SPLC Lawyer One of 24 Charged With Domestic Terrorism For Attack on Atlanta’s Cop City… Is There a Deep State Connection?

“A lawyer for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) was arrested and charged with domestic terrorism over the violence that broke out in Atlanta on Sunday in relation to protests of a planned training facility for police officers in the city, the SPLC has confirmed.

“An employee at the SPLC was arrested while acting — and identifying — as a legal observer on behalf of the National Lawyers Guild (NLG). The employee is an experienced legal observer, and their arrest is not evidence of any crime, but of heavy-handed law enforcement intervention against protesters,” the SPLC said in a statement on Monday.

Thomas Webb Jurgens was among the list of 23 suspected domestic terrorists released by the Atlanta Police Department on Monday. Violence broke out in Atlanta on Sunday after protesters of a planned police training facility hurled bricks and Molotov cocktails at officers and set cars on fire.

The Atlanta Police Department revealed all the suspects are from out of state or from another country except for two, including Jurgens.

Fox News Digital previously reviewed a LinkedIn account for one Tom Jurgens, earlier on Monday which stated he is a staff attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center. That LinkedIn account has now apparently been removed.

Fox News Digital also examined The Florida Bar’s profile of Jurgens, which shows he graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2019 and currently works for the Southern Poverty Law Center in Decatur, Georgia. Both the Florida Bar website and State Bar of Georgia website also include Jurgens’ middle name, Webb, which matches the name of the man arrested on Sunday.

“This is part of a months-long escalation of policing tactics against protesters and observers who oppose the destruction of the Weelaunee Forest to build a police training facility. The SPLC has and will continue to urge de-escalation of violence and police use of force against Black, Brown and Indigenous communities — working in partnership with these communities to dismantle white supremacy, strengthen intersectional movements and advance the human rights of all people,” the SPLC continued in its statement on Monday.” (Courtesy FoxNews.com)

I do not know exactly what the SPLC’s involvement with what’s happening in Atlanta’s “Cop City” is…

However, perhaps it has something to do with the organization’s relationship with the Obama Administration.

In late July of 2018, it was revealed that the FBI had worked with the SPLC in 2009, using the organization to help them identify “domestic terrorism groups”.

2009? What happened in 2009? Oh, yeah. Barack Hussein Obama was inaugurated as 44th President of the United States of America, and the Federal Government, the DOF, and the FBI included took a severe turn to the Far Left of the Political Spectrum.

It was during this time, that the Professional Bureaucrats in the Hierarchy of the DOJ and the FBI pledged their loyalty to “The Lightbringer” and his “Democratic Socialist” Political Ideology, which he so feverishly attempted to install in the place of America’s Constitutional Republic system of government which our Founders bequeathed us.

For the Administration and the FBI at that time to identify the SPLC as “well-known, established, and credible” gives you a clue as to just how incestuous the relationship between the Obama Administration and all of the 501 non-profit organizations like Obama’s own Organizing for America, and the SPLC, was.

As troubling a past as all of that was, it is the present that is even more troubling.

Why did then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions not instruct the FBI Director to examine the Bureau’s relationships with all of disruptive Far Left Organizations like the SPLC when he took office at the beginning of the Trump Administration?

And, here’s another thought…

What sort of role did these Far Left Organizations play in the effort of the DOJ/FBI Deep State Operatives to sabotage and get rid of President Trump, leading up to and including the BLM/Antifa Riots and what happened on January 6, 2021?

If the FBI has more “friends” like the Southern Poverty Law Center, they literally have a network of Far Left Shadow Operatives still working on behalf of the current Administration.

MLB Players’ Union Hit With Major Lawsuit for Pulling All-Star Game Out of Atlanta…Go “Woke”…Go Broke

A conservative group representing small businesses that says MLB’s decision to move its All-Star game out of Atlanta is proof Commissioner Rob Manfred has “no balls” is now ready to throw another brush-back pitch.

With more than 30 partners ranging from the Nevada Chamber of Commerce to the National Restaurant Association, the Job Creators Network says baseball’s decision to boycott Atlanta over its objection to Georgia’s voting law is wrong and it is taking MLB to court.

FOX Business has learned that the right-leaning trade group founded by Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus — plans to file a lawsuit in Manhattan federal court Tuesday morning alleging that MLB’s decision has injured Atlanta’s small business community. Also to be named in the lawsuit, according to a person with direct knowledge of the matter is the Major League Baseball Players Association – the union which represents some 1,200 players – and which the Job Creators Network contends played a role in the decision to move the game out of Atlanta to Denver.

Alfredo Ortiz, president of the Job Creators Network, has mounted a high profile campaign against the baseball’s decision with protests in front of MLB headquarters in Manhattan and billboards in Times Square that mocked MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred as having “All Strikes and No Balls” for caving into left-wing pressure groups that have denounced the state’s new voter law as being overly restrictive to minority and poor voters.

Conservatives and Gov. Brian Kemp of Georgia have argued that the law simply requires voters to produce proper ID and ensures the integrity of mail-in voting.

“MLB robbed the small businesses of Atlanta – many of them minority-owned – of $100 million. We want the game back where it belongs,” Ortiz told FOX Business, “This was a knee-jerk, hypocritical and illegal reaction to misinformation about Georgia’s new voting law which includes voter ID.”

Ortiz, who is also a board member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, noted that when it comes to identification, “Major League Baseball itself requests ID at will call ticket windows at Yankee Stadium in New York, Busch Stadium in St. Louis and at ballparks all across the country.”

Spokesmen for the MLB and the players association had no comment.

“This action is not a surprise given the real damage that’s been done.” says Ken Blackwell, former Cincinnati mayor as well as Ohio secretary of state, but maybe most notable: he is a minority owner of the Cincinnati Reds baseball team.

The lawsuit will demand that MLB immediately moves the game back to Atlanta or pay damages to small businesses impacted by its decision.

The All-Star game’s original venue at Truist Park in suburban Cobb County, Georgia was expected to generate tens of millions of dollars in revenues for area small businesses including many owned by minorities. MLB was also planning a celebration of the life and career of Hank Aaron, the Atlanta Braves great who shattered Babe Ruth’s home run record and passed away in January.

Baseball’s efforts came under scrutiny by left-wing activists and President Biden who called the Georgia voting law racist and said the All-Star game should be played elsewhere. People close to Manfred tell FOX Business that MLB had no choice but to relocate because these activists – including former Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams – were pressing the league to turn the game into a political event. A spokesman for Abrams confirmed to FOX Business that Abrams spoke to a senior baseball official about having the MLB take a position on the law but she wanted to keep the game in Georgia.

First, it was the National Football League and the disrespectful practice of taking a knee during the playing of the National Anthem.

Then, the NBA started turning political as well, as they not only took a knee, both the coaches and the players started being vocal about their Liberal politics, joining the Democrats in attacking President Donald J. Trump every chance that they got.

Both sports have suffered at the box office and in their pocketbooks due to turning athletic competitions, watched for entertainment purposes by average Americans, into political forums espousing the anti-American Fat Left viewpoints of the Democrat Party.

Recently, as related in the above article, Major League Baseball joined their didactic ranks, seeking to teach Conservative average Americans “a lesson” by moving their All-Star Game” out of a state which dared to pass legislation designed to  strengthen the integrity of the voting process.

As Major League Baseball, Delta Airlines, and Coca-Cola all start seeing their revenue shrinking as a reaction to their stupid decisions, I hope that they will wise up, as the NFL seemed to have been doing during the past season.

I kind of doubt it, though.

Liberals have always turned up their noses at major league sports AND their fans.

What better way to kill two birds with one stone than to convince the players that it is cool to protest on “company time” by sharing a minority political philosophy through insulting more than 50% of American Voters?

Who in their right mind would believe that would be accepted by average Americans?

Probably the same simpletons who believe the National Polls which, until recently, falsely proclaimed that the majority of Americans actually approved of the job that demented old Joe Biden has done as President, so far.

More Conservative Americans need to rise up as this group who has filed the lawsuit has and stand up for their rights as American citizens.

Even if they do not win the suit, they have given the Team Owners of Major League Baseball something to think about.

If they turn America’s Pastime into Political Theater…Americans will turn them off.

Major League Baseball Becomes “Blueball”, Moves All-Star Game to Colorado

The Colorado Rockies will host the 2021 MLB All-Star Game after the decision to move the event from Atlanta over Georgia’s restrictive voting law, according to multiple reports.

ESPN and Altitude TV reported the game was going to be moved to Coors Field in Denver on July 13. Neither the Rockies nor MLB immediately responded to Fox News’ request for comment.

The 1998 All-Star Game was played at Coors Field. The American League defeated the National League, 13-8. Cleveland Indians second baseman Roberto Alomar was named MVP of the game.

MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred made the announcement to strip the Braves of the event on Friday in response to the mounting pressure to change the location of the July game in response to Republican-backed election reform legislation recently signed by Gov. Brian Kemp.

“Over the last week, we have engaged in thoughtful conversations with Clubs, former and current players, the Players Association, and the Players Alliance, among others, to listen to their views,” he said in a statement last week.

“Major League Baseball fundamentally supports voting rights for all Americans and opposes restrictions to the ballot box,” he continued. “Fair access to voting continues to have our game’s unwavering support.”

Republicans argued the legislation was necessary to shore up confidence in the election process.

Georgia was one of the key states that the Trump campaign focused on as it homed in on unproven claims of voter fraud during and after the 2020 presidential election. Biden narrowly won Georgia by roughly 12,000 votes.

A spokesperson for Colorado Gov. Jared Polis said the governor would be “burning up the phones” to bring the game to Denver, according to The Denver Post.

When voting restrictions are compared with Georgia, Colorado’s voting rules require polling centers to be open 15 days before the election – similar to Illinois. But absentee ballots are received automatically, which is far less restrictive than many other states, Georgia included.

As previously reported by FOX Business, the game generates a healthy amount of economic activity for the host city, so it is not a surprise lawmakers are jockeying to get their respective stadiums on the MLB’s radar.

The 2020 All-Star Game hosted in Los Angeles was canceled. The game the year prior in Cleveland was estimated to have generated $65 million in regional economic activity. The 2013 event in New York had a massive local payday – estimated at $191.5 million.

So, Modern American Liberals continue their quest to politicize and destroy major league sports.

Georgia Governor Sends 1,000 National Guard Troops to Atlanta After Weekend Sees 31 Wounded and 5 Killed Including an 8 year-old

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp declared a state of emergency Monday following an uptick in shootings over the July Fourth weekend that injured 31 people and killed five after weeks of violent crime and property destruction in Atlanta.

The move authorizes the activation of 1,000 National Guard troops to “protect state property and patrol our streets”.

“Peaceful protests were hijacked by criminals with a dangerous, destructive agenda. Now, innocent Georgians are being targeted, shot, and left for dead,” Kemp, a Republican, said in a statement. “This lawlessness must be stopped and order restored in our capital city. I have declared a State of Emergency and called up the Georgia Guard because the safety of our citizens comes first.

“This measure will allow troops to protect state property and dispatch state law enforcement officers to patrol our streets. Enough with the tough talk,” he added. “We must protect the lives and livelihoods of all Georgians.”

The Guardsmen will be assigned to protect state buildings, including the Capitol, the governor’s mansion, and the headquarters for the Department of Public Safety. Their presence will free police officers to increase patrols on roadways and in communities, especially in Atlanta, Kemp said.

Among those killed over the holiday weekend was an 8-year-old girl. Secoriea Turner was riding in a car Saturday night in Atlanta when at least two people opened fire on the vehicle. The shooting happened near the Wendy’s fast-food restaurant where Rayshard Brooks was killed by a police officer last month, prompting weeks of protests and clashes between demonstrators and police.

Authorities said Turner was in the car with her mother and another adult when the driver attempted to drive through illegally placed barricades to get to a parking lot. A group of armed individuals had blocked the entrance.

In an emotional press conference, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms excoriated the shooting suspects.

“You shot and killed a baby,” she said. “And there wasn’t just one shooter, there were at least two shooters.”

Other cities are also grappling with a wave of gun violence over the long weekend. At least six children were killed in a series of shooting incidents in New York City that saw eight people killed and 44 shot.

In Chicago, where gun violence has led to record-levels of shootings in recent years, more than 67 people were shot over the weekend and at least 13 were killed.

Recently, the Atlanta City Council had narrowly defeated an ordinance that would have withheld $73 million of the Atlanta Police Department’s budget until Mayor Keisha Lance Bottom’s administration drafted a plan to reinvent the culture of policing in the city and “make it a national model for law enforcement”…which is Liberalspeak for “defund the police”.

Mayor Bottoms has been attempting to have her cake and eat it, too.

On one hand, she has been trying to appease the rioters by telling them that she “hears”them.

On the other hand, the citizens of Atlanta want more police presence in their neighborhoods, which are presently becoming overrun by crime.

Mayor Bottoms’ outrage and righteous indignation of the murder of little Secoriea Turner is a little late.

What did she think was going to happen when she supported those committing crimes while she dissed the Atlanta Police Department?Just as Americans witnessed in the Atlanta CHOP, a strong, vibrant police presence is necessary in an urban area in order to make the uncivilized civil.

So, now it is up to the Republican Governor of Georgia to clean up the mess which the Democrat Politicians running Atlanta have made.

Bringing in the National Guard is now a necessity.

The actions of the Far Left “Protesters” have hardly produced a “summer of Love” as Seattle Mayor Durkan called CHAZ, later CHOP when the land was first seized in Seattle by wannabe anarchists.

The Seattle Mayor finally had to admit, after Antifa/BLM started protesting at her house, that it was time to allow the police to do their job.

Now, it is time for Mayor Bottoms to sit down, shut up, and allow the National Guard to clean up the mess which she has made.

Her lack of leadership has cost little 8 year-old Secoriea her life.

And, that precious life was worth more than any “radical change”.

As “Spontaneous” Riots Erupt Across America at the Same Time, Questions Emerge as to Who is Coordinating and Funding Them

The White House was under a brief lockdown Friday night as protests erupted across the country over the death of Minneapolis man George Floyd, bringing tensions to a boiling point and forcing one of the Twin Cities to issue a curfew while demonstrators clashed with police across the U.S.

Fox News and other members of the press were immediately moved inside as the White House went into lockdown. A dozen reporters were said to be inside the West Wing. One of the protestors was later taken into custody by the Secret Service outside the White House Friday night.

Floyd, a black man, died in police custody this week after a white officer pinned him down by pressing his knee into the back of Floyd’s neck while Floyd repeatedly said he couldn’t breathe. The officer, Derek Chauvin, was fired and on Friday was charged with murder. Three other police officers were also fired but have not been charged.

Minneapolis authorities have imposed an overnight curfew in an attempt to prevent more destruction and, at time, violent protests that had pursued for three days.

The Minneapolis Police Department’s Third Precinct was broken into by a crowd of protesters and set fire, Thursday night.

Protests have broken out across the country. In Atlanta, demonstrators spray-painted and broke windows of CNN’s Atlanta headquarters.

One protester climbed up onto the CNN building and waived a “black lives matter” sign as hundreds of other protesters pelted police with bottles.

Police officers reportedly backed their lines away and ordered the protesters to leave, threatening arrest if they did not.

Several of the bottles thrown contained accelerate, and an American flag was lit on fire as protestors yelled at the police, “Quit your jobs.”

Protesters later threw rocks and smoke grenades into the lobby and fired BB rounds, according to reporters on the ground.

The protest reportedly started peacefully and quickly became destructive after there was an interaction between a police officer and a protester outside the headquarters.

Protesters climbed onto parked police vehicles, smashed the windows and lit one of the cars on fire.

A firecracker was also thrown at police officers barricading the CNN Center.

Several buildings in the downtown area in Atlanta have been vandalized, according to local news outlets.

Large crowds also took to the streets in New York City for the second day Friday. Roughly 70 people were arrested after the protests became rowdy, traffic was shut down and several police officers were injured.

NYPD officers reportedly became violent using their nightsticks and pepper spray outside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn Friday night.

Some of the protesters were said to be carrying brass knuckles and knives, while others reportedly threw trash and garbage cans at NYPD officers.

Protesters chanted “I can’t breathe” — the last words of Eric Garner, who died in police custody in 2014 after being taken down by NYPD officers on Staten Island, drawing a parallel to Floyd’s death earlier this week.

Hundreds of people turned up in Charlotte, N.C., to march in protest Friday night. But the demonstrations turned destructive as at least one police car tire was slashed and several windows were broken at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police substation, according to a local news outlet.

Police officers responded by throwing tear gas at protesters and several people have been arrested, the police department said.

A demonstration in Denver also turned violent Friday and three people were taken into custody.

“Let not the story be about the riots and protests. Let’s keep the focus on the life that was lost,” Denver Mayor Michael Hancock said.

“I want to express our nation’s deepest condolences and most heartfelt sympathies to the family of George Floyd,” President Trump said at a roundtable Friday. “I spoke to members of the family, terrific people.”

Andy Ngo, the journalist who was attacked by an Antifa Group has reported that Antifa and Back Lives Matter are both involved in the riots we are witnessing.

The anti-police Black Lives Matter movement started in 2014 following the shooting death of black youth Michael Brown by white police officer Darren Wilson.

Rioting and violent protests erupted nationwide after a grand jury refused to indict Wilson, saying he acted in self-defense. Residents of the predominantly black community of Ferguson, Missouri, claimed officer Wilson was let off because of systemic racism.

In 2014, then-president Barack Obama’s Department of Justice later cleared officer Darren Wilson of any wrongdoing.

Billionaire investor George Soros has donated millions of dollars to Black Lives Matter through his Open Society Foundation.

George Soros has financed “protestors” for years now, going as far as trying to infiltrate Republican Nominee Donald J. Trump’s Campaign Rallies before he 2016 Presidential Election.

His deep involvement in the Ferguson Riots, along with his funding of Back Lives Matter and Antifa Groups like Refuse Fascism reveals a pattern of behavior which makes him the likely money behind the “spontaneous” protests which have erupted in cities like Minneapolis, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and Los Angeles and across the street from the White House.

In my opinion, it is time to freeze the assets of George Soros and to deport him from our Sovereign Nation which he seeks to “radically change”…

…while we still have a Constitutional Republic left.
