Bobulinski: Hunter Biden Attempted to Broker Deal For Chinese Energy Company to Buy 14% Share in Russian State Oil Company…Joe Knew

During an interview aired on Tuesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” former Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski discussed his meeting with 2020 Democratic presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden at the Beverly Hilton and said there was “no other reason” for him to meet with Biden “than to discuss what I was doing with his family’s name and the Chinese,” and that it is “a blatant lie” for Joe Biden to declare he didn’t know about his son, Hunter’s, business dealings.

Bobulinski said, “There was no other reason for me to be in that bar meeting Joe Biden than to discuss what I was doing with his family’s name and the Chinese, CEFC.”

Bobulinski added that Joe Biden’s claim that he didn’t know about his son’s business dealings is “a blatant lie.”

He also stated, “Hunter introduced me as, this is Tony, dad, the individual I told you about that’s helping us with the business that we’re working on and the Chinese.” And that it was “crystal clear” that Hunter Biden had told his father about his business dealings.

Bobulinski also said, “I didn’t request to meet with Joe. They requested that I meet with Joe.”

And, what was the business that they were working on with the Chinese?

Hunter Biden, the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, allegedly acted as the “personal attorney” for Ye Jianming, the chair of a major Chinese energy firm, in a deal to buy a 14% stake in a Russian state oil company facing U.S. sanctions.

The stunning accusation was made by Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of the Biden family, during an interview Tuesday evening with Tucker Carlson on Fox News.

Bobulinski explained that he was to have been the CEO of a new firm, Sinohawk, that was to be a joint venture between CEFC — the “capitalistic side of the Chinese government” — and the Biden family. He said he met with Joe Biden in 2017 to discuss the arrangement, contradicting Biden’s denials on the campaign trail.

However, the deal fell through, he explained, partly because CEFC tried to buy a 14% stake in Rosneft, the Russian state oil company. At that time, Russia faced sanctions because of its invasion of Ukraine and seizure of Crimea in 2014. The Financial Times reported that the CEFC deal was to help Rosneft find new markets “as relations deteriorate with the west.”

That deal, too, eventually fell through, as CEFC was investigated for corruption by China and other countries as well.

Bobulinski recalled that in July 2017, Chinese premier Xi Jinping was in Moscow for meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Bobulinski recalled that he was shocked to learn of CEFC’s interest in Russia, which placed Sinohawk in a precarious position.

In September 2017, once CEFC had announced the deal to buy a stake in Rosneft, and the $10 million that CEFC was supposed to have invested in Sinohawk had never materialized, Bobulinski grew more concerned.

In October, he said, “I did reach out to Hunter Biden … asking him, ‘Hey, listen, they haven’t funded the $10 million, have you done something that I’m not aware of? Have you gone around us? Have you started a parallel discussion with Chairman Ye that I should be conscious of?”

Bobulinski said that Hunter Biden informed him, via text message, “I’m acting as the personal attorney to Chairman Ye.”

“Hunter Biden is now telling me,” Bobulinksi recalled, “that he’s meeting personally, one-on-one with Chairman Ye in his $50 million penthouse in New York, and if he can’t meet him, he’s picking up the phone and calling him, but they only discuss things in person.

“You can imagine my frustration,” Bobulinski said. “You’re acting as the personal attorney to Chairman Ye while they’re tendering for 14% of the Russian state-owned energy company, a deal valued at $9 billion? What am I missing here?”

Hunter Biden is reportedly licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut.

So, boys and girls, wrap your heads around this:

Joe and Hunter Biden are guilty of the very thing that President Donald J. Trump was investigated for by a Special Counsel, his minions, and Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats in the House of Representatives: COLLUSION!

Joe Biden has been lying to American voters concerning his involvement with his son’s nefarious foreign deals, which makes him a security risk to our Sovereign Nation who should never have been able to run for President of the United States of America.

To say that Sleepy Joe is compromised is putting it mildly.

He and his heathen son are both as crooked as a dog’s hind leg.

Another thing, Special Counsel Robert Mueller was chosen in May of 2017.

His investigation was underway while the Biden Crime Family was brokering deals for personal gain with our two biggest enemies.

Given the fact that this Father and Son enterprise had been in “business” since Biden was Vice-President, and that several prominent Democrats were on lists to be contacted by the Bidens about certain endeavors,it sheds a whole new light on the sham impeachment of President Trump.

Were the Democrats attempting to cover their own dealings with the Biden Crime Family?

It’s certainly possible.

Action needs to be taken by the Department of Justice.

Joe Biden needs to withdraw from the race immediately.

How the Fight to Seat Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett is Tied Into the Fight to Reelect President Trump

Judge Amy Coney Barrett, fresh off her confirmation to serve as an associate justice on the nation’s highest court, took her constitutional oath on Monday at the White House.

The Supreme Court said in a press release that Barrett will be able to start her new role after Chief Justice John Roberts administers her judicial oath on Tuesday. Justice Clarence Thomas administered the constitutional oath at Monday’s ceremony.

Thomas has long been considered one of the more conservative justices on the court, along with Barrett’s mentor, the late Justice Antonin Scalia. Echoing her mentor, Barrett underscored the need for a separation of powers between the judicial and legislative branches.

“It is the job of a senator to pursue her policy preferences,” Barrett said to an audience on the South Lawn of the White House. “In fact, it would be a dereliction of duty for her to put policy goals aside. By contrast, it is the job of a judge to resist her policy preferences. It would be a dereliction of duty for her to give into them. Federal judges don’t stand for election. Thus, they have no basis for claiming that their preferences reflect those of the people.”

The separation of duty is what makes the judiciary distinct, she said.

“A judge declares independence not only from Congress and the president, but also from the private beliefs that might otherwise move her,” she said.

The Senate confirmed Barrett with a 52-48 vote. All 45 Democrats and two independents who caucus with the Democrats opposed her confirmation.

Controversial from the start, her confirmation prompted a wave of backlash on Monday. Almost immediately after the Senate voted, Democratic lawmakers panned the decision while some called demanded leaders “expand the court.”

Barrett’s confirmation solidified a conservative majority on the nation’s highest court, and gave Trump another victory as he headed into election day.

Whoever wins on Nov. 3 will likely have major consequences on the Supreme Court as an American institution. Former Vice President Joe Biden has mostly refused to answer questions about whether he would pack the courts.

On Monday, Biden said that he might be open to shifting Supreme Court justices to lower courts if elected president, noting that he hadn’t made any judgment yet on the issue.

“There is some literature among constitutional scholars about the possibility of going from one court to another court, not just always staying the whole time in the Supreme Court but I have made no judgment,” Biden said at a campaign stop in Chester, Pa.

He went on to say that “there are just a group of serious constitutional scholars, have a number of ideas how we should proceed from this point on.”

“That’s what we’re going to be doing. We’re going to give them 180 days God-willing if I’m elected, from the time I’m sworn in to be able to make such a recommendation.”

During an interview with “60 Minutes,” Biden said he would set up a commission that would make recommendations for reforming the court system.

“I will ask them to, over 180 days, come back to me with recommendations as to how to reform the court system because it’s getting out of whack,” he said.

What has played out before our eyes since the death of Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg concerning the highest court in that land is a clue to the crux of matter as to what is at stake in the 2020 Presidential Election, just one week away.

The Supreme Court rules on the Constitutionality of the laws of our land.

The House and the Senate draw up and pass bills which the President signs into law.

The Far Left Democrats are so desperate to control America and its citizens’ daily lives from cradle to grave that they are willing to expand the Supreme Court and even to add states in order to accomplish their quest for power.

All their crying concerning the “fairness” of Donald J. Trump choosing Judge Barrett to fill the seat of Justice Ginsburg has been nothing but a smokescreen of selfishness and egotism.

They knew that the President had every right to fill the empty seat of the Supreme Court.

The Democrats were desperate to maintain a majority by adding another Liberal to join turncoat Justice Roberts.

They knew that if a Conservative Majority were seated on the court that they would follow the letter of the law…instead of interpreting the Constitution to meet the Marxist Dreams of the Far Left Democrats.

For example, not allow mail-in votes that “suddenly appear” after November 3rd to be counted.

Make no mistake…the Democrats’ wailing and gnashing of teeth was never about fairness.

It was always about political power.

Our Founding Fathers were brilliant men who pledged their “lives, fortunes, and sacred honor” to the fight for our future as a Sovereign Nation.

They left us a blueprint.

We must not let the followers of a failed political philosophy which has not worked anywhere which  have constantly tried to rewrite that document which has served our country and its citizens so well to win the power of the Oval Office.

Our future as a Sovereign Nation is at stake next Tuesday.

“Jews For Trump” Caravan Rally Attacked in NYC as Political Hatred Fuels Anti-Semitic Violence

A family of seven — including four kids — were pepper-sprayed by violent rioters on Sunday while participating in a “Jews For Trump” rally in New York City.

A member of the family told Fox News that the unprovoked attack happened while the family was driving down 5th Ave with the car windows down and Trump flags displayed.

The man, who wished to remain anonymous fearing his family could be targeted, said a car pulled up next to them and unleashed pepper spray into their vehicle.

“Immediately the kids started crying and screaming and I jumped out of the car after I was peppered [sic] sprayed as well,” the man said.

The man said the culprit chased him down 5th Ave trying to pepper spray him again. His mother flagged down an officer and the suspect was arrested.

The man told Fox News that the kids “are now left traumatized” and still “coughing from” the residue.

The encounter was one of many violent confrontations between the rally’s participants and protesters. The Jewish Telegraph Agency reported that a convoy was to take place in several Orthodox Jewish communities ahead of a planned event in Brooklyn’s Marine Park organized by Boris Epshteyn, an advisor to the Trump campaign and co-chair of Jewish Voices for Trump.

Multiple disturbing video clips of the convoy posted on @NYScanner show crowds not taking too kindly to rows of vehicles with hoisted Trump 2020 flags.

I do not believe that it was simply Trump Derangement Syndrome that was responsible for the violence yesterday.

On October 12, Heritage.org reported that

Each year during the Jewish religious festival of Sukkot, New York City shuts down Kingston Avenue in Crown Heights to allow thousands of local residents the opportunity to safely celebrate in dance and song.

But this past week—under the guise of fighting COVID-19—New York City attempted to shut down this religious gathering by using physical intimidation, screeching sirens, and loud megaphones.

The display of force was jarring. The crowd refused to surrender their First Amendment religious liberties, and the police ultimately backed down.

Confrontations will continue so long as Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio target Jewish religious gatherings. Cuomo has limited religious gatherings to 10—regardless of indoor synagogue capacity and regardless of whether services are held outside—and shut down all schools (including the yeshivas used by many Jewish families) in so-called red zones encompassing Orthodox Jewish communities.

Cuomo, like de Blasio a Democrat, explicitly warned Monday: “I have to say to the Orthodox community tomorrow, if you’re not willing to live with these rules, then I’m going to close the synagogues.”

The governor said he intended to coopt local police to bar entry to local houses of prayer. Days later, the mayor cracked down on First Amendment freedom even more severely, limiting outdoor gatherings to five people, effectively outlawing Jewish prayer services (known as minyans) that require at least 10.

The governor’s visual presentation at his press conference distinctly conveyed the notion that Orthodox Jews are to blame for recent increases in COVID-19 cases.

As Omri Ceren, national security adviser to Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, says: “After a summer of embracing riots in which people traveled from all over the country into New York and then mass-marched, Cuomo has discovered the real disease vector: Jews getting together to pray.”

Cuomo and de Blasio repeatedly suggested that jumps in COVID-19 cases stem from Jews praying together, eating together, learning together, and living together.

The Jew-blaming is becoming common across New York.

As I have been writing over the last several years, Liberals are nothing if not predictable.

They view everything in terms of politics and race, not necessarily in that order.

For years now, I have referred to the intolerant political ideology of Modern American Liberals as “The New Fascism” because of their intolerance toward traditional Americans Faith and Values, including our relationship with our closest ally, Israel, since their birth as a country in 1948.

What we are seeing now, as regards the rampant anti-Semitism in New York City and the Democratic Party, which began under Former President Barack Hussein Obama and continues under Governor Andrew Cuomo and NYC Communist Mayor Bill di Blasio, is a result of an amalgamation of the political philosophies of the special interest groups who have replaced average Americans as the Democrats’ Voting Base.

Anti-Semitism is the norm in Marxism in all of its forms, including “Democratic Socialism”.

Anti-Semitic groups tend to gravitate toward each other finding solace and kindred spirits in their shared hatred of the Jewish people.

For those of you who are old enough to have actually studied history before the Liberals started revising it, the world has bore witness to this phenomena before.

A socialist political party in a developed nation joined forces with Islamists before, based on their mutual hatred of Jews.

You may remember this. They were the National Socialist Party of Germany, otherwise known as the Nazis.

They caused the mass extermination of millions of European Jews, the Holocaust which gives Congresswoman Tlaib “a calming feeling”.

The political philosophies which the Modern Democrats are now embracing are the anti-thesis of whom they claim to be.

The Communist Mayor of New York City can blame it on COVID-19 and President Donald J. Trump all he wants. However, average Americans are not fooled.

Those who hate Americans, simply because they are Jewish, like those who hate the nation of Israel for the same reason, have already gone on record.

Those on the Left Side of the Political Spectrum bear the responsibility for the anti-Semitic violence which is plaguing New York City.

A parade of people backing President Trump on Saturday crashed Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s drive-in rally in Bristol, Penn.

The former vice president called the band of Trump supporters parked outside his rally “chumps” while addressing the crowd.

“I’m running as a proud Democrat, but I will govern as an American president,” he said. “I’ll work as hard for those who don’t support me as those who do, including those chumps with the microphone out there. Look, that’s the job of the president. The duty to care for everyone. The duty to heal.”

He continued later: “By the way, we don’t do things like those chumps out there with the microphone and Trump guys. It’s about decency.”

The pro-Trump group honked horns, flew Trump flags and made other commotion in what appeared to be an effort to distract from Biden’s rally.

At least one person could be heard speaking through a megaphone on various videos posted to Twitter, shouting slogans including “Four more years.”

The Democrat Party Liberal Elite, like their Presidential Candidate, Joe Biden, have always believed that our country revolves around the big metropolitan areas in the Northeast and in California. They have always looked down their noses at what they derisively call “Flyover Country”, the same area that many of us call the Heartland of America or simply “home”.

Their ongoing condescension toward average Americans living between the coasts, as witnessed by Americans since the election returns came in on the night of November 8th, 2016, continues to be a reaction caused by their own unbridled and unsupported arrogance.

Just like their fellow Modern American Liberals who run Democratic Party, the disconnected “talking heads” in Tinsel Town and the Big Apple never saw Trump’s 2016 Presidential Election Victory coming.

In fact, that same overconfidence is about to bite them in their hindquarters again.

And, their arrogance is making them look like fools.

Dear Former Vice-President Biden…

First off, allow me to introduce myself.

I am one of those average Americans, living in the Northwest corner of the State of Mississippi, whom you have, in your arrogance, completely brushed off, labeling us as “rubes” simply because we do not live in the densely crowded metropolitan areas of either coast and we support the reelection of Donald J. Trump as the President of the United States of America.

You referred to average Americans like us as being “chumps” and you and you the rest of the Democrat Elite believe us to be a minority of America’s population.

That’s funny. Last night, as I was writing this response to you, I took a look once again at the 2016 Electoral Map and was once again struck by the fact that 80% of the continental land mass known as the contiguous United States was 80% red and just 20% blue.

Doesn’t the word “minority” mean “a smaller number of”?

Your political party also claims that those of us residing in the area which you Liberals tend to refer to as “Flyover Country” but which we refer to as “America’s heartland”, as “the core threat to our democracy”.

Seriously?

Forgive my bluntness, but Civics Class must have been one of those which y’all skipped in order to hang out with the “cool kids”.

America is not a “democracy”. Our Founding Fathers, in their infinite wisdom, created this Blessed Land as a Constitutional Republic in order to provide fair and equal representation to all areas of the country, whether they be densely populated “urban” areas or sparsely populated “rural” areas.

No American’s vote is more important than somebody else’s.

When I voted down here, outside Memphis, Tennessee, in the Northwest Corner of the Magnolia State on November 8, 2016, it counted the same as your vote in Delaware.

The Founders created and put in place the Electoral College in order to prevent just what you and the rest of your Fellow Travelers in the New Far left Democratic Party are suddenly crying for: a nation where its leaders are selected by mob rule in which special interest groups of a minority political philosophy join together to form a voting bloc in order to “radically change” the course of a Sovereign Nation.

In the case of Modern America Liberals, such as yourself, this would have allowed you and your Fellow Travelers to change our Constitutional Republic into a “Democratic” Socialist Nation, a form of government based on Marxist Theory which has never worked in any country in which it has been tried.

If that is the sort of country you which to live in…move to Venezuela.

I am certain that they could use your “help”.

By the way, concerning Free Speech, why did your sympathizers on the Debate Commission turn off the microphones of you and President Trump after 2 minutes during Thursday night’s debate?

Were they scared that you could not hold your own against President Trump?

Guess what? As we say in Dixie, you still got whupped.

In conclusion, “Sleepy Joe”, it will be your own arrogance, yours and your Fellow Travelers’, which will lead to the reelection of Donald J. Trump as our country’s President.

Well…that and the fact that you “Professional Politicians” became so arrogant and greedy that you forgot that it was the American Voters who sent you to Washington, D.C. whom you were supposed to be serving and making life better for…and not yourselves.

“AOC Plus 3” Wants the UN to Investigate DHS and our Southern Border Facilities for “Abuse” of Illegal Immigrants…

A group of House Democrats has requested that the United Nations open an investigation into various allegations of abuse by the Homeland Security Department, arguing that the nature and “sheer number” of complaints “necessitates and international response.”

Sent on Friday, the five-page letter references a long list of news reports and nonprofits alleging that the department mistreated or coerced immigrants in their custody.

“These allegations illustrate a clear pattern of alleged human rights violations by DHS,” reads the letter, signed by Congressional Progressive Caucus Co-Chair Mark Pocan, D-Wis. In addition to Pocan, “the squad” of progressive freshmen — Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., and Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., signed on as well.

“This pattern of behavior is perpetuated and encouraged by the consistent and unforgivable failure of the United States government and its institutions to take these allegations seriously by investigating them in a transparent, thorough, and impartial manner.”

Signatories also included Reps. Mary Gay Scanlon, D-Pa., Alan Lowenthal, D-Calif., and Veronica Escobar, D-Texas. It’s addressed to United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet.

DHS did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment. Neither did the U.N.

The letter came after years of controversy surrounding the Trump administration’s handling of migrants, which the president defended during Thursday’s presidential debate. Debate moderator Kristen Welker asked Trump about reports that the parents of 545 children separated at the border were missing.

In his response, Trump said his administration was “trying very hard” to reunite children with parents and argued that migrants “are so well taken care of. They’re in facilities that were so clean.” While immigration advocates have been unable to find those parents, the Trump administration reportedly maintained that each of those 545 minors were released to a legal parent or guardian before June of 2018.

Democrats’ Friday letter focused more on conditions within migrant facilities, thousands of allegations of sexual and physical abuse, as well as accusations that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) forcibly sterilized migrant women in their custody.

“When considered in the context of the United States’ long and shameful history of forcibly sterilizing incarcerated women and the numerous allegations of human rights abuses already leveled against DHS, the necessity of an independent investigation is clear,” the letter reads.

The Office of the Inspector General, which provides independent oversight and accountability within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has opened an investigation into the allegations presented in a whistleblower’s complaint from a former nurse at the Irwin County Detention Center in Ocilla, Ga.

“The accusations will be fully investigated by an independent office, however, ICE vehemently disputes the implication that detainees are used for experimental medical procedures,” Ada Rivera, medical director of the ICE Health Service Corps, said in a statement, according to The Wall Street Journal.

In a letter addressed to DHS Inspector General Joseph V. Cuffari in September, Reps. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wa., Judy Chu, D-Calif., Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., and Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., led 173 members of Congress in demanding the agency provide an update on the status of the investigation by Sept. 25.

Back in August of 2019, FoxNews.com reported that

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has barred Democratic staffers from the House Oversight Committee from visiting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities at the U.S.-Mexico border as part of a planned trip this week after committee staff allegedly were “disruptive” and refused to follow instructions during their last trip, Fox News has learned.

Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., had sent his staff to visit border facilities for “oversight inspections” last week and planned to send staff again to view Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and CBP centers.

But sources told Fox News that DHS has revoked access to CBP facilities for the upcoming visit, citing staff behavior that “interfered” with law enforcement operations — including refusing to leave one site after their scheduled window, skipping some tours and being “rude” to officers. A DHS official said that ICE visits will still be allowed this week, but with a two-hour time limit. One of those visits took place on Tuesday.

Guess who was one of the visitors who got rowdy?

You guessed it. AOC.

This is simply “AOC Plus 3” attempting to get even with President Trump for embarrassing them and Sleepy Joe during the Final Debate by having the nerve to remind the viewing audience that it was Obama who built the “cages” used to keep children brought illegally into this country until ICE can locate their parents.

It is actually another example of Liberals grandstanding and trying to get in front of the microphones while attempting to damage President Trump’s Reelection Campaign.

The United Nation is not going to get involved in a political situation between two of America’s political parties.

They have their own problems in Europe with Muslim migrants.

And, the Middle Eastern nations seem to like and respect President Trump (except for the nations who harbor Muslim Terrorists, of course).

The United Nations cannot tell the American Government what to do,

We are a Sovereign Nation.

Besides that, if they want to investigate mistreatment of illegal immigrants at our Southern Border they had better start with Obama and Sleepy Joe himself.

Trump Wins Final Presidential Debate, Brings Up “Huntergate”, Still Fighting Against the “Washington Status Quo”

President Trump and Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden clashed over alleged foreign financial entanglements in the final presidential debate on Thursday, with Trump telling Biden “you owe an explanation to the American people” about son Hunter Biden’s past business dealings as the former vice president empathetically denied anything “unethical” took place.

The two candidates also clashed over a number of issues, from race relations to minimum wage to climate change and the coronavirus pandemic, all while moderator Kristen Welker proceeded over a largely orderly affair between the bitter rivals.

The Hunter Biden debate exchange followed the recent news reports of past communications between Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, and his business partners that have raised questions about what Joe Biden knew about these foreign business dealings. Biden’s campaign has denied involvement or making money off these dealings, but the president pressed his rival over the reports during the debate.

“All of the emails … the horrible emails of the kind of money that you were raking in, you and your family. And Joe, you were vice president when some of this was happening. And it should’ve never happened,” Trump said. “I think you owe an explanation to the American people.”

Biden responded: “I have not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life.” Attempting to turn the tables back on Trump, Biden said: “We learned this president paid 50 times the tax in China, has a secret bank account with China. Does business in China.”

“I have released all of my tax returns … 22 years of my tax returns,” Biden said. “You have not released a single solitary year of your tax returns … what are you hiding?”

Trump said that he would release his tax returns “as soon as I can” — a claim the president has been making without follow-up for years. He further claimed to have “pre-paid” his taxes.

About an hour before the debate, Tony Bobulinski, an old business partner of Hunter Biden delivered an in-person statement claiming he’d worked with the elder Biden. Biden repeatedly in the past denied being involved in the younger Biden’s business dealings and continued Thursday to deny it through a statement by campaign spokesman Andrew Bates.

Trump invited Bobulinski to be his special guest at the Thursday debate.

“As Chris Wallace said on the air about this very smear, ‘Vice President Biden has actually released his tax returns – unlike President Trump – and there is no indication he ever got any money from anybody in these business deals,'” Bates said. “Joe Biden has never even considered being involved in business with his family, nor in any overseas business whatsoever. He has never held stock in any such business arrangements nor has any family member or any other person ever held stock for him.”

The candidates returned to what was the biggest story of the day later in the debate, with Biden calling the accusations against him “a bunch of garbage” and Trump replying, “You mean the laptop is now another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax?”

Also during the debate, the candidates clashed over coronavirus as candidates ridiculed the other’s approaches to the pandemic.

“Anybody responsible for that many deaths should not remain president of the United States of America,” Biden said.

“We can’t lock ourselves in a basement like he does.. he has this thing about living in a basement,” Trump said.

Indeed.

Even during a pandemic, the majority of Americans continue to have to work for a living.

And, that brings us to the crux of what I observed not only during last night’s debate but from the moment that our Citizen Statesman President announced that he was going to run.

Washington Insiders, especially professional politicians like Joe Biden, absolutely despise President Donald J. Trump.

He does not play by their rules.

For example, “Huntergate”.

How many Washington Insiders have known about the political profit-making activities of the Biden Crime Family for years and not said a mumblin’ word to anyone about it?

They probably just considered it one of the “perks” of being a “man of the people”.

Corruption was accepted as a part of the Washington Status Quo like the bureaucrats within the “Deep State”.

And then, along came Donald J. Trump, a brash New York Billionaire who, after watching his beloved country being destroyed from within during the nightmarish 8 years of the Obama Administration, decided to do something about it, running for President of the United States of America…and winning!

Trump has spent the last 4 years working hard to fulfill his campaign promises while having to fight for his very life against those who not only wish to drive him out of the Oval Office, they want to utterly destroy him.

Now, after surviving four long, hard years, dealing with political enemies, foreign aggressors, a mismanaged economy,a worldwide pandemic, fake news, and inaccurate polls, President Trump is rising in the polls once again to sprint to the finish line known as Election Day to win reelection.

The thing is, those who prefer the Washington Status Quo are still trying to throw everything they can at him to keep that from happening.

However, they did not count on their own arrogance being their undoing and their own corruption being the weapon of their political destruction.

A famous quote states that “The pen is mightier than the sword”.

Perhaps that quote should now be updated to replace the pen with A LAPTOP.

FBI’s Subpoena of Hunter’s Laptop Connected to a 2019 Money Laundering Investigation…More “Huntergate” News Coming Out Today

The FBI’s subpoena of a laptop and hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden came in connection with a money laundering investigation in late 2019, according to documents obtained by Fox News and verified by multiple federal law enforcement officials who reviewed them.

It is unclear, at this point, whether the investigation is ongoing or if it was directly related to Hunter Biden.

Multiple federal law enforcement officials, as well as two separate government officials, confirmed the authenticity of these documents, which were signed by FBI Special Agent Joshua Wilson. Wilson did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

One of the documents, obtained by Fox News, was designated as an FBI “Receipt for Property” form, which details the bureau’s interactions with John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of “The Mac Shop” who reported the laptop’s contents to authorities.

The document has a “Case ID” section, which is filled in with a hand-written number: 272D-BA-3065729.

According to multiple officials, and the FBI’s website, “272” is the bureau’s classification for money laundering, while “272D” refers to “Money Laundering, Unknown SUA [Specified Unlawful Activity]—White Collar Crime Program,” according to FBI documents. One government official described “272D” as “transnational or blanket.”

“BA” indicates the case was opened in the FBI’s Baltimore field office, sources said.

The documents state that the subpoena was carried out in Wilmington, Del., which falls under the jurisdiction of the FBI’s Baltimore Field Office.

“The FBI cannot open a case without predication, so they believed there was predication for criminal activity,” a government official told Fox News. “This means there was sufficient evidence to believe that there was criminal conduct.”

Another document, obtained by Fox News, was a subpoena sent to Isaac to testify before U.S. District Court in Delaware on Dec. 9, 2019. One page of the subpoena shows what appears to be serial numbers for a laptop and hard drive taken into possession.

Based on the date of the subpoena, an official told Fox News that the case would have been opened prior to Isaac’s subpoena.

“If a criminal case was opened and subpoenas were issued, that means there is a high likelihood that both the laptop and hard drive contain fruits of criminal activity,” the official said.

Fox News first reported on Tuesday evening that the FBI is in possession of the laptop in question.

The FBI has declined to confirm or deny the existence of an investigation into the laptop or the emails, as is standard practice.

The Biden campaign on Wednesday pushed back on the claims leveled against Hunter Biden, particularly those first reported by The New York Post last week. The New York Post revealed that Rudy Giuliani provided them with emails allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden.

“The Attorney General of Delaware’s office indicated that the FBI has ‘ongoing investigations regarding the veracity of this entire story.’ And it would be unsurprising for an investigation of a disinformation action involving Rudy Giuliani and those assisting him to involve questions about money laundering, especially since there are other documented inquiries into his dealings,” Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said in a statement to Fox News. “In fact, Donald Trump’s own national security adviser warned the president that material furnished by Giuliani should be considered tainted by Russian interference.”

Giuliani, this week, reportedly turned over a copy of the hard drive to New Castle County Police Department in Delaware.

Richard Sauber, an attorney connected to the Biden campaign, said, in a statement to Fox News: “Criminal investigations of Russian disinformation campaigns that include the witting participation of American citizens like Rudy Giuliani often involve investigation by the FBI of whether the American has received payment for these activities that would implicate the Federal Money Laundering statutes.”

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, however, confirmed this week that the laptop, purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, and the emails on it “is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign,” despite claims from House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif.

The FBI, in a letter to Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wis., who is investigating Hunter Biden’s business dealings as well as the laptop in question, said that the bureau has “nothing to add at this time to the October 19th public statement by the Director of National Intelligence about the available actionable intelligence.”

“If actionable intelligence is developed, the FBI in consultation with the Intelligence Community will evaluate the need to provide defensive briefings to you and the Committee pursuant to the established notification framework,” the letter stated.

So, what is “money laundering”?

Per FBI.gov,

Money laundering involves masking the source of criminally derived proceeds so that the proceeds appear legitimate, or masking the source of monies used to promote illegal conduct. Money laundering generally involves three steps: placing illicit proceeds into the financial system; layering, or the separation of the criminal proceeds from their origin; and integration, or the use of apparently legitimate transactions to disguise the illicit proceeds. Once criminal funds have entered the financial system, the layering and integration phases make it very difficult to track and trace the money.

Hmmm…

Now, I’m just spitballin’ here…but I have a couple of ideas as to what sort of activities the FBI Investigation may have been looking into which precipitated the money laundering.

Given what we know about the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop or “The Laptop From Hell” as President Trump has called it, the case could have sprung from

  1. Payments from foreign countries and foreign corporations to Hunter for access to and political favors from his Father while he was Vice-President
  2. Sexual trafficking of underage Chinese girls

As I am writing this, word has come out that there will be another big Hunter laptop dump as early as this morning.

Biden and his campaign staff’s denial of “Huntergate” is the equivalent of Former President Bill Clinton’s famous quote

“I did not have sexual relations with that woman.”

And, their denial is lacking in veracity, also.

However, while Bubba’s extra-marital debauchery just a national matter, Joe and Hunter Biden’s activities involved America’s Foreign Policy and the Bidens getting rich(er) off of Joe’s position as Vice-President of the United States of America.

Like the giant Ymir that hatched from an egg in Ray Harryhousen’s Sci Fi Classic “20 Million Miles to Earth”, “Huntergate” just keeps growing and growing, enveloping both Bidens in a cocoon of crime and debauchery.

No wonder the Debate Commission keeps changing the rules.

Trump Walks Out of Interview with “60 Minutes” Lesley Stahl, Threatens to Release Interview to Show Americans That It Was “Fake and Biased”

President Trump threatened to release an interview he granted “60 Minutes” correspondent Lesley Stahl ahead of Sunday’s airing, suggesting he would expose how “fake and biased” the sitdown was.

Trump sat down with the veteran journalist at the White House on Tuesday, which is set to air Sunday, Oct. 25, along with interviews with Vice President Mike Pence, Democratic nominee former Vice President Joe Biden, and Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris.

The president wants to scoop CBS by sharing his interview before the network does.

“I am pleased to inform you that, for the sake of accuracy in reporting, I am considering posting my interview with Lesley Stahl of 60 Minutes, PRIOR TO AIRTIME!” Trump posted on Twitter. “This will be done so that everybody can get a glimpse of what a FAKE and BIASED interview is all about.”

The president encouraged his Twitter followers to compare interviews with him to interviews with Biden.

“Everyone should compare this terrible Electoral Intrusion with the recent interviews of Sleepy Joe Biden!” Trump tweeted.

Sources tell Fox News that Stahl was “extremely hostile” and that she began the interview along the lines of “get ready for some tough questions.” Sources say she then “unleashed in a way she would never do to Joe Biden.”

Trump also reportedly cut the interview short and a scheduled joint “walk and talk” with him and Pence was scrapped.

Earlier, Trump called out the “60 Minutes” correspondent for not wearing a mask at the White House, sharing a video of a maskless Stahl speaking with two staffers, both of whom were wearing masks.

“Lesley Stahl of 60 Minutes not wearing a mask in the White House after her interview with me. Much more to come,” the president teased after the interview.

The tweet is likely in reference to the ongoing criticism the Trump administration receives from members of the media for not strictly following CDC guidelines that urge mask-wearing and social-distancing.

White House Assistant Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also called out the veteran journalist, accusing her of hypocrisy.

“This is moments after she criticized me for not wearing a mask while working at my desk,” Leavitt tweeted. “Rules for thee but not for me, Lesley?”

President Trump has ratcheted up his attacks against the media in recent weeks between the lack of coverage the reports regarding Hunter Biden’s emails with Ukrainian business contacts, the controversy surrounding suspended C-SPAN host Steve Scully, who was supposed to moderate the canceled second presidential debate because he admitted to lying about his Twitter account being hacked, and has repeatedly slammed NBC News correspondent and third debate moderator Kristen Welker ahead of Thursday’s political showdown.

From the moment Donald J.Trump announced that he was going to run for the job of President of the United States of America, the Main Stream Media, encouraged by their masters, the Democrat Elite, zeroed in on a mission to destroy him, like a squadron of kamikazes attacking the U.S. Navy in World War II.

Now, with Trump running for reelection, these kamikazes of the MSM, again encouraged by their masters, have rushed to protect a dementia-riddled Democratic Presidential Candidate, Joe Biden, through softball interviews and making sure not to show the nonexistent crowds when he makes speeches in public.

They have even gone as far as completely ignoring the scandal involving him and his son, Hunter, which keeps growing every day.

We have seen these kamikazes become bolder and bolder as the years have progressed to the point that they have no compunction in showing their hatred of Trump and advocacy for Biden in the first two Presidential Debates and interviews with the candidates.

President Trump has every right to have grown tired of putting up with the hatred of the Democratic Puppets in the Main Stream Media.

As he reminds us, he has done more for Americans and America in 48 months than Joe Biden has done in 48 years.

I believe that he needs to go ahead and post the unedited version of the Lesley Stahl Interview before the staff at “60 minutes” gets a chance to creatively edit it to make Ms.Stahl look like a objective reporter and make the President look bad.

If the mighty Main Stream Media can play the role of Campaign Staff for Joe Biden, then President Trump has every right to let the American Voters see and hear his side of the story.

The MSM might think twice about being arrogant toward the subject of their interview…especially when the interviewee is the President of the United States of America.

Debate Commission Gives Moderator With Deep Democrat Ties Power to Cut Off Candidates’ Mics in Thursday’s Final Presidential Debate

The Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) will mute President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden during the two-minute response times allotted to their opponents for commenting on topics during Thursday’s debate in Nashville.

The commission said in a statement that it “had determined that it is appropriate to adopt measures intended to promote adherence to agreed-upon rules and inappropriate to make changes to those rules.”

Also included in the debate will be an open discussion forum that won’t include the mute option. Thursday’s debate will consist of six 15-minute segments, totaling 90 minutes in all as in the first debate.

Trump’s and Biden’s initial debate was widely panned as both candidates faced backlash for their behavior. The two candidates skipped the second presidential debate after Trump was diagnosed with the novel coronavirus and declined to participate in a virtual format.

Announced on Monday, the new rule drew scrutiny from the Trump campaign, which urged the commission earlier in the day to include more discussion of foreign policy in the next debate.

“President Trump is committed to debating Joe Biden regardless of last minute rule changes from the biased commission in their latest attempt to provide advantage to their favored candidate,” read a statement from campaign manager Bill Stepien

In a letter, Stepien had accused the commission of adding to a broader pattern of “pro-Biden antics” with its choice of topics. The upcoming debate topics included fighting COVID-19, American families, national security, leadership, climate change, and race in America.

The commission did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment. The Biden campaign responded to Stepien’s letter by suggesting that he was lying.

“The campaigns and the Commission agreed months ago that the debate moderator would choose the topics,” National Press Secretary TJ Ducklo said in a statement provided to Fox News.

“The Trump campaign is lying about that now because Donald Trump is afraid to face more questions about his disastrous COVID response. As usual, the president is more concerned with the rules of a debate than he is getting a nation in crisis the help it needs.”

But Ali Pardo, Deputy Communications Director for the Trump campaign, told Fox News that “[o]ver the past several months, the CPD [Commission on Presidential Debates] verbally confirmed on multiple occasions that the third debate would have a foreign policy focus.”

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., previously suggested a “mute button” would be necessary for another debate to take place.

“Maybe we should give the moderator a mute button, given how President Trump just interrupts at will,” Schumer said a day after the first debate. “And the bottom line is Donald Trump doesn’t follow the rules [and] the commission has got to get a lot tougher.”

But his counterpart in the House, Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., argued a mute button gave the moderator too much power.

“If you are going to run for the free leader of this world we want to hear what you have to say, but now we’re going to allow one person to moderate it to determine what the American people can hear from our candidates?” he previously said on “Fox & Friends.”

The Debate Moderator, Kristen Welker, 44, has been the White House correspondent at NBC News since 2011, after working as a news reporter in Rhode Island.

She comes from an established and wealthy Democrat family who has generously donated to the party’s candidates including $3,300 for Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign and $2,100 for Hillary Clinton’s doomed 2016 presidential effort against Trump. Another $7,300 was contributed to the Democratic National Committee between 2004 and 2020.

She and her family are so involved in the Democratic Party that in 2012, they celebrated Christmas at the White House with the Obamas.

In March 2016, Welker was caught on live television tipping off Hillary Clinton’s Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri about at least one question she planned to ask her during a post-debate interview in Michigan. At the time,Clinton was locked in a hard-fought battle against for the Democratic nomination against Sen. Bernie Sanders.

So, would YOU consider her to be an “unbiased moderator”?

Probably not.

Then, why was she chosen to moderate the final debate by a supposedly nonpartisan Debate Commission?

And, why has she been given the power to mute the President of the United States of America, who happens to be a member of a political party which she has opposed all of her life?

This is the third clearly biased debate moderator which the committee has intentionally chosen.

Like the first two, the interference of the moderator in this final de4bate will strike a sour note with average Americans who are watching the debate.

And, as I anticipate her doing, she intentionally mutes the President when he attempts to ask Joe about his and Hunter’s use of his political power to make themselves rich at the expense of our Sovereign Nation, there will be a tremendous backlash which will force the Main Stream Media to actually cover the “Biden Crime Family” Scandal.

The National Election Polls are tightening right now, just as they did in 2016.

If Trump is able to actually ask Sleepy Joe about the felonious activities which he and his son have participated in, and get Biden to stammer and to lose his cool, not only will the MSM have to pay attention as I mentioned above, the entire nation will.

And then, there truly will be a Red Tsunami on November 3rd.

Breitbart.com’s Peter Schweizer Says Hunter’s Former Partner Has Given Him Access to 26,000 Emails Providing Details About Biden’s “Business Deals”

The business partner of Hunter Biden who flipped on the Biden family from prison provided access to 26,000 emails, Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer said in a Saturday morning radio appearance.

Schweizer, appearing on Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel, said that former Hunter Biden business partner Bevan Cooney provided 26,000 emails to him—the first of which were published late last week in a Breitbart News exclusive investigation by Schweizer and author Seamus Bruner. Cooney is currently serving a sentence in federal prison due to his conviction over financial deals he made connected to Hunter Biden and his other partner Devon Archer. Archer, who was also convicted by a jury in federal court, saw his conviction vacated by a federal judge. That conviction was later—just a couple weeks ago—reinstated by an appellate court, which overruled the lower court judge’s decision to vacate it. Archer awaits sentencing.

In the meantime, however, Cooney—who is serving his sentence in federal prison—reached out to Schweizer via conservative journalist Matthew Tyrmand and provided written authorization to access his Gmail account. He provided the password and username, and written authorization to publish emails because Schweizer says he believes he was the “fall guy” for the Biden family’s corruption and that he believes the public needs to know what really happened in Hunter Biden’s universe. The first article on these emails was published Friday afternoon, and detailed how Hunter Biden and his partners secured meetings with senior White House officials in November 2011 for Chinese Communist elites—including, as the Chinese elites who were present revealed, a secret meeting with then-Vice President Joe Biden himself. The Biden campaign has not responded to requests for comment about this from Breitbart News.

“Bevan Cooney was business partners with Hunter Biden and Devon Archer,” Schweizer said on Breitbart News Saturday. “He was a nightclub owner—he owns the Viper Room in Los Angeles, and got involved in these financial deals. He ended up going to jail and really feels that he was the fall guy. Devon Archer is now going to be going to jail as well, because of the same deals, but he [Cooney] really feels like Hunter Biden was able to walk off scot-free. He had reached out to me in 2019 after my book Secret Empires came out in 2018. He talked about sharing his emails, but it never happened. He ended up going to jail. He recently reached out through Matt Tyrmand, a journalist, and said I want to give you access to all of my emails in my Gmail account. He gave us written approval to do that, and gave us the password. We have been going through the 26,000 emails. The article that we ran on Breitbart, about China, Inc., is the first of what are going to be several. In this particular story what we lay out is how Hunter Biden and his business partners set up a meeting for this group called the China Entrepreneurs Club. Don’t let that benign name fool you; this is regarded as joined at the hip with the Chinese communist government. This China Entrepreneurs Club wanted meeting at the highest levels of the White House and Hunter Biden arranged them. What’s very curious about this is not only that they got these meetings on November 14, 2011, but they actually, according to members, had a private, secret meeting with Joe Biden himself. We don’t know about this because it appeared on the White House visitors logs or the White House calendar—it doesn’t. We know about it because the Chinese that were on that trip bragged about it in their blog posts back in China that they had this private, secret meeting with Joe Biden. Out of that sprang relationships and business deals that Hunter Biden and his business partners were apparently able to take advantage of, so it demonstrates how this access, with the participation of Joe Biden, translated into commercial deals down the road.”

Schweizer said this first round of emails published late last week—only a handful of the 26,000 obtained—is just the beginning. There are more, he said, including ones that further illustrate the relationship between Hunter Biden and the ex-wife of the former Moscow mayor Yelene Baturina—a payment from her to Hunter Biden was a major revelation in a recent U.S. Senate report on the Biden family corruption—as well as a clearer, more vivid description of just how the Bidens worked to develop a system to use Joe Biden’s position in government to enrich themselves.

“The emails, there are different types of emails,” Schweizer said. “Many of the emails are the business partners discussing, without Hunter’s participation, what Hunter’s role is in all of this. What’s very clear, and we will have reporting on this at Breitbart, what’s very clear is Hunter brings no money to the table. But he is considered the avenue to the administration. There are emails that talk about how they are going to do business deals where they want to get union pension money and that Hunter is going to leverage the relationships that his dad has with public employee unions to get that money. So part of it is just kind of a feel for what is the Biden business model, and we kind of knew this in a way but here it’s very explicit that it is trading off the Biden name, the Biden connections, and the Biden access. The other way I would categorize this is geographical. The one we have already broke was a story related to China. There are other emails involving China. The private equity deal—the billion and a half dollar private equity deal—that we’ve reported on. There are emails concerning that, which we will bring out which are quite interesting. There are ones that pertain to Yelena Baturina, she’s the Moscow mayor’s ex-wife who we should add the U.S. State Department has implicated as being tied with Russian organized crime. We’re going to be able to show that that relationship is much deeper and much longer than previously known and that Hunter Biden and his business partners performed various services for her in terms of deals in the United States. And then there are other geographical areas covered. There are deals involving Kazakhstan. There are deals in other parts of the world. There are references to Hunter Biden’s dealings in the Middle East. So there’s quite a bit of material there—26,000 emails, some of them obviously are personal. We’re not going to disclose anything that is personal. It’s all going to be business-related, but we’ll be rolling it out in the days ahead.”

That “underbelly” of how the Biden family—Schweizer calls them the “Biden Five,” whereas President Donald Trump calls them the “Biden Crime Family”—operates is further exposed in these emails from Hunter Biden’s flipped former partner Bevan Cooney.

“What you’re really seeing in these emails is the underbelly of how these relationships and corrupt deals happen,” Schweizer said. “There’s no question about that, and that’s one of the things I think people are going to get. They’re going to get an inside look because as we are doing—we did on the first story and we’ll do it on all of them, we’re not just going to be reporting on the emails. We’re actually going to place the emails up so people can read them themselves. To your point, to underline your point, yes these are totally separate from the New York Post emails. I don’t have access and have not had access to those emails and what we are dealing with in our case is—you’re exactly 100 percent right. These are not printouts, these are not PDFs—we actually go into the Gmail account and pull the emails out and download them. They are timestamped. These are real. These are genuine. That’s one of the reasons we felt it was so important to pursue this. Cooney is taking a risk because he’s trusting us with this trove of emails which includes personal information.
