Democrats Introducing “Assault Weapons Bans” ( i.e., Gun Control Laws) in Both House and Senate

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., and Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I., each introduced an “assault weapons” ban in their chamber on Thursday amid a “rise in domestic terrorism,” in Feinstein’s words.

“It’s been 17 years since the original Assault Weapons Ban expired,” Feinstein said in a statement. “When it was in place from 1994-2004, gun massacres declined by 37% compared with the decade before. After the ban expired, the number of massacres rose by 183%. We’re now seeing a rise in domestic terrorism, and military-style assault weapons are increasingly becoming the guns of choice for these dangerous groups.”

The bill would ban the sale, manufacture, transfer, and importation of more than 200 “military-style assault weapons” identified by name, although owners would be allowed to keep existing weapons. The bill would also require background checks on any future purchases, trades or gifting of an assault weapon included in the bill.

Feinstein and Cicilline referenced the Dayton, Ohio, shooting that left nine people dead in 2019. The shooter had a 100-round magazine.

“Assault weapons are designed for a single purpose – to kill as many people as possible in as short an amount of time as possible. That’s why they are the weapon of choice for mass shooters and domestic terrorists. They are weapons of war and do not belong in our communities,” Cicilline said in a statement.

The proposed ban would ban magazines and other ammunition feeding devices able to hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition, but owners would be allowed to keep existing magazines.

The ban has the support of numerous Democratic lawmakers, including Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, as well as Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.

The Democrats’ never-ending quest for “Gun Control”, if successful, would only succeed in controlling law-abiding American Citizens, instead of punishing those who operate outside of our laws, such as the Virginia Beach shooter, DeWayne Braddock,  Parkland High School Mass Murderer Nikolas Cruz, the thugs who have turned Former President Obama’s “hometown” of Chicago and my hometown of Memphis into their own personal “Killing Fields” and now, the Marxist Anarchists who are destroying our major cities and shooting at those who serve and protect us.

The leader of the bloody Russian Revolution, Vladimir Lenin, once wrote that

One man with a gun can control 100 without one.

If the Democrats had their way, we would live in a country under the oppression of restrictive gun laws, which would be modeled after those in Europe. And, as past events have plainly shown, those restrictive gun laws have allowed Islamic Terrorists and other murderous nut jobs to kill innocent people unchallenged, because none of those innocent people were allowed to carry a weapon with which to defend themselves.

In fact, in some cases, even the police officers, who first arrived on the scene, were unarmed, and had to call for additional forces, thus giving the perpetrators more time to murder and maim the innocent.

One of our Founding Fathers, Dr. Benjamin Franklin, once wrote,

Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.

Like Dr. Franklin and the rest of those who have fought for our freedom, average Americans realize what Democrats do not.

The problem in stopping mass murders and other shooting deaths from happening is not that there are not enough gun laws. The problem is the gun laws on the books are not properly enforced.

The dissolution of the Family Unit, the revolving door state of our Municipal Justice Systems, and, as in the case of DeWayne Braddock and Nikolas Cruz, the lack of recognition and treatment of the mentally ill and wannabe Terrorists and Marxist Anarchists, has a lot to do with the rise of these horrible massacres in America and the horrible violence which plagues cities like Chicago and Memphis.

What Liberals have never understood, in their continuous quest to take away the Second Amendment rights of average Americans, is that we will never surrender our Constitutional Right to defend ourselves and our families from enemies foreign and domestic.

What part of the words quote “shall not be infringed” do you Liberals not understand?

Passing more restrictive gun laws is not the answer.

Criminals are called “outlaws” for a reason.

They will find a way to get guns. They do now.

I agree with what President Trump said when Candidate Biden brought up Gun Control: “Hit the animals hard”.

This is a people problem. Not a gun problem.

After all, have you ever seen a gun pull its own trigger?

65 Women Send Letter to Senate Committee in Defense of Kavanaugh

More than five dozen women came forward Friday to defend Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh against an alleged high school incident, calling President Trump’s pick for the high court “a good person.”

The 65 women, who claim to have known Kavanaugh for more than 35 years, penned a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee to vouch for his character.

“We are women who have known Brett Kavanaugh for more than 35 years and knew him while he attended high school between 1979 and 1983. For the entire time we have known Brett Kavanaugh, he has behaved honorably and treated women with respect,” the letter read. “We strongly believe it is important to convey this information to the Committee at this time.”

The women wrote that while Kavanaugh attended Georgetown Preparatory School, an all-boys high school in Bethesda, Maryland, they knew him through “social events, sports, church, and various other activities.”

“Many of us have remained close friends with him and his family over the years. Through the more than 35 years we have known him, Brett has stood out for his friendship, character, and integrity,” they wrote. “In particular, he has always treated women with decency and respect. That was true when he was in high school, and it has remained true to this day.”

They added: “The signers of this letter hold a broad range of political views. Many of us are not lawyers, but we know Brett Kavanaugh as a person. And he has always been a good person.”

The letter comes amid a controversy ignited by Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., who released a statement this week saying that she turned information about Kavanaugh over to the FBI. She did not detail the accusation, and Republicans accused her of trying to orchestrate a last-minute smear.

“I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court,” Feinstein said in a surprise statement. “That individual strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further, and I have honored that decision. I have, however, referred the matter to federal investigative authorities.”

Fox News confirmed that the letter involved an allegation about Kavanaugh while in high school in the 1980s. A woman who was also in high school at the time, accused Kavanaugh of holding her down and trying to force himself on her during a party, before she got away. The details were first reported by The New Yorker.

The woman also claimed Kavanaugh was joined at the time by a friend who turned up music to conceal her protests. The unnamed classmate, quoted in the New Yorker article as having “no recollection of that,” is Mark Judge, Fox News confirmed. His identity was first reported by The Weekly Standard.

“It’s just absolutely nuts. I never saw Brett act that way,” Judge said, adding that he still does not know the identity of the woman who made the allegations.

Kavanaugh denied the allegations Friday.

“I categorically and unequivocally deny this allegation. I did not do this back in high school or at any time,” Kavanaugh, 53, said in a statement.

The White House blasted the charges on Thursday.

“Not until the eve of his confirmation has Sen. Feinstein or anyone raised the specter of new ‘information’ about him,” White House spokesperson Kerri Kupec said in a statement.

Excellent point.

What Senator Feinstein did was the act of a desperate politician.

According to an article posted on July 4th at LATimes.com,

Though California primary voters supported U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein by a huge margin, state party insiders are readying for a fight over choosing a favorite in her general election race against fellow Democrat state Sen. Kevin de León.

Feinstein, in an apparent attempt to avoid what could be an embarrassing loss, called for unity on Tuesday and urged party leaders to decline to endorse anyone at the upcoming executive board meeting where the endorsement question will be decided.

“Republicans would like nothing more than to see Democrats fighting each other, and a formal endorsement in our race will divide our party at the exact time we need to come together and focus on the general election,” Feinstein, who is seeking a fifth full term, wrote in an email to state Democrats.

The drama over an official endorsement is another indication that California’s Democrat-on-Democrat fight for the Senate seat, born out of the state’s top-two primary system, is exposing fractures among the party’s moderates and progressives. Neither candidate won a primary endorsement but De León came close, winning 54% of votes, shy of the 60% needed to secure the nod. Feinstein received just 37%.

And, don’t forget her fondness for Red China(but never with a blue tablecloth)…

An alleged Chinese spy reportedly infiltrated Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s (D-CA) office by posing as her driver for 20 years, according to multiple reports.

Reports from Politico and the San Francisco Chronicle revealed the alleged Chinese government mole posed as a staffer in Feinstein’s San Francisco office— serving as the California Democrat’s driver, Asian-American community liaison, and stand-in for the senator at Chinese consulate events.

Politico reported that the staffer allegedly delivered non-top-secret political intelligence to Chinese consulate officials in San Francisco. Five years ago, the FBI told Feinstein—who served as chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee—that her staffer was a spy.

The California Democrat was reportedly “mortified” by the news and fired the staffer but did not disclose the news to the rest of her staff.

The FBI could not charge the individual with espionage because none of what he leaked was considered to be classified information, making it difficult for the agency to prosecute him.

Feinstein is definitely from the old school of Democrats.

She has done quite well for herself as a professional politician. However, just like Nancy Pelosi, she finds herself in the twilight of her career, seeking desperately to hold onto what little power within her state and within the New Far Left Democratic Party while somehow remaining relevant.

Through a strategy born of desperation, she attempted to slander a very good man who is destined to be our next Supreme Court Justice.

Her strategy has failed miserably as even members of her own political party are seeing it for the weak sauce that it is.

Feinstein and her fellow Democratic Senators could not make Judge Brett Kavanaugh look bad during the Confirmation Hearings. In fact, he made THEM look silly.

Of course, that doesn’t take much. However, Judge Kavanaugh still more than held his own and looked impressive while doing so.

Feinstein, through her attempted slandering of Kavanaugh has actually proved us with a prime example of the present mindset of the Democratic Party Hierarchy.

They are all so desperate to somehow damage President Trump, to somehow, someway derail “The Trump Train” which is bringing back our economy and accomplishing more in less than two years than his predecessor did in 8, that they will unashamedly slander anyone connected with him in order to do so.

This ineffectual strategy by Feinstein and her fellow Democrats has already grown old and tiresome in the eyes of average Americans and will be one of those responsible for the political “Red Wave” which will occur in less than two months in the Midterm Elections.

Even “Sainted” ol’ Jimmy Carter, himself an ineffectual Democratic President, warned the Democrats this past week against their current political strategy of moving to the Far Left of the Political Spectrum.

However, I doubt that they were listening to the 90-something year old from Plains, Georgia.

They did not listen to us average Americans in 2016, why should they listen to him now?

After all, they are way too smart for that.

Just ask President Clinton.

Torture, “Terrorists’ Rights”, and America’s Continued Sovereignty (A KJ Op Ed)

obamamyworkThis week, America’s attention has been focused on a report issued by Dianne Feinstein, Senator from California, concerning the supposed use of torture, perpetrated by the Central Intelligence Agency, against our mortal enemies, Radical Muslim Terrorists.

Feinstein and her supporters’ purpose in publishing this report, is as transparent as an aquarium.

The majority of all these offenses, correct that, supposed offenses, took place during the Bush Administration, an Administration which has been over with since January 21st of 2009.

Their faux concern for the rights of these Muslim Terrorists, who were supposedly tortured by the CIA, is nothing but an act of political expediency.

This squirrel moment which they have produced, is nothing but a diversion, deliberately planned for this moment, in order to take attention away from a horrible president and an equally horrible Congress, who hope to do something drastic and dramatic in their last days, before the Republicans completely take over both the House of Representatives and the Senate.

With this going on, along with the demonstrations and riots, which are being coordinated across the country, to take advantage of the deaths of two career criminals, America is being intentionally divided by the Democrats as never before.

We are supposed to be the United States of America, not a divided Socialist State.

However, that appears to be what Obama, his Administration, and all of their minions are attempting to forcibly move us toward.

Make no mistake, all of this is happening for a reason. It is being coordinated behind the scenes, and it’s being done for the purpose of dividing and conquering those who oppose the implementation of the tenets of Marxism and the dissolution, i.e.,”Radical Change”, of our Constitutional Republic.

This latest effort to brand those who have been responsible for protecting our nation, through the use of espionage, as some sort of animals, while at the same time presenting our barbaric enemies, who would behead each and every one of us, if given the opportunity, as helpless victims of torture, has been disgustingly weak and anti-American, all at the same time.

The former college protesters and trust fund babies, who are presently in charge of our government, are spineless by their very nature, and are lower than the common weasel.

As I have told you many times, I was raised by members of the Greatest Generation. My parents suffered through the Great Depression, and my Daddy landed on Normandy Beach on June 6th 1945, as a Master Sergeant in an Army Engineering Unit.

What these clowns in Washington and elsewhere are doing right now, dishonors their memory and the memory of every member of that generation, what they fought and died for, and what they went through while serving the war effort here at home.

Not only that, but these Far Left Radicals, who have cut their hair, gotten older, and become respectful enough to run for office, and all who support their policies, are spitting on the graves of all those brave fighting men and women who died fighting for our freedom during our wars in the Middle East, under both Presidents Bush and Obama.

It’s disgusting.

This New Democratic Party, composed of Far Left Radicals, who booed at the prospect of including God in their platform during the last presidential election, are pitiful, ungrateful creatures.

They use our freedom of speech to denigrate and run down this country, while emboldening our enemies, to the point where the United Nations, who, quite frankly, is composed of those who want to see us brought to our knees, are now insisting that the United States should appear before the International Court, for our actions.

Let me tell any idiotic individuals who might support this, the way I feel about “answering” to the United Nations.

The United States of America is a Sovereign Nation, created by the blood, sweat, and tears of men and women, who rise above you in stature, honor, integrity, and courage to the point where you are not even fit enough to tie their boots.

All those things that you got away with in college, including burning our flag, protesting, being ungrateful, obnoxious, and unpatriotic, does not fly with the overwhelming majority of Americans.

What Americans have witnessed since August, until today, have disgusted Patriotic Americans to the point of rage.

Speaking for myself, if I could reach through the internet, and throttle you ungrateful whelps, for all the anti-American and just downright stupid, ignorant, and dangerous remarks that you are making about those who are protecting your very lives, and the United States of America, which has taken care of your needs, since you were born, I would, at this point, without hesitation.

God forgive me.

And, if you clowns think that waterboarding is torture, you have issues.

Torture involves cutting off a body parts, pulling out fingernails, and placing electrodes on your nether regions.

I have an idea, though.

Why don’t all of you super geniuses move to Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, or Iran and volunteer to join up with ISIS or the Muslim Brotherhood, as a “Freedom Fighter”?

I am positive that they would be delighted to explain to you the definition of torture.

Mind your heads.
