On Monday night, President Barack Hussein Obama (mm mmm mmmm) spoke at a $35,ooo a plate Los Angeles Fundraiser for Barbara (don’t call me ma’am) Boxer. Hilarity ensued. (At least I think so.)
But wait, there’s more:
Okay, not too much to see there. Just our petulant President being petulant.
However, yesterday, the following occured:
This is the first time ever in America that the press corps has been barred from covering something like this. Those 6 American Veterans who chained themselves to that fence had every right to be heard. While I don’t agree with them, I will defend to the death their right to say it.
Why are Gay Activists upset with Scooter in the first place? They helped to elect him. This video from the 2009 Human Rights Campaign’s National Dinner helps to explain:
Gays are not the only ones suffering from unrequited love. The Daily Caller reports:
Think last week’s brouhaha between White House pool reporters and Press Secretary Gibbs is over? Well, the answer is … sorta. Now pool reporters are making a splash about Obama’s hagiographer esteemed long-form, non-fiction writer Richard Wolffe.
The former Newsweek scribe’s book last year, “Renegade: The Making of A President,” was as critical as it sounds. And while White House reporters have been forced to push hard for access and take turns with pool reports, Journalist Wolffe has been given a little more access than the others (He’s working on a sequel).
So, in the span of 48 hours, Obama has succeeded in “dissing” Gay Activists and the sycophantic state-controlled media. The Gay Activists will probably hold a grudge. But, apparently at least part of the media’s Tiger Beat-style crush on the man-child stays strong. In researching this blog, Bing led me to CNN.com to retrieve the video of the White House protest. It had been replaced by a story about servicemen stuck overseas due to the Icelandic volcano. (Hmmmm.)
As someone who was a Collegiate Radio News Diector in the late 70’s, I never thought I would see this day. The Federal Goverment has gone from covertly to overtly controlling the flow of news and information to the American Public. And the lapdogs in the Press are either too big a bunch of girly-men who have a man-crush on Scooter or they are too stupid to raise a stink about it.
The Government-controlled Press Corps ( That’s core, Scooter, not corpse.) and these Gay Activists have something in common. Just like lovers blinded through the eyes of love, they forgot to remember what Eric Clapton sang to us years ago: Promises End. Especialy Scooter’s.

Journalism is dead. It’s up to bloggers like you to put this stuff out there. I was shocked to see the press run off from those protesters yesterday. They would have willingly been arrested if those had been anti-war protesters and Bush was still in the 1:.
