With all of the security measures that have been put in place all over the residential and “business” areas of the complex, it is extremely unlikely that anyone besides those Biden family members escorted by Secret Service Agents left it there.
That is why leaked reports have changed the location of the cocaine twice from the original location in the library, as reported by the HazMat Team who found it.
This is another cover-up…plain and simple.
