypassed the national media because the press corps was too conventional and timid to appreciate his then-radical views, and talked directly to the public – a practice that infuriated the press and thrilled the vast majority of Americans.

And now, America is receiving daily communication from its 45th President, Citizen Statesman Donald J. Trump.

The vast majority of Americans own cellphones…and are on Twitter.

Yes, the 140 characters contained in a “Tweet” are definitely not the most eloquent way for a President to be communicating with the American Public, but they are clear, concise, and immediate.

There is no room for “weasel words” in a “Tweet”, unlike the addresses of the individual who occupied the Oval Office before President Trump.

Heck, Obama gave long speeches just so he could refer to himself ad infinitum in them.

According to the Media Research Center, 89 percent of broadcast networks’ coverage of President Donald J. Trump has been negative.

From January 20 to April 9, 1,501 on-air statements about Trump made by experts, carefully selected voters, and reporters were negative, compared to just 186 positive, the study found.

Unfortunately, President-elect Trump will never be able to please the Main Stream Media.

Nor should he have to.

The Presidency of the United States of America is the most important leadership position on the Face of God’s Green Earth.

The Main Stream Media knows that.

The problem is, the Main Stream Media is still having a conniption fit (Southern colloquialism for being upset over something to the point insanity) over the election of Donald J. Trump as the next President by us rubes here in Flyover Country.

In fact, they are so upset that they have retaliated by publishing fictional stories, attributed to “unnamed sources.

Unashamedly disseminating “Fake News”

The Main Stream Media are mad at Trump because not only did they loset their meal ticket with the defeat of the Queen of Mean, Hillary Clinton, but they also have to live with the reality of being “punked” for at least four years by Donald J. Trump, who treats them like a school of Largemouth Bass, baiting the hook with the promise of a big announcement or story, causing them to pack the room wherever Trump is speaking, only to find out that they have been used to gain free publicity for Mr. Trump and whatever cause he is trying to forward that day.

In fact, Trump has made the Media look tremendously naïve and stupid on several occasions, in scenes reminiscent of Lucy Van Pelt promising to hold the football for Charlie Brown to kick, only to pull it away at the last minute leaving a helpless Charlie Brown to wipe out, tumbling head over heels.

with the advent of the “new”, or Social Media, and President Trump’s use of Twitter as a communication tool, the Main Stream Media find themselves no longer in control of the dissemination of the news.

Between Trump’s playing them like Charlie Daniels playing a fiddle and average Americans becoming their own reporters through the use of Social Media, “professional journalists” have watched their influence over the daily lives of Americans dwindle and diminish right before their very eyes.

And, quite frankly, they don’t like it one bit.

That is why they continue to try to bring down Trump.

They are behaving like spoiled little brats who need a timeout.

And, judging from the TV Ratings of their newscasts and the rapidly dwindling r4eadership of Liberal Newspapers and Magazines, Americans are giving them one.

Isn’t Modern Technology wonderful?

Until He Comes,

Leaker Arrested for Stealing NSA Report from Government Contracted Employer: My Open Letter to Her

realitywinner

In an article found on businessinsider.com, you can find the following quote,

While millennials seem like prime candidates for ad industry employees — they’re young, hip, and know how to Tweet/Pin/Instagram/Facebook the hell out of something — there’s one con to hiring a fresh batch of college graduates: their attitudes are the worst.

Truer words were never spoken.

The New York Post reported yesterday that

A 25-year-old Federal contractor was charged Monday with leaking a top secret NSA report — detailing how Russian military hackers targeted US voting systems just days before the election.

The highly classified intelligence document, published Monday by The Intercept, describes how Russia managed to infiltrate America’s voting infrastructure using a spear-phishing email scheme that targeted local government officials and employees.

It claims the calculated cyberattack may have even been more far-reaching and devious than previously thought.

The report is believed to be the most detailed US government account of Russia’s interference to date.

It was allegedly provided to the Intercept by 25-year-old Reality Leigh Winner, of Augusta, who appeared in court Monday after being arrested at her home over the weekend.

She was charged with removing and mailing classified materials to a news outlet, DOJ officials said.

“Releasing classified material without authorization threatens our nation’s security and undermines public faith in government,” Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein explained in a statement. “People who are trusted with classified information and pledge to protect it must be held accountable when they violate that obligation.”

Winner, who works as contractor at Pluribus International Corporation, allegedly leaked the report in early May. A federal official told NBC News that she had, in fact, given it to the Intercept.

According to the document, it was the Russian military intelligence that conducted the cyber attacks last year.

Specifically, operatives from the Russian General Staff Main Intelligence Directorate, or GRU, are said to have targeted employees at a US election software company last August and then again in October.

While the name of the company is unclear, the report refers to an undisclosed product made by VR Systems — an electronic voting services and equipment vendor in Florida that has contracts in eight states, including New York.

The hackers were given a “cyber espionage mandate specifically directed at U.S. and foreign elections,” the report says.

On August 24, 2016, the group sent the employees fake emails, which were disguised as messages from Google. At least one of the workers was believed to be compromised.

In late October, the group established an “operational” Gmail account and posed as an employee from VR Systems — using previously obtained documents to launch another spear-phishing attack “targeting US local government organizations,” the report says.

According to the NSA, the hackers struck on either October 31 or November 1, sending spear-fishing emails to at least 122 different email addresses “associated with named local government organizations.”

They were also likely sent to officials “involved in the management of voter registration systems,” the report says.

The emails were said to have contained weaponized Microsoft Word attachments, which were set up to appear as unharmful documentation for the VR Systems’ EViD voter database — but were actually embedded with automated software commands that are secretly turned on as soon as the user opens the document.

The hack ultimately gave the Russians a back door and the ability to deliver any sort of malware or malicious software they wanted, the report says.

In addition, the NSA document also describes two other incidents of Russian meddling prior to the election.

In one, the hackers posed as a different voting company, referred to as “US company 2,” from which they sent phony test emails — offering “election-related products and services.”

The other operation was said to be conducted by the same group of operatives, and involved sending emails to addresses at the American Samoa Election Office, in the attempt to uncover more existing accounts before striking again.

It is ultimately unclear what came of the cyberattack, but the NSA report firmly states that the Russians had been intent on “mimicking a legitimate absentee ballot-related service provider.”

“It is unknown, whether the aforementioned spear-phishing deployment successfully compromised the intended victims, and what potential data could have been accessed by the cyber actor,” the NSA states of the result of the hacking.

While the government employees were only hit with simple login-stealing tactics, experts told the Intercept that such operations could prove even more dangerous than malware attacks in some instances.

VR Systems doesn’t sell voting machines, but holds contracts in New York, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia — making it a prime target for those who want to disrupt the vote and cause chaos come election day.

“If someone has access to a state voter database, they can take malicious action by modifying or removing information,” Pamela Smith, president of election integrity watchdog Verified Voting, told the Intercept.

“This could affect whether someone has the ability to cast a regular ballot, or be required to cast a ‘provisional’ ballot — which would mean it has to be checked for their eligibility before it is included in the vote,” she said. “And it may mean the voter has to jump through certain hoops such as proving their information to the election official before their eligibility is affirmed.”

At least one US intelligence official admitted to the Intercept that the Russian hackers described in the NSA report could have disrupted the voting process on November 8, by specifically targeting locations where VR Systems’ products were in use. They cited the simple possibility of compromising an election poll book system, which could cause widespread damage in certain places.

“You could even do that preferentially in areas for voters that are likely to vote for a certain candidate and thereby have a partisan effect,” explained Alex Halderman, director of the University of Michigan Center for Computer Security and Society.

In response to the report, VR Systems’ Chief Operating Officer Ben Martin told the Intercept: “Phishing and spear-phishing are not uncommon in our industry. We regularly participate in cyber alliances with state officials and members of the law enforcement community in an effort to address these types of threats. We have policies and procedures in effect to protect our customers and our company.”

Woulda…coulda…shoulda…

Nowhere in the above article does is say that there is any proof whatsoever that the Russians actually interfered in the state and local elections held on November 8, 2016.

The word is out about this young Government Contractor that not only is she guilty of leaking information that was proprietary to the United States Government and her employer, but, she is also a diehard “Gimme Free Stuff and Give it to Me Now!” Bernie Supporter.

Her Mom, in a related article found on The Daily Beast doesn’t even seem to realize that what her precious little 25 year old did is wrong…

“I don’t know what they’re alleging,” she said, asking for specifics from the DOJ’s press release. “What do you know?” Winner-Davis said the allegations against her daughter were vague when they spoke Sunday.

“I don’t know who she might have sent it to,” she said. “[DOJ] were very vague. They said she mishandled and released documents that she shouldn’t have, but we had no idea what it pertained to or who.”

The most her daughter talked about was her pets.

“She called us yesterday night. She asked if we could help out with relocating her cat and dog,” Winner-Davis said.

Winner-Davis said her daughter never talked about her work, and her family did not know the specifics of her recently acquired job as a government contractor. Winner-Davis added that her daughter, while quiet about her job, was outspoken about her beliefs.

“She’s very passionate. Very passionate about her views and things like that, but she’s never to my knowledge been active in politics or any of that,” said Winner-Davis.

On Twitter, Reality Winner expressed frequent dissatisfaction with President Donald Trump’s policies and retweeted a joke about government leaks, as well as a tweet by whistleblower Edward Snowden.

In recent months, she frequently tweeted at Trump. “have you ever even met an Iranian?” she responded to Trump when he tweeted that immigrants coming from seven Muslim-majority countries were “SO DANGEROUS.”

She tweeted “#RESISTANCE” after the U.S. Department of Agriculture began blacking out public information. Immediately after Trump’s election, she took to Twitter to voice her disappointment. “I listened to you daily, and your podcast kept me sane,” she wrote at the FiveThirtyEight podcast on Nov. 9, 2016. “What the heck #betrayed #disillusioned.” She tweeted Sen. Bernie Sanders’ statement calling Trump racist and xenophobic immediately after.

On election night, she tweeted, “Well. People suck.”

Gosh. Do you get the feeling that this member of the “Young and Useless” envisions herself as some sort of “undercover operative”?

Well, I have some news for her and any other little brainwashed idiot that aspires to be like her:

This isn’t Facebook, Instagram, or high school, Buffy.

This is Reality, Reality.

You were working at an employer, who was in turn contracted to work for the United States Government. The papers you stole belong to OUR GOVERNMENT. By stealing them, you could have possibly endangered American Lives.

Now, I realize that the 2016 Presidential Election sent you scurrying to your “safe space”, i.e., your bedroom at Mom’s House with your Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry Posters on the wall. However, your continued involvement in the Liberal National Temper Tantrum being thrown by the Minority Political Ideology in this Sovereign Nation does not give you the right to commit treason by stealing government documents.

What you did, snookums, is called A CRIME.

It’s  not an act of heroism. It is an act of petulance by a sore loser.

During World War II, the Allies (that’s the Good Guys, for the rest of you ungrateful undereducated whelps, like Little Miss Reality) came up with the warning, “Loose Lips Sink Ships.” What they meant was the irresponsible dissemination of classified information could cost Allied Lives, including Americans, and damage the war effort in the fight against tyranny.

What you have done, Reality, is place politics before country, simply because you did not get your way on November 8th, 2016 and now, you cannot stand to see America on the Comeback Trail under President Trump.

Perhaps your Mom, who cannot seem to grasp that she raised a petulant little sore loser, should have disciplined you more.

Then, perhaps you could have avoided the humiliation of being arrested and the “unpleasantries” to follow, including a possible long prison sentence, which you so richly deserve.

Actions have consequences.

Reality, indeed.

Until He Comes,

Trump Addresses London Attack, Tells the English That the Time For PC is Over With

1200px-Russell_square_ambulances.jpg

I am politically incorrect, that’s true. Political correctness to me is just intellectual terrorism. I find that really scary, and I won’t be intimidated into changing my mind. Everyone isn’t going to love you all the time. – Mel Gibson

Foxnews.com reported last night that

President Donald Trump spoke out on the latest London terror attacks on Sunday night, vowing to do whatever was needed to protect his country from a “vile enemy.”

Giving his first public comments on the attacks, Trump said, “This bloodshed must end, this bloodshed will end.” He was appearing with First Lady Melania Trump at a fundraiser for Ford’s Theater in Washington, the site of the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln.

“America sends our thoughts and prayers and our deepest sympathies to the victims of this evil slaughter and we renew our resolve, stronger than ever before, to protect the United States and its allies from a vile enemy that has waged war on innocent life, and it’s gone on too long,” Trump added. “As president I will do what is necessary to prevent this threat from spreading to our shores and work every day to protect the safety and security to our country, our communities and our people.”

The president said he had spoken with British Prime Minister Theresa May to express America’s “unwavering support” and offer aid. He tweeted a string of comments in the hours after the attack, offering help for the U.K. and criticizing political correctness, among other things.

The attacks at London Bridge and nearby Borough Market killed at least seven people and wounded nearly 50 others Saturday night. Police said they shot and killed the three attackers.

After more than 20 people were killed in the suicide bombing last month at a concert in Manchester, England, Trump condemned the assault as the act of “evil losers” and called on nations to band together to fight terrorism.

Earlier Sunday, Trump had criticized London’s mayor after he sought to reassure residents about a stepped-up police presence following the attack, the third in the country in past three months, arguing on Twitter for leaders to “stop being politically correct” and focus on “security for our people.”

The mayor’s spokesman said he was too busy to respond to Trump’s “ill-informed” tweet.

In a series of tweets that began late Saturday, Trump also pushed his stalled travel ban, mocked gun control supporters and pledged that the United States would be there to help London and the United Kingdom.

London’s Mayor, Sadiq Khan, a “Moderate” Muslim said that Muslim Terrorist Attacks were “Part and Parcel” of living in a big city.

In other words, we should just accept the murder and mayhem brought upon us by Radical Islamic Terrorists as “just another day”.

I suppose that we should be used to Khan’s “slightly askew” comments about Muslim Terrorists.

After all, he is a “Moderate” Muslim.

Khan was re-elected to another 4-year Term last November.

The “Mayor of Londonistan” does indeed need to abandon woshiping at the Altar of Political Correctness if he wishes to drive the Radical Islamists out of his country.

Personally, while I have met some very nice American Muslims, I have also been inside a mosque where I was looked at as if they wanted to take a scimitar to my neck.

If Moderate Muslims are not behind their radical brethren’s eternal jihad against us infidels, they need to get their mugs in front of the cable news networks’ TV cameras and say so…because all I see representing them here in America when I turn on the news, are the abrasive members of CAIR, blaming our Sovereign Nation for all the world’s troubles.

Which is ironic, because the Former President of the United States of America was demonstrably Islam’s biggest supporter in this country, as was so aptly proven by his refusal to participate in the March Against Radical Islam, led by 50 World Leaders, held in Paris, France after the horrible Islamic Terrorist attack there and by his continued insistence that there is no such thing as “Radical Islam”.

Are “The Smartest People in the Room”, on both sides of the ocean, so contrary, as to not realize that Radical Islam punishes every single social issue that Liberals so “righteously” defend in this nation?

The maddening thing is that every time you challenge Liberals on this fact, they try to equate radical Islam with American Christianity.

Frankly, the ignorance of these young Liberals blows my mind.

When Christians become “radicalized”, we want to share the testimony of what God has done for us through His love, with everyone we meet. We get involved in our local church and we become better fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, and American Citizens.

When Muslims become “radicalized”, they want to “kill the Infidels” in the name of “Allah the Merciful”.

In the case of the Chechen Muslim brothers who bombed the Boston Marathon, their immersion into Radical Islam led them to “kill the infidels” that horrendous day.

In the case of the barbarians of ISIS, it has turned them into doppelgangers of the Nazi Butchers of Dachau.

The Supreme Court needs to move upon the Trump Immigration Travel Ban as soon as possible,

London is a prime example of what happens when you do not clean up your Immigration Policy,

Instead of having of a “Great American Melting Pot”, the Liberal English are instead building themselves a Tower of Babel.

One which is about to collapse in upon itself in a spectacular fashion.

And all the King’s Horses and all the Kings Men ,

Will not be able to put Londonistan back together again.

Until He Comes,

KJ
