The fallout from the so-called blue tsunami in the midterm elections continues.
While I’ve heard a lot about the planned Lawfare that the Democrats elected to Congress intend to wage against President Trump and all those who support him, I have yet to hear any ideas about how to fulfill their promise of affordability in gas prices, food prices, and the cost of buying a home.
All I hear are the Democrats usual mantra of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, impeachment, and “share the wealth”.
I understand what happened.
Average Americans are hurting economically
And, there are forces behind the scene who were ready to take advantage of that.
The Republicans did themselves no favor by refusing to pass the Save America Act and, the Establishment Republicans’ fighting against President Trump created a stalemate. So, that leaves them until January to actually do something.
I doubt that they will because doing anything now would not help their Lame Duck situation. Both political parties refused to listen to and actually serve American voters and 2 years of chaos and vitriol will be the result.
So, while we wait for another bunch of self-serving politicians to take the reins on Capitol Hill, I wrote this little ditty, sung to the tune of “Henry the 8th I Am” by Peter Noone and Herman’s Hermits.
