“Woke” Lindsey Strikes Again, Tells Judiciary Committee Dems “You’re Not Going to Take My Job Away From Me!”

The Senate Judiciary Committee erupted with infighting Thursday as a top Republican lawmaker pushed legislation aimed at crafting new rules for asylum-seekers from Central American countries.

The committee eventually approved the bill on a narrow 12-10 vote — but only after Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., battled accusations that he was violating Senate rules by taking up the measure after the panel fell one Democrat shy of a quorum at a related meeting last week.

 “Why even have rules?” Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., asked rhetorically. Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., backed her up, saying, “If the majority is willing to break any rule in order to report this bill today, there are no rules.”

Graham defended the move, stating the bill had been ready to move forward for seven weeks and Democrats intentionally did not show up last week in an effort to stymie the legislation.

“I’m not changing the rules,” Graham said, noting that the rules allow a majority of the committee to decide to vote.

Graham said that if he allows the Democrats to get their way, “the committee becomes irrelevant.”

“It would be different if I had not tried. For seven weeks I withheld marking up this bill and I got nowhere,” Graham said angrily. “What you’re telling me is I should ignore what you did to me last week. I will not.”

In an uncomfortable moment, Graham addressed Leahy directly, stating, “Senator Leahy, you’ve been here a long time. I would never have done this to you,” only for Leahy to state that he missed last week’s meeting “because a member of my family was being buried.”

Graham immediately offered condolences but noted that he had been told Democrats would not show up for political reasons.

Graham also alleged that Democrats skipping the meeting were trying to disempower him. “You’re not going to take my job away from me!” he said.

The bill itself calls for asylum claims from the Northern Triangle of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador to be made at refugee centers to be set up in Central America and Mexico.

VAdditionally, the bill calls for 500 new immigration judges so that cases are handled more swiftly, reducing the current backlog of cases.

“I don’t want to separate families, I want to adjudicate families,” Graham said Thursday.

The bill would also allow unaccompanied children from Central America to be sent back to their home country after screening, as is the case with children who enter from Canada and Mexico.

Feinstein said the bill would repeal a requirement for minimum standards at facilities, giving sole authority over the standards to the Department of Homeland Security, without any judicial review. Feinstein mentioned that seven children have died in U.S. custody thus far due to poor conditions.

“The Graham bill doesn’t fix these problems, it will only make them worse,” Feinstein said.

Feinstein also asserted that it would only “increase problems at the border” by allowing children to be detained in poor conditions longer than the current system permits.

This was in reference to a provision in the bill which would also override a court settlement agreement that caps child detention at 20 days, allowing families to be held together for up to 100 days.

Graham has claimed that requiring children – and those accompanying them – to be released after 20 days has allowed for fraud. Graham told Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo in July that 30 percent of those who cross into the U.S. with children are “fake families,” and that loopholes are used to let the same children come back over and over, bringing different adults with them.

“I will no longer allow our asylum laws to be exploited by human traffickers, smugglers and cartels,” Graham said in a statement Thursday. “Cartels, smugglers and human traffickers are profiting off immigrants and helping them take advantage of our broken asylum laws. I will no longer allow the loopholes in our laws to be exploited. I will not aid and abet these horrific practices. My bill fixes these problems.”

I agree wholeheartedly with Sen. Graham.

Gentle readers, do you remember when all of these “migrants” began arriving from Central America?

It was the spring and summer of 2014 under the benevolent reign of King Barack The first, when 50,000-100,000 unaccompanied minors made the long arduous journey from Central America across Mexico to our Southern border, where they were graciously welcomed to our Sovereign Nation by President Obama.

Even though a significant number of these “unaccompanied minors” were found to be carrying measles and other childhood diseases which our country had all but eradicated, they were spirited away on military transport planes to bases around the country and were later dispersed among our general population.

This “migration” from the “Northern Triangle” continues to have a very bad smell to it…and I’m not talking about the migrants themselves.

Just as there has been copious amounts of money spent by George Soros and other financial backers of the Far Left Democratic Party to disrupt the candidacy and presidency of Donald J. Trump, I believe that there is an even shadier political element to this “migration”.

The Democrats could care less about the unaccompanied children who are attempting to break into our Sovereign Nation, bringing diseases with them.

They want new Democratic Voters to replace “woke” black Americans and other Democrats who have left the party and support President Trump, like the wonderful Candace Owens.

Just as they did during the Obama Administration and the 2018 Presidential Campaign, the Democrats are greatly underestimating the American People and greatly overestimating their own intelligence.

Average Americans in the Heartland see and know what the Dems are doing.

And, we do not like it one bit.

This is the exact sort of political garbage which led to the election of an American Businessman and Entrepreneur as the 45th President of the United States of America.

If this, indeed, is one of the main things that the Democrats will push as a “crisis” going into the 2020 Presidential Election, their public display of “compassion” will have all of the impact of a wet firecracker.

Sure, the Main Stream Media will play it up, but average Americans quit listening to them years ago.

The only thing that the Democrats support of the “Migrant Caravans” has accomplished is to show Americans whom the Democrats actually care about…and it is sure not average American Citizens

By the way, Sen. Graham  is acting as if a huge weight has been lifted off his shoulders.

He has been a new man, a Conservative Dynamo, since the passing of his mentor, Sen. John McCain.

A “Woke” Lindsey has turned in to a great advocate for average Americans.

And, that’s a good thing.

Dem Debate 2, Round 2: Biden Vs. Booker Criminal Justice Boogaloo

Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., and former Vice President Joe Biden had a fiery exchange over their records on criminal justice, with the senator accusing the 2020 frontrunner of “dipping into the Kool-Aid.”

During Wednesday night’s Democratic debate, Biden defended his criminal justice reform plan, which Booker had previously called “inadequate.” But the New Jersey senator took things a step further as well, going after the former vice president for his heavy involvement in the 1994 Crime Bill.

“This is one of those instances where the house was set on fire and you claimed responsibility for those laws,” Booker said. “You can’t just now come out with a plan to put out that fire.”

Biden quickly went after Booker’s record as Newark mayor where he “hired Rudy Giuliani’s guy” and “engaged in stop and frisk.”

“You had 75 percent of those stops reviewed as illegal, you found yourself in the situation where three times as many African Americans were caught in that chain and caught up,” Biden hit back, continuing: “the Justice Department came after you  for saying you were engaging in behavior that was inappropriate and nothing happened the entire time you were mayor.”

Booker acknowledged that he “inherited a police department with massive problems,” but quickly returned fire at the former Delaware senator.

“We have a system right now that’s broken and If you want to compare records and I’m shocked that you do, I am happy to do that,” Booker shot back. “Because all the problems that he is talking about that he created, I actually led the bill that got passed into law that reverses the damages that your bills…. that you were bragging calling it the ‘Biden Crime Bill’ up until 2015.”

Biden reiterated his attacks about Booker’s enforcement of “stop and frisk”

“Mr. Vice President, there’s a saying in my community: ‘You’re dipping into the Kool-Aid and you don’t even know the flavor,” Booker shot back, sparking applause.

Booker continued, “You need to come to the city and see the reforms we put in place. The head of the ACLU said that I embraced reform not just in action but in deeds. You are trying to shift the view from what you created. There are people right now in prison for life, for drug offenses because you stood up and used that tough on crime phony rhetoric that got a lot of people elected but destroyed communities like mind. This isn’t about the past. This is about the present, right now.”

Democrats have always had a terrible record in regards to enacting “Criminal Justice Reforms”.

Thomas Frank, a Liberal, wrote an op ed for The Guardian back on April 15, 2016, about the unexpected results of Biden’s 1994 Crime Bill. In the article he wrote that…

…what is most shocking in our current journo-historical understanding of the Clinton years is the idea that the mass imprisonment of people of color was an “unintended consequence” of the 1994 crime bill, to quote the New York Daily News’s paraphrase of Hillary Clinton. This is flatly, glaringly false, as the final, ugly chapter of the crime bill story confirms.

Back in the early 1990s, and although they were chemically almost identical, crack and powder cocaine were regarded very differently by the law. The drug identified with black users (crack) was treated as though it were 100 times as villainous as the same amount of cocaine, a drug popular with affluent professionals. This “now-notorious 100-to-one” sentencing disparity, as the New York Times put it, had been enacted back in 1986, and the 1994 crime law instructed the US Sentencing Commission to study the subject and adjust federal sentencing guidelines as it saw fit.

The Sentencing Commission duly recommended that the 100-to-1 sentencing disparity be abolished, largely because (as their lengthy report on the subject put it) “The 100-to-1 crack cocaine to powder cocaine quantity ratio is a primary cause of the growing disparity between sentences for black and white federal defendants.” By the time their report was released, however, Republicans had gained control of Congress, and they passed a bill explicitly overturning the decision of the Sentencing Commission. (Bernie Sanders, for the record, voted against that bill.)

The bill then went to President Clinton for approval. Shortly before it came to his desk he gave an inspiring speech deploring the mass incarceration of black Americans. “Blacks are right to think something is terribly wrong,” he said on that occasion, “… when there are more African American men in our correction system than in our colleges; when almost one in three African American men, in their twenties, are either in jail, on parole, or otherwise under the supervision of the criminal system. Nearly one in three.”

Two weeks after that speech, however, Clinton blandly affixed his signature to the bill retaining the 100-to-1 sentencing disparity, a disparity that had brought about the lopsided incarceration of black people. Clinton could have vetoed it, but he didn’t. He signed it.

Today we are told that mass incarceration was an “unintended consequence” of Clinton’s deeds.

Uh huh.

The problem for the Democrat Candidates who choose to go after Biden on issues like his Crime Bill, is that most, if not all of them, live in glass houses.

Like Cory Booker, for example.

TheDailyBeast.com reported back in April of 2017 that

Months after he first entered the Senate, the New Jersey comptroller alleged that under Booker’s watch—or, more likely, because he was not watching—corruption ran rampant at a publicly funded water-treatment and reservoir-management agency, where Booker’s former law partner served as counsel. And speaking of his former law career: Despite having resigned from his law firm once entering the mayor’s office, Booker received annual payments until 2011, during which time the firm was profiting handsomely off of Brick City. That would be the Brick City that Booker professed to love with the fire of a thousand suns, but did little to fundamentally change. Murder, violent crime, unemployment, and taxes all rose dramatically under his stewardship.

The Far Left Democrats runing for their party’s Presidential Candidate Nomination all talk a good game when they talk about both “Social” and “Criminal” Justice.

The Democrats, decades after the advent of LBJ’s “Great Society”, naturally assume that they are going to get the majority of black Americans’ votes in every Presidential Election.

They not only expect it, they rely on it.

However, the problem is the fact that Trump has made great inroads into securing some of that “expected” support from Black American Voters.

He is even considering shortening sentences of some non-violent drug offenders.

And, Candace Owens has done a great job of waking black Americans up to the reality of the Democrats’ feigned “benevolence”.

The big problem that the “unintended consequences” of Biden’s 1994 Crime Bill and the other Democrats’ records against crime in their constituencies poses for them is the fact that it shows their hypocrisy.

Just like Biden performing his imitation of a matador and waved the 1994 Crime Bill  on through, allowing “Bubba” to sign it into law, the other Democratic Candidates wave and shake hands with their constituents and then go home to their gated mansions in exclusive communities.

I thought the Democrats were supposed to be the “Party of the Common Man”.

Sheesh.

With “friends” like the Democrats, Black Americans don’t need any enemies.

Democratic Debates Part 2: Second Verse, Same As the First…With Medicare For All!

It was a battle for the soul of the Democratic Party on stage in Detroit.

Sens. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren — the presidential primary field’s liberal standard-bearers — were pulled into what was essentially a two-hour fight with their more moderate rivals Tuesday night at the second round of Democratic debates.

The result was the party’s divide on full display, with the center-left (and lower-polling) contenders fiercely arguing that policies like “Medicare-for-all” and the Green New Deal will “FedEx the election” to President Trump, and the higher-polling candidates on the left flank just as fiercely arguing that their policies are just the kind of bold solutions America needs.

“I think Democrats win when we run on real solutions, not impossible promises,” said former Maryland Rep. John Delaney, who elbowed his way into claiming considerable airtime during the debate.

Warren shot back: “I don’t understand why anybody goes to all the trouble of running for president of the United States just to talk about what we really can’t do and shouldn’t fight for.” The line drew loud applause from the room and crystallized the essential debate in the Democratic primary right now, as many in the field gravitate toward liberal policy positions amid warnings from other candidates about the implications for next November.

Some of the biggest fireworks, though, broke out early in the CNN-hosted debate.

A number of the more centrist longshots for the nomination threw punches at the biggest proponents of a government-run single-payer health care system that would eliminate private insurance – Sens. Sanders of Vermont and Warren of Massachusetts, the two top-tier progressive candidates standing center stage on the first night of the second-round primary debates.

Even before the questioning got underway, Delaney took aim at both of them – arguing in his opening statement that “we can go down the road that Senator Sanders and Senator Warren want to take us, with bad policies like Medicare-for-all, free everything and impossible promises that will turn off independent voters and get Trump re-elected.”

Minutes later, Sanders succinctly responded, telling Delaney “you’re wrong.”

And pushing back against criticism by Ohio Rep. Tim Ryan challenging Sanders’ insistence that his Medicare-for-all bill will provide medical insurance equal to or better than the current plans Americans would lose if the country moved to a single-payer system, Sanders shot back: “I do know. And I wrote the damn bill.”

Warren joined Sanders in defending Medicare-for-all, chastising their critics.

“Let’s be clear about this. We are the Democrats. We are not about trying to take away health care from anyone. That’s what the Republicans are trying to do,” she said to applause from the crowd.

Montana Gov. Steve Bullock, making his debate debut, also took aim at Medicare-for-all, emphasizing that “at the end of the day I’m not going to support any plan that rips away quality health care from individuals. This is an example of wish list economics. It used to be Republicans who wanted to repeal and replace. Now we have Democrats as well.

Former Rep. Beto O’Rourke of Texas and Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota also took aim at a single-payer system.

The implementation of a State-Run Healthcare System has been a major goal of the Democrats, Liberals, Progressives, Communists, Socialists, Marxists, and Alinsky-ites, for decades now.

Call them what you will…I think they stink on ice. But, I digress…

To the Wayback Machine, Sherman! (That’s a reference to the “Rocky & Bullwinkle Show”, for you 20 year olds)

After Bill “Bubba” Clinton and Hillary “Cankles” Clinton ascended to the presidency in 1993, they immediately started to work on putting together a Plan for National Healthcare Reform, whether the American People actually thought we needed it, or not.

Sound Familiar?

First, Bill appointed Hillary as the chair of the task force devising the plan. you see, Bubba had campaigned heavily on health care in the 1992 U.S. presidential election. After the task force was created in January 1993, the way it conducted business came under scrutiny by Congress and the public, alike.   Like Obama’s promise concerning Obamacare, the Clinton Task Force’s goal was to come up with a comprehensive plan to provide universal health care for all Americans, which was to be a cornerstone of the administration’s first-term agenda.

In September of 1993, Clinton went before Congress and delivered a major healthcare speech, introduced Congress and the Nation to his and his little flower’s (Hillary, not Jennifer) Grand Scheme.

The core element of the proposed plan was an enforced mandate for employers to provide health insurance coverage to all of their employees through competitive but closely regulated health maintenance organizations.

Again…sound familiar, boys and girls?

Just like the Obamacare debacle, anybody with any sense whatsoever, including, but not limited to,  Conservatives, Libertarians, and the Healthcare and the Health Insurance Industries, rose up against the Clintons’ plan.

The Health Insurance Industry even came out with a highly effective television ad, a “Harry and Louise” ad, designed to rally public support against the plan. Democrats, in an attempt to protect their phony-boloney jobs, started distancing themselves from the Clintons, and instead of uniting behind the First Couple’s National Healthcare Proposal, started presenting a number of competing plans of their own.

Bill and Hil’s Grand Scheme ultimately withered away amid the barrage of fire from the American Public and even further cemented the public’s perception of Ms. Rodham Clinton as the power-hungry shrew of a wife, behind her easy-going, people person husband, “good ol’ Bubba”.

The Clintons’ Grand Scheme was declared dead by Senate Majority Leader George J. Mitchell in September of 1994.

Our next stop during our journey through the inception of Obamacare, involves Former 2012 Republican Presidential Candidate Willard “Mitt” Romney.

Back in 2006, Romney signed a massive health-insurance overhaul into law as Governor of Massachusetts. “Romneycare” was packed with subsidies, exchanges, and mandates to extend coverage to the uninsured. Four years later, it became the model for the national nightmare known as Obamacare.

Why did I include “Mittens”?

Because…Romney IS a Democrat…in Republican’s clothing.

But, I digress…

And then came the biggest failure of all the “Universal Healthcare” Initiatives…Obamacare.

Americans did not get to keep their doctors…or their insurance plans.

It caused more devastation to America’s Healthcare System than Rosie O’ Donnell does to an all-you-can-eat buffet.

That brings us to the present.

Gentle Readers, make no mistake about it, the Democrats are in the middle of a Civil War with the Far Left Radicals like Warren, Sanders, and “The Squad” boldly going where no SANE person has gone before, while the Liberal p0oliticians in the party who tell the public that they are “Moderate” are attempting to fool the voters that they have the same core beliefs that they do.

The “Moderate” Democrats remind me of Paul Ryan and the Vichy Republicans.

All show and no go.

While they realize that their political party will commit mass seppuku of the run on a platform of far Left ideas and programs, clothed under the more palatable-sounding “Democratic Socialism”, they are being shouted down by the members of their party who fervently believe that they can actually make Marxism work…this time.

This misinformed belief goes along with their belief that Americans are anxious and willing to pay exorbitant income taxes in order to fund Single Payer Healthcare and their other “social programs” designed, as Former President Obama would say, to “share the wealth”.

Fat chance of that happening, Skippy.

But, hey “Smartest people in the room”, go ahead and “FedEx the election” to President Trump.

It will “ABSOLUTELY….POSITIVELY” KEEP AMERICA GREAT.

Why are Mass Shootings Like the One at the Gilroy Garlic Festival Happening More Often…How Can We Prevent Them?

We took the 10 commandments now and removing them from the courthouse and we’re getting them out of our psyche. We took God out of our schools. Well, if you started with young people and you taught them, you rebuke them, you corrected them, you trained them, you instructed them to obey their father and mother, honor their father and mother, don’t murder, don’t lie, don’t steal from a young age, is anyone trying to tell me that we wouldn’t have a better society? The gunman who killed three people at a Northern California food festival Sunday night turned and fired his “AK-47-type assault rifle” at responding officers before being fatally wounded, police say, as they continue investigating what may have led Santino William Legan to carry out the horrific assault.

Gilroy Chief of Police Scot Smithee told reporters Monday afternoon the attack at the Gilroy Garlic Festival resulted in the deaths of a male in his 20s, a 13-year-old female and a 6-year-old.

“Despite the fact that they were outgunned with their handguns against a rifle, those three officers were able to fatally wound that suspect,” Smithee said, describing how officers among those already at the event to provide security engaged the gunman less than a minute after the first shots rang out.

“It could have gotten so much worse, so fast,” he added.

Police believe Legan legally purchased the rifle in Nevada on July 9 before returning to California with it at some point. A motive for the shooting has yet to be determined.

“Mass gun violence is an epidemic in the United States yet one can never imagine such a thing would happen here in our beautiful community,” Gilroy Mayor Roland Volasco said.

Volasco also hailed police for their quick response, saying the officers “undoubtedly saved many lives by putting their own lives in danger.

“It takes remarkable bravery to run to a shooting when the natural reaction for all of us is to run away,” he added.

Smithee said the gunman gained access to the festival by cutting through a fence near a creek area. He said some witnesses reported a second suspect, but police could not immediately confirm those reports and it was unclear if that person also had a weapon or may have been providing some support to the shooter.

The band TinMan was just starting an encore at the festival when shots rang out.

Singer Jack van Breen said he saw a man wearing a green shirt and grayish handkerchief around his neck fire into the food area with what looked like an assault rifle. Van Breen and other members of the band then dove under the stage.

During the chaos, Van Breen says he heard someone shout: “Why are you doing this? “and the reply was: “because I’m really angry. “

President Trump, speaking about the shooting Monday, said a “wicked murderer opened fire and killed three innocent citizens including a young child.”

“We grieve for their families and we ask that God will comfort them with his overflowing mercy and grace,” he added. “We are praying for those who are recovering right now in the hospital, some very, very serious injuries. We thank the brave members of law enforcement — they never let us down — who swiftly killed the shooter.”

The Santa Clara Medical Examiner identified one of the victims as 6-year-old Stephen Romero, of San Jose.

“He had his whole life to live,” Alberto Romero, the boy’s father, told NBC Bay Area.

Ryan Wallace, a witness, told the channel that he watched the gunman — who was almost dressed like a police officer — raise his gun up and started to “spray rounds.” The gunman walked through the crowd, he said.

“He wanted to get stuff done,” he said. “It was horrifying.”

Personal videos posted to Twitter appeared to show large crowds evacuating the festival. Many witnesses said the shots sounded like fireworks and there initially was confusion over the source of the noise.

One witness told KTVU that he heard what he believed was 30 rounds. Some witnesses said the gunman was in army fatigues.

Natalie Martinez, a Gilroy resident, told the Mercury News that she had gone to get food and separated from her two daughters. “I ran to find the girls and we basically ran into each other. I thought, ‘We’re open prey.’ It was awful.”

There are no excuses which can suffice in regards to the actions of this young man who so heinously and efficiently took the lives of those whom he struck down in cold blood.

In both the case of Santino William Legan and the mass murderer of innocents at Parkland High School in Florida, there were markers along the way which should have told those who were involved in their lives, both parents and friends, that there was something just not right with them.

You can call it profiling or you can call it a spirit of discernment, as the Bible describes it. Those who were around these individuals should have noticed something.

California has some of the strictest Gun control Laws in the nation.

Additionally, those attending were forbidden from bringing firearms for personal protection into the festival.

And yet, the psychopathic Legan was still able to sneak a gun into the event which was illegal to possess, according to California Law.

In my opinion, there is one solution:

We need evil control. What I mean is that we need parents to actually act like parents and be involved in their children’s lives. We need teachers and friends who care enough about individuals to say something to both them and to their families when something is just not right.

As someone who watched his parents deal with the mental illness of a family member, I’m not saying that it will be easy. It is a hard thing to face up to and to confront. But, it has to be done.

Those who are constantly calling for gun control seek to punish the entire nation for the actions of some by taking away our 2nd Amendment rights.

If those same people would stop for a moment and consider that guns are inanimate objects which cannot fire themselves and then focus on the true cause of the increase in violence in our nation, then perhaps we could actually start making some headway and provide the care and treatment to the individuals who need it in time to avoid the horrific event of a mass murder, such as happened in Gilroy, California.

I am not saying that this will get rid of all of the mentally ill people in our country who wish to murder others, but it seems to me that back in the day when parents actually raised their children, along with the rest of the neighborhood who raised us, we did not see this preponderance of violent acts which we are seeing today.

Also, one last thing. Getting back to raising our children and grandchildren in the “Faith of Our Fathers”, wouldn’t be such a bad idea, either.

President Trump ramped up his feud with House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., on Sunday calling the congressman “racist,” not long after critics had claimed the president’s initial tweets about Cummings were racist themselves.

Trump tweeted Sunday afternoon, “If racist Elijah Cummings would focus more of his energy on helping the good people of his district, and Baltimore itself, perhaps progress could be made in fixing the mess that he has helped to create over many years of incompetent leadership.”

He added, “His radical ‘oversight’ is a joke!”

The day before, Trump also called out Cummings, calling him a “brutal bully” for how he spoke to border patrol officials. Trump said the congressman’s Baltimore district was in “FAR WORSE” shape than the situation at the southern border.

That rebuke resulted in claims of racism from Democrats, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Trump hit back, citing claims of racism against Pelosi from some progressive Democrats.

The president appeared to be referring to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., accusing Pelosi earlier this month of “singling out” women of color. That was after Pelosi dismissed Ocasio-Cortez and her “Squad” — including Reps. Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley — as being more influential on social media than in Congress. Trump defended Pelosi at the time.

On Saturday, Pelosi stood by Cummings and the city of Baltimore, where she was born, and rebuked Trump, calling his remarks “racist.”

“We all reject racist attacks against [Cummings] and support his steadfast leadership,” Pelosi tweeted Saturday.

Trump responded, “There is nothing racist in stating plainly what most people already know, that Elijah Cummings has done a terrible job for the people of his district, and of Baltimore itself. Dems always play the race card when they are unable to win with facts. Shame!”

Later Sunday, Trump pointed out that “African American unemployment is the lowest (best) in the history of the United States,” under his administration.

Trump went on to say he was “Waiting for Nancy and Elijah to say, ‘Thank you, Mr. President!’”

Cummings did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

Among Trump’s tweets Saturday, one included a video purportedly showing blight in Baltimore. He asked the congressman, “why don’t you focus on your district!?”

Cummings responded to Trump’s initial criticism, however, writing in a tweet, “Mr. President, I go home to my district daily. Each morning, I wake up, and I go and fight for my neighbors.”

He added, “It is my constitutional duty to conduct oversight of the Executive Branch. But, it is my moral duty to fight for my constituents.”

Why have the Democrats been trying so hard to portray a man who does not have a racist bone in his entire body as a “racist”?

I will give you a clue: it has something to do with the fact that he is not afraid to come after the Democrats concerning THEIR poor treatment of black Americans.

In the past, Democrats have relied on around 97% of black Americans to vote for their Presidential candidate.

This is why they are freaking out over Trump’s calling out of Cummings’ treatment of his contituency…and why the producers of Saturday Night Live tried to stop Kanye from wearing his Trump hat in front of the cameras last year.

America’s Far Left Democratic Party, including the Former President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) are still attempting what is known in both sports and military strategy, as a “misdirection” play.

While politicians and paid protesters shout about “equality” in front of every television camera that they can get in front of, at the same time, here in the real world, black children are being born into a situation which handicaps them from the start: the burden of an illegitimate birth and the reality of a fatherless home.

How many black children are being born out-of-wedlock?

Among non-Hispanic blacks, the figure is highest, at 72.2 percent; for American Indians/Alaska Natives, it’s 66.9 percent; 53.5 percent for Hispanics; 29.4 percent for non-Hispanic whites; and a mere 17.1 percent for Asians/Pacific Islanders.

These Americans, unlike the majority of us, are growing up without appropriate parental guidance, i.e., no one teaching them “the way in which they should go”

What are the consequences of growing up without a strong Father figure?

How did the once strong Black American Family Unit get torn asunder?

Back in the 60s, President Lyndon Johnson (whose big hand I once shook, at his ranch, as a little boy, after his presidential term) and the Democrats, brought forth a plan, called “the Great Society”. It was decided, in order to ensure that everyone would have an equal opportunity in America, that Uncle Sugar would step in to fill in the gaps.

Two seminal pieces of legislation were passed.

First, the Civil Rights Bill that JFK promised to sign, before his assassination, was passed into law. This Act banned discrimination based on race and gender in employment and ending segregation in all public facilities.

It also helped to cement in stone, minorities’ loyalty to the Democratic Party, which continues to this day.

The second bill that LBJ signed into law was the sweeping ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY ACT OF 1964. It created the Office of Economic Opportunity whose stated purpose was to attack the roots of American poverty. A Job Corps was then established to provide vocational training.

A preschool program designed to help disadvantaged students arrive at kindergarten ready to learn, named HEADSTART, was then established. Then came VOLUNTEERS IN SERVICE TO AMERICA (VISTA), which was set up as a domestic Peace Corps. Schools in impoverished American regions would now receive volunteer teaching attention. Federal funds were sent to struggling communities to attack unemployment and illiteracy.

What Johnson told Americans, as he campaigned in 1964, was that the establishment of this “Great Society” was going to eliminate the problems of America’s poor.

It had the opposite effect.

The Great Society created a dependent class, which, instead of diminishing as it’s members joined the workforce, increased from generation to generation, relying on the federal government to provide their every need.

“Uncle Sugar”, the Democratic Party while holding power in DC, became Mother, Father, Preacher, and Doctor to generations of Americans. This “plantation mentality” continues to this day.

A few years ago, I worked at our county’s State Employment Center Office.

While at the Employment Office, I was able to observe Americans, both Black and White, down on their luck, struggling to find work and survive in this economy. Unfortunately, the overwhelming majority of “unemployed ” who came to this particular office were Black.

I saw Black American Families whose existence living on the Government Dole, had become generational.

It is these people whom Obama and the Democrats have hypnotized into believing that Uncle Sugar loves them, and is their only solution to surviving a stifling existence.

They are so, so wrong.

The strength and vitality of America does not come from the benevolence of a Nanny-state Federal Government.

As the greatest American President of my lifetime, Ronald Reagan said:

The nine words you never want to hear are: I’m from the Government and I’m here to help.

Being enslaved to the Government Dole steals one’s ambition. It takes away any impetus or desire to create a better life for yourself and your family, to challenge yourself to pick yourself up by your bootstraps and pursue the American Dream. It makes you reliant on a politically motivated spider’s web full of government bureaucrats who view you and your family as job security.

I watched American citizens trapped in this web of government bureaucracy, so numbed of any initiative that they once had, that they seemed offended that they actually had to prove that they inquired about three jobs that week in order to keep their “benefits”. Others seemed puzzled that they had to search through the state data base and pick out a job that they wanted to talk to an interviewer about receiving a referral to, and weren’t just simply handed a job when they walked through the door.

Instead of moving forward, by exercising the self-reliance that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. preached so well, these people I saw, were content on being “taken care of” by Uncle Sugar, as if being held down by their own poor, miserable circumstance, was a good thing.

During the Obama Administration, racial division in American became intentionally exacerbated for the purpose of political gain and the results of LBJ’s “Great Society” became the lead story in every television newscast, on every newspaper front page, and on every internet news/political website.

The Democrats’ intentional psychological and economical limiting of black Americans’ opportunities in modern society as been repeatedly called out by President Trump.

That is why the Democrats are so upset about his calling out Cummings and why they, including Cummings, are so feverishly attempting to label the President as a RAAACIIIST.

And, after reading Cumming’s, Pelosi’s, Joe Lockhart’s, and all of the other Democrats labeling the president and Trump supporters as racist all over social media yesterday, I do not blame Trump for responding in kind to Rep. Elijah Cummings in kind.

The Democrats are not used to a Republican President who will fight back.

In fact, they do not know how to handle it.

The Democrats profit from a divided America.

Including those who are dead set in somehow ending the time in office of our current President, Donald J. Trump.

Which is very strange to me. You see, those who wish him to be gone have adopted the worn-out tactic of accusing Trump of racism, like Juan Williams of Fox News does on a regular basis, which is a very odd tactic to use.

The reason that I say that is because the National Black Unemployment Rate remains at an all time low.

The part of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s magnificent speech about “the content of their character” has been purposefully ignored by the Democratic Party and their minions for several decades, taking a back seat to their all-consuming quest for political power and bulging pocketbooks.

Dr. King’s call for self-reliance took a back seat to their self-serving agenda, a long time ago.

And, that resulted in the purposeful dissolution of the Black American Nuclear Family, a cycle of poverty, and an inability or unwillingness of some to take a risk and to break out of a self-fulfilling prophecy of failure perpetuated by self-serving politicians and “community leaders” who have made careers out of limiting the participation of Black Americans in the American Dream.

No American should be held back from working hard and succeeding simply because achieving the American Dream on their own does not fit into a political party’s self-serving agenda.

President Trump genuinely wants to help.

And, the “New Bolsheviks” of the Far Left Democratic Party simply cannot allow that to happen.

FoxNews.com reports that

President Donald Trump said Saturday that he is considering declaring the far-left Antifa activist group a terrorist organization, equating it with the MS-13 street gang amid reports of members physically attacking conservative demonstrators and journalists at rallies across the country.

“Consideration is being given to declaring ANTIFA, the gutless Radical Left Wack Jobs who go around hitting (only non-fighters) people over the heads with baseball bats, a major Organization of Terror (along with MS-13 & others). Would make it easier for police to do their job!” Trump tweeted.

Trump’s tweet came days after Sens. Bill Cassidy, R-La.,and Ted Cruz, R-Texas, introduced non-binding legislation that would designate the group as a domestic terrorist organization.

“Antifa are terrorists, violent masked bullies who ‘fight fascism’ with actual fascism, protected by Liberal privilege,” Cassidy said in a statement. “Bullies get their way until someone says no. Elected officials must have courage, not cowardice, to prevent terror.”

At a Senate hearing last week, Cruz asked FBI Director Christopher Wary if he could investigate Antifa under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Wray responded that the bureau recognizes Antifa as more of an ideology than an organization.

He added the FBI takes seriously any violence on committed on behalf of ideology.

“We have a quite a number though, I should tell you, of properly predicated investigations of what we categorize as anarchist extremists,” Wray told Cruz. “People who are trying to commit violent criminal activity that violates federal criminal law and some of those people do subscribe as what we would refer to as a kind of an antifa-like ideology,”

Antifa members have drawn criticism for their confrontational style and acts of violence against demonstrators with opposing viewpoints in otherwise non-violent rallies. The group clashed with white supremacists in Charlottesville in 2017 and have gone on the offensive against far-right protestors in various cities.

Some mask-wearing members have been accused of throwing eggs, bottles and other items at people and beating and threatening counter-protestors and members of the media.

Trump has labeled them the “alt-left” and accused the group of attacking people who won’t or can’t fight back.

“Do you ever notice they [Antifa] pick on certain people?” Trump asked while speaking at a White House event for conservative social media personalities earlier this month where he recalled a violent attack on journalist Andy Ngo at a Portland, Ore. rally. “I mean, he [Mr. Ngo] would tell you he’s not the toughest person in the world physically, right?”

A 69-year-old man killed during his attack on a local Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility last week claimed to be an Antifa member.

“I am Antifa,” he wrote in a manifesto the day before the attack.

Some critics say labeling certain groups as domestic terrorists is a step too far.

“It is dangerous and overly broad to use labels that are disconnected [from] actual individual conduct,” Hina Shamsi, director of the national security project at the American Civil Liberties Union, told The Washington Post last week. “And as we’ve seen how ‘terrorism’ has been used already in this country, any such scheme raises significant due process, equal protection and First Amendment constitutional concerns.”

Gentle readers, you have no doubt noticed all of this railing against “Authority” and the perceived “fascism” of a sitting President of the United States.

Why, it’s reminiscent of the old days of the Weather Underground and “Bomber” Bill Ayers.

Violent domestic terrorist Bill Ayers is officially linked to Antifa through his group “Refuse Fascism”.

Ayers is infamous for the Weather Underground, a domestic terror organization he co-founded with other degenerates, and for bombing the Pentagon.

It has organizers like Bill Ayers and is targeting youth across the country with the intention of indoctrinating and brainwashing individuals who nascent politically. The Alliance for Global Justice, which is funded by the George Soros-backed Tides Foundation, reportedly donated $50,000 to fund Refuse Fascism, which openly brags about using violence to shut down conservative and libertarian speech. 

“While it is unclear whether those who carried out the violence were paid to do so, the benefactors of the Alliance for Global Justice — and Refuse Fascism — are listed online,” reported the Daily Caller. “According to its most recent 990 tax form, Alliance for Global Justice (AfGJ) received $2.2 million in funding for the fiscal year ending in March 2016. One of the group’s biggest donors is the Tides Foundation, a non-profit funded by billionaire progressive philanthropist George Soros. Tides gave AfGJ $50,000.”

These Antifa Idiots have been following a well-written out plan all along.

Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals”, a favorite of the 60s counter-culture, was on the reading list of the 44th President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, and his First Secretary of State and Failed 2016 Democratic Party Presidential Candidate, Hillary Rodham Clinton.  Let’s look at rule #8 – rule #13:

8. Keep the pressure on with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.

9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.

10. The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.

11. If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside.

12. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.

13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

It’s very apparent from what is happening during Trump’s Presidency that somebody’s read Alinsky’s book.

When our Founding Fathers sat down to provide form and substance to the laws and procedures for governing this new country, which they had fought and won a bloody war over, by pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor, they were very aware of the price of tyranny.

They determined that this new nation would be a Constitutional Republic, having had their fill of monarchies.

In order to ensure that no leader of this new nation would go mad with power, and become a tyrannical despot, our Founders set up a System of Checks and Balances, overseen by Three Branches of Government: the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judicial, with each branch having a distinct and LIMITED  role.

The situation, which we as a nation, find ourselves in today, is one which our Founding Fathers sought valiantly to avoid.

During 8 years of a Previous Imperious Presidency, we suffered under a “Tyranny of the Minority”.

This minority was not based on color, rather, it was one based on political ideology and self-interest.

As the past several years showed before the election of Donald J. Trump as President, this minority, buoyed by money from this “sponsors”, including the Halls of Power in Washington, DC, were willing to shut down anyone who threatened “what they had” by ANY MEANS NECESSARY, including political devices and beliefs, which we, as a country, had gone to war against in the past.

This quote comes from the Jewish Virtual Library. It is taken from a speech, delivered in 1942, given on the 19th Anniversary of the “Beer Hall Putsch”, by German Chancellor Adolph Hitler.

The Beer Hall Putsch was an incident that took place on November 8, 1923, when Nazi troops under the direction of Hermann Goering surrounded the a beer hall in Munich, Germany. At 8:30 p.m., Hitler and his storm troopers burst into the beer hall causing instant panic. Hitler announced to the crowd that the Revolution had begun, and went to the back room of the hall to try to persuade the local officials to capitulate to him. They wouldn’t. As I have related before, according to various sources, during the Nazi Occupation of Hungary in the 1940s, the Funder of moveon.org and the never-ending protests against President Donald J. Trump by groups such as Refuse Fascism and BLM, George Soros , reported his own countrymen to the Nazis, facilitating their removal via “the long train ride from which very few ever returned”.

These Modern Day Bolsheviks are unknowingly doing the bidding of evil fascists themselves, just as the original Bolsheviks did.

The Antifa, the BLM, and all of the other radicalized “Social Organizations” are carrying out the Machiavellian Plans of a very evil man, who almost bankrupted England, and, in his long life, has stood for the very things which these “Social Justice Warriors” claim to be fighting against.

De Blasio Says Trump “Not Welcome Back in New York City” After Presidency is Over…Want to Bet?

New York City mayor Bill De Blasio continued his attacks on President Trump on Thursday, calling for a debate between the two and indicating that Trump’s home city will not welcome him back after he leaves the White House.

“When his presidency is over, really soon, he will not be welcome back in New York City!” the longshot 2020 candidate told BuzzFeed. De Blasio also argued that Trump, a Queens native who has built his real estate empire in the Big Apple, didn’t “understand the city.”

“Donald Trump seems to have a lot to say about New York City lately. So I issued him a challenge last night,” De Blasio tweeted on Friday, alongside the video of his comments.

De Blasio’s tweet was just the latest salvo in an ongoing feud that started after President Trump called out the New York City mayor for allegedly not doing enough to protect his police officers.

Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, who also serves as Trump’s attorney, also called out De Blasio following multiple incidents in which police officers were doused with water.

“This disrespect for the uniform in NYC is result of a Democrat-Progressive (Retrogressive)-Socialist Mayor,” Giuliani tweeted on Tuesday. “This is what happens with knee-jerk disrespect for police. It will only get worse until these Left wing idiots are defeated.”

De Blasio responded to the attacks by attributing decreasing crime to Trump’s departure from the city. He also told Giuliani he didn’t tolerate disrespect for New York police officers and claimed the former mayor helped create a divide between the police and city communities.

“The truth is crime’s NEVER been lower in New York City and that’s because we’re bridging the divide between police and communities — a divide @RudyGiuliani helped create,” he tweeted.

Mayor De Blasio must believe that his constituency and the rest of Americans have a short memory regarding how he has treated “New York’s Finest” in the past.

The New York Post reported on January 3, 2015 that

Thousands of NYPD cops turned their backs on Mayor de Blasio on Sunday outside a Brooklyn funeral home as he eulogized a murdered NYPD officer inside.

As de Blasio addressed the loved ones of Detective Wenjian Liu in the Aievoli Funeral Home in Bensonhurst, the sea of blue watching the funeral on huge TV screens outside showed their disgust for Hizzoner by turning around as he spoke.

Cops have been furious with de Blasio mainly since the grand-jury rulings involving the deaths of Staten Island dad Eric Garner and Missouri teen Michael Brown, two unarmed black men who died during confrontations with white cops. Neither cop was criminally charged.

The mayor said afterward that he worries about how his son, Dante, who is half-black, might be treated by police because of his race.

The cops say de Blasio’s comment is just another instance in which he has added to the anti-cop sentiment in the city.

Liu and Officer Rafael Ramos were sitting in their patrol car in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Dec. 20 when deranged, cop-hating killer Ismaaiyl Brinsley came up from behind to execute them. Brinsley committed suicide before cops could catch him.

Officers first turned their backs to de Blasio when he visited the hospital where Ramos and Liu were treated. They then also turned turned their backs to him outside the church where Ramos’ funeral was held Dec. 27.

NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton asked officers not to repeat that silent protest at Liu’s funeral Sunday.

De Blasio, for all of his Marxist Bravado and self- promoting propaganda, is presently being vilified as the worst mayor in the history of the Big Apple, eclispsing even the ineffectual David Dinkins.

The city is filthy and thugs, as exhibited over the last week, are being allowed to taunt and disrespect the NYPD, while it is all being caught on cellphones, much to the delight of the rest of the cop-hating trash in the neighborhoods.

Meanwhile, those who can afford to “Escape From New York” are continuing to get the heck out of Dodge due to an exorbitant tax rate, hitting both businesses and individuals alike.

Great legacy you’re building there, Mr. Mayor.

And, what is President Trump’s “New York Legacy”?

According to Steve Cuozzo, in an article written for the New York Post on February 7, 2016…

…Trump doesn’t get enough credit for being a transformative planner who is in love with the city. No matter how many times they watch “Taxi Driver,” younger New Yorkers and older ones who arrived recently have no idea of what the city was actually like in the mid-1970s through the mid-’90s. Notwithstanding Studio 54 and a short-lived Wall Street boom, the metropolis was reeling. Rampant street crime, AIDS, corporate flight and physical decay brought confidence to an all-time low.

Trump waded into a landscape of empty Fifth Avenue storefronts, the dust-bowl mugging ground that was Central Park and a Wall Street area seemingly on its last legs as companies moved out.

Except in Battery Park City, which was then as remote as an offshore island, few other developers built anything but plain-vanilla office and apartment buildings. Trump — almost by force of will — rode to the rescue. Expressing rare faith in the future, he was instrumental in kick-starting the regeneration of neighborhoods and landmarks almost given up for dead.

So, like all Marxist Political Leaders, De Blasio is a destroyer, gaining wealth and fame, while the citizens or “proletariat” suffer.

On the other hand, while he was a New York Businessman and Entrepreneur, Donald J. Trump was a builder, making the city he lived and worked in better for his fellow citizens, providing employment and making the city more beautiful while he was at it.

And, that gentle readers, is the difference between Far Left Democratic Politicians like Mayor Bill De Blasio and President Donald J. Trump.

De Blasio promises Utopia but delivers decay and decadence.

Trump promises hard work and greatness…

…and delivers.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday warned congressional Democrats who support impeachment proceedings against President Trump not to “disparage” colleagues who don’t, a source familiar with the conversation told Fox News.

The stern guidance came during a morning meeting on Capitol Hill, on the heels of Robert Mueller’s testimony which left pro-impeachment Democrats with little new material to pursue their case. The source told Fox News that Pelosi told lawmakers they are still allowed talk about impeachment if it’s politically important for their home districts, but urged them not to malign members who aren’t in the same camp.

“She said, ‘Do what you have to do for your districts, but don’t disparage those who are not for it,’” the source said, recalling Pelosi’s remarks. “She said not to make it a thing about their patriotism or lack thereof if they are not for it.”

The source added that Pelosi even warned them not to “make it a thing” that members in support of impeachment proceedings are “following the Constitution” because it “implies that those of us who don’t support it are not following the Constitution.”

Pelosi, especially in recent weeks, has been trying to tamp down the infighting in the caucus between far-left and more moderate elements of the party. As part of that effort, she is set to meet with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., on Friday — the freshman lawmaker’s chief of staff is among the Hill figures who’ve been antagonizing centrist Democrats.

But the impeachment question threatens to further divide the caucus after Mueller’s testimony left the future of that push as unclear as ever. Pelosi, for her part, has resisted impeachment pressure from the start.

Mueller stood by his team’s findings at the hearings before both the House Judiciary and House Intelligence Committees—reiterating that the special counsel’s office had found no evidence of a criminal conspiracy between Trump associates and Russia, while also stating that the president was not exonerated on allegations of obstruction of justice despite his assertions to the contrary.

But in doing so, Mueller repeatedly refused to drift beyond the bounds of his report. He also declined to go down the road of the impeachment topic, under questioning from both Republicans and Democrats.

…Rank-and-file Democrats have been calling for impeachment for months, as several House committees lead Trump-focused investigations into his alleged obstruction of justice, his financial history and ties to foreign individuals.

“I think there is a broad consensus in our caucus,” Rep. David Cicilline, R.I., said Wednesday, suggesting that Pelosi will get on board, despite being cool to the idea and helping turn back a recent impeachment resolution on the floor. “I think ultimately the majority of our caucus wants to move forward with an impeachment inquiry.”

The source told Fox News on Thursday that Pelosi “may be softening” to the idea.

But on Wednesday, Pelosi signaled the nearly nine hours of Mueller testimony barely rose to her attention.

When asked if she had watched the hearing, Pelosi, D-Calif., said Wednesday, “Just a little bit,” adding that she only watched a few moments “because we’ve been so busy.”

Uh huh. Sure.

The Democrats don’t know how to beat Trump, folks. They wanted Mueller to do it. Despite Mueller’s infirmities, despite Mueller’s incapacities and his now incompetence, they rolled the dice. They hoped and prayed. They wanted Mueller to go beat Trump yesterday, not just by triggering impeachment. They wanted Mueller to do the dirty work. They wanted Mueller to defeat Trump yesterday, because they can’t. They don’t know how to defeat Trump. That’s one thing we’ve seen in the last 2-1/2 years, and don’t count the midterms in this.

They weren’t running against Trump. If you go back and look at what they ran on in the 2018 midterms (I looked this up), they did not mention Trump in these individual races. They ran on issues. They did not run against Trump in the midterms. They’re flummoxed now.

I am certain that San Fran Nan was well aware of Wednesday’s debacle.

Mueller sank the Democrats’ last hope of finding anything on President Trump which would let them get anywhere close to having enough to call for Impeachment.

On top of that, she is desperately trying to keep the House Democrats from breaking out into a full-blown Civil War between the New Bolsheviks, led by “The Squad” and the Old Guard Democrat Elites, led by Pelosi.

As the talking heads on the MSM lost their minds over the result of the Mueller Hearings yesterday while covering the grieving House Democrats, you can bet that the House Democrats were on the phone with one another, trying to figure out what to do now that they have been shown to be a bunch of lying fools who have been attempting to con the American Public into believing something that never happened for the last almost 3 years.

I am certain that the Democrat Leadership were asking each other, “How do we regain our credibility with the voters?” And, as Rush alluded to, “How can we possibly beat Trump now?”

Adding to their woes, the group of “Democratic Socialists” who believe differently from the Leadership and support Ocasio-Cortez and company may or may not be few in number.

Regardless of what Speaker Pelosi has said, AOC’s fellow travelers may actually be bigger in number than her recent estimate of a group of 5.

Make no mistake, the Marxist “Social Justice Warrior” wing of the Democratic Party is not willing to let go their pipe dream of impeaching and removing from office President Trump, even if there is no Constitutional cause to do so.

If they do attempt to impeach President Trump, they will fail.

And, their Electoral Exile from the Oval Office will be just beginning.

If the Democratic Leadership allows the Marxist Social Justice Warriors (SJWs) like Tlaib, Ocasio-Cortez, and Omar to take control of the House of Representatives and their political party while embracing Radical Islam, anti-Semitism, and Marxism, while insisting on impeaching President Donald J. Trump, Pelosi and the rest of the “useful idiots” known as the House Democratic Leadership are dooming their political party to go the way of the Whigs.

Mueller Appears Feeble, Confused…So, Who Actually “Ran the Show”?

So, gentle readers, what did we learn yesterday from the two Congressional hearings in which the Democratic House of Representatives members of the Judiciary and Intelligence Committees were supposed to wrap up the case for impeaching President Donald J Trump?

All of their hopes and dreams hinged on the bet that the testimony of Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller would riveting and utterly convincing.

They lost their bet.

Mueller came out and shocked everyone by being hesitant, evasive, and having the appearance of a frail old man, confused and having the Representatives repeat their questions numerous times.

Additionally, he did not seem to know what was written in the report that he was supposed to have authored.

There is no way that he was in charge of the lengthy and intricate investigation of the 45th President of the United States of America.

The numerous Democratic donors who were appointed to the investigative committee actually ran the investigation.

And, I think I know whom the head monkey was in the circus.

Andrew Weissmann, one of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s “Lead Investigators”, was a veteran government prosecutor known for his work on the Enron task force and for going after mob figures in New York.

2. Weissmann Led the Enron Task Force but Not Without Controversy – Time after time, courts have reversed Weissmann’s most touted ‘victories’ for his tactics. This is hardly the stuff of a hero in the law. Weissmann, as deputy and later director of the Enron Task Force, destroyed the venerable accounting firm of Arthur Andersen LLP and its 85,000 jobs worldwide — only to be reversed several years later by a unanimous Supreme Court.

3. Weissmann Donated Money to President Barack Obama – Weissmann is a Barack Obama and Democratic campaign donor, according to federal records. “Weissmann, who led the Enron investigation, previously gave $2,300 to Obama’s first presidential campaign in 2008 and $2,000 to the Democratic National Committee in 2006, the same year Democrats won control of Congress.

Weissmann Attended Princeton & Columbia Universities & Prosecuted Mafia Crime Families – According to the DOJ press release, Weissmann “began his career with the Department of Justice in 1991 at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York, where he served in various leadership positions, including as chief of the Criminal Division. According to Mother Jones, one of the people Weissmann prosecuted had ties to Trump. “As a prosecutor in the Eastern District, Weissmann signed a 1998 cooperation agreement between the US government and Felix Sater, a violent felon and securities trader who had pleaded guilty to financial crimes. Sater went on to become a confidential informant for the FBI and a Trump business partner,” the magazine noted.

5. Some Conservatives Have Noted That Weissmann Was in a Position of Power During the Clinton Uranium Controversy – Some conservatives contend that Mueller has a conflict of interest because they argue the FBI, under his stewardship, should have more thoroughly investigated Bill and Hillary Clinton over a uranium deal known as Uranium One. National Review notes that Andrew Weissmann ran Obama DOJ’s Fraud Section during this time frame.

The Democrats now have a very big problem.

What has been seen cannot be unseen.

The entire viewing public witnessed a feeble old man who was supposed to be the sharpest Federal prosecutor whoever came down the pike.

Mueller has turned out to be just a figurehead, appointed so that the Democrats could engage in what President Trump has referred to as a Witch Hunt, which turned out to be a very accurate description of a modern-day Lynch Mob which spent 25 million dollars of American taxpayers money in order to frame a president who did nothing but beat Hillary Clinton for the presidency of the United States of America.

And, as far as any attempt by the Democrats for revenge through further pursuit of the silly obstruction charges when the president finally leaves office in 2024, the statute of limitations will have passed at that time.

If the far-left Democrat Party has any Common Sense left whatsoever, they will put all this behind them and start trying to work for the good of the country instead of for the acquisition of power for their own political party.

Their time for scrutiny is about to come to fruition, as the Inspector General’s report is due any time and the findings of Attorney General William Barr’s investigation into the origins of the appointment of the special counsel and the ensuing Witch Hunt will be heading soon as well.

It sure stinks on ice to be “the smartest people” in the room this morning, huh?

Mueller Testimony 2: Dems’ Great Expectations Boogaloo…What’s Going to Happen?

Well, today is the day that the Far Left Democratic Party, their Propaganda Arm, the Main Stream Media, their foot soldiers, the New Bolsheviks, and all of the SJWs in their Moms’ basements have been waiting for:

Former Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller is going to appear before two Committees of the House of Representatives.

So, what is going to happen?

Well, Monday, the Godfather of Conservative Talk Radio, Rush Limbaugh, shared a prediction with his listening audience…

I think what’s gonna happen here — and because word that I have gotten — apparently Mueller and his staff have already been meeting with Democrats, the chairmen and their staffs, and I think the plan, the intention is — you know, Mueller’s made it clear that he’s not gonna go beyond the report. And a lot of people have said, “Rush, you don’t have anything to worry about here. Mueller has said he’s not gonna go beyond the report.”

I think you’re being set up with that. I think we’re all being set up. I think what they are doing is conjuring a sentence or a line here that Mueller can utter that the media can then take sort of like a pull quote and portray it as something new. I mean, since truth is out the window and since fact has no place here — I mean, there was no collusion.

The real question is, how long did Mueller know that? How long did Mueller keep his investigation going after he knew there was no collusion? Now, as far as I’m concerned, Mueller took the job knowing there was no collusion, there never was any. There was never any evidence for collusion, folks. I hate to be beating the drum here again, but this is all gonna be coming back front and center on Wednesday so it’s not bad to have a little primer here.

There was never any collusion. There was never any evidence of collusion. This whole thing was bogus. The Steele dossier is all they ever had, and it has never been corroborated or verified because it was all made up. It was bought and paid for political opposition research from the Hillary Clinton campaign. There was never any evidence.

Now, the reason this is important – if Mueller knew shortly after he took the gig, if Mueller knew through the last half of 2017 and all of 2018, if he knew there was no collusion, then any crime that they claim they want to have found to have taken place in the year and a half this investigation continued, despite everybody involved in it knowing there was nothing there, you have what essentially would be a year-and-a-half-long perjury trap!

There was no reason to keep the investigation going other than to hopefully create circumstances where people would say something that would be a lie or would be perjury or that they could find something that would allow them to tie it back. This was a coup from the get-go. It was a gotcha from the get-go. It was an attempt to get Trump to reverse the election results of 2016.

… I think unofficial impeachment hearings is what this is. I think this is an unstated impeachment laying of the groundwork, if you will. But I have no doubt — I have no proof — I have no doubt using my intelligence guided by experience that Mueller and the Democrats and their staff have had several meetings, and they have concocted things for Mueller to say that appear to be throw-offs, one offs, add libs, what have you, that by themselves, and out of context, one little extension here, one little sentence there, could be used to establish a multiday news cycle that creates the illusion that Mueller revealed something new not in the report.

And, of course, the Democrats will keep all of this baseless garbage going on ad infinitum.

There is just one problem with that:

As I related a few days ago, a recent CNN Poll shows that the majority of Americans have had enough of the Democrats’ obsession with impeachment and their attempts to get Trump out of office.

So, to the perpetually aggrieved Democrats , I say,

THE REPORT IS DONE. THERE WILL BE NO “DO-OVERS”

Donald J. Trump beat Hillary Clinton on November 8, 2016 for the Presidency of the United States of America despite the best efforts of the Obama Administration’s Department of Justice and FBI Hierarchy and all of George Soros’ money that was spent on “Astroturf Protests”.

Sorry. Not sorry.

The fact that you guys in the Far Left Democratic Party are a bunch of undereducated, immature, poor losers whose entire Political Platform is composed of nothing but hate for President Donald J. Trump is NOT grounds for impeachment.

Keep on living in your bubble on the East and Left Coasts while pulling away ideologically from average Americans and the Democratic Party will be destined to go the way of the Whigs. (Look it up, if your fellow “writers” haven’t taken them out of the history books, also.)

Especially, when the results of the investigations by Inspector General Horowitz, Attorney General Barr, and Special Investigator Durham come in.

Then, as Rev. Wright would say,

Hey Dems…when this push for Impeachment fails, please don’t try a “Russian” Revolution.
