AG Barr Says That People Will Recognize Some of the Names That Durham is Investigating and There Will Be a “Public Disclosure” of His Findings

baier-barr

“…people should not draw from the fact that no action has been taken yet, that that means that people or people are going to get away with wrongdoing.” – Attorney General William Barr

FoxNews.com reports that

Attorney General Bill Barr told Fox News’ Bret Baier in an exclusive interview aired Tuesday that Americans will be able to recognize “some” of the names under investigation as part of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing probe into federal surveillance abuses — and that he is “very troubled” by “what has been called to” his attention so far.

Barr asserted that despite the coronavirus pandemic, the Durham team “has been working very aggressively to move forward,” and that there “will be public disclosure” of his findings. Part one of Baier’s interview with Barr aired on Monday.

“I think before the election, I think we’re concerned about the motive force behind the very aggressive investigation that was launched into the Trump campaign without, you know, with a very thin, slender reed as a basis for it,” Barr told Baier. “It seemed that the bureau was sort of spring-loaded at the end of July to drive in there and investigate a campaign.”

The Justice Department’s (DOJ’s) watchdog has identified critical errors in every FBI wiretap application that it audited as part of the fallout from the bureau’s heavily flawed investigation into former Trump adviser Carter Page, who was surveilled during the campaign in part because of a largely discredited dossier funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

Additionally, an ex-FBI lawyer in that case even falsified a CIA email submitted to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court in order to make Page’s communications with Russians appear nefarious, the DOJ inspector general found. The FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, was allegedly told by the CIA that Page had reported his Russian contacts and was essentially acting as an informant — only for Clinesmith to allegedly omit that exculpatory information in a surveillance warrant application that framed Page’s communications with Russians as a sign that he was a secret foreign agent.

Barr said he couldn’t comment on whether criminal charges were coming, including concerning Clinesmith — but that people shouldn’t become impatient. The DOJ has concluded that the Page warrant was legally improper and lacked probable cause.

“We can’t discuss future charges. But I have to say that I do find a little irritating,” Barr said. “You know, the propensity in the American public on all sides of the political spectrum when they see something they think could be a criminal violation, I say, why hasn’t this person been indicted again? And, you know, there’s the old saying that that the wheels of justice grind slow and they do run slow because we have due process and we follow the process. But people should not draw from the fact that no action has been taken yet, that that means that people or people are going to get away with wrongdoing.”

The attorney general emphasized, however, that he wasn’t concerned about criticisms of the Durham probe in an election year.

“For the first time in American history, police organizations and the national security organizations were used to spy on a campaign, and there was no basis for it,” Barr said. “The media largely drove that — and all kinds of sensational claims were being made about the president that could have affected the election. And then and then later on, in his administration, there were actions taken that really appear to be efforts to sabotage his campaign. And that has to be looked at. And if people want to say that I’m political because I am looking at those potential abuses of power, so be it. But that’s the job of the attorney general.”

One of those “familiar names” alluded to by Attorney General Barr may be Stefan Halper.

Who is he?

To call Stefan Halper a “Washington Insider” and a member of “The Deep State” is an understatement.

This guy’s curriculum vitae reads like a Who’s Who of the American Political Scene from the Reagan Years until now.

According to The Institute for World Politics, he is a Research Professor…

From 2001 to the present:, he has been employed at Cambridge University as a Professor in the Department of Politics and International Studies where he also serves as Director of American Studies.

His work in the field of Politics is a lot more interesting that his accomplishments in Academia

Halper served in the White House (1971-1977) during the Nixon and Ford Administrations.

1971-1973 White House Domestic Council;
1973-74 White House Office of Management and Budge. Assist. Director, Management and Evaluation Division
1974- January 20, 1977 White House Office of the Chief of Staff. Assistant to the Chief of Staff . (responsibilities included summary and analysis of foreign developments and security issues)
1977-79 Legislative Assistant to Senator William Roth (R-Del.) and Special Counsel to the Joint Economic Committee.
1979-80  National Director, Policy Development. George H.W. Bush. Presidential campaign
1980  National Director, Policy Coordination, Reagan-Bush 1980 (presidential campaign)
1981-1984 Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Politico-Military Affairs.
(Portfolio included China-US relations, Taiwan, non-proliferation, technology transfer, unconventional warfare.)
1984-1990 Chairman and majority shareholder:

The Palmer National Bank, Washington, D.C.
The National Bank of Northern Virginia, Leesburg, Va.
The George Washington National Bank, Alexandria, Va.
1990-2000 Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Halper, Roosevelt and Brown.

1984-2001 Senior Advisor to the Department of Defense and a Senior Advisor to the Department of Justice.

“[Stephen] Halper, who assisted the FBI in the Russia investigation, appears to also have significant ties to the Russian government, as well as sources connected directly to President Vladimir Putin.” Now, this is new.  Halper is part of the MI6 bunch in the U.K. that partnered with the FBI and agents from Harvard and Yale.  This is the Oxford-Cambridge, Harvard-Yale connection with the intelligence apparatus of both countries.  What it all means here so that Halper just another link from the Clinton campaign to the Russians in creating all of this phony baloney, plastic banana, good-time rock ‘n’ roll stuff on Trump, including the dossier. – Rush Limbaugh 8/28/18

With a list of accomplishments like those above, and the work he did for the Obama Administration’s Department of Defense, Halper made the perfect “mole” to be embedded in the Trump Presidential Campaign. And as Rush Limbaugh said a while back, Harper is another link tying the Russian Collusion Fairy Tale, the Clintons, and the rest of the phony FISA Dossier-related stuff all together.

This “contractor” evidently pulled a lot of weight in the previous Administration.

So, what does all of this mean?

It means that the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with the Department of Justice and President Obama “read in”, embedded a spy in the opposition party’s Presidential Campaign in order to sabotage their operations, thus insuring the victory of his hand-picked successor and retaining the seat of power for his political party. Of course, according to the raving Liberals at the New York Times, that was done to “protect” Trump.

And, if you buy that, I have stock in the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez School of Economics to sell you.

Obama and his “Deep State” Operatives made Nixon look like an amateur.

Grab the popcorn.

Things are about to get interesting.

Dem Primary Candidate Bernie Sanders Shared His Marxist Dreams for America Last Night…His Dreams Require a Lot of OUR Money

bernie-sanders-on-fox-news-debate-1

Last night, appearing on a Fox News Channel Town Hall, Democratic Primary Candidate Bernie Sanders…

…seeking to assure a voter from Russia that his brand of “democratic socialism” would not bring widespread poverty and despair to the United States, Sanders said he instead wanted a country more like Denmark, Finland and Sweden.

“What happened in the Soviet Union was not socialism, it was authoritarian communism,” Sanders said as attendees cheered.

“I’m not an expert on the current economy in Sweden,” Sanders responded when MacCallum noted Sweden was pushing towards more deregulation and less taxes, and that the population in the U.S. is much larger than that of the Nordic countries. “They have gone a long way to eliminate poverty, to make sure that all of their people have the basic needs that they need to live good lives.”

Sanders said studies have shown that countries like Denmark are among the “happiest on earth,” because they provide various free services like college and health care.

Other studies, however, have showed that Denmark essentially free-rides heavily from U.S. capitalism, and argue that mimicking their welfare programs may backfire.

Sanders also slammed President Trump’s response to the coronavirus outbreak — and said that he would not consider closing the border, no matter what.

“If you had to, would you close down the borders?” Baier asked, referring to efforts to stop the spread of coronavirus.

“No,” Sanders replied flatly.

He went on to condemn xenophobia and suggest that scientists would need to outline the appropriate approach.

Sanders also hit Trump’s appointment of Vice President Mike Pence to lead the coronavirus task force and inaccurately claimed that Trump had advised Americans with the virus to head to work. In fact, Trump told Fox News “Hannity” that, empirically, some Americans are going to work with the virus and recovering without incident.

“Sadly, we have an administration in Washington that has shown the world that it does not believe in science,” Sanders said, taking aim at the White House on issues from climate change to health care. “When you appoint Vice President Pence, an individual who also doesn’t much believe in science, what you’re telling the whole world is that you’re politicizing this issue.”

Baier pressed Sanders on the coronavirus response, saying that Trump has in fact appointed numerous experts to address the issue. Sanders responded by mocking Trump’s claim to have a “natural ability” to address disasters.

“You listen to the scientists; you don’t say stupid things,” Sanders said. “You don’t suggest to people they can go to work.”

Sanders returned to his talking points about the wealthiest people not paying their “fair share” in taxes, leading MacCallum to probe whether Sanders would reconsider his policies given the ongoing stock market crisis.

“I will not become president until January, and the economic situation will be different then,” Sanders said. As to what he would do if he were president today, Sanders said an “economic stimulus” could come in the form of “invest[ing] in working-class people in good-paying jobs by rebuiling our crumbling infrastructure — roads, bridges.”

He added that “I’m not here to demonize anybody,” after MacCallum pointed out that Bill Gates is contributing substantially to coronavirus efforts. At the same time, Sanders said, it was absurd to depend upon the “generosity” of billionaires.

Then, in a dramatic call-and-response moment with the audience at the town hall, Sanders established that Canada is not a socialist or communist system of government and yet manages to provide government-run health care at a minimal cost to patients. The president, for his part, has derided Canada’s health-care system and pointed out that even Canadians complain about their long waiting times, relatively substandard care, and high taxes.

The Vermont senator acknowledged that taxes would go up by 4 percent at a minimum to incomes over $29,000, in additional to more payroll taxes on employers and stock market transaction taxes, but asserted that “comprehensive” health care is worth it.

Sanders said he wanted a “modest” tax on “Wall Street speculation.” The proposal, according to Sanders’ campaign, specifically would place a “0.5 percent tax on stock trades – 50 cents on every $100 of stock – a 0.1 percent fee on bond trades, and a 0.005 percent fee on derivative trades.”

Sanders’ campaign has claimed that a “modest tax on Wall Street speculation … will raise an estimated $2.4 trillion over ten years” and, in one fell swoop, make all “public colleges, universities and trade schools tuition-free … and cancel all student debt over the next decade.”

However, the National Review has likened a tax on so-called “Wall Street speculation” to a de facto tax on savings, and asserted the Sanders plan is untested and “would mean paying $25 to the federal government every time you traded $5,000 worth of stock — or five times what you’d pay the typical online brokerage in fees. … Over the long term, that imposes serious costs on actively traded funds such as the ones containing many Americans’ retirement funds.”

Bernie Sanders is like all Marxists. They want all of us to “share the wealth” WITH THEM.

It’s no wonder that he makes the con job known as Socialism sound good to young minds full of mush.

He has had years of practice.

Per discoverthenetworks.org,

Bernard “Bernie” Sanders was born in Brooklyn, New York on September 8, 1941, to Polish immigrants of Jewish descent. After attending Brooklyn College for one year, he transferred to the University of Chicago (UC) and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1964. At UC, Sanders joined the Young Peoples Socialist League (youth wing of the Socialist Party USA) as well as the Congress of Racial Equality and the Student Peace Union.

After college, Sanders lived briefly on an Israeli kibbutz, then moved to Vermont where he worked variously as a carpenter, filmmaker, writer, and researcher. In 1971 he joined the anti-war Liberty Union Party (LUP), on whose ticket he made unsuccessful runs for the U.S. Senate in 1972 and 1974, and for Governor of Vermont in 1976. Sanders’s LUP platform called for the nationalization of all U.S. banks, public ownership of all utiliies, and the establishment of a worker-controlled federal government.

Sanders resigned from LUP in 1979 and became a political Independent. Two years later he was elected mayor of Burlington, Vermont, a post he held until 1989. Sanders created some controversy when he hung a Soviet flag in his mayoral office, in honor of Burlington’s Soviet sister city Yaroslav.

According to an Accuracy In Media report, Sanders during the 1980s “collaborated with Soviet and East German ‘peace committees'” whose aim was “to stop President Reagan’s deployment of nuclear missiles in Europe.” Indeed, he “openly joined the Soviets’ ‘nuclear freeze’ campaign to undercut Reagan’s military build-up.”

In 1985 Sanders traveled to Managua, Nicaragua to celebrate the sixth anniversary of the rise to power of Daniel Ortega and his Marxist-Leninist Sandinista government.

In 1986 Sanders ran unsuccessfully for Governor of Vermont, and two years later he made a failed bid for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.

In November 1989 Sanders addressed the national conference of the U.S. Peace Council, a Communist Party USA front. The event focused on how to “end the Cold War” and “fund human needs.” Fellow speakers included such notables as Leslie Cagan, John Conyers, and Manning Marable.

Choosing not to seek re-election to a fifth term as mayor, Sanders spent 1989-90 working as a lecturer at Hamilton College in upstate New York and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

By 1990 Sanders was a leading member of Jesse Jackson’s National Rainbow Coalition, and he ran successfully for Congress as a socialist, representing Vermont’s single at-large congressional district. The following year, Sanders founded the Congressional Progressive Caucus along with fellow House members Tom Andrews, Peter DeFazio, Ron Dellums, Lane Evans, and Maxine Waters.

During the 1990s, Sanders participated multiple times in the Socialist Scholars Conferences that were held annually in New York City.

…Sanders has long maintained that “global warming/climate change” not only threatens “the fate of the entire planet,” but is caused chiefly by human industrial activity and must be curbed by means of legislation strictly limiting carbon emissions. In 2007 Sanders and Senator Barbara Boxer proposed the Global Warming Pollution Reduction Act, which, according to an MIT study, would have imposed on U.S. taxpayers a yearly financial burden of more than $4,500 per family, purportedly to check climate change. In February 2010 Sanders likened climate-change skeptics to people who had disregarded the Nazi threat prior to WWII: “During that period of Nazism and fascism’s growth … there were people in this country and in the British parliament who said, ‘Don’t worry! Hitler’s not real! It’ll disappear!’” Accusing “big business” of being “willing to destroy the planet for short-term profits,” Sanders in 2013 said that “global warming is a far more serious problem than al Qaeda.” Stating unequivocally that “the scientific community is unanimous” in its belief that “the planet is warming up,” Sanders the following year declared that the “debate is over” and emphasized the importance of “transform[ing] our energy systems away from fossil fuels.”

In September 2011, Sanders was the first U.S. Senator to support the anti-capitalist Occupy Wall Street movement, lauding its activists for focusing a “spotlight” on the need for “real Wall Street reform.”

In March 2013, Sanders and fellow Senator Tom Harkin together introduced a bill to tax Wall Street speculators. “Both the economic crisis and the deficit crisis are a direct result of the greed, recklessness, and illegal behavior on Wall Street,” said Sanders.

Over the years, Sanders’s political campaigns have received strong support from such organizations as the AFL-CIO, the American Association for Justice, the Backbone Campaign, the Council for a Livable World, the Democratic Socialists of America, and Peace Action.

In other words, he’s a Far Left, Socialist Whackjob.

French sociologist and political theorist Alexis de Tocqueville (1805-1859) traveled to the America in 1831 to study our prisons and returned to France with a wealth of broader observations that he compiled together in “Democracy in America” (1835), one of the most influential books of the 19th century. With its spot-on observations on equality and individualism, Tocqueville’s work remains a valuable explanation of America to Europeans and of Americans to ourselves.

He once observed that

Democracy and socialism have nothing in common but one word, equality. But notice the difference: while democracy seeks equality in liberty, socialism seeks equality in restraint and servitude.

In other words, the failed political ideology of socialism takes away the exhilaration and fulfillment of individual achievement and replaces it with self-sacrifice in servitude to the State, for the good of the Central Nanny-State Government, which, in turn, promises to “share the wealth”, but, as was the case in the old Soviet Union, and more recently, Venezuela, never does.

The great Sir Winston Churchill once said that

The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries.

I would rather be blessed than miserable.

How about you?

Bernie Sanders is indeed a shining example of the “diversity” to be found in today’s “Democratic Socialist” Party.

He is more crooked than a dog’s hind leg and he and his “fellow travelers” are attempting to prove that the political philosophy of Marxism will work in America. even though it has failed everywhere it has been tried.

Bernie constantly extols the virtues of socialism without “sharing any of HIS wealth”, somehow becoming a millionaire many times over while “working” as a “public servant”.

Ah, Liberal Hypocrisy.

Ain’t it grand?

Trump’s Town Hall was Must-See TV…”When They Hit Us, We Have to Hit Back”

untitled (306)

FoxNews.com reports that

President Trump, speaking at a Fox News Town Hall in Joe Biden’s hometown of Scranton, Pa., on Thursday evening, openly suggested that the new Democratic front-runner’s repeated gaffes could be a sign of a competency issue — honing a line of attack that Republicans are expected to repeatedly deploy if Biden becomes his party’s nominee.

Trump also wasted little time in criticizing ex-rival Elizabeth Warren’s decision to drop out of the race only after Super Tuesday, saying she may have sabotaged Bernie Sanders’ struggling presidential bid by siphoning the progressive vote.

The setting was more casual and conversational than Trump’s boisterous rallies, and afforded the commander-in-chief an opportunity to connect directly with voters on camera.

“Bernie Sanders would have won five, six, seven states,” Trump remarked. “When you look at it, she did him no favors. That was not a good friendship. We started to see that during the debates, by the way. It became unhinged.”

Trump went on to argue that Biden was “damaged” by the impeachment process that implicated his son Hunter in apparent overseas corruption while Biden was vice president. “They aimed at Trump and they took Biden down,” the president said.

“Here’s a guy, who didn’t have a job, unfortunately sadly the military was a very sad experience for him — he goes out and gets $3 million plus $183,000 a month to be a board member of a company that a lot of people said was corrupt,” he continued. “Just as bad, China — I just made a great China deal … His son walks out a China for a billion-and-a-half dollars for a fund.”

The Super Tuesday results, Trump said, had come as a surprise — especially given what he suggested were Biden’s possible cognitive impairments.

“I’m all set for Bernie, communist,” Trump began. “And then we have this crazy thing that happened on Tuesday, which he thought was Thursday. But he also said 150 million people were killed with guns, and that he was running for the U.S. Senate — there’s something going on there.”

The president noted that he hadn’t spoken to former President Obama since the 2018 funeral for President George H.W. Bush, in part because of lingering animosity about that administration.

“I sat next to him, I said, ‘Hello,'” Trump said, describing the funeral. “Then I said, ‘Goodbye’ That’s about it. I didn’t like the job he did. I didn’t like the job he and Biden did. I didn’t like the position he put us in. I didn’t like what he did to our military. … Right now we have more ammunition than ever before.”

Concerning health care, Trump said he was “most disappointed” that he hasn’t been able to “sell what a great job we’ve done.” The president touted his administration’s termination of the Obamacare “individual mandate,” and said plans were now less expensive — but that the “carcass of Obamacare” remains a problem.

“Without the whole thing with the individual mandate, it’s a whole different ball game,” Trump said. He promised that the GOP would come up with an alternative, but didn’t offer specifics other than that pre-existing conditions would be covered.

Anchor Bret Baier noted that Trump, when campaigning, had promised to erase the national debt within eight years — but nevertheless had approved $4.6 trillion in new debt already.

“I’ll always talk about it, because to me it’s very important,” Trump said. “The good thing about the debt is we’re paying almost no interest.” He added that more cuts would be coming but that it was crucially important to fund the military in the meantime.

The town hall covered an array of other topics, including stock market turbulence and deregulation. Out of the gate, Trump defended his administration’s response to the coronavirus outbreak, saying his decision to limit travel from China had averted a broader domestic crisis.

“I think people are viewing us as doing a very good job,” Trump told a questioner. “This started in China. How it started, is a question. … It’s gonna all work out. Everyone has to be calm.”

The president pointed to something of a silver lining in the episode: “People are now staying in the United States, spending their money in the United States, and I like that. You know, I’ve been after that for a long time. I’ve been saying, let’s stay in the U.S., spend your money here. It’s sort of enforced doing that.”

Trump later noted that he has always disliked the concept of shaking hands: “If there was ever a time you could convince people not to shake hands, this could be it,” he mused, before lamenting that politicians unfortunately are required to shake some hands.

Responding to the threatening statements directed at Associate Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch on Wednesday by Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., Trump said the comments amounted to a call for physical violence.

“If a Republican did what Schumer did, they’d be in jail right now,” Trump said to applause.

The media, Trump argued, was “a part of the Democrat Party” to a “large extent” — and “we have to fight back.”

He gave a similar answer when asked by a voter how he would “bring us together.” The voter noted that a relative had banished Trump supporters from the family.

“Success” as a country is the solution, Trump said, suggesting that Democrats would come to the bargaining table, if not the dinner table, if he won reelection.

At the same time, Trump said, “when they hit us, we have to hit back.”

Hours before the town hall, Trump took his trademarked parting shots at Warren and Mike Bloomberg, whom Trump likened to an incompetent, undersized Darth Vader-style character from the 1987 parody “Spaceballs.”

Bloomberg had compared Trump to Vader with a video from the movie “Star Wars.”

“Elizabeth ‘Pocahontas’ Warren, who was going nowhere except into Mini Mike’s head, just dropped out of the Democrat Primary…THREE DAYS TOO LATE,” Trump wrote, referring to Warren’s previous claims of Native American ancestry. “She cost Crazy Bernie, at least, Massachusetts, Minnesota and Texas. Probably cost him the nomination! Came in third in Mass.”

The Fox News Town Hall was Trump’s first town hall of the campaign season. It was also Trump’s first discussion with Baier and Martha MacCallum since interviews in June 2018 and April 2017.

Somewhere, in this great country, a Liberal is “clutching his pearls”, upset that President Trump was “so mean”.

That’s just too bad.

Liberals had it easy for several years during the Bush Administration because Dubya refused to fight back against all of the Democrats’ insults and demeaning slander, even while the Main Stream Media was using it to cast doubt about his competence in the minds of American citizens.

Then there were the Obama Years, during which Vichy Republicans in Congress refused to fight for US.

And now, after three years of the most horrible personal attacks a leader could imagine, President Donald J. Trump is still standing tall…and fighting back.

This is not the Victorian Age and this is not Britain.

This is America, a country hewn out of hardships faced by rugged individualists who made a way for themselves and their family in this brave new world across the sea.

Can you imagine what Davy Crockett, who represented Tennessee in the U.S. House of Representatives would have said about the likes of Pelosi, Schiff, and Nadler? Or, what he might have said about Schumer threatening the Supreme Court Justices?

It would not be “genteel”, I can tell you that

And most of it would probably not have been repeatable.

Yesterday, after Senator Mitch McConnell called Senator Church Schumer on the carpet for his threats against Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, Schumer responded with a half apology, half-rant, still attempting to blame his behavior on the Republicans.

Schumer blamed the way that he sounded at the Abortion Rally on the fact that he was a New Yorker and was blunt.

Well, President Trump is a New Yorker, too.

So, the only conclusion that I can come to is that Democrats can dish it out but they can’t take it.

Comey Denies Knowing Who Funded the Steele Dossier…No, Really

ap-james-comey-clinton

Last night, on Special Report With Bret Baier on the Fox News Channel, Former FBI Director James Comey speaking about sharing memos about his conversations with President Trump with his friend and Special Government Agent, Columbia Law Professor Daniel Richman. Comey also shared the memos with the rest of his legal team.

Per FoxNews.com,

Comey also denied knowing who was behind the leak about the infamous anti-Trump dossier that was later revealed to have been used to obtain a surveillance warrant for former Trump campaign aide Carter Page. Comey also claimed he never knew exactly who funded the dossier.

Asked when he learned that the DNC and Hillary Clinton campaign funded Steele’s work, Comey said: “I still don’t know that for a fact.”

He went on to say, “I have only seen it in the media. I never knew exactly which Democrats had funded.”

Asked about FBI employees Peter Strzok and Lisa Page – whose anti-Trump text messages have been seized upon by Republicans — Comey said he would have “removed both of them from any contact with significant investigations” had he been aware of the texts.

“It was such poor judgment,” he said.

Pressed on whether Strzok and Page’s work should be questioned, Comey acknowledged, “It’s a reasonable question to ask.”

“And I can tell you this. When I saw the text, I was deeply disappointed in them,” he said. “But I never saw any bias, any reflection of any kind of animus towards anybody.”

Comey is doing television interviews to promote his new book, “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership,” in which he blasted the president for everything from his integrity to his height, skin and hair.

Comey has a selective memory when it comes to the funding of the dossier.

Especially, when there was also a second one in his custody.

On February 1st of this year, Judicial Watch reported that

The strange case of the Russian dossier got even stranger this week with a new report from the Guardian raising a name from the seamy side of Clinton past. A “second Trump-Russia dossier” has been turned over to the FBI, the Guardian reported. The second dossier was compiled by Cody Shearer, who the Guardian identifies as a “a controversial political activist and former journalist who was close to the Clinton White House in the 1990s.”

That’s putting it mildly. Shearer in fact has long been linked to the sleaziest aspects of the Clinton operation, mainly through his close relationship with Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal. Longtime observers of the Clinton ecosystem know that when Cody appears, Sid Blumenthal is not far behind. A ceaseless schemer, Blumenthal was so offensive to the Obama White House that he was banned from an official role at Mrs. Clinton’s State Department. But that barely slowed him down. As documented by Judicial Watch and others, Blumenthal was a constant presence by Mrs. Clinton’s side during her State Department years.

Blumenthal and Shearer are connected to a global network of intelligence and military freelancers. They played a dangerous game meddling in Libyan affairs after the fall of Muammar Gaddafi. They supplied intelligence to Secretary of State Clinton in the weeks leading up to the Benghazi debacle and pitched deals to make money off the Libyan turmoil. ProPublica reports at length on the Blumenthal and Shearer’s Libyan efforts here. According to Judicial Watch’s reporting, during Mrs. Clinton’s State Department tenure, Blumenthal also promoted African business deals and meddled in European Union elections.

As for Shearer, he has a long history of dirty tricks. He’s been linked to Whitewater-era efforts to dirty up Bill Clinton critics; to shakedown politics involving the Cheyenne-Arapaho Indian tribe; and to fronting for Bosnian Serb butcher Radovan Karadzic. Read more about it here and here.

The Guardian reports that the new Shearer document makes some of the same allegations about Mr. Trump as the original Christopher Steele dossier, including “lewd acts at a five-star hotel” in Moscow. It also notes that Steele passed on the Shearer report to the FBI in October 2016, but would not vouch for its accuracy. That’s worth pausing over.

According to the Guardian, Steele provided “a copy [of the Shearer report] because it corresponded with what he had separately heard from his own independent sources.” If the reporting here is accurate, that’s quite a coincidence—that Cody Shearer and Christopher Steele were hearing the same things from different sources at pretty much the same time. A closer look at timelines and sources might be revealing. If Sid and Cody are behind the original Russian dossier sources, that would be big news indeed.

In an article posted on the 17th of March, Aaron Klein of Breitbart.com, stated that

Comey’s FBI may have utilized a second dossier authored by Cody Shearer, a shadowy former tabloid journalist who has long been closely associated with various Clinton scandals.

If you believe that the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation did not know what his top agents were involved in nor have any knowledge of the Secretary of State’s activities and those of her confidantes’, I have two bridges over the Mississippi River at Memphis, Tennessee to sell you.

President Ronald Reagan used to say that the nine words that you never want to hear were

I’m from the Government and I’m here to help.

Now, don’t get me wrong. The rank and file of the FBI is composed of many stellar, heroic agents, who love this country and work sacrificially every day, serving with honor.

The hierarchy, composed mainly of Professional Bureaucrats like James Comey, is another matter.

Being political appointees holding political opinions, while carrying political obligations to a certain political party, never bodes well in a position of legal authority.

Add into that mix an extra-marital affair between these bureaucrats and, to paraphrase, “the affairs of mice and men (and agents) will indeed go awry”.

The Professional Bureaucrats in the DOJ and the FBI were involved in a Deep State Covert Operation whose many levels of intrigue resembled a spider’s web of corruption at the highest levels

Since the kinky days of J. Edgar Hoover, the hierarchy of the FBI have run clandestine investigations of public figures, both political and cultural leaders.

J. Edgar did it to hold onto his office and to have political leverage against his enemies, as he had skeletons in his own closet…and dresses, too.

But, I digress.

In this case however, the hierarchy of the FBI did it to circumvent the will of the American People and to install Hillary Clinton as the 45th President, thus protecting the status quo in the Halls of Power in Washington, DC.

When that didn’t happen, they determined to bring President Trump down, by any means necessary, including creating a fake story of Russian Collusion.

Thanks to two agents who decided to do the Extramarital Mattress Mambo and text each other thousands of times, written evidence was provided to support the FISA Memo.

And now, we have Former FBI Director James Comey, a Professional Bureaucrat and Political Weasel, trying desperately to sell a book before the spider’s web of corruption which he helped to spin collapses down around him.

My late Former Father-in-law was a retired Police Lieutenant, who had worked with the FBI on several high-profile cases.

To say that he wasn’t a fan would be an understatement.

According to him, the letters FBI stood for “F—ing Bunch of Idiots”.

In the case of the FBI’s “Secret Society” of Deep State Covert Operatives, darned if he wasn’t right.

Hillary Clinton’s Foundationgate: The Selling Out of America for Fun and Profit…Is an Indictment Forthcoming?

untitled-113“Hillary Clinton is the defender of the corrupt and rigged status quo. The Clintons have spent decades as insiders lining their own pockets and taking care of donors instead of the American people. It is now clear that the Clinton Foundation is the most corrupt enterprise in political history. What they were doing during Crooked Hillary’s time as Secretary of State was wrong then, and it is wrong now. It must be shut down immediately.” – Donald J. Trump, August 22, 2016

The Republican Candidate for President, Donald J. Trump, was exactly right.

The following transcript Fox News’ Special Report with Bret Baier comes courtesy of  RealClearPolitics.com

BRET BAIER: Breaking news tonight — two separate sources with intimate knowledge of the FBI investigations into the Clinton emails and the Clinton Foundation tell Fox the following:

The investigation looking into possible pay-for-play interaction between Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Foundation has been going on for more than a year. Led by the white collar crime division, public corruption branch of the criminal investigative division of the FBI.

The Clinton Foundation investigation is a, quote, “very high priority.” Agents have interviewed and re-interviewed multiple people about the Foundation case, and even before the WikiLeaks dumps, agents say they have collected a great deal of evidence. Pressed on that, one sources said, quote, “a lot of it,” and “there is an avalanche of new information coming every day.”

Some of it from WikiLeaks, some of it from new emails. The agents are actively and aggressively pursuing this case. They will be going back to interview the same people again, some for the third time.

As a result of the limited immunity deals to top aides, including Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, the Justice Department had tentatively agreed that the FBI would destroy those laptops after a narrow review. We are told definitively that has not happened. Those devices are currently in the FBI field office here in Washington, D.C. and are being exploited.

The source points out that any immunity deal is null and void if any subject lied at any point in the investigation.

Meantime, the classified e-mail investigation is being run by the National Security division of the FBI. They are currently combing through former Democratic Congressman Anthony Wiener’s laptop and have found e-mails that they believe came from Hillary Clinton’s server that appear to be new, as in not duplicates.

Whether they contain classified material or not is not yet known. It will likely be known soon. All of this just as we move inside one week until election day.

Baier gives more details to Fox News Channel’s Brit Hume.

Transcript:

BRET BAIER: Here’s the deal: We talked to two separate sources with intimate knowledge of the FBI investigations. One: The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far… Several offices separately have been doing their own investigations.

Two: The immunity deal that Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, two top aides to Hillary Clinton, got from the Justice Department in which it was believed that the laptops they had, after a narrow review for classified materials, were going to be destroyed. We have been told that those have not been destroyed — they are at the FBI field office here on Washington and are being exploited. .

Three: The Clinton Foundation investigation is so expansive, they have interviewed and re-interviewed many people. They described the evidence they have as ‘a lot of it’ and said there is an ‘avalanche coming in every day.’ WikiLeaks and the new emails.

They are “actively and aggressively pursuing this case.” Remember the Foundation case is about accusations of pay-for-play… They are taking the new information and some of them are going back to interview people for the third time. As opposed to what has been written about the Clinton Foundation investigation, it is expansive.

The classified e-mail investigation is being run by the National Security division of the FBI. They are currently combing through Anthony Weiner’s laptop. They are having some success — finding what they believe to be new emails, not duplicates, that have been transported through Hillary Clinton’s server.

Finally, we learned there is a confidence from these sources that her server had been hacked. And that it was a 99% accuracy that it had been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and that things had been taken from that…

There has been some angst about Attorney General Loretta Lynch — what she has done or not done. She obviously did not impanel, or go to a grand jury at the beginning. They also have a problem, these sources do, with what President Obama said today and back in October of 2015…

I pressed again and again on this very issue… The investigations will continue, there is a lot of evidence. And barring some obstruction in some way, they believe they will continue to likely an indictment.

Just how corrupt was the pipeline between the Clinton Foundation and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?

Per discoverthenetworks.org,

By the time Clinton left office in February 2013, the charity had received millions of dollars in new or increased payments from at least seven foreign governments. Five of the governments came on board during her tenure as secretary of state while two doubled or tripled their support in that time, according to data provided by CHAI spokeswoman Daley…CHAI should have told the State Department before accepting donations totaling $340,000 from Switzerland’s Agency for Development and Cooperation in 2011 and 2012. However, it did not believe U.S. authorities needed to review the other six governments, including Britain and Australia, she said, citing various reasons.” [Reuters, 3/19/15]

However, it was not just governments who sent money to the Clintons through their Foundation. Again, according to discoverthenetworks.org…

* “The Clinton Foundation swore off donations from foreign governments when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. That didn’t stop the foundation from raising millions of dollars from foreigners with connections to their home governments, a review of foundation disclosures shows. Some donors have direct ties to foreign governments. One is a member of the Saudi royal family. Another is a Ukrainian oligarch and former parliamentarian. Others are individuals with close connections to foreign governments that stem from their business activities. Their professed policy interests range from human rights to U.S.-Cuba relations.” [Wall Street Journal, 3/19/15]

* During Secretary Clinton’s tenure at the State Department, “More than a dozen foreign individuals and their foundations and companies were large donors to the Clinton Foundation… collectively giving between $34 million and $68 million…. Some donors also provided funding directly to charitable projects sponsored by the foundation, valued by the organization at $60 million.” [Wall Street Journal, 3/19/15]

Whether the revelation of “the gift” of massive quantities of Uranium to the Russians or the formation of an Iranian Connection, as a result of money given to the Clinton Foundation,  as was previously  reported in 2015, or this new revelation involving “dual-staffer” Cheryl Mills, this is not just a scandal involving money and unscrupulous political ladder-climbing through the peddling of “favors”, the actions of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State crossed the line into the abhorrent abyss of a Conflict of Interest involving possible Treason.

Time and time again, from Watergate to Travelgate to Benghazigate, and now to E-mailgate and the Clinton Foundation, Hillary Clinton has proven to be a ruthless, untrustworthy, Machiavellian professional politician, who only cares about herself and her ascension to the Presidency of the United States of America.

As I have previously written, Clinton’s trail of corruption leads all the way back to when she was fired from the Watergate Investigative Committee for dishonesty.

However, to practice “Pay-For-Play” on a Global Scale, while holding the Office of Secretary of State of the United States of America,  issues downright treasonous.

Why did she do it?

Michael Goodwin, in a column for the New York Post, written last August, offered the following spot-on analysis:

The easy answers about why she did what she did are too obvious: She wanted to get rich and she didn’t want anyone to know her business.

Throw in her chronic paranoia and sense of entitlement, and she and Hubby Dearest had a rationale for thinking they were above the law. They’d escaped his impeachment trial, so they believed they had lifetime immunity.

All true, but too simple, and it’s impossible to believe that’s all there is. There has to be more, probably something so big and awful, it would destroy her if it’s discovered.

Remember, the Clintons were absolutely determined to get back to the White House, which would be the ultimate vindication of their public lives. Victory would make them unique in American history, so it doesn’t make sense that they would risk throwing it all away for the obvious — and ordinary — benefits already revealed.

The added riches they collected through what I believe are corrupt actions weren’t necessary. They were getting legitimately rich on his and her book contracts alone.

And what difference would another donation make to the foundation, which was already swimming in more money than it could spend?

Because none of this adds up to a coherent explanation, I believe we are still in the dark about a hidden bombshell. There must be a secret Unholy Grail that explains her self-destructive behavior of stonewalling and lying.

I won’t speculate on what the Clintons are hiding because my gifts of imagination are no match for theirs. They always had a knack for pioneering new ways of selling access. No president had ever thought of renting out the Lincoln Bedroom until they did it.

The sleazy act that so outraged the nation then seems positively quaint now, thanks to the creative ways they’ve monetized power since leaving the White House. Now they could afford to buy the furniture they tried to steal on their way out the door then!

Of course, I could be wrong. I could be giving them far too much credit.

Maybe the Clintons really are just ordinary grifters, con artists who enjoy the thrill of pulling off the scam. Maybe it’s not even about the money.

Then again, it’s always about the money, one way or another.

And so, as with Watergate, with Bernie Madoff and now with the Clintons, the advice to all gumshoes is the same: Follow the money. Whatever deep, dark secret they are hiding, the money will lead us to it.

The price of “paying tribute” in order to gain an audience with someone in power goes all the way back to Biblical Times, continuing to the American and French Revolutions.

Our government was never meant to be a Monarchy. America remains a Constitutional Republic.

American Politicians were never meant to be Lords, who would remain in power in perpetuity, amassing unlimited wealth by accepting “tribute” from those seeking “favors”.

Our Founding Fathers envisioned Citizen Statesman, who after serving their country and their communities for a short period of time, would return to their homes, to their families, and to their trades.

What Hillary Clinton tried to get away with is a prime example of why our Founders set up the System of Checks and Balances that they did when they were constructing our system of government.

Obama, the Department of Justice, and the Clintons circumvented that system with a series of maneuvers carried out between the White House, the campaign Trail, and a private jet idling on a Tarmac at an airport.

Come November, as Americans, we will have an opportunity to voice how we feel about this travesty of Justice in November of this year.

Unlike the French Revolution, we won’t have to entrust our future to Madame Guillotine.

Our country’s future will be entrusted to The Ballot Box.

Next Tuesday, remember that Hillary Clinton believes herself to be above the law.

And, vote accordingly.

Because, after all…

Fighting corruption is not just good governance. It’s self-defense. It’s patriotism. – Joe Biden
