Last night, the President of the United States of America, Donald J Trump, attended the annual White House Correspondents Dinner in a conciliatory effort to somehow ease the animas that exists between the Legacy Media and the 47th President.
When it was announced that he was going to attend, 250 “broadcast professionals” signed a petition saying that they would make things uncomfortable for for him.
From what I understand, some of them were wearing buttons on their clothing, as the Democrats did in childish protest during the State of the Union Address.
As apresident Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and Vice-President JD Vance sat on stage at a table with other dignitaries, three shots rang out outside the Washington Hilton ballroom as a crazed gunman, armed to the hilt, ran through the magnetometer, shooting a secret service agent as he ran toward the ballroom in an effort to assassinate President Trump.
Thank God, that he was stopped before he got there and is now in custody.
Of course, the entire banquet room was put on lockdown as the correspondence and their guests were told to get under their tables and all of the government officials, including the president, were ushered out of the room post haste by their Secret Service entourages.
This is now the third attempt on the life of a man who has done nothing but try to serve the country he loves, leaving behind a life of self-made wealth and luxury at an age during which he should be enjoying his grandchildren.
The sociopath who attempted to assassinate the President was 31-year old California school teacher who lives with his parents, Cole Allen, who in December of 2024 was proclaimed Teacher of the Month in Torrance, California.
As the president called him later at a press conference, this man is a whack job.
Meanwhile, there were other whack jobs protesting out in the street in front of the Hilton last night holding them signs calling for “Death to the Tyrant”.
How can someone be a “tyrant” when they were constitutionally elected in an Electoral College Landslide?
Minority Leader of the House Hakeem Jeffries and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer got in front of the nearest cameras last night saying how concerned they were. As we say down in the South, that dog don’t hunt.
If they were concerned, they and their minions in the Legacy Media wouldn’t have called President Trump everything but a child of God and contributed so heavily in dividing this country to the point where Congress cannot do anything because they’re at a standstill.
Congress can’t even agree on paying the people who protected the President last night.
My fellow Americans, we are witnessing an undeclared Civil War being fought for the future of this country. Whether we remain a Constitutional Republic or descend into the abyss of Marxist totalitarianism is up to us, the American voters.
Whilecwe need to somehow find a way to reconcile with one another, we must not give up our individual freedom and national sovereignty that our Constitution protects.
